Always clean and fresh and friendly people
As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me. Asked me if I knew what I wanted or did I want to try something new. I went with the classic turkey titan! Tasted great, fresh veggies. They were very fast serving me.
Went to get a couple of sandwiches and Allison was awesome. She was fast and made my sandwiches super great. They were delicious. The place was really clean too. I would definitely recommend going there for a great sandwich.
Zoila was very helpful and I had a great time.
The manager was super sweat I enjoyed their severs

Ordered online for first time from this location and the girl working made my sandwiches super fast and perfect. She worked on Sunday January 4th around 6-7pm. I had some issues with the app but she was super sweet about it and helped me the best she could.
Fast service and that’s all that matters. Period.

This subway is really good and the workers are really nice
The food was fresh. Customer service was great. Wonderful atmosphere, tables were clean but not one table had a few small crumbs—-could have used a touch up but still was not foul. I just am picky when it comes to eating at restaurant tables. But this minor infraction did not change my eating—-I still stand on a firm 5 stars for atmosphere.
It is very rare that Subways disappoint. The place is rather old but very clean
I like subway and their food here is fine the issue is all the staff almost always we are here speaks mainly Spanish. We ordered online and asked for toasted. The sandwich wasn’t though. So we asked if they can toast it. They looked at us and then spoke together in Spanish and started laughing. I honestly have no problem with any race any language or anything else. I just feel it’s rude when we ask for our sandwich to be toasted as the order say and then you start huffing and puffing and act all weird infront of us. To then start speak Spanish and look up give me and my wife look and start laughing… if you want to talk shit about us and laugh so be it I know it happens but at least don’t infront of us…
I went in to today to try and get a sandwich but an older gentleman with a “k corp” shirt on was very rude and aggressive so i simply walked out he was annoyed/angry when we got there and was very rude while I was trying to order like talking over me and making faces when I asked for stuff also throwing trays. Usually I have a good experience here but not today.
Blt with mayo means bacon lettuce and tomato with mayo. In what universe does a loaf of bread with a few stripes of cold bacon equal a sandwich? At least throw in the LT before wrapping it up.
I guess the main issue is the staff just can’t listen properly. Started off fine, the wait was kind of long but not crazy, after I put on my toppings I said ‘That’s all’ and the lady threw ranch all all over the sandwich. When I looked and then weird and said ‘hey wait what’ they tried to scrape the ranch off of the tuna, and ignored me trying to tell them no. When they were putting on the toppings again they put the wrong ones and I kind of lost my appetite as well patience so I told them never mind, sorry, I don’t want the sandwich anymore. Then they didn’t understand and completely remade it after we walked forward to pay for our other sandwiches. We asked them to take it off as we told them earlier we didn’t want it, they finally did but they gave us the messed up sandwich instead of the ones we paid for. Thankfully we double checked, because the tuna was cold and the turkeys were toasted- we asked the employee at the register if it was right and they just shrugged and said ‘I don’t know’. I don’t know why the hell she put ranch in it. I don’t know how they put the unwanted sandwich in the bag and left out the good one. No apologize, no comments, just annoyed looks. Just a weird and annoying situation
I had a very bad experience with cashier Elison (not sure if they gave right name) at this location. For no reason, she redeemed my reward points and did not give any discount in the bill. Was not willing to address my concerns and even reset my account and I cant order online any longer. No response from store manager Juan and subway online support center despite of multiple follow up emails. They don't care to address customer's concern. Highly disappointed!!!! Its been good 3 weeks in follow up- no one has answered!!
I put in an order on the app and it did the "Received" "Building" "Ready" status updates. So I go to the location to get my order and the lady behind the counter eventually manages to communicate to me (language barrier) that their internet is down so they never got my order, despite the app putting on that show of receiving and building my order. I show her the order and that it was paid for, but she act's completely lost, tells me it was refunded to my card (it was not) and basically dismissed me. I had to go back on the app reorder everything and pay again because my original order is still showing as active on the app with no option to cancel or speak to customer service. After today I'm done with Subway.
As I was ordering the worker was taking out the metal tins that held the vegetables in them and peeled off the stickers that shows when it was prepped and expiring and sat them on top of counter, as I was eating I was watching her, watched her make new tags for the vegetables and replace them back in the ice. I should have asked for my money back instead I just stopped eating and threw the rest away. I am imagining that they must do it with the meat too.I even called customer service but no reply
Did an online order Saturday and they didn't get everything right. Missing toppings, didn't follow special instructions, and hardly had anything in the sandwich. It was a veggie sub. How do you make a veggie sub with almost no vegetables? The tomatoes were not fresh and grainy, the lettuce was not fresh either. I asked for extra and it felt like nothing was in it. I work in an office and only get one chance to leave and pick up my food. I couldn't make it after work Saturday or Sunday and don't even live on the island. The manager told me I waited too long to ask for help and told me they won't do anything. I'd rather spend the extra $3 for jimmy John's or schlotzsky's.
Ok this makes 2 nights in a row; different employees each night. Subway, this is NOT my idea of double meat with EXTRA lettuce and extra ceasar dressing. Both nights i got a dry sandwich with barely any lettuce and same amount of meat as if I had not ordered extra meat. Absolutely unacceptable
