I just love Panda Express. The only thing I order is chow mein and orange chicken because they're a delicious combination! Definitely recommend, y'all should just add a little more food to the orders beacause sometimes there's still space y'know, but other than that PERFECT. Great job.👏🏼💕

This panda Express has a drive through. I have been here several times and it has never been a long wait from the time I order to the time I receive my food at the window. There are times that it gets very busy and with no indoor dining, the drive-through line can get exceedingly long, and therefore creates a long wait. The staff has always been friendly during the times I have visited.
My sister and I stopped at the drive thru. I got the bowl of chow mein with the mushroom chicken on top. It was super good although I would have liked less zucchini & more chicken or mushrooms.
The food at Panda Express has always been good when I bought it. The only negative thing I can say is,,, it seems that if you go inside to place your order you get more than if you go to the drive thru.
Martha and Maria during the afternoon shift are amazing. They give the best customer service. They are fast. The food even seems to taste better when either one of them are there. I have giving a 5 star review because of Maria and Martha. If I was their boss I would give them both a promotion and a raise.

The employees were super nice And let me in just a few minute before closing. The noodles weren't as fresh but I don't expect the freshest since it's 10pm. However the orange chicken and honey shrimp were still amazing!
This place is a drive thru! What?!? Yeah, I know, amazing right? The line is long at times and appears daunting, but the staff is on point. They had my order ready before I could arrive at the window and pull my debit card out. They're usually friendly too. Thanks. Oh and they never forget to give you sauce, even when you forget to ask for it.

Great Sechuan beef. Only beef I have - omg soo cheesy... was that we were on a trip and they didn't give us enough sauces. Other than that the food was yummy.

I love that this location has a drive thru. Just don't go on a Friday night, it can get pretty busy. Favorite food from here is the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken.

As good as any Panda Express, you know what to expect. Problem with communication between staff, had to repeat order multiple times and they still didn't get it all right.
Every time I go here I get poor service!!! I've given chances thinking it was certain people but so far it's been everyone I've dealt with. 5/25/16 The service has been way better once I decided to just go inside to order. While we've still had issues with the order being incorrect when ordering through the drive thru, the service going in has been much better.
Food was like any other panda Express but this location was super busy and it was 9:30 pm on a Saturday and all the tables were dirty and trash cans full and not a single employee of of the many were picking up or cleaning. I am from out of state was passing thru with my family to our next destination, we were in dining for about 20 min and my truck was broken into! I dont like to judge but as other reviews have stated very sketchy people I was on edge from our stop to Walmart across the road and turned out the bad feelings were right. So dont leave anything valuable in your cars. They got a bag with some tampons and chapstick so I hope they enjoy. Very sad with humanity today on my family vacation.

Always busy, expect waiting 30 minutes thru drive thru or walk up pick up during lunch and dinner hours. You can probably order ahead these days and cut that time significantly, but not sure. Staff not too friendly but I think that's cuz they are so busy. Never have had my order messed up. Portions are smaller than other panda expresses I've been too like in Morgan Hill. My mushroom chicken today had 1 squash and 2 mushrooms, all chicken.....so don't expect consistent amounts of ingredients in your dishes. Honey walnut shrimp, mushroom chicken, and orange chicken are my favs. The chow mein and rice are not the best, they could do an overhaul on those. Chicken egg rolls are good. Wish they had soup on the menu. Food is bland and basic enough my kids love it and they barely like anything other than chicken tenders. Tried some kind of spicy chicken dish the last time I went and that was good too but I can't remember the exact name, I'm guessing szechuan chicken maybe....worth trying not too spicy.
Holy cow, I never knew that it was possible to spend an hour in line for food at Panda Express. There were possibly 20 people in line ahead of us, sure, but I couldn't fathom why they had only one person on the register when they had a line nearly out the door. Their portions are also much smaller than I remember from other visits to different locations.
3rd time isn't s charm. 2 stars because they were open and had what my boys wanted at 9pm but, this is the 3rd time we have gone at night and they are out of food. This time by 9:30 and close at 11pm they didn't have mushroom chicken(3rd time), no walnut shrimp, and no honey sesame chicken. They said they only carry the popular items that late. Ummm, it's a big picture on your drive thru board, that means you're encouraging people who can't make up their mind, to buy ot on impulse, why wouldn't you keep it on hand? Salt and pepper chicken is not a big impulse buy picture but they had that😒 How annoying
Female employee asked questions and do not listen the answer. Another female employee continuously asked for my order as well. Repeated order five times and still had issues. Food is okay awful service
Customer service is horrible at this location.. had to wait 2 separate times for 2 different items to be cooked because the server didn't serve my entree and someone else took it for a customer who came after me.

