My experience with Wendy's was not like any other fast food resturant. First off, the employees were very respectful to me and my family. Also, the food there was great, it was cooked right in front of me so I knew exactly what I was being fed. The prices were friendly even towards someone with only a 5 dollar bill!!! Although I was in a bad mood, the employees never failed to put a smile on my face, that brightened my day up even faster than the lights that brighten up a soccer field. These high quality employees led me to my seating area and offered to get me napkins, ketchup, straws, and even a drink on the house. The sandwich I got seemed to be from a resturant of high ratings, which in fact it was. After my dining session I was guided to my road vehicle. The employees at Wendy's treated me like a king and I will forever be grateful for the kind acts that they did for me and my family of 3. I wish the best of luck to those who are reading this and I highly recommend you to go to your nearest Wendy's for either a quick bite or a full out meal.

A friend and I had breakfast here on our way through town. Nice enough, its Wendy's, so it all tastes uniform enough. Clean and tidy, quiet morning. Enjoyable for breakfast

After avoiding this location for a long while due to a couple of disappointing experiences, we gave them a shot today (like 20 minutes ago) and were impressed! Our burgers were fresh and assembled by someone who cared - they looked like the pictures lol. Fries were hot and crispy. Service was good was well. Either Wendy's started to pay more to attract talent, or they're lucky enough to have talent on this shift and they need to raise wages to compensate.

Manager Jose is very professional, kind, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with!! This place is lucky to have him!!

The food was hot and fresh and my order was 100% correct. I had many modifications to my burgers and they got everything right! It's hard to find a fast food restaurant that serves fresh food and also gets the order right. You don't have to call or go back and complain, saves you a lot of hassle!! I definitely recommend this Wendy's!!!

I take my son to eat there every weekend he loves there chicken nuggets. Tony always makes sure his chicken nuggets are hot and fresh!! To eat supper. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a small frosty. The sandwich was delicious. The frosty was delicious. The Wednesday one was the best! The service was fast. Seating areas varied, with a lot of room. The price was reasonable. I've been using the Wendy's app and it definitely allows you to earn rewards and savings each and entry time you go.

Got the Asiago Chicken Club, surprisingly good among the various fried chicken I've had in the past. A bit dry, but I do prefer crunchy anyway, so that's good for me. Lady at the counter was super nice, quick to serve and got me what I needed efficiently. If I ever have a spare buck, this place is saved on my maps for sure.

Yes I love Wendy's specially getting the number 6 value meal 4 me I love the spicy chicken sandwich they always do a fantastic job here wherever I'm at if it's in Geneva or aphids not in Geneva and I go elsewhere to another Wendy's they do a fantastic job and this particular Wendy's is very clean and very well managed in the most part they have a lot of new items and different kind of price ranges which is a nice add-on they also have a new soda pop machine which is very Nifty and their overall atmosphere inside of this place is kind of busy at sometimes but if you can get there on a not as busy time it's very nice and quiet and convenient they have a decent amount of seating in all that in fantastic light for everyone and they have a very nice staff when you go up to the counter and you and tell them what you want or ask them what is there if you can't see the menu which is very nice that that is a good sense of customer service in my mind now with the wait for the food I maybe waited about 3 minutes or so for my food but that means to me that I'm actually going to get quality food and in that they they have also no a men's bathroom and a woman's bathroom which they they do they do have they also have drive-thru service I think to mean drive-thru service is the most difficult part at this building I don't know if it's the microphone or if it's how you have to go through the service line it's just it's not the easiest and you probably wait almost you about 10 to 15 minutes maybe to get through but I'm the most part like I said fantastic place to go very friendly for kids do recommend to go there just hopefully you get there on a time that is not so busy

I love the food, especially the Chocolate Frosties (which was all they had until recently). Staff is friendly, food well prepared, but some of the tables were left unwiped even though there was a lull in customers, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Love their spicy chicken sandwich but it being spicy is hit and miss. Most of the time it's miss. I've only had this sandwich one time where it was truly spicy all the way through. Wendys supplier needs to remedy this.

