Bad employees attitude! Not so clean ! At 8 they act like they are closing

Very bad service and manners! They are no polite service manner and the manager disqualified to handle this restaurant. I am not suppose gave them a star. Now is 20 century service and manners is important than everything’s!

Got a steak bowl with brown rice. The brown rice was hard and unbearable to chew(hard enough to crack teeth). The steak was tough and burnt. Was very hungry but the food is inedible.

I literally just walked into the door at 9:07pm. Mind you the store closes at 11. As soon as I walk in I see that the chairs are up and they are cleaning. I was met with hostile behavior from the staff. I understand if you are cleaning up but how can you treat your customers like this. This location is in the mall, how can you run out of stuff before the store even closes. I did not need those disrespectful words being thrown at me as soon as I walk in. I hope the employee who was sweeping gets disciplined or dismissed on this matter. No other chipotle location closes this early.

Went into this location tonight and literally had the worst experience with the server Angel staring me down and acting very aggressive towards me because I asked for the proper portion of protein, he then proceeds to tell me to go home and get more sleep. I asked for the manager who was taking him to the back to talk to him. There was clearly something wrong with Angel with his verbal abuse and aggressive behavior. Never stepping foot in this establishment again.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I walked in after work but wayyyy before they closed around 7:30pm. I asked for a simple quesadilla and they told me they don’t do it at this location? I have ordered here in the past, but i usually do a mobile order due to time and it’s never been an issue. It was dirty and they had the door locked already as if it was closed. When I walked in an employee went straight to the back instead of greeting or asking if I needed help. Definitely needs better supervision.

Probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They close at 11 but at 8 they start acting like they’re closed by lifting up the chairs and cleaning. We went in at 8pm- 3 hours before closing, and the employees would look at you like you just walked in during closing time awkward and annoyed Not even giving the option to eat in. It was so uncomfortable and you definitely didn’t feel wanted. To the point where we even questioned ourselves if it was closing time. Plus they already ran out of most things. Awful.

Came here last night around 8:30PM With a friend of mine for the first time being that we were shopping around the Roosevelt field mall and my friend wanted Chipotle. Upon arriving, we noticed two people sitting down already eating there food, as soon as we were walking up to have my friend place his order, a worker or perhaps manager? (had a different colored chipotle shirt compared to the others) didn't even greet us, and told us how they were out of a few things, the soda machine is broken, and if we wanted to order food we had to take it to go. Any chipotle location I've been too over the years didn't close until 10-11 o'clock latest, the fact there was already people sitting down eating and he was telling us we had to take our food to go and looked as if he was already preparing to clean up and close the store hours before it was actually suppose too is very unprofessional and rude in my opinion. Unless there was something going on that we were unaware of on why they would be closing sooner then expected then I feel we should've been told that and at least been spoken too alittle nicer. Didnt catch his name or care to get it but the gentleman was dark skinned with glasses and looked like he couldve been in his 20's. Weather hes a counter person or an actual manager I think you guys need to start reconsidering hiring new people that will take care of this store and treat customers with decency.

Order placed using the app. Went to pick up order and observed that the store was extremely filthy. Tables were dirty, the garbage cans were all full and the food prep area was even more filthy. The staff was playing around like middle school kids. No sign of leadership. I hope I do not get sick from unsanitary conditions. This store is overall a health hazard. Think twice

The lady serving behind the counter was not at all friendly , very rude n looks like she was in a hurry. I had 4 orders but she was rushing me out without giving proper serving of food. I even told her are you in a rush, she just smirked at me. Would never go to this place again.

Don't know the names from staff that worked on 06/02/2024 at 7:30. They were so rude from the beginning, especially the Guy he literally just threw the cup for the drink inside the bag with a very bad attitude. I didn't eat my food because I didn't feel safe eating it after being treated like that. Imagine how they'll prep the food if they have that attitude.

So I came for dinner had a busy day, so I order double chicken and the guy put one regular scoop added by a half and I just look at him and told him it's double chicken and grab a lil more chicken I told thats double chickeb he was like yeh so then I responded I'm not going to fight with you, so I kept with my order, and I open the burrito and I have post it open so does that look like double chicken and FYI I used to work at Chipotle back in the day and this is not double chicken
