We went for lunch during the week. They offer a fixed menu or à la carte. We ordered the €13 fixed menu. The value for money was really good. We ate well, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable.

We went here for the mushroom festival in Giaveno. The place is a 10-minute drive from the square where the stands are, so a bit outside the center. We were impressed by the tasting menu (which we chose) compared to other places that offered even less for the same price. The place is very cute inside, with very fast service and friendly staff. The quality of the food was high; the porcini mushrooms were tasty and very good... The meat in the main course was incredibly tender. We left the place with full stomachs; we couldn't have eaten anything else; the portions were generous. A great discovery; if you're in the area, I recommend stopping by!

The food was excellent, the pizza was also good, the prices were reasonable, the guy who looked after us was very kind, but a colleague of his was a little less so as she got the dishes wrong twice... she was obviously inexperienced.

My review will be a series of observations during tonight's dinner. Foreword: I've heard good things about La Pace and decided to dine there. I park near the restaurant, in the little dirt square, and walk to the Trattoria. From outside, I notice the rustic style, and this detail excites me. A waitress, following the advice of the lady at the counter, shows me the table where I should sit. I sit down and begin to listen to the waitress's description of the menu. Table 7f, however, is in a peculiar position: being in the corner of the restaurant, the draft is noticeable, and I'm feeling cold because it's September and summer is over. I don't have a crinpass, so I have to eat outside, and I'm wearing shorts. I have to say that the person at the cash register probably had no idea how cold it was out there, so she pointed the waitress in that direction, and alas, I said yes, so I sat at table 7f, where it was cold and draughty from the start. I ordered seafood paccheri and Napoli pizza. The first course was truly delicious: I even mopped it up with bread (as they say). The pizza tasted good, the execution was perfect, not burnt on the bottom, thin and not heavy. The staff is kind, yes, but they need to communicate more. The bald guy worked as if he were alone, and when he brought me the pizza, he asked "Is this one here?" at two tables before coming to me with it. Saying "I knew it was one of those tables haha" to lighten the mood is not an option. You have to know where you're going and what you're bringing, always. The blonde girl is the one who knows the place and the customers best, and she's very smart. She's sincere, spontaneous in speaking and explaining the menu, moves quickly, and remembers everything. I wish the new waitress good luck; she has a long way to go to become a good waitress, and I hope the staff will help her along the way. The restaurant business is a challenging journey. Never be afraid of people or their judgments. Present yourself confidently and take charge, even when you don't know who you're dealing with or how the evening will go. The pear and chocolate cake: very good, I would have liked to see a chocolate topping on top rather than powdered sugar. But I enjoyed the cake, the first course, and the pizza. I'll be back in the next few days. Oh, I forgot: to those who say it's expensive, cook at home, it'll cost you less. Because the restaurant owner isn't your relative, and even if he were, he has significant costs to cover. Be nice, pay, and leave a tip if you're happy. I say this especially to regular and stingy customers. Back to me: €2 cover charge, a medium Coke, 1/2 rosé, seafood pasta, Napoli pizza, dessert --> €32. I'd say it's a fair price. See you 😃

At La Pace, quality and service always go hand in hand! La Pace is a restaurant my family has frequented for years, and I occasionally join them. I must say I've consistently found the quality of the dishes to be excellent, the wait times to be absolutely normal, and the service to be attentive. The mixed grilled fish is delicious, the first courses are good, and the fruit for dessert is always good. Prices are normal, with a full lunch for those who enjoy eating from 30 to 40 euros. The restaurant consists of a very large central hall, a large side room, and an outdoor terrace. The rooms are equipped with TVs that are always on during Sunday lunchtime, showing sporting events, making it ideal for large groups, birthday parties, and so on. The sugar cubes in alcohol offered at the end of the meal are excellent!

Good food, good service, best envirment.. just a small negative thing is they can't make a stake very well and never drink thier dark beer its taste bad sweetish..... so better try other food 😋.

I asked for a pizza that was half of one kind and half of another, and it was denied. So far, all the pizzerias I've been to have had no problem making it. The excuse at the cashier was that it was crowded, and they didn't even offer me a liqueur to soften their refusal to accommodate a customer. I definitely won't be returning, especially since the cashier didn't seem to care.

I'm sorry to have to write a negative review. We've known the place for years, but we've never had such a bad experience. The sea bream was crusted dry, full of bones, and arrived with practically raw potatoes; the crema catalana was more of an omelette than a cream; the Nutella chiacchiere was decidedly salty, and the Nutella was only slightly drizzled. I must also add the rather unfriendly attitude of the waitress, and unfortunately also of the lady at the counter, to whom we tried to explain what had gone wrong. I'm sorry, but next time I'll book elsewhere.