I enjoyed the new spicy chicken sandwich they have. The frosty was delicious as well. They now have a 5 for $5 cookie deal, which makes this girl happy.

Everything very good except the trash area where you dump the tray and stack it. It could be kept cleaner. Some food particles were on the counter area of the trash bins. Otherwise, ample clean tables were available where we could sit.

Line was insane at the drive through, about 20 cars ahead of me at my recent visit. I expected to wait at least 30 mins to get my food, however I was pleasantly surprised to be out within 10 minutes. The line was quick and smooth, food came out without any complaints. I'm not sure if they have new management or the workers are just good but Wendy's has been on point recently at this location.

Staff can be rude. They tend to run out of things, and they forget things a lot and basically try to rush you through. They will hand you a bunch of drinks and bags at once and expect you to take all of and immediately drive away.

Employees behave as if they've got better things to do, than their job. Food is always good..if you don't mind the baked potatoes having g a suprise cheese on them each time.

The food is good and they've taken covid precautions. I got double charged with their mobile pay and couldn't get through to support to get a refund for that, so, that was cool 😐 food was good.

Frosties are really the only reason this place makes my family happy. We did shoot for some nuggets today... 4 for 2.59...... and they were cold.

Great service. Just have been an off night cause this place is usually great. They must have spilled the salt on literally our entire meal. I dont even eat ketchup but had to use it to make the fries edible.

Of the 3 big fast food burger joints, this is the best of the 3. If you've got a little more time, would suggest going to see 5 guys about a burger than the usual 3 fast food burger joints

Place stinks like someone needs to take a shower, floor dirty. Food was good Service was good

Food was good and quick service. However, we went through the drive through and they forgot part of our order. I only ordered two things, so it shouldn't have been that confusing. Of course, I was in a hurry and didn't check my bag until I was far away from the store. When I went inside, they replaced what I was missing with an apology. Didn't really make up for the fact that the first part of my order was now cold and soggy. Sigh!

1 meal out of 3 was cold and dry , it was chicken. We all had coke that seem to be under flavored and the carbonation seem flat.

This place is very hit and miss. More misses than hits. I went in and LeQuentin was biting his nails behind the counter (pretty disgusting). Rather than saying hello like a normal person he greets me with a snippy dining in or out? So this kids people skills are horrendous. I asked for a small CHOCOLATE frosty and got vanilla. Because he looked highly incompetent I decided to not make a big deal about it and just went with having a VANILLA frosty. And this is why fast food workers don't deserve $15/hr.

Slow slow slow. I actually had to shut off the car in the drive thru. I looked at the window and the person giving the food was first bumping and hand shaking the person there, and no food was ever given.

I stood at the counter for 15 min while workers just walked by no one person said hold on or I'll be rite there it was like I wasn't even there didn't get help until I said can someone help me and all I need was sauce cause they forgot at drive thru window food was stone cold bout time I got back to it

The fries tasted like they were made in old grease, and had the nerve to be cold! The chicken nuggets were not fresh as well. This particular location is always so hit and miss. I only went to it out of convenience, and of course was disappointed!

The burger was tiny and tasteless, super dry and way too much bun, no flavor; it's a lot like Macdonald now. I used to think Wendy's is better quality. The French fries were good though.

This particular Wendy's is so poorly managed. There is no customer service. Multiple times the food is served incorrect. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food and there were 4 staff members that I could see thru drive thru. Not one person said give us a few minutes or give us the drinks at least. There were 3 cars in drive thru and 5 cars in the parking lot. I don't know what else to say. The food was hot actually

Greasy floors,staff which goes back and forth with each other Noone didn't want do register. Had customers waiting they close the doors so they don't deal with customers.seen it with my own eyes.they had enough staff... my experience was ridiculous..they need to have corporate call on them and clean up that staff

Always ask for a receipt, it's very likely they will get your order wrong as they have mine on several occasions now, but I never am asked for a receipt or given one. And my lunch break is always half over by the time I'm pulling away and realizing my order is wrong. They have charged me for a bacon baconator combo three times but only gave me a Jr burger one time and a double cheeseburger the other two times, and twice they've missed the "without mayo"

I'm going to be blunt, I really like Wendy's and their deals which offer excellent savings and food for good prices. HOWEVER! This store as of late has been randomly closed before they're supposed to be closed, understaffed, and the interior dining area has been inaccessible for a while I believe due to this! Sometimes it's hard to order in a drive through only and this makes it very difficult for me and reduces my want to go here.