I’ve been going here for as long as i can remember and i can say that the food is ok, just your local panda express. However, today the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. I recall a couple years back the bathrooms flooded while people including me were in the restaurant. Today there was pee on the floors, poop on the stalls, a disgusting floor and even graffiti/scratches. I would probably go here again but I have not had good bathroom and cleanliness experiences. I don’t know who the manager is but I would definitely get a janitor or talk to the current one.
If you post your hours as closing at 10, then CLOSE AT 10! At 9:30 the chairs were up and they had nothing left at the drive thru. I specifically planned to eat here with my daughter on the way home and I couldn't do it. If you close at 9:30, JUST SAY SO! Will never stop at this unreliable location again.

As I was living customer asked me what happened they notice my 3 year old started crying about his food. this guy of name luna to confront me in a way to start a fight I just walked out.

Poor service rice stale or no flavor staffs didn’t have change for customers and they don’t have spoons either like what ?!! Staffs need to be a little nicer less rude to people telling them go to the back of the line cuz the line was big wow also why are the ladles where they grab the food in the food and then the employees touch it that’s gross that’s crossed contamination I know all this because I used to work for Panda Express

The food wasn't that good like it is a any other panda express and at the time to pay it was $13.90 and they charged me $14 even without asking if I wanted them to round up the amount, I asked and they claimed they did no have enough coins. My experience at other panda express is that they ask if you want to round up the amount, but they never round it up your way its always towards the company like they don't have money, I'm not that happy with panda express.
I like Panda Express, don't get me wrong. This particular store was such a disappointment. There was no hot water in bathroom. Paper towel machine was broken so as the soap. Trash cans overflowing all over the place. Dirty tables ( I had to wipe my own in order to eat), not to friendly staff (there were planning of people working) and the food wasn't that great. 🤔
Taking my money right next door to Popeyes . I will not tolerate the bad customer service they have here !!!! They tried to rip me off and the employee that was making my food can’t understand English and started to be rude. All they worried about is eating the free food that comes with employment but want to skimp the plates that pays them.
I have gone through the drive thru twice for dinner and both experiences were disappointing. They don’t fill up the two entree and one side styrofoam tray. They give only half scoops. I have never complained about a Panda Express location before, but this location is awful. Take my advice, don’t waste your money. If you want good American Chinese takout food go to King Eggroll where the food is fresh and the portions are large. At King Eggroll, you actually get what you pay for, unlike the Gilroy Panda Express where you get ripped off.
The ai ordering is so slow i sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes till I got to order with only 3 cars ahead of me it gets my order wrong every time ai is a very poor decision
Never stopping here again. We waited for fresh chow main to be made. The cook finished and the server took 5 more orders and served them while just staring at us waiting for our food.
The drive-thru the menu for light was out and they said they've been fixing it but it was not fixed could not see the menu especially in the dark and the person taking my order was rude and wasn't very helpful since we couldn't see the menu. These young kids are so rude now they have no courtesy at all
I am big fan and returning customer for panda Express. But yesterday visit was awful. Very much disappointed with the food quantity. The staff is very picky about the food quantity being served and doesn't see a smile on their face or customer happiness.

