We visited the restaurant today.. we really loved the restaurant and their service. Irfan was taking care of our order and he is such a kind and courteous person he made non spicy noodles for my kid.exactly the way i wanted. (it was not there in the menu ) the food was really delicious. Overall we have received extraordinary service from Irfaan. We will definitely visit again.

We had such a wonderful experience here! The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere on the outdoor patio made for a perfect lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, and to top it off, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert—which was such a thoughtful touch. A special shoutout to Irfan, who truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality stood out from the moment we arrived. He made us feel like valued guests and ensured every detail of our experience was just right. The Chef Chen buffet was phenomenal and Irfan treated us really well. Irfan ensured all the food was hot and constantly filled. Everything tasted excellent. We will definitely be back. If you go, ask for Irfan and he’ll take care of you!

It was an amazing experience. Everything was halal. We went for the Sunday buffet and had the most amazing food. The flavors cater to both Indo chinese and authentic chinese lovers and my personal favorites were the mongolian beef and chilli chicken. We were served by Mr. Irfan who was incredibly sweet.

Delicious halal Chinese. Ordered Mongolian beef and general tso chicken as well as hot and sour soup. The food was fresh and very well seasoned. The beef was super tender and the chicken was juicy. The server was very friendly and kind. Looks like they were doing some renovation maybe so I would call before taking a big party, but it was a really really good meal!

Chicken fried rice was good but the plain fried wings were trash very expensive paid $30 for the wings, fried rice and a gold peak sweet tea. Definitely disappointed in the wings they didn’t have any bread or flavor on them. Usually chinese fried chicken wings have bread on them which stated I wanted plain not naked which were options on the menu. And the menu price versus what I was charged was different.

Reeling from cold weather, I stopped by to order chicken corn soup and some Lo Mein chicken. There was only one car outside and inside just one family eating the lunch buffet. Outside, the snow/ ice was not fully cleaned and only a narrow strip was cleaned for people to walk in and out. Anyway, my food to go came in a short 4-5 minutes in a brown bag. There was no sriracha sauce or oiled red pepper or Chinese cookies, but I had not asked for them specifically assuming them being included automatically, but I had assumed wrong. Food quantity was good but not the quality or taste. Not sure which oil the restaurant is using to cook as I can still feel its hard taste in my mouth after a couple of hours. Must be some low quality cheap oil that they are using generously to fry noodles, etc. The chicken corn soup tasted and looked like egg drop soup, thick and colored like except that had some corn and thin slashes of chicken and egg white. The chicken corn soup is supposed to be thinner with prices of chicken and fresh corn and served piping hot with vinegar and small pieces of pepper. I am sure Chef Chen can do better. When a few years ago, this place was opened, we had celebrated it as the then only halal Chinese food restaurant. Now the quality has taken a hit and owners must recalibrate.

I had ordered Mongolian chicken not sure what I received. The fried rice tastes like a bunch of soy sauce with rice no other flavor. The spring rolls were okay. Not my style but others seem to enjoy it.

The food was good, once they finally took my order. I honestly felt discriminated the whole time. He question my payment after looking at my receipt twice, and forgot the crab cheese wontons and tried to charge me again. I'm not going back and it's sad because we used to love this location.

Very disappointed. The spring rolls were mostly cabbage, and the chicken Mongolian was basically onions with barely any chicken. We ordered four items and all were poor quality, especially for the price. There are many Chinese restaurants much better than this, so don't waste your money here.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Something is off from the reviews. The food was overcooked, extremely greasy, and tasted like it was made with old, burned oil. The dumplings were dry, spicy, and greasy at the same time.. the chicken was stif— Mongolian beef was more like Mongolian onions.. and fried rice dry and flavorless.. honestly reminded me of a bad frozen meal reheated poorly.. with a touch of Indian food.. There was no sense of Chinese authenticity in the flavors or preparation. Even the drinks were disappointing.. only bottled beverages were available, and the “tea” was just a bottle of Gold Peak. On top of that, the restaurant itself looked dirty, which made the experience even less enjoyable. It also took over 10 minutes just to place our order, despite the place not being empty. Overall, the quality, cleanliness, and taste were far below expectations. We won’t be returning.

I had the misfortune of ordering from Chef Chen, which I initially thought was an authentic Chinese restaurant. I placed a takeout order through Uber Eats for Chicken Lo Mein, Chicken Spring Rolls, and Chicken Dumplings. Somehow, they managed to forget the dumplings altogether - even though there was only one other customer in the restaurant at the time. As for the food quality: The Chicken Spring Rolls were basically salty cabbage rolls soaked in oil. The Chicken Lo Mein was completely inedible—overly greasy, excessively salty, and with an unpleasant oil smell. Overall, this was a poor imitation of popular Chinese dishes. Only thing that felt Chinese is the name of the restaurant. Definitely not worth the money.

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hot and sour soups I've ever had. When I mentioned it to the front desk, the bearded employee dismissed my complaint, saying that's 'the way it's supposed to be.' I had ordered my meal to dine in, but they served it to me in a takeout container. Even worse, they don't provide water for customers, which seems like a serious health code violation. I truly hope the health department looks into this restaurant.

Update edit: 7/1/25. Owner claims the main door was supposed to be closed. There were no sign of store being closed at all. Workers were working in an out. There was another female customer who came inside and ordered and she also sat down. If it was actually closed you would had told me and the lady it’s closed and go thru drive thru. So it’s really disappointing for you to say that while it wasn’t addressed. Some compensation needs to be done. People can get sick from the unhygienic conditions 😞 I walked in the store and I saw people moving around boxes like a new order came in for supplies. I just came first time to pick deer food. Heard good things about it. As you see from the picture I was like bizarrely shocked how all over the store was. Felt like a tornado came and twisted things around. No clean table just 1-2. They need to pick up their cleaning game. Idk how long it was left like that. As the stereo type goes. Dirtiest place has the best food. Kinda ironic how it promotes hygiene from the last pic you’ll see and also the spikes on the floor you’ll see. Like I almost tripped three times. Need to be careful. Someone can get hurt. As a lahori origin Muslim brother. You have duty as a Muslim man to take care of the mankind and customer needs 🤲🏾may allah subhanahu wa ta’ala make it easy upon ya
