Ogni volta una conferma! Ottimi i piatti della tradizione bergamasca rivisitati in chiave moderna. Belle anche le presentazioni dei piatti. Locale ospitale, servizio veloce e cordiale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ora anche con la Schisceta-Box! Per un pic nic all'aperto, una merenda post trekking o dopo la salita al Monte Avaro in bicicletta. I dolci rimangono sempre il punto di forza😊. Consigliatissimo!

Frequentiamo da tempo questo ristorante e ogni volta troviamo lo stesso ambiente cortese e famigliare, la stessa disponibilità a soddisfare in ogni modo (ragionevolmente possibile) il cliente, la stessa qualità del cibo. Questa volta non avevamo prenotato, ma dopo una ragionevole attesa, ingannata con una passeggiatina negli splendidi dintorni, abbiamo potuto gustare ottimi gnocchi e "nosecc". Grande l'assortimento di dolci: ho chiesto e ottenuto un "bis" per poterne assaggiare almeno un paio. Ottime sia la crostata che la torta di mele. Ricordo che la strada di accesso prevede il pagamento di un ticket di 2euro acquistabile da un'emettitrice automatica che richiede moneta.

🏔️ Un rifugio di gusto tra le vette: Recensione di Ristorobie Se cercate il connubio perfetto tra natura incontaminata e cucina che scalda il cuore, Ristorobie è una tappa obbligatoria. Ci sono stato di recente e l'esperienza è stata rigenerante sotto ogni punto di vista. L'Ambiente e la Vista Le foto parlano da sole: il ristorante gode di una posizione privilegiata. Mangiare circondati da un anfiteatro di montagne innevate, con le piste che si snodano proprio davanti ai tuoi occhi, non ha prezzo. L’atmosfera è quella tipica dei rifugi d'alta quota: autentica, accogliente e con quel tocco di vivacità dato dagli sciatori e dagli escursionisti che popolano i pendii circostanti. L'Esperienza Culinaria Passando al pezzo forte, la cucina non delude le aspettative di chi cerca i sapori veri della montagna: Fusilli al Pesto di Erbe e Noci: Un piatto visivamente splendido. Il verde brillante della salsa suggerisce freschezza (probabilmente erbe di montagna o ortiche), e la granella di noci aggiunge quella nota croccante e autunnale che si sposa benissimo con la pasta corta, perfetta per trattenere tutto il condimento. Sformato / Zuppa Gratinata: Questo è il vero comfort food. Crosticina dorata e filante di formaggio locale, un cuore morbido e saporito... è esattamente quello che desideri dopo una camminata sulla neve o una mattinata sugli sci. Un piatto "ignorante" al punto giusto, ricco e genuino. Perché andarci? Panorama a 360°: Ideale per chi vuole rifarsi gli occhi mentre si riempie la pancia. Cucina del Territorio: Piatti che onorano la tradizione con ingredienti che sembrano freschissimi. Atmosfera: Perfetto sia per un pranzo veloce tra una discesa e l'altra, sia per un momento di relax prolungato al sole. In sintesi: Ristorobie si conferma una garanzia per chi ama la montagna vera. Entrare al Ristorobie è come varcare la soglia di casa: si viene accolti da sorrisi sinceri e da un buonumore contagioso che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. L’atmosfera è semplicemente magica, fatta di calore umano, profumi invitanti e un’armonia che si respira in ogni angolo. La cucina è sublime: i piatti preparati da Sara e dalla sua famiglia raccontano una storia di passione, tradizione e amore per le cose fatte bene. Ogni portata è una scoperta, ogni sapore ti fa innamorare un po’ di più. Si percepisce che dietro ogni ricetta c’è cura, esperienza e il desiderio di regalare emozioni. E poi c’è il panorama: fuori si è circondati da una vista stupenda, di quelle che fanno bene al cuore e all’anima. Una piacevolissima scoperta! Piatti dai gusti decisi ma magistralmente equilibrati, cotture perfette, armoniosi al palato, succulenti e ghiotti oltre le naturali aspettative.... A tratti si rinnova il nostalgico ricordo di sapori da troppo tempo dimenticati....e, finalmente, con buona pace di inutili pseudo-piatti rivisitati, destrutturati, ecc, ecc Servizio al tavolo eccellente, ben organizzato e con tempistiche inaspettate! Refuge/restaurant located practically where the parking lot is at the top of the road leading to Mount Avaro. It offers typical local and mountain dishes in general. Everything is very good, prices are average, and the service is excellent. Recommended

An excellent lunch near Monte Avaro. The restaurant is charming and well-located. The view is breathtaking. The selection of ingredients is carefully selected, and the menu reflects traditional flavors. The service is welcoming, and the attention to detail is unwavering. A little slice of paradise!

