Went on my lunch break in hopes of some pho ga to help warm me up, and was not disappointed in the least. Everything was packaged so that when I got back to work I was able to put everything together the way I wanted, the smell of the ingredients was incredible and fresh, and it was also very affordable. Can’t wait to come again for lunch!

This is a regular outing for us. Full disclosure, the service is often slow (even when not busy), but the food is worth the patience. Their beef pho is incredible, but don't miss out on their pad Thai or lemon grass curry either.

Take out pho with rare beef. I couldn't eat it because of how it was packed. No room to pour soup over noodles and no room to put noodles into soup. Also needed utensils which I didn't receive. Sipped soup and before I added hoisin it was bland. I would try another dish since I work nearby but I'm not really impressed

The food/service here is a hit or miss. Originally I gave them 4 stars but after coming here for the last year and always being disappointed, I stopped. - I've rarely ever got my water refilled. Unless they had a college kid working. - The owner always always forgets my friend's order although we've been ordering the same items for the past year. - There were many instances that we were given wrong orders (We are not picky eaters so we just deal with it usually, however it is a big internal issue if its 30% of the time) - My last straw was when food here started becoming inconsistent. I don't usually change my reviews but I've been disappointed too many times. I feel like the owners just doesn't care anymore...

Update Sep,2019: New owner took over, food went downhill... The base soup tasted like water, the beef is not actual pho beef , the bowl only has meat balls and beef while it should have other things as well, the meat balls are not praticular good, but I doubt they make that there ... All in all, food is food, but I'm probably not going back there for pho while there are more options in town.

I came in to be seated and was not greeted or addressed. There was a small child at the counter who called for someone but they never came. I saw a staff member in the back smoking near the food. I ended up just walking out after ~5 minutes. Very disappointing.

Service was fine but the place was empty and no wonder since their pho is average at best and that might even be an overstatement. The broth was definitely not bone broth, tasted like it was something I could buy off the shelf at tops. The portions are ridiculous, $12 for a bowl of pho should get me plenty of noodles and beef but the beef portions were pathetically small, like non existent. The portions being that small only emphasized the flavorless broth that drowned everything else. They don’t even have chili paste on the table!

Oily and bland with very chewy meat. Also cost us $6 more than what it used to cost. Will never go back :( time to find a new pho place in Amherst.
