Looking for a high quality dining experience in the small town of Gallarate? You'll find it here. I was skeptical of the email reservation method at first, but I sent the reservation request at 3pm for a 7pm reservation for a party of 6 people on the same day and received the reservation acceptance reply email from the staff at 6:20. We even arrived 15min late due to transportation conflicts and we were greeted with open arms and positive upbeat attitudes. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with free aparatif drinks (option of gin and tonic or Aperol Spritz) which were excellently mixed. The steaks are each vastly different and treated with love and respect when cooked by the masterful grill chef. You couldn't order a "bad" thing on this menu, it simply isn't possible. From the waygu to the filet, all was incredibly delicious. Do yourself a favor and try the Bull Balls for desert, you seriously will thank me for recommending it (they're not really bull balls of course). To top it all off, the staff was more than willing to offer us help calling taxis to get home after dining despite the full and busy dining room. There are not many places you can have grade 5 Wagyu from Japan cooked as perfectly as this. 2012 Barolo that is some of the best red wine one can drink. We will be back every month with this quality.

We really loved the quality of the meat. The Degustazione Deluxe was excellent. It's a modern and elegant restaurant. Waiters are professional and helpful. We will certainly go back there for dinner next time we are in Gallarate.

The steak is very good but it's a bit over cook. We was ordered medium raw but turns out become medium. Other than that everything is good. The service is excellent. The place is very clean and nice.

Good steak house with wide choice of meat cuts. Average wine list, I'd suggest more variety and niche producers that of course needed to be researched but the type of meats on the menu deserves it. Overall environment and experience have been good.

Some strange cattle like side taste and smell in a beef, medium was rare medium. Beef structure was average. Price to quality average.

American style steaks in an unusual place of the town. The high price reflects the quality of the food, however the venue lacks a bit of personality in my opinion. I might come again there
