Jeremiah is the man!! Even after a busy day until the gritty end of the day this dude is working with a smile on his face making sure everyone is getting great food and great customer service!! Thank you so much Jeremiah!!

It was real good, I try the new hot chicken, for me was really good and tasty, but for my honey her ulcer won't allow it to eat it, so I didn't eat it but the good pice they give me was really good next time that I not sharing wit my honey I'll try for reals !!

Jose and Gabby were great. Took their time, no rush, explained dishes, deserved a 5 star because they are the best!

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered online and the food was ready when I got there. Staff was friendly when I can to pick up the food. Had a little problem with the order but Martha did a fantastic job of correcting the situation even though I had to come the following day. Thank you, I wish more businesses were like this one. You've earned a loyal customer to this location.

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered online and the food was ready when I got there. Staff was friendly when I can to pick up the food. Had a little problem with the order but Martha did a fantastic job of correcting the situation even though I had to come the following day. Thank you, I wish more businesses were like this one. Some oF the empLoyees are very rude/mean... Give you major attitude... Say rude things/taLk back... God Forbid you ask For something ("May I please get soy sauce on the side?") Not onLy will you get a death stare... Eye roLL... And cussing whiLe waLking away to get it... Other than that... PLace is alright... :-)

Good service. Varied menu. Seems like they've cleaned the place up, much cleaner than it has been. Prices are reasonable...

If you're shopping at this complex Panda Express is a good place to fill your stomach and get energy! This is a nicer Panda, and even though it was lunch time I was quickly served. Will definitely come back again!

The food is acceptable but the take out portions are getting smaller by the minute.

We are visiting here as a fast food... it took over 15 minutes! After all the lady who cooks yelling on me! Worst customer service! Manager sitting there and never reach us!

Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it tastes like burnt garbage. The managers and employees hang out on the steps in the parking garage, which has no ventilation, and smoke. I guess it depends on who is handling your food that night.

Way too much salt on the super greens. Since they charge way too much compare of other fast foods. I hope next year they can add carrot shavings to the super green mix. It would be a helpful addition.

Didn’t eat here, ate at rubios. But, their sound system is annoying. If you eat outside you will hear a repeating message of covid regulations. It doesn’t stop!

they gave me someone else’s food and on top of that they didn’t close the plate it all spilled in the bag and there’s only like three shrimps in there and no one is picking up the phone

I don’t know why this is the only Panda Express I know of that asks for donations and last time I went I didn’t receive back my full change. Never returning. 🤬

You have the worst staff who don't even know how to respect the customers.Yesterday around 8:00 pm I went to that location with my 2 kids (3 & 7 years old)they weren't wearing masks,and we've been to several shops and restaurants and none of them asked us that kids over 2 years should wear a mask.She started talking with a terrible attitude and gave them masks to wear,and told me next time we go they must have their owns and that it's written on the doors and bla bla,I didn't want to argue infront of my children,but my daughter was so scared that she told me she won't go there any more...

Employees and management has very bad coustomer service. They are very rude….. I tried 3 times in a month different hours they all are same trained employees and management

After today and the water i saw getting thrown on the chicken... then having it taste like sewage, i will not be going back to panda express for awhile, if ever.

Horrible service!! Only had items available and refused to make any others. This is at 12:30 in the afternoon with only three people in line. ALL THIS AFTER WAITING IN A LONG LINE. Very lazy store. This place also gives very small portions. Avoid.

Employee who serve here need to be train with good customer skills. The who serve me is like a robot. No greeting, no sign of politeness as it used to be .The vibes here is that they just come work and but not love what they are doing as shown to the negative body language. I came here at the time they are not busy, 6 customer being serve.

Always had good service but today changed it all. I understand your supposed to give certain portion sizes but recently this location has been very stingy with food, makes me not want to come here anymore.

I went to this panda location and I was standing inmline to order and even waved at Suzie (wesrjng a black shirt, so i’m assuming she’s a manager), but she pretended that she didnt see me and still continued to talk to her colleagues. I was there for a good 3 minutes waiting to place my order. People come here to get their food and we are usually hungry. They have a phrase posted on their wall, “make those who are near happy and those who are far will come”. How can you make people from “far”to come if you can’t make people from “near” to be happy?! Suzie should be asked to write this on the board a hundred times like in gradeschool!!

This place doesn’t deserve any stars at all if I can give them a negative stars I would. This message should be reviewed by the UPPER MANAGEMENT NOT THE STORE MANAGER AS THE MANAGER DOESNT SEEM TO CARE OF THE RESTAURANT’S VALUE. First the food presentation is so bad, the food never seemed to look fresh and never looked appetizing. The food always looked old and dry and seemed over cooked for seating in the pan whenever I fast by after workout. The reason why the food seats on the warming plates for a long time it’s because first the moral of the employees are so bad. The attitude is buy it or don’t buy it who cares. The cashier/server needs to have a better attitude. She acts like you as a customer owe it to her that she’s assisting you with your order. Don’t know if Panda Express still utilize Mystery Shopper where they send someone to evaluate the server, if they have offered their specials for the month, if they introduce themselves and offered other dish or offered to sample their current flavor. By far this is the worst Panda Express that I have ever been to.

Scanned my app for a coupon. For some reason it didn’t go through and I didn’t notice until after I paid. So I asked for compensation or if I could somehow still apply it after the transaction. They said they could and took two minutes figuring it out. They offered two dollars in exchange to removing one of my items… that would not be saving any money and be completely pointless use of a coupon. So I would be losing money if I took the money. They claimed it was our fault we did not show our app but we showed the cashier and scanned it. She just simply forgot to press a button I assume. They were very rude about it too, the manager/supervisor Jose. We let them keep their money. It’s fine if we couldn’t redeem the coupon, it’s understandable but there’s no need to be rude about it. Also he couldn’t even figure out how to open the cash register after the transaction, so took two dollars out of his own wallet…