A lovely spot nestled in the mountains! Although it was a rainy day, which limited the view, I can only imagine how breathtaking it must be on a clear, sunny day. We enjoyed a delicious mushroom-themed meal as part of the "Fungolandia 2024" event, and everything tasted fantastic. Definitely a 5-star experience—I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Yes, I gave everything 5 stars because, given the location, the service, the ambiance, and the food... they truly deserve it, but unfortunately, I have to say one thing. I almost always understand everything, but for a platter of cured meats where I was served for 2 (two) people, only: 2 (two) miserable slices of salami, 2 (two) miserable slices of coppa, 2 (two) miserable slices of prosciutto crudo, 2 (two) miserable slices of pancetta, 2 (two) miserable slices of bresaola, for a total of only 10 (ten) miserable slices in all, I'd say €8... is certainly not cheap. Yeah, sure, the location and everything else, but... €8 for 10 slices! 😬 For the rest, as I wrote, everything was truly more than good. P.S. The last photo is of the platter of cold cuts they gave us, which I placed on one of our plates outside, on the tables in the children's play area.

A corner of paradise in the middle of the valleys! 🌲 Completely surrounded by nature, Ristorobie offers traditional, homemade cuisine, tasty and inviting. We went there with friends for lunch; the kind lady was able to advise us and show us the various options based on our tastes, with precision and helpfulness. Their cheeses are absolutely worth trying, with both first and second courses, you're spoiled for choice, and the dessert is the perfect end-of-meal treat. The products used are fresh and full of flavor, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the scenery is captivating, providing a complete escape from the daily grind. Highly recommended! 🧡

Lunch today. Welcoming and clean. Courteous and attentive staff. We had a sampling of local cured meats; I don't remember the name of the dish. Sautéed porcini mushrooms and a portion of taragna polenta, along with homemade giardiniera (vegetarian salad) because they were arranging the freshly made jars at the entrance, and we couldn't resist (see photo). And then a portion of tagliatelle with venison sauce. Everything was top-quality and very tasty. It was an excellent lunch. €42 all-inclusive, with a €4 cover charge and €2 for water. We'll definitely be back. They know what they're doing, and it shows. There's passion and attention. They know how to prepare food and they know how to take care of their customers.

Fantastic experience. The road to get there isn't overly complicated, you'll have to pay a fee, and if you don't have change, you can pay directly at the restaurant. The location is fantastic, the view is incredible, and the restaurant is well-maintained. Service is quick and friendly, and the staff is very friendly. For starters, we tried the carne salada, which was really good, and then the tagliatelle with venison ragù... amazing! Not to mention the desserts, both the brownies and the panna cotta were incredible, well-made and exceptional, like the rest of the meal. I recommend it; we had a great time!

A restaurant nestled in nature at 1700 meters above sea level, with a fantastic view, perfect for a stroll before or after lunch. A very welcoming, mountain-style restaurant with attention to detail. The food is truly delicious, with dishes made with local ingredients, carefully presented and very tasty, generous portions, and reasonable prices. The service is excellent; they make you feel at home and are able to recommend wines and dishes. Last but not least, leave room for dessert, because leaving without it would be a real shame. Try it to believe it.

Although the location is not very known, you have to book in advance - or try as we did, not aware of its popularity, and wait patiently for the table enjoying the beautiful view. A long wait is absolutely rewarded. The dishes are delicious:local cuisine, authentic, fresh ingredients, abundant portions, tasty local wine. From appetizer to the dessert - no flaws. And to burn the calories, you can rent a sledding and have fun going down the slope next to the restaurant. Perfect addition to a trip from the nearby San Pellegrino Terme.

A restaurant on the Avaro plateau, serving traditional products, a good wine list, and traditional cuisine, but with a touch of personality—not your typical mountain hut, in short. A pleasant surprise! I highly recommend booking to choose between indoor and outdoor seating. It's easily accessible by car, there's parking (but you'll have to pay to access the road in Cusio!), and you can enjoy a lovely stroll through the Avaro meadows!

I liked the restaurant for its location, the outdoor tables, and the indoor dining room with beautiful windows overlooking Monte Avaro. Unfortunately, the food doesn't quite match my expectations. I had a venison stew you see in the photo with five small pieces of meat, which I think was €15 or €16. Polenta on the side was €4, reheated and a bit grainy in my opinion. I also had a glass of rosé wine and an apple pie that was objectively soft and flavorful. The à la carte menu was quite limited, let's say unimpressive, in my opinion below average for dishes of that type. The owner was not very empathetic. The price was moderately high for having eaten so little.

Nice and welcoming place... the dining room side feels like a cabin. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with the food. The tagliatelle weren't exactly the best. The polenta taragna was good (it's a shame the bowl was chipped), but I'd try it again. The mountain dish with salted meat was good, the cheese wasn't to our taste. Three courses in total (a first course, a second course, and a side dish) with water, €40. The low rating is due to the strong food odor that lingered on my clothes. What a shame.
