Our experience was good. The servers did their job well with the limited amount of workers on the floor. For appetizers, we ordered buffalo wings, nachos, and spinach dip. Wings were seasoned and sauced well. The nachos was piled high but it wasn't very good. Spinach dip was ok but they only gave 1 small hand full of chips...disappointing. Glad they expanded the dining areas on both side. I wish they would have added TVs around the column for better viewing in the back. They could have improved the private room section, like comfortable bar stools, bigger TVs and glass barriers to more privatize the section. The kids liked the new games and enjoyed the atmosphere. Sat at the bar for nearly 10 minutes before someone greeted us. A woman bartender, with long hair, looked at us but then proceeded to walk away. She never smiled and just seemed so unhappy, even with all the guest. The male bartender eventually came to help us (he was on the other side) It wasn't even busy. Just frustrating because we only had an hour (quick date night) and spent almost 20% of that time waiting to be even greeted.

With 49ers playing it was loud and busy. The staff was overwhelmed and henceforth the service to order was Xtra slow. The food was very good but the staff got a lot of tables mixed up and got orders wrong. D&B needs a new game plan badly when they get busy. Gaming section was awesome for the family but we couldn't get past the dining experience. At least the place is kept clean and floors vacuumed.

The atmosphere is lively. Sports on mutiple TV video games. The new Arena game is fun! Do not order mixed drinks like margaritas or mojito they are gross barely edible stick with rum and coke, something simple. The food tastes like fast food. Its okay. Service was good but they dont have enough employees. So dont have high expectations. Food and drinks will be just okay.

The banquet hall here is quite nice! The staff were very professional and polite, they put on a good atmosphere. This is a good spot if you're a parent with children who want to grab a drink and food, and let your child play with the redemption games. If you're expecting to get down on a pinball table or take on some friends in a fighting game, this is not the place for you. Most of the game room is composed of mobile game ports and redemption machines, and the ones that are there are poorly maintained. Can't complain if that's the target market, but I wasn't compelled to spend on any of the games in the hall.

Service was good very attentive to refilling and making sure everything was ok and had what we needed. Got the 12oz ribeye medium rare had green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. Ribeye was low grade meat if I didn't get it prepared medium rare it probably would of been tough. Garlic mashed potatoes was ok green beans was alright very dry. Chicken pasta was good was a lil too greasy due to it also having bacon in it. Burger was ok. Meat was dry frys taste like basic frys nun special. Strawberry cake was sweet but taste good. Was missing the whipped cream due to them running out of it.

Me and my friends came to this location for the first time , I purchased my tickets on line and my friends purchased theirs on the kiosk . It took 1 Hour to get our food !! They over charged my brother thinking he didn’t pay when he paid for the Eat , Drink , Play combo!! Also took a while to get our game cards !!! Once we ate we played the games it was pretty fun I like the ticket store ! Other than that the experience was overall MID AND ID RATHER GO TO JOHNS FOR BETTER SERVICE ! Had a cool time on the games tho.

Now we are going somewhere after 5mins. This place is big and nice. Arcades are great with good times of play for the price. The foods. This is the downfall for me. We got ribs, buffalo wings and a kid pizza. Foods are not freshly made. These are either yesterday's food or microwave to order food. Dried, so dried. Not juicy like it's just been cooked. Took about 20mins to get our food, they are not even busy....imagine if they were busy, maybe hours to get the food out. Quite expensive too for 3 small items at $50. Big bar, lots of TV.

Idk what is going on with this place but I had the worst experience ever tonight. I felt very manipulated by the waiter and the manager into spending more than I repeatedly stated. I wanted to do the 20 dollar eat and play card for myself, partner, and 2 kids. I said this THREE times until I was told that the manager approved to give us the 39.99 value card for 19.99. When I got my bill, I saw I was charged 25 per card and tried to explain this is not what I wanted nor what I was told. I asked for an itemized beeakdown to which I was told that i couldnt reveive until after I paid. When i sae the receipt, it still didnt make sense so yhe server had the manager come try to explain to me why I was wrong. The manager and server tried to tell me multiple times why I was wrong, until I broke it down fully, at which time the manager finally offered me a 20 dollar refund (which wasnt recommended bc itd take a long time) a 20 dollar credit towards a bar tab (which I didnt need), or a 20 dollar credit for the NEXT time I come in. I opted for this because I didnt really have many other options, and after another 15 to 20 minutes of waiting, the manager returns with a 30 dollar credit for my next visit.I appreciated this, but it took 30 minutes away from my time getting to play games with my kids and I didnt want to spend extra money for a credit at my next visit. To top it off, the first game I played was not working and took my tokens. The icing on the cake was that literally 1/4 of the games are broken. I dont normally make complaints like this, but I genuinely just wanted a fun night out and have spent hundreds of dollars at D&B just playing games. This was my first experience doing the eat and play combo and it was horrible. This is genuinely making me rethink wanting to spend my money and time here.