Was told they would have my total when I got to the window so when I got there the lady said it was 19.10. I handed her $20 she gave me my food then asked if I'd like to donate the rest. Because it was not going to be used towards tips for the employees or go to some charity I said no. Then another lady came up and told me I would have to give the food back. Really? They go through all these safety precautions for covid yet they want you to give back the food thats already in the car over 10 cents? Don't think anyone could get more unprofessional then the people working at that establishment. Obviously this company not only needs to do better training on customer service but on health & safety as well. Also probably a good idea to make sure customers have exact amount before giving them there food if you're going to have an exact change policy.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went to order food through the drive through. The woman that took my order seemed rushed and bothered by me ordering. I ordered 2 kids meals and she just said to go to the window. Ignored me when I asked for my drinks. I get to the window and she gives me water with my kids meals. I told her I didn’t ask nor want water with the food. She replies by telling me, “that’s what we serve with the kids meals.” Then walks away completely ignoring me. If I didn’t have my kids in the car with me I would have thrown the water back at her. Horrible customer service would not recommend this place at all. Will never buy from them again. Way overpriced for the amount of food they give you that looks like leftovers from the day before.
Came here at 9pm on a Tuesday. They shut the indoor dining early and would not make more of any of the entrees that were out. They had a staff of over 5 people so no reason for the laziness.
There were a few things that has gone terribly wrong: First, your website stated that this location is open till 10pm. When we arrived right at 9pm (to pickup a mobile order that is to be ready by 9:05p), we can see from outside that the inside is already cleaned and chairs put up, and entrance door LOCKED. I guess I could help excuse that they're only open with drive-thur, but wait a minute, I'm here to pickup a mobile order - and this is the gist of what I'm going to write about. What was appalling is that at that very moment, one of the employee (let's call her Manager-A, with a headset) was opening & re-closing the door for an employee to leave so I began to explain that I'm here to pickup an mobile order that should be ready very soon, if not already ready. She continued to re-lock the door and walked inside away from me without bothering to address me. I continued to stand outside of the door and tried to get the attention of any of the employees (there were like 5-6 employees) behind the counter. Finally another employee (let's call her Manager-B, with a headset) just signaled to me with hand gestures that I need to go through the drive-thru as the dining area is closed. I told her (shouting through the shut glass door) that I'm just here to pickup my order which should have been ready by now; They didn't even bother to ask the name/check the status of the order. She just gave an excuse that "oh your order is not ready, go to the drive-thru". This is crazy as my order couldn't have been simpler - it was 3 orders of chow-mien side! As the dining room has been closed, there were already a bunch of other customers (upon realization that they have to go to drive-thru instead) lining up at the drive-thru. I told her that the purpose of the a mobile order was for quick pickup, having to wait in line at the drive-thru following other customers who were there to order and wait for an order defeats the very purpose of mobile app pre-ordering. In the end, I left at 9:06pm, my order should have been ready anyways, but no employees were there to help finish and pass me the order.
I went threw the drive thru and as I was ordering Diana turned away and ignored me. I then told her I needed another container for the teriyaki sauce because it always spills into the bag. She then gave me a bag and ignored me. When waited there she and the manager (I think) closed the window on my face. What horrible service. Will not be back.
Horrible food had a plate with vegetables,black angus steak and honey walnut shrimp. it was absolutely dreadful the vegetables were bland and the shrimp were gross and the steak was disgusting tasted extremely gross and pure salty. Will not be eating here anymore
Worst Panda I've been to. I go to different pandas all around California from Sacramento to san jose to Bakersfield. This one seems to prioritize serving the drive thru rather than the Walk in Customers. The girl serving my order seemed annoyed thar I was in there, skipped a entrée I asked for, didn't ask if I wanted anything else before leaving my food at the register and literally going on break. Sat down to eat, 1 "Premium "entrée was Skimpy, the other was good and plenty, and I only got 2 Rangoons instead of the 3 I paid for. Didn't bother asking for the 3rd.
Gave me a completely different order. Going through drive through. I asked if the order they were giving me was correct, and they replied yes. Mistake that I made on my part was not checking the order, as I was in a rush.

Got a large container of chow mein for dinner. One of the few things I can get here since I’m vegetarian. The drive thru took incredibly long & there was only one car in front of me. I would’ve been okay with the wait if the food I got was edible. I tried it when I got home and it looked normal but tasted super burnt/charred. Even after dousing it in soy sauce and sweet n sour I still couldn’t mask the taste. My friend also tried it and agreed it was awful.

This is literally the worst panda I have ever been too. The food is lacking and the service is terrible. I feel disrespected and am eating cold food now too. I just got back from a return trip to them because they forgot our spring rolls. And they were downright rude and disrespectful when I tried to get the food we paid for and did not get. I asked nicely if I could get my meal again because cold shrimp is not good and it had been sitting for almost 4o minutes at that point. And they laughed at me. You can't fix your own mistakes and you laugh at me. That is so messed up. And now they got rid of the appitizer, I asked why and said we only order 1 box of each and we sold out to fast so we just stopped ordering them....WHAT, don't you order 2 or 3 boxes then and sell more!!! Bad business. I would avoid this place and drive to Morgan Hill if you want better than bad service. Panda needs to fix this place, and think about it's employees.
Came here twice. First time went through drive thru and the girl was extremely rude. Came a second time and it was even worse. The ladies laughed and talked loudly the entire time and were horribly disrespectful. Almost messed up our orders and didn't care. Wish the owner could pay attention to these workers and tell them to fix their attitudes. Definitely wish they could at least have some decency to wait until another time to talk about like little girls.
I get less & less food when i go there. Staff rushes you to order & makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. I emailed customer service three times and i get the same automated reply, BLAH BLAH BLAH. And there it falls into the trash. Staff looks unhappy like they hate it there but it pays the cell phone bill. Go to Morgan Hill location, much more friendlier and not so loud. Worth the drive.

