Great experience at Starbucks! The service was excellent. Lacey, Amanda, Maddi, Katie, and Diego were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made my visit smooth and enjoyable, and you can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely one of the best Starbucks teams I’ve encountered.
Sprawling suburbs make me laugh. 5 stars for atmosphere, the rapper.

I want to give a special shout-out to Jaden for making my high-protein drink with no sugar, substituted with vanilla sugar-free syrup and sugar-free foam. He made my drink absolutely delicious, and I greatly appreciate the time and attention he put into it. His care and detail are especially important to me because I’m dealing with an autoimmune disorder that can easily cause inflammation. I appreciate how well he made my drink. Unfortunately, I’ve had bad experiences in the past at this location, where my drinks were poorly made or just not tasty. It was essential for me to call the store and let them know what a wonderful job Jaden did, so the crew members can continue to make delightful drinks just as ordered. This restored my faith to coming to this location.
I really like this Starbucks because of their friendly staff! They are always so very nice and accommodating! It also has a drive thru which is usually quick!
I just went through the drive-through and I had a horrible experience. The girl at the front was very rude and not welcoming and I’m pretty sure she made my drink wrong on purpose. Never going here again. it doesn’t even taste like coffee taste like water down vanilla sweet cream. I just left here at 6 o’clock in the morning.
The drive-thru is ridiculous. We stood in line for a half an hour just to order our drinks 😡
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks drive-thru. We initially ordered 8 drinks, and when we reached the window, we politely asked to add one more drink, making it a total of 9. Immediately, we could hear employees in the back making comments like “omg no way, you’re kidding” in a very annoyed, complaining tone. The employee at the window was visibly irritated and responded rudely, with no politeness or customer service whatsoever. Adding one drink to an order should not be treated as an unreasonable request, especially at a drive-thru where adjustments are common. To make matters worse, after paying for 9 drinks, we were only given 8. When we pointed this out, the employee showed no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and no attempt to make the situation right. The interaction felt uncomfortable and dismissive. This experience was frustrating because we were simply placing and paying for an order, nothing outside the scope of their job. Customer service, professionalism, and basic courtesy were completely lacking. I expect much better from a Starbucks location.
I’m a home health/hospice RN. Starbucks, you have got to do better with treating your core people that are trying to stick by you. I buy Starbucks at many different Starbucks locations. It’s the story of home health/hospice RN life. I have gone into McDonald’s and other Starbucks locations. Not bought anything, I sit and do my work, maybe buy something later or I may have bought something earlier in the day, but I bought it from a different location. As of yet, I was never asked to leave a Starbucks for not buying anything in an hour, especially when there’s no one in the location. Here in Tracy, of course it’s the exception. It’s empty with no one sitting inside, I’m dressed in my scrubs, I told them I’ll be there awhile and would buy something in a few. I was surprised to be approached by a young lady stating I didn’t buy anything for an hour, so I would need to leave or buy something. Again, place is empty, I’m charting. I look at the young lady and ask her to show me in writing where it says I have to buy something in an hour from this Starbucks, and if I didn’t I would have to leave. She took some time, came back and showed me a sign that states Starbucks space is for paying customers. Okay, well, I may not have bought at this Tracy Starbucks but I showed her I had bought Starbucks at the Turlock location. She apologized and walked away. Why must we go through this? This is the reason why Starbucks has not been doing well economically and has been closing a number of it locations. I’m a part of the Tracy community, I thought Starbucks is about community and giving back. So this is how you now treat your your health care workers? Smh 🤦🏽♀️…..first and last time at this location. Won’t be bringing myself or my family here. Just to show I’m not lieing, I’ve posted a picture of my recent purchases at Starbucks.
I planned enough time before work for Starbucks. I ordered egg bites, coffee & 2 mini scone to have w my coffee. It wasn't busy this morning. I was the only person in line. I got to work. No scones in the bag. No time to go back for them so I called, explained & said I'm at work now & cant go back. I have to wait now & go back on my lunch hour. The woman said, "Sure. I'll be here when you come in." No apology (scones & cold coffee don't go well together. It's 2 p.m.), no compensation. Jst, here you go. This is not the first time. They don't pay attention to what they're doing to make sure the order is complete 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Ima true Starbucks coffee drinker and I’m really getting tired of having to order my drink and it be wrong almost every time I order from this store. I ask for 3 shots affogato style every time I order but for some reason I never get my shots I pay for. I get it…tell the store it’s wrong and they make a new one. Great but now I gotta wait for a new one. If I order what I order and it’s on a sticky paper on the cup stating 3 shots why can’t u put them on. 1 store outta a billion stores can always get my order right. Why can’t the other stores do the same.
Went to this Starbucks in the morning, ordered a grande mango dragon fruit with lemonade, two grilled cheese sandwiches, and a hot chai latte. Simple, right? Nope. I get to the window, and the lady hands me a venti mango dragon fruit. Not what I ordered. I told her I wanted a grande, and she tries to charge me for the venti anyway! She finally remakes it, but STILL wants me to pay for the venti? Ridiculous. This place is close and convenient, but after this, I’m done. Never going back.
I buy the 3 Coffe's Iced Pumpkin Chai Latte. The woman who was giving me those coffees was named Catalin. The coffee was gone from the cup and it was fully loaded. She reacted strangely when I asked her to wipe the cup since it was too unclean to handle and asked me to use tissue. If the consumer is not happy with the Dirty cup, she should clean it or get a new one, according to customer service. She was looking at me with a really hostile attitude.
I came to this Starbucks to order 5 drinks to bring to my family at the hospital. Since I was ordering 5 drinks that were all different and had customizations, I wanted to place a mobile order so that the barista would not have to enter in all of the different customizations. I went through the drive-thru, very aware that I had just placed the order and I even told the barista (Danie or Donie) that the order had just been placed. He told me that liquid cane had been discontinued and asked if I would like classic instead, I said that would be fine. Then, he proceeded to tell me that next time I cannot come through the drive-thru right away since they just had to pull all of the tickets and that next time I needed to wait. Mind you, there were no cars behind me, and I would’ve ordered 5 drinks regardless of whether it was at the drive-thru speaker or on the mobile app. He then, at the window, gave me someone else’s mobile order and when I went inside to give the drink back, there were 0 people inside. Next time, I will just order all 5 drinks, with the customizations, in the drive-thru, since it was such an inconvenience for this barista.
I purchased a cup of coffee, and upon receiving the cup, it wasn't hot at all, which concerned me instantly. I asked for a refund immediately. The young man working the window gave me a crumbled up receipt to add insult to injury. I've had too many bad experiences at this location. This will be the last time. Word of advice: If you're going to sell coffee, please make sure not to serve lukewarm coffee.
Bugs found in Tracy Starbucks. It visible and staff didn't do any thing. Attaching recording and photo. Very sad to see food for kids carrying germs and bugs and that too in flu season and after all the covid issue. Scared about Starbucks snacks now. Hope you will take care to clean it.
This place never have items that are im the menu. Even the STRAWS the lack on. Always gets orders wrong. This location is a shame for the Starbucks CO. This is the kind of location that gives the Starbucks name a bad reputation. You will be better off going to another location. Look at the Straws they give you on the picture below
