Soup is fantastic. Choice of clear noodle or white soft noodle. Nam Vang, My Tho for Sauna and flavor! Dry with soup on the side or soup all together.

Kind of looks like a hole in the wall but the food good is delicious. The owner is really funny and kind. They recently remodeled inside I believe. I recommend their Hu Tieu My Tho Kho Mem or their Mi Quang. Always good. I discovered this place two months ago and I've probably eaten here 9 times at least by now.

The noodles are great- great flavor and portions are right. The uncle was very friendly. Menu is limited due to the pandemic. Glad that we tried the Mi Bo Kho (beef stew noodle soup) and Hu Tiu Nam Vang (Nam Vang style noodle house).

Came for Hi tieu nam Vang (#2), just love this dish and like the side of super tender pork cartilage and bone. Unfortunately this is not offer during lunch. Another side ingredient that I like is crispy pork chicharron. Trust me in this! Currently menu is in Vietnamese only however owner was super nice to explain everything, brought out house-made sauce if broth isn’t salty enough, asked if we wanted our bean sprout steamed. Seem genuinely care that we have a good meal, hence my rating!

Gotta get the Hu Tieu My Tho Kho (Dai). I can only describe it as a seafood Viet Spaghetti with clear noodles. Been eating the same dish here for over 20 years.

Excellent Hu Tieu My Tho soup! We ordered it (kho) dry with the chicken broth and red sauce on the side. This is our new favorite restaurant for Hu Tieu My Tho. The owner is very friendly and eager to get you whatever you need to make you happy. They also have excellent Cafe Sua Da, very creamy and not watered down or bitter. We will definitely come back everytime we are in town. Update: Got 2 Hu Tieu My Tho and 2 Cafe Sua Da. Everything was excellent. Peter the owner told us this is his 36th year having the restaurant! We are very happy to support this excellent family owned restaurant.

Omg this is my new favorite spot for Hu tieu nam vang! I got the dry version with rice noodles which came it to around $15. It was soo delicious and perfectly balanced. The sauce brings the whole dish together and love the pickled garlic! Broth was so good and comforting. The gentlemen taking our order was so friendly and upbeat. Definitely recommend!!

You can't go wrong with their known specials if you're new in town. The owner is very personable and lively, at least when we were there Thursday night. He took his time explaining the reasons behind his recommendations. It's a rare experience among the Vietnamese restaurants. Perhaps it was a slow day for them, not packed but a constant flow. Well lighted and roomy. A small Hủ Tiếu is well balance, just right, and I used to go for a large elsewhere. Their warm tea is free :) We'll have to come back to try the other specials. Hope to hit their same tempo again.

This is an OG spot for those clear chewy noodles. Haven’t had this dish over 10 years, so I had to pull up once again. Mom and pop spot that won’t disappoint, they still have all the old patrons up in here.

The food is always great here...however the service was not quite as great as my previous experience...possibly I was serviced by Mr Phuong the owner himself. All that was me missing was more smiling & enthusiasm...that's all...