If I could give negative stars I would. They are super rude and everytime we go the food is old and soggy and nasty parts of the chicken no matter what time we go. And the broccoli beef tastes like actual dirt. Like they just pulled it out of the ground without washing it and had others taste it to confirm🤢 worst panda ever. Save your money I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. If my dog smelled it and wouldn’t even eat it that should tell you something.
I had an extremely disappointing customer service experience at Panda Express today. The cashier, Martha, and the manager at the drive-thru were both incredibly rude and unprofessional. We simply asked for our chicken teriyaki to be cut into smaller pieces, but instead of accommodating our request, we were shouted at and told to move along. It's astonishing how this location seems to have a shortage of courteous employees, including the manager. I find it hard to believe that Panda Express would allow such behavior to go unchecked. Something needs to be done about this issue. #pandaexpress
Reason for 2 stars is because this location has the best food and it offers a drive thru. But poor customer service. The female that takes the orders over the drive thru intercom is rude. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Like listen sweetie, I work just as hard as you do and I choose to give you my money that I earned and every time I visit this location you have the worst tone to ur voice. If you hate ur job and don’t want to deal with other people, please do others a favor a find another job. I hate giving my money and receiving a nasty attitude. Update to my last review, last time at this location. I pay the people who work at this location and in return i get charged for food i order and i get laughed at. Not sure whats so funny. I called to complain yeah boo its me who called and the manager laughed also, laughing at what? That i just paid your wage for food i never received. This location needs to be shutdown and all employees don’t deserve unemployment benefits. Sick of being treated inhumane by these people
Really! 8:45 pm and most of the sides trays didn't even have half a serving in them! Walked out.
We were STARVING and so excited to eat... and then we got to the drive thru and the lady said they were out of chow mein and fried rice— only brown rice available. So we got that and then when we wanted some yummy food, they said they only had orange chicken and vegetables available. The lady seemed pretty annoyed that we were there ordering, as if everyone had been asking her for food that they didn’t have... sad day for us.
Went at 9:20pm. Cashier says there are out of orange chicken, and told me they don't make it after a certain time. They don't close until 10:30 on Fridays! Also barely gave me any food! Wth!
Lobby was closed at 9:30 with no signs. I mobile ordered two plates and got two bowls. Do not recommend ordering here.
Went in Sunday to pick up an order that I sworn had a large soda off my rewards. Apparently not. The cashier lady who rung me up made snickering remarks with her staff insinuating I was stealing a soda. I will never return here again unprofessional place.
I never leave reviews but I needed to. They were rude when my wife and I went through the drive thru and to top it off there was a long ol hair in my chow mein. I had the pleasure of pulling it out of my mouth.
Hope I never forget to not eat this garbage again. Mc Donald’s is healthier than this place for the most part.
Ordered a bowl in the drive thru and added a drink pulled up to the window and i paid for the order and i did not have the drink. I asked for the drink and the girl at the window said i should have ordered it at the speaker which i responded i did but maybe my accent was hard to understand. I tried to add the drink and pay for it at the window and she slammed the window on me and walked away with a smirk. I did not catch her name but she wears glasses. Not the first time she is known for being rude other times I’ve been there she does not add forks or asks if i want any sauces. She seems like she hates her job idk why shes there if her customer service is the worst. Super disappointed.

I walk in to the Panda at 7:28PM. Everyone is quite. I stay by the side dishes area waiting to get greeted, acknowledge or simply ask to what I want. But nothing, absolutely nothing. They don't even look at me. I then asked if they were open? Soon after I was told I will be help soon, and let me tell you there is no one in line. I waited another 2 minutes, and I said no worries, keep doing whatever it is that you are doing, I am decide to spend my my money else. Lol
