A conveniently located Chick-fil-A in downtown. All the dining options you would expect at any other Chick-fil-A. Food taste delicious and to the same expectations. The dining area is rather small. Few tables (mostly bar style and one large community table). Yet the dining area feel somewhat bigger because of the rather high ceiling. Unfortunately, you can't get away fort that unique downtown L.A. smell. The stench carries to the dining area and into the restroom facilities. Staff is wonderfully nice. Ivy was our counter server and helped us nicely. Our tables were cleaned (wiped down) when we requested.

I really enjoyed the Chick-Fil-A original chicken burger. The patty was thick but still very flavourful. Service was quick and they served lunch even at 10 am. I can see potential for long line ups during lunch hours though. Prices are reasonable at around $5-$6 for the burger. There is also a table just for delivery drivers to wait for their orders.

Been to a lot of Chick-fil-A’s in person throughout Southern California, but today I ordered in via Uber eats. I got the Chick-Fil-A deluxe sandwich in a lettuce wrap(kind of) & added bacon to it(delicious as always & the bacon took it to the top), I got large waffle fries with extra CFA sauce! Also got the mini kale salad for some healthiness & got an extra two piece tender a la carte. Finished it off with a half sweet tea/regular tea drink. Love they the deliveries have those stickers to show it wasn’t tampered(hopefully). Overall great food for delivery.

Outstanding food, I loved the spicy chicken sandwich and their signature sauce. So delicious. It was also decently priced and served quickly.

Food was just okay usually used to be better other places. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich it has just peace meat and bread it’s not worth it as compare to price also there is no salad in it. But I loved the fries though.

They are lowkey crazy because the number of times I’ve gotten a sandwich made wrong… Once my sandwich was wrong so they made me a replacement…and the replacement was also wrong so they made a replacement of the replacement…WHICH WAS ALSO STILL WRONG (in a different way at least but still). I literally just took the L and gave up even tho I had paid extra for the missing topping 💀

It is my pleasure to review this location. There is no drive thru and no parking here. If you are riding the subway it is a good spot to stop in for lunch. It is definitely an urban adventure and a place with all types of characters roaming the streets.

How do you forget the condiments requested? A biscuit with no honey is wild... and dry. This always happens to me here for some reason.

Very slow. Lots of employees, pretending. To look busy. Don't bother coming for lunch. They don't started preparing your order until you get to the restaurant, and they take forever. Unless you have an hour lunch - don't even try. If you have an hour, there are much better places right across the street for the price. This place is a joke. I have been waiting 20 minutes for a chicken biscuit and a hashbrown, and there as been no like inside the entire time. Trash

Zero Stars if I Could — Disrespect Was Served, Not My Food Let me tell you real quick about my visit to Chick-fil-A—because whew, it was a mess. I stood there 15 minutes, holding food for my hungry child, minding my business. My number gets called, I say “that’s me,” and the employee looks me dead in my face and hands the order to someone else. Then here go the plot twist: out of everybody standing there, guess who was the ONLY person asked for a receipt? Yep. The Black woman. Nobody else had to prove a thing. Not one. So not only was my time wasted, but I was made to feel singled out and disrespected for no reason. That wasn’t customer service — that was profiling with a side of audacity. Bread was stale. Chicken tasted like rubber. Very weird texture had to spit it out. Server was polite.

Always had a great experience here, but I’ve now ordered two gallons of unsweetened tea with a slimy growth growing in the gallon. I understand there are sometimes tea sediments, but this is a whispy slimy bacteria that likely indicates the tea urns are not being thoroughly cleaned. The first gallon I actually drunk to nearly the end before noticing. It had a slightly sour taste, but not enough for me to notice the bacteria until it was too late. I ordered a second a few weeks after hoping for better quality, but this one has the same issue, which makes me think the tea urn itself is the problem.

So I came here for a quick lunch but never again. I will never come back to this chick-fil-a very unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes for a large fries and side salad. I didn’t even get a whole order of fries instead I got a whole order of sauce!! Each person running around doing mobile order verse doing the order for the people who take the timeout of their lunch break to walk-in, but you have 6 people doing mobile orders why??? To sad when McDonald’s has a better system in place to ensure their in house customers receive a great experience. Thanks for letting me know to never eat hear or recommend this to others!!!!

Sometimes they forget the sauce and sometimes they skimp on the fries. This was a large. I spent almost 3 dollars on a medium fill up. And they tried to hide with the napkins. 112821 I asked for a chicken biscuit with eggs and cheese and they gave me a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. This is annoying and disrespectful. Now i have to check my food before I leave to make sure my order is correct.
