Out of the fast food 🍕 places I always find that Papa John's is the best. The ingredients are always fresh and the choices of toppings are plentiful. The 🍕 is delivered hot. My favorite is the thin crust 🍕 with pepperoni, green peppers and onions. Yum!

Great Papa John's!!! On 2-14 approximately around 530pm I picked up my food. I can not say this enough. I come here all the time and see the same two girls working there hearts out. They put so much pride into there job. I have tried many papa John's pizzas in my lifetime and this one in particular is the best one. These two ladies deserve way more credit. Customer service is amazing and so is the food. Thank you for providing the best pizza ever. Mad Respect.

I’m always in Glendale traveling for my company and I’ve been sleeping on Papa Johns less than a block away from where my company puts me up at a hotel. I did my online order and the tracker is cool. I went and got my pizza. Greeted right away and got my pizza/condiments from the Pizza artist. Got to my room and my large pepperoni and sausage was bomb! I’m eating thinking to myself why was I asleep on Papa Johns cause this pizza is delicious. I’ll be back PJ.

If you crave for Papa John's Pizza go to, or call Papa John's Store #2215 320 S CENTRAL AVE # A GLENDALE,CA 91204 (818)241-7272 Here unlike the one in Montrose where you need magnifier to find toppings, you wont be able to stop eating slice after slice. There is nothing more can be said about the service, staff, or the taste. They all compete to one another. Five star is bare minimum they deserve.

Took approximately 40 minutes for the order to be ready. It's only a take-out place which means there are no tables to clean, no dishes to wash, etc that comes with a full dine-in restaurant. It should be a more seamless operation to simply have pizzas flying out of there to meet demand and, even more, increase profits for the company. Just my thoughts.

Pizza is fine for Papa John’s. But the guy ringing me up had the audacity to hold the 10% tip button down on the card reader before I could do anything. I’m sure Papa John’s corporate would love to hear about a franchise doing fraudulent activity right? Watch yourself.

Pizza was poor and very expensive by UK standards. As we were tourist they added items to push the cost up unbeknownst to us a Garlic dip and a pepperoncine. I ordered a Philly Steak Pizza which had the most miniscule amount of beef possible for $15 (£11) would cost us half that in the UK for a 10" total rip off avoid this particular branch.

Never ordering at that location ever again. Tried to immediately cancel an online order but the employee kept hanging the phone up on me. The 1800 customer service was no help either. No call back , no email , nothing. Just horrible.

Honestly this place is just rude they tend to talk with them selfs more they to pay attention to customers and when they do they become angry and upset and then on top of that they take forever to make a pizza and ones its dont its in the warmer even tho they know its ur pizza thay wont let u know at all until u ask what happen to my pizza no one has called me for it this place is lazy and food is not so great

Oh my god, where do I begin? First of all, the Glendale location is horrible for dining in. They don't even have a trash can inside, just 2 tables and that's it. No restroom, no service, nothing. Next, the guy who took our order, Mohammad, had zero personality and it felt like we were inconveniencing and offending him just by ordering with no line. And the phones were ringing and no one answered in the restaurant. It was like the Twilight Zone. We ordered a small 10 inch pizza from the menu, which had no prices on it, and it was $21.00. FOR A 10 INCH PIZZA! Then I find out from another employee after my meal is over that I could have ordered the same type of pizza in a larger 14 inch and it would have been $10.99..WHAT??? COMPLETE RIP-OFF, especially for pre-made fake pizza. Absolutely ridiculous and I curse this location and it's pathetic excuse for food and service. BE CAREFUL with this place..never returning again to this restaurant, and will tell this to everyone I know.

So lets be honest, today I ordered three items out which one that is an extra large pizza didn't come, like, how is it even professional, it wasn't even a hard order to make and what we get spending an hour is only one PIZZA with a side dish. Not only this, it has happened previously also where we ordered some side sauces and it didn't even come, I mean come on dude we are paying extra for it and when asked for refund it isn't even processed thoroughly, totally not worth it.

Well first off got my friends order wrong and when told about it didn't care second we tried to order there deal on the window and weren't able to make it happen so they took the sign down right in front of us and had us order it online, bad service not so great food not happy at all

My friend and I decided to grab a late night snack, and when we got there, the atmosphere was immediately unsettling especially because the one guy working had a really off demeanor. He seemed out of it and was barely speaking. We proceeded to order one cheese sticks to go, and the total came out to $11.60. When I tried to tap to pay, it said “transaction not approved,” even though I had money on my card. I tried again and the same thing happened. My friend tried too and her transaction was also declined. I tried explaining that it must be the machines, but he was very unresponsive and didn’t care at all. I ended up pulling out cash, and he only asked for $11 instead of $11.60, so where did the 60 cents go? That was a red flag. We paid and went to wait in the car, but the vibe felt so off that we decided to go back in and cancel the order. Earlier, I saw him start making the order through the window, and when we came back inside, I noticed he wasn’t wearing gloves. Disgusting. I told him we needed to cancel the order and luckily he gave the cash back. I noted he gave no receipt or signs of a formal transaction. We ended up going to a different location, and the same exact cheese sticks were $9.87, so why was he charging $11? I genuinely believe he may have been ringing things up incorrectly and declining card payments so people would pay cash that he could pocket, or simply because he didn’t want to deal with customers. Overall, please stay away from this location. The vibe was horrible and the customer service was worse. I’ve never felt so weirded out at a place before, so glad me and my friend decided not to eat there especially after reading the reviews!

When I called the store to request a refund, the individual who answered was rude, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me after saying, “Come back tomorrow.” It’s unreasonable to expect a customer to return the next day with uneaten food to prove a point. I believe the same employee also handled my order and payment in person. He barely spoke English, ignored repeated requests for plates, peppers, and cheese (I asked five times), and showed no sense of professionalism or care. This experience demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic food service standards. I am requesting an immediate investigation, a full refund, and for management to address the conduct of the employees involved. Please confirm receipt of this message and advise me on how this matter will be resolved. I am prepared to dispute the transaction with my bank if this is not resolved promptly.

They never delivered my order, they left me a voicemail and said come to the store, but I just moved to LA from GA I don’t have a car I would have to walk 45 to get my food, then I have called the store no lie 20 times in the past 2 days no answer it just rings and rings and I can’t get help and my money is gone, shut down this store