Stay away. This location is a rip off. Over half of the games are BROKEN (they take your points but won't play the game or just straight up offline), plus it is WAY too lound in this D&B (I've visited other ones that are loud but reasonable). There was trash and food left everywhere, no paper on the stalls, soap running out, the prizes area is a mess with the price tags missing, multiple machines where you check balances broken. I didn't eat here but never will considering how everything else is handled.

First time coming here and left disappointed. Wasn't too busy and seated right away just to wait for an hour to be asked for our order. We saw waiters asking random tables which of the plates was theirs multiple times. It took an hour to bring us only my plate which was already cold! The food was tasteful, however we were still waiting for my husbands meal. About 30 minutes after I finished my meal it came in... cold as well! We ordered a slice of cake and brownie with ice-cream afterwards and when they brought my cake 40 minutes and then told us they ran out of the ice cream for the other dessert!

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had! From the start, the server spilled drinks, on the birthday girl! Overpriced items, extra charges and hidden fees on our tab. One bill had a $3 fee for each playing card purchased and another bill had a $5 fee for playing cards. The server could not explain the discrepancy. I feel the server should have made us aware of any extra fees or charges to our bill. The amount of money spent on this dinner was outrageous. The service and discrepancies we had, definitely not worth it. Safe to say, we will NOT be back!!

My boyfriend and I visited this location for the first time and purchased the $20 Eat & Play combo. While the food and our waiter were excellent, things became frustrating when our game card didn’t work. When we tried to play our first game, the card declined and showed only two chips remaining. When we went to the WIN! store for assistance, the situation was mishandled by the manager, Mona. After reviewing our receipt and cards, she accused us of lying and insisted we had already used the chips. This accusation was made despite our waiter confirming it was an internal error and apologizing on behalf of the staff. Mona continued to be dismissive and unprofessional, even making inappropriate comments and laughing about the amount we paid for the combo. While Mona went to the back, multiple employees apologized for her behavior and acknowledged that she frequently has issues with customers. These employees kindly provided us with another card containing over 60 chips, which we greatly appreciated. Eventually, Mona returned and handed us two $10 game cards without any explanation or apology, stating only “here you go.” Being accused of something we did not do and spoken to the way we were was completely UNACCEPTABLE! What should have been a fun first visit turned into a very uncomfortable experience, and because of how unprofessional this situation was handled by MONA, we will not be returning to this location ever!!

I ordered my food at 11 and havnt seen a server since 11:13 and havnt seen her since I got here at 10:30. so I had to order from the bar & Also My food still isn’t here and I’ve been waiting more than 30 minutes so I Finally asked for the food & it came out cold & nasty than ever. We come here so often & these workers are just not it. Amy didn’t even give us napkins or utensils giving us our food. Horrible service she issued very rude. nobody that works here now cares about Here job anymore. I miss the old workers. it’s going down hill for sure.

Negatives : My salad was completely soggy and mushy by the time it came to the table and my son’s fries were so cold and stale that he wouldn’t eat them. Fried pickles were chewy, yuck! None of us ate more than 1/3 of what was on our plates because the food was cold, soggy, and gross. Once our waitress got our drinks and orders she never came to check on us or the food. Someone else brought the food and he never came back to the table either. We only ate what we did because we were so hungry and it was obvious we were on our own after the “drop and run” of our food. No manager or any other staff came around the area except the person who brought our food but he was serving another one of the waitress’s tables and we were not able to catch his attention. We were never offered refills on water or other drinks. Flies everywhere and a constant challenge to keep them off of our food. We finished and I have been sitting here so long waiting to get my check for food we hardly ate that I have allllll this time to write this review from our table. Positives: the host at the front was cheerful and got us seated quickly, ;arcade games were over-priced but entertaining. I have never been to such a bad Dave and Busters. Update: waitress just came to see if we were ready for our bill, I let her know the food was terrible. She said, and I quote, “so sorry, I’ll get your bill” and walked away. Then came back with a completely wrong bill and placed it on the table then walked away. Still trying to find someone helpful…. Update2: Randy the Manager was extremely nice and apologetic. He discounted the food and did what he could to make things right. Props to Randy, he’s a good dude.
