One observation I made was that the cooks were not donning gloves while handling food in the kitchen. It is advisable to have a manager present to oversee the handling of food. Marco’s Pizza never disappoints! The quality is always top-notch, and their vegetarian options are especially amazing. The veggie toppings are always fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. This location is pretty inconsistent, unfortunately. Sometimes you’ll get the extras you pay for and sometimes you won’t. Example - missing dipping sauces, extra cheese, extra sauce on pizza, and extra toppings. However, when they do get the pizza right, it is very good. Every time it has happened, I just move on, but I’m posting this review because it would be nice if they could make sure to get the order correct. Especially if paying an additional fee.

This location is one of the best tasting Marco pizza's.

Called multiple times to get status updates, but management couldn’t get ahold of the driver. They are sending a new pizza ASAP along with the wings I ordered. Again, trying to be gracious with bad weather, but this was just unacceptable.

When you don't give a good tip your pizza ends up not being right. The reason the tip isn't that much is because of the delivery fee they charge already. We ordered a heart shaped pizza and when we got it 3 or 4 pieces were missing from the heart shape. We gave a $4 tip on top of the cost of the pizza and the delivery fee. Very disappointing. Christian the manager however is great to work with. My boyfriend and I spend anywhere from $200 to $250 a month here. It's our Friday night thing to do.

The food was fine, but when I went to pick it up, he handled the money with his bare hands and then touched the pizza dough again. I couldn't ask them to make a new one because they seemed busy, but if they continue making it in such an unsanitary way, I won't be able to order there for a while.

Every experience here has been great except for today. It has been a long 24hrs and my wife just wanted some pizza so she could veg out and not have to cook. We have had pizza delivered to our house multiple times with no issues ever. My wife called in to place here order and was cut off and told we don’t deliver to you and had the phone hung up in her face. My wife is a calm person so she just got up to cook, she didn’t want me to call back because she doesn’t want a side of something off the menu in our food. I guess it’s time to find another pizza spot.

The “general manager” complained about a 15 pizza order I tried to place ahead of time. Luckily Domino’s is down the street and ended up being much cheaper. After 3 separate disappointments I will never be returning to this Marco’s.

Called in order and young man didn't know what he was doing or the me u got frustrated and hung up on me. Called back and they were hesitant to guve names so I won't say names as I do not know if it is really name. Will not support a business that hangs up on customers.

This is the second time that they have not received my online order after it’s been paid for. My pickup was for 4:55 pm. Arrived and she said it was showing up. Then she said oh there it is. I paid and she said 15 minutes. I then pulled up after the 15 minutes and now she says it was pushed through and they will start it now. I return yet again and they haven’t even started it. This makes no sense. Not once but two times this has happened. I asked for my refund and took my business else where.

When you order online they'll be a coupon that says 13.99 for a large three topping pizza, by the time you get through selecting your three basic topping is 25 bucks. Because this establishment doesn't honor any of the national coupons. I tried multiple ones they charge full price for everything. So if you click on a coupon on the app double check the math because they are ripping people off. It's specifically because the owner of the store
