The young drive-thru employee’s lack of clear communication made my experience frustrating. I asked to use my $5 reward, but he said he couldn’t apply it and told me to use the app. As I placed my order, he then said I couldn’t wait in the drive-thru, despite no cars behind me. After completing my app order and asking him to cancel the first one, he stared at me blankly when I pulled up and claimed I should have told him I placed it. Better training and communication are needed. I’d skip coming to this location, Carmel Mountain location has better service and attentive staff.

My issue isn't with the workers at this Taco Bell. It's with management and corporate. The employees here are always nice, they get my order correct, and the food is usually well made. But the wait times are terrible. This Taco Bell desperately needs more workers. Dinner hours are worked on by a skeleton crew. My drive-thru times are usually 20-25 minutes, when there are only 2-3 cars ahead of me. After 9PM, it seems like there are literally 1-2 workers here. This cost-cutting tactic has driven me away from this place. Taco Bell executives keep removing staple menu items. Only to add them back in later for a limited amount of time. They do this to take advantage of hype cycles and fear of missing out. I don't want to give my money to a restaurant that takes away the speediness and reliability of fast food.

Just left this place. They staff was fast paced but not for the ones dining in. I ordered at the kiosk and sat for about 20 minutes waiting for my food, which is generally not "fast food." However during my wait they were able to attend to every single Door Dash walk in driver. I saw at least 12 Door Dash people come in and out. I finally get my food and its already soggy with hardly any internal ingredients such as the most important part of a taco, cheese. Bathrooms were nasty and definitely were not attended to "every 30 minutes" as their sign said. Only reason they aren't gettin a one star is because the Pepsi was more full than my food. Never again at this location for me. Good luck

LOVE Taco Bell! This location is the most unorganized mess I’ve seen for fast food. Employees ignore you most of the time. it should not take 30 mins for drive thur.

Honestly i don’t see how people could work here i review lots of places seeing how their employees are like even managers but this one like the cashier was so sweet very nice very friendly when i was there always helping me each time i came but today. i saw her come out of the bathroom with red eyes filled with tears if i were you i wouldn’t work at this place it seems like they care more about their numbers, times, the company more than their own employees! Do better taco bell. is this how you treat people. food takes forever as well and she was alone too so i don’t blame her if she messes up a little other than that she was the sweetest ever out of everyone else i’ve seen on the weekends

Horrible service. The drive thru line was long but I got over it. When I got t o the window the employee told me that all mobile orders had to come inside and refused to give me my order, there was no sign in the drive thru stating that mobile order had to come inside. My mobile order was already done and paid for, all they had to do was give it to me. I dont recommend anyone come here.

I have been waiting so long to eat taco bell kinda ridiculous how long I had to wait and then they made my order wrong of couuurse. No coupon or anything for the half an hour it took them to remake it

This is the 3rd time in the past 2 months that my steak quesadilla has tasted like it came out of the trash and was reheated. It never has extra sauce but on 1 slice and dry on the rest. Like it was vertical for a long time. The meat tastes old and like spoiled jerky. I really just can't. I will drive to the other one from now on this is just so repulsive.

The food is good, and the employees are doing their best, but the service here sucks! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR PICKUP. You will be waiting 20-30 minutes for your food. This location prioritizes the drive-thru over all other customers. Clearly they are chasing some sort of corporate speed metric rather than treating all customers fairly. All they offer is empty excuses when you bring this up. It's just disappointing. Do better guys.

If I could give this 0 I would. Order was sitting on counter for 10 mins when they said they would call the name. Ordered a large strawberry freeze didn’t even get it when I got the food. Asked the manager that I’m missing my large drink she just hands me a regular cup. The tables have been extremely dirty yet manager walks by each table doesn’t even care. Avoid this location EVEN IF YOURE STARVING TO DEATH!!!!