The management here needs a serious revamp. They had a new girl on the front counter and no one was helping her. I had absolutely no issue with her. She was very sweet and doing her best. I felt bad that she was basically thrown to the wolves with no trainer to back her up. Also saw two staff members go into the closet and stay there for a good 15 minutes. They completely forgot about an order for someone I was with and started making a different order. The new girl noticed and asked the staff for help on getting us all set. You could tell she was doing her best, but her superiors were lacking in work ethic. It was not busy either. I try not to be hard on food service workers as I was a crew worker and manager for many years. However, there's a set basic standard you should set at your job. At the very least, having the ethic to do the bare minimum well and support your new hires.

The wait in the drive threw is extremely long, I waited 10 minutes with no one in line. This happened to me twice, so I left without being waited on.

The place was dirty with maybe 2 clean tables. My sandwich had one hard piece of lettuce with all the Mayo on it so I brought the sandwich home instead of eating there. The frosty was soupy. Very disappointed! One star cuz I had to.

ItT was 11al and they stopped serving and answering calls as a former employee I findd this disgustingl. Horrible customer service, I call and requesmanager and get hung on 2 hrs before n closing. Corporate will be getting a call.from me

This place is sick. Used to be good but far from it anymore. They have roaches in the food and containers, food is gross and it's not clean inside. I'd rather die than eat at this establishment ever again.

My son went to geneva Wendy's today using drive thru. He was getting a taco salad for myself which was fine but his order was bacon cheeseburger fries, and soda. He recieved a cold burger. That's it! Lost a customer there Wendys.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Dirty. Out of all drinks except diet coke but fail to tell you that when you order. No ice ever. Don't give you chips with your taco salad... just avoid this Wendy's

The worst place I have ever been to eat. Quality of the food is very poor. I ordered a chicken sandwich that was flimsy and tasted worse than the chicken patties you can buy from save a lot. Their fries were terrible and tasted a day old. I will never go here again! Also whoever was in drive thru rushed our order and hurried us along so right from the start I was dissatisfied. I would never recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

If I could choose zero stars I would this place was absolutely the worst experience in fast food I've ever had .....to start come up to the counter to be greeted with "what do you want" then after every item ordered "is that it followed by a scoff" the food was absolutely a train wreck everything was burnt and poorly made and to add not one employee was in a uniform (hat or hairnet, shirt and pants) instead we wear hoodies and what could only be described as dirty laundry to create vivid picture needless to say will never be returning to Geneva wendys beyond disgusted!

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. This Wendy’s is so horrible, my boyfriend and I went to this Wendy’s around 12am and online it says they close at 1. I’m so disappointed.

Filthy, inside and out. Drive through window has food all down it with MOLD growing on it. We just drove away! No way I was going to eat food from there!

Was in drive thru on a today and they close drive thru at 1:00am I was there at 12:08 am no one answered order box. Went to window looked right at me and turned their back on me. Try to get girl attention she just acted like I was not there. That was very rude 1:00 am is not 12:08am they should of still been taking orders. It was rude so I went elsewhere.

Took me 30 minutes to get two small Frosty's with two junior bacon cheeseburgers to eat inside. Person on the front counter did not know what she was doing could not read the screen properly to get orders out. Looks like teaching needs to be better at this Wendy's! When she laughed and another girl he had difficulty also getting a large order out. I stood and standed there and waited and waited and waited for our order to come out not a good thing

Today I went to get a sandwich for my mom and daughters in my debit card and get one for myself with 600 points I had but I ended up not getting my sandwich because they said it didn’t go though with my points just to add more balance but when I got home I realized they took my 600 points. I just went there to pay attention about it so other people don’t go home upset.

