First time visit, I get just opening, I get making mistakes from time to time, and I get new employees. Room to improve is all I can say. They made my Lrg Freeze a small, which I caught right off the bat, got a lrg and a small freeze, but didn’t check tacos until after I left. Requested no lettuce, meat and cheese only! Even says it on my ticket.., yet the picture doesn’t lie.

I understand people will make mistakes but this tacobell makes quite a few. My biggest problem is that you can't call to let them know there was a mistake. So unless you dine in you are completely without help. Please just answer the phone. People remove ingredients for a reason.

I understand people will make mistakes but this tacobell makes quite a few. My biggest problem is that you can't call to let them know there was a mistake. So unless you dine in you are completely without help. Please just answer the phone. People remove ingredients for a reason.

Taco Bell this isn’t even acceptable. You literally saw this chicken, and thought it was acceptable to serve? It’s burnt, hard and you and you can’t even eat it!

So I love Taco Bell always have always will. This was my first time at this location. My order was $70. They didn't give us the dozen cinabon delights. The shell on the chalupas was extremely stale. The 5 layer burrito was really just beans and sour cream. I waited at the front for over 20 minutes for my food for it to just be stale and cold, that was very frustrating. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food so I'll be back as I'd prefer this drive over to granbury but that have to step it up. The staff was extremely friendly. I didn't call about the cinabon delights because I live to far to drive to just go get that. They turn their menu off outside at midnight when they close at 0100, makes no sense. Very unprofessional.

Terrible. It was like a daycare with no one watching crying, screaming kids throwing things. Couldn't walk due to toys on the floor. The kids belonged to the boss. So rediculas. This place will not make it if they don't do better. Worst atmosphere I've ever been in. The other employees shouldn't have to work like that either. The outside landscaping is terribly done and not cared for. The soaker hoses are sticking out all over. Trip hazard

I came through the drive-thru between 4:00 and 4:30 I ordered two beanie cheesy rice burritos with no nacho cheese and I also ordered a soft potato taco with no cheese I wait in the line eventually my order gets handed to me I get on the road because I have to drive to work that was the reason I stopped in to get me something to eat so that I could have my lunch on the way to work the first thing I pull out of the bag is the soft potato taco with no cheese granted that was correct thanks next I pull out a beanie cheesy rice burritos that's not supposed to have cheese on it there was no nacho cheese on it but there was regular cheese on it and no creamy jalapeno sauce in it now for somebody who is a vegetarian and lactose intolerant this is a big deal so I proceed to open the next being cheesy rice burrito that's not supposed to have cheese on it and it's covered in cheese now for some this might not be a big deal okay push it under the rug be done with it for me this is a big deal when I'm on my way to work and I pick up food so that I don't have to worry about eating I have my lunch I'm ready to go correct that's how anybody would feel right I can't turn around to go and get my order replaced or whatever is going to happen because again I'm on my way to work they gave me no receipts whether I spend $20 or $3 should not matter my order should be correct because I'm putting money into your store in a week I spend damn near $100 at Taco Bell in Glen Rose I am very frustrated with the fact that every few times I come in my order is not correct and this isn't the only thing that I order from Taco Bell I have a whole bunch of things that I order because I have children who do eat meat and who do eat cheese but I also have things that they don't eat that continuously to be put on their food there's something wrong with the fact that y'all do not read the screen when it says no cheese you don't put cheese when it says no sour cream you don't put sour cream when it says no tomatoes you don't put tomatoes I get you might be short-staffed but that does not mean anything you're going to lose customers because y'all can't get it together I've already contacted corporate I am very unsatisfied seeing as how I spend a lot of money there it's very sad that my orders can't be correct I love Taco Bell that is why I continuously come back and high hopes that my order will finally be correct because even when I order on the mobile app my order is still messed up this is not okay they also gave me absolutely no receipt and today was the day that I decided not to order on mobile app so I have no receipts but you can go back into the system and see that there were two beanie cheese and rice burritos with no nacho cheese and a soft potato taco with no cheese on your screen between 4:00 and 4:30 I called the store six times got no answer

What about our elders? Some with walkers, some with cane, and then wheelchairs. I am a handicap ♿️ person. I use a cane for my bad hips and knees. This is a ridiculous ramp and is so far away Handicap parking. Then, I am trying to walk that ramp. I am in so much pain and exhausted to finally get to the door.

Understaffed, manager not capable of doing the job at hand controlling a stressful situation, disrespectful to other customers. Staff laughing at being behind on all orders as well as not knowing how to complete orders. This Taco Bell needs a responsible adult that can handle the job.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! Especially with the employees who are children showing their true colors acting like toddlers with a customer!!!!! Very professional, I get ya Taco Bell and I may sound like a Karen but you try working 17 hours only wanting my fav tacos and all this crap transpired!!!

Went to eat inside. Had to place my own order. Ordered extra meat and each item barley had a tablespoon of meat. While I was there a man came back in with the wrong order and once he got it straight was asked if he had touched the order given. Guessing they were gonna resell it. That's after it was taken outside of the store. Need to do better at this location.

Getting lunch for my kids shouldn’t have taken longer than 25 minutes to do when all I ordered was 3 bean and cheese burritos. The burritos were mostly bread btw and they forgot the cheese for my nacho fries. Wasn’t worthy the money.

Fries were cold..zero warmth. Asked for the burritos to be grilled they were not, first time experiencing that. First burrito was ok, second one they didn't even try. Half of the second one was just cheese. Asked for a handful of HOT sauce and they gave me two fire and two hot..how is 4 sauce packets enough for two burritos! Also one says fire while the other says hot..not that confusing. 1 star no question. Most likely the last time I'll go to this location.
