I had a great experience at this location! The food was fresh, hot, and made just the way I ordered. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient — you can tell they really care about providing good service even during busy times. My order came out fast, and everything tasted great. It’s one of the best-run fast food places I’ve been to. Definitely recommend stopping by if you want great service and quality food done right!

Placed a uber eats order yesterday 9/30 around 9pm, delivery driver picked up the order but never delivered after waiting 1 hour, so drove to the store myself to pick the order up, after almost 1 hour 30 mins, explained the situation to the manager Rahtul, who not only remade my order again fresh but also helped me get a refund thru the uber eats app. Loved the excellent customer service at this new location and much better than the one next to walmart which i went last week.

When the 2nd driver showed up, store manager Rahatul mentioned to the new driver that our order had already been picked up. They both called me to confirm if we had received our order. Come to find out the first driver simply picked up and kept the food without delivering and decided to drop the delivery on the app. Store manager Rahatul and 2nd driver went above and beyond so that we could still receive our food. He prepared the same order for us for free and added dessert as well!!! Maria decided to deliver for us as well even though the order was no longer in her queue! There are still amazing and wonderful people in this world. Rahatul ... you just won our loyalty to your store!

Bro, this Whataburger trip was actually wild in the best way. I came in expecting a normal meal, and instead I got treated like I owned the place. The food was perfect, hot, and fresh, but Jason was the real MVP. He checked on me before I even realized I needed anything, brought refills fast, and made sure every part of my order was spot on. His energy was calm but focused, like he genuinely cared about making my day better. He treated me like royalty for real, no exaggeration. If every Whataburger had a Jason, this place would never lose. Ten out of ten, and I’m coming back just because of him.

This location has been an awesome addition to the area. The restaurant is clean, organized, and the food always comes out hot and fresh just like Whataburger should be. Big shoutout to Rahatul, the manager. He is doing a fantastic job running the team and keeping everything running smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the customers and his staff. Every visit, the service has been fast, friendly, and consistent. The place has a nice modern look inside, plenty of seating, and the drive thru moves quickly even during rush hours. It is great having a Whataburger right here in Fulshear so there is no need to drive out further to the other whataburger. Keep it up Rahatul and team, you are setting the standard for what great customer service should look like!

I live in Simonton atea and drive to this Whataburger (over the new one in west Fulshear) because it is consistently good everytime! I think the new one just opened and still has a lot of kinks to figure out but this Whataburger is the best! Y’all keep it up. Thank you!

I usually love Whataburger. Mediocre service and cold fries give this location- 3 stars. I am generous. Nice atmosphere- small but new with lots of light

Food was horrible. Open the sandwich - ketchup was everywhere. The fries were brown- not golden. Taste like old grease. This was a kid meal. It was a mess - I wouldn’t let my child eat it.

This may be the slowest Whataburger I've ever been to. I’m writing this while sitting in the drive thru. It would be quicker to just drive to the Richmond Whataburger, order there and drive all the way home. I could do all that in the time it takes this place to get me my food. Embarrassing.

This location was probably the worst one I’ve ever been to. I Ordered a sandwich knowing that it would probably take a little while I didn’t expect it to take almost 30 minutes. Oh also, the atmosphere of this location is actually disgusting. Every time I go in the floor is always dirty and the tables are never clean. Very disappointed

In the past, at other locations, when this happened, the manager on duty was very apologetic and offered shakes or something to make it right. Also the interior of these new Whataburger’s are so sterile and void of character.

This location sucks. Its not fast food its sit and wait 20 min in drive thu to get cold food. Management sucks and they got high scool kids in there cooking the food. Literally just drove off the drive thru.. Waiting 20 mins to get a taquito is wild. Its honestly worse than the one in front of walmart down the road and that one is trash. Pay 30+ dollars for 2 meals just for them to screw up the order. Then when you complain your the bad guy because someone else cant do there job. Id give zero stars but thats not an option oh well. Oh yea Google says the nickname for this location has been deemed "wait a burger". I won't be going back there thats for sure.