Date 5/17/24 I brought my family to Wendy's because my son wanted to eat here I was hoping to find the same atmosphere as I do when I come in for lunch 3 times a week, this place is a joke and I will not be back thay need someone that will take charge of this place and run it like a business not a hang out , this place is a joke

This particular Wendy's was unable to get my order correct and the restaurant was not busy at all at the time I went. Really makes me wonder what "talent" this franchise hires 🤨 I hope others have a better experience than I did!

Pulled up to the drive thru around 630pm behind 3 other vehicles, who's orders were taken. The worker then asked me to come inside bc they weren't doing the drive thru. So why did they take the orders of the vehicles in front of me? I told her no I won't come inside, I'll go elsewhere. The point of the drive thru is so I ont have to go inside

I went to this location well before closing time with an order placed on their app. Not only were they closed, but the staff refused to speak to me about how to get a refund. If you're in the area and you need something to eat, I would recommend you go somewhere else. The customer service is lacking and quite frankly the food is too expensive to justify wasting your time and money on the experience

Ordered through online ordering and went through the drive thru. Everything was a pretty rushed experience. Had to go back because they forgot a burger of mine. I ate my fries and save the burger for later always. Just opened my burger and its messing all the extra toppings i paid for on it... Who orders a junior bacon cheeseburger with double cheese and doesn't get even a single slice of it?? Pretty rude through the drive thru. Just kinda tossed my missing burger at me on the way back through. Some were also not wearing their masks and/or they were wearing them incorrectly. Kinda sad. Wendys WAS my favorite fast food place if i was to eat out :'(

The drive-thru is a joke, you can barely hear whoever is behind the headset and they can barely hear you, but worst of all is the display doesn't even work to show what you ordered, so you can't even confirm it is right, resulting in countless mistakes with the order. Also they have you skip the 1st window now, so you don't even see a receipt until you get your order. If the order is wrong and the receipt is also wrong, they blame you for getting the order wrong, which is dumb as it gets because there is no visible order confirmation, and you don't get a receipt until you get your order. They need to get their stuff together at this location, it was bad enough it took a decade just to fix the potholes in front of the exit.

They closed at 9:30pm and Noone would come to the drive thru to take our order. I called and some guys gave me Hella additude and said he was busy making food for people when there wasn't a soul in the drive thru or parking lot. They just didn't want to do there job. Horrible customer service!!! Will not be coming again.

Me & my daughter was CRAVING Wendy's so we went and EVERYTHING was horrible! Burgers not even minimally warm. Asked for no salt fries and got OLD COLD FRIES so we had to wait another 5 minutes to get those. For $45.00 every one should have been pleased 😫 such a disappointment

Absolute Garbage, first thing how do you only give a persons one package of sauce for like 12 nuggets, then on top of it the drink tastes like they have never changed from the original bag. Now talking about the inside it was nasty inside looks like hasn’t been cleaned since COVOID started, I’m never coming back to this location

Tried to grab some dinner at 10 PM. Staff was clearly here, but the lobby was locked and they would not respond at the drive-through. Watched three cars turn away from the drive-through after trying to get service. Saw an employee come out and smoke some weed only to go back into the restaurant and close the door and not help anyone.

I went here at 9:30 pm to use the bathroom and get food, the wet floor sign was in the door so I went in to use the bathroom, the lights were all off so when I came out of the bathroom I went to my car to place a mobile order. As I was coming out the employees including the manager on duty went to their car in a handicapped spot and proceeded to light a blunt and smoke it. They also gave me dirty looks, I ended up leaving because I watched them refuse orders in drive through, but continued smoking. Very unprofessional

Waited over 20 minutes at the drive-thru for someone to take our order. I thought the speaker was broken at this point but apparently not. I moved up to the 2nd window. They told me I'm better off coming inside to get my order! The place was dead! I had my sleeping child in the back car. Needless to say, we went to another fast food restaurant with a functional drive-thru and customer service!

I'm a previous restaurant owner so when I go out to eat, I have high expectations and especially if I go to a fast food place, which I rarely do, because I rather support the little guy or family own establishment. So, yesterday I had a craving for a fish sandwich. I had a very busy day planned and had many errands to run. I did a general Google search on fast food restaurants who have a good fish sandwich. Wendy's fish sandwich was rated near the top of the list. I went there before for a chicken sandwich and was very disappointed, the bun was flat and the chicken was cold and it seemed like it was sitting there for a while, it definitely didn't taste like it was freshly made! I wasn't very pleased and told myself, I probably wouldn't go there again. Well, I should have took my own advice! I haven't been back there for over a year and figured, hopefully their quality of food have improved and I was willing to give them a second chance! Big mistake! I ordered a fish sandwich combo meal and a small chocolate frosty for my wife, she wasn't hungry but likes their frostys. The bill came to a little over $14 dollars. I bring the food home and give my wife the frosty and by this time, I'm very hungry and looking forward to eating my fish sandwich! I open the bag, expecting to see a decent size wrapped fish sandwich and was caught off guard. It looked kind of small, did they make a mistake and give me a single burger combo? I opened the wrapper and it was a fish sandwich, the bun was flat, the fish was square and about a quarter inch flat, the cheese was hard and it looked like the sandwich was sitting there for hours! I was very hungry and decided to take a couple of bites. Honestly, I'm not one to complain but the only thing that tasted ok was the pickles! I couldn't eat the rest and was very disappointed 😞 the fries were ok but nothing to brag about. My wife ate her frosty and unfortunately, a half hour later, she had to make multiple trips to the bathroom! I gave them a second chance but will never go there again! If you are on the run and looking for a good fish sandwich, try Arby's! It's actually a real piece of fish, not square and very tasty! If you want to have a great fish sandwich, about 10 inches long and cheaper than Wendy's, go to Connie's Diner in Waterloo!! Hopefully this review will be helpful and save someone money and the hassle I went through! Wendy's shame on you! Your quality of food has really gone down hill!

Very ordinary food, waited while worked stood around and stumbled over each other. The worst part was that this was EXTREMELY expensive. We purchased one Dave's single cheeseburger (over $7!), one chicken sandwich (eight bucks, just a regular sandwich, nothing special or fancy) and 2 small Frosties. For $21+, we could have gone to a regular restaurant for lunch. We won't eat at a Wendy's again.

Stopped here before our 5 hour drive home. Sat down, and we noticed we were missing a fry. My wife asked for that, and I decided to check my burger before biting in. It wasn't plain. I brought it to the counter, and she brought it in the back, told the guy to make a bacon doublestack plain. He couldn't help himself and had to say, "Maybe he should have ordered it that way." I have been ordering my food plain for 30 years. I certainly didn't forget that mustard and onions make me gag, and pickles are disgusting. We also got the fry as we finished eating, so no one wanted it at that point.

For starters, the food is ALWAYS cold. And if you ask for something cooked fresh, they catch an attitude like you’re inconveniencing them. Ask for the manager or GM and it gets even worse. They hired someone, told them they were “overqualified,” promised them a position, and when they called back to follow up, the GM got nasty and blamed everything on her DM “Brittany.” Come to find out, they didn’t give the job because the employees said they just didn’t like the person… as a person. 😂🤣 Unprofessional is an understatement. What a joke.

Dirty. Greasy floors, my guess would be using the same water in the dining room as in the kitchen. Smell of something rotten near the coke machine. Multiple workers out of uniform including a dirty tank top for the person taking orders. Didn't know if the person really worked there but did a good job taking the order nonetheless. It's a shame, used to be a good place to go. Can't say the food was horrible but kind of grosses you out when/if you dine in.

Ordered from Uber eats as whenever I got to Geneva I usually stop by here even though the food has been terrible the past few times I’ve pushed through for who knows what reason. Today I ordered and go no fries in my bag and got some specifications on the burger which some were right but it was like they took it out the warmer tray and put the stuff on but didn’t take the other stuff off. The burger was fine didn’t taste great what so ever but I wish I could’ve had my fries that I paid $7 for. Won’t be coming back or ordering from here again
