We love Everest! Honestly come here all the time and even when it's outta our way. The food never disappoints and they dont make mistakes with your order. The Large fries are HUGE and well worth it to add to your order. The food is overall good, can't complain. If the drive through line is long, hop inside for a quick order. Also the French Toast Breakfast combo is the bees knees.

Breakfast is outstanding. Salads are terrific and I am probably the 1,234th person to say that the onion rings get my vote for tasty ! Ranch Dressing is so good that even I like it, and I don't ever like ranch. They need a double drive thru to handle all their traffic there.

I like this place. It can be a little pricy but you get large portions so it makes it reasonable. I really enjoy their breakfast burritos! I usually try and make a stop here in the morning before going on long drives. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and they said they enjoyed it.

Great pastrami burgers, mouthwatering tacos and signature milkshakes make this joint an absolute favorite of mine! I really wish they didn't shut down the Glendale location, but I'll drive to La Crescenta for their food because it's as good as it gets. Staff are also very friendly and I appreciate their phenomenal service. Thank you!

Delicious burgers (pastrami burger add avocado is the best) and when I want to be on the healthier side I order their chicken cesar salad it's the best.

This small restaurant is a local favorite. When it opened no one locally knew who Everest was. But one meal there had everyone coming back. They have a combo menu of American, Mexican, Greek and more. The portions are very generous. I can only eat half of my meal and bring home the rest. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is a really good fast food restaurant on Foothill. Their beef burrito (with or without beens) is huge, stuffed and delicious! I will be trying other items on their menu. Go there and see for yourself!

Back in the day, this was a fast food restaurant called McDonald’s and it was purchased by Everest. I have been going to this location for at least 20 years. I love the mountain of fantastic french fries the fabulous fried zucchini the impeccable way they make them fried mushrooms. All th sauces are incredible especially blue cheese dressing for the zucchini. It is off the charts great anyone going to Everest place an order for a Greek salad you don’t need no meat because it’s so good just vegetarian style with the feta cheese and delicious greek dressing! I highly recommend this fast food place. The drive-through is always quick and the staff are always friendly. Go go go

My aunt and I got awesome sandwiches and if you like onion rings, you have to try theirs! We could only eat half of our sandwiches, they are so big! This place has great vegetarian comfort food. I come here 3 to 4 times a month to get their grilled cheese, fried mushrooms, fried zucchini, and lettuce & tomato salad. The batter they fry in is just perfect. The salad is always fresh, crisp, and contrary to its name, has 8 different ingredients. They also have an assortment of other grub if you're not a vegetarian, from Greek to Mexican food.

Absolutely spectacular food. Super friendly and helpful staff. The Pastrami Dip Sandwich here is absolutely amazing. The Onion Rings are perfection, and the Burgers are divine. The entire city of Glendale was devastated when the location there closed, due to the building owners refusing to renew their lease, after decades. It is, without a doubt, worth the 15-minute drive to get to this location. Easily a five-star experience, every time.

They have many favorite's dishes with unique flavors like the bacon avo cheese burger Carne asada taco salad. Taquittos and pastrami sandwich 🥪 I love this place and so does the owner.

The drive thru line was long. I parked right in front and walked in and saw no line. I walked to the counter and a nice big man took my order. I got a cheeseburger and also a Ceasar chicken salad for my mom. I got my food less than 10 minutes later and was so happy they were there all working hard the night before Thanksgiving that I gave a $5+ tip and yelled to all the workers Thank you all for working tonight! We really appreciate you. I got home and mom and I dove right into our food. Such delicious food. The place itself is bright and clean and inviting. The menu is clear and right up front where you order. The owner is awesome and all his workers are so capable and polite and food comes out hot and ready. Smoothly run like a well oiled machine! I wish all restaurants were as good as Everest. And the prices are very resonable.

Food is good, not great for health nuts. I like the breakfast burritos (sold all day I think). Pastrami is also good, and the fried zucchini and mushrooms are amazing. Lots of items here are so large you can take half home for later.

This place is pretty good around the board. Their crunchy chicken tacos are so tasty. The dressings for their salads are very good. They can make a good burger and hot dog. Not the healthiest and there's always a bit of a wait, but they make their food fresh to order! Their fried zucchini is yum because the ranch dressing is right. Decent sauces and dressings can make or break a restaurant and Everest has got the goods.

They have great breakfast burritos. Their "small" orders of frys, onion rings, fried zucchini etc are ANYTHING but small. Burgers are fantastic, pastrami is amazing, all and all quality food. The only reason for the missing star is the drive through can take a while

This place always seems busy, with a long drive thru line and a full dining room during meal hours. I've eaten here at least a dozen times, and it's always consistently good. I ordered a Gyro sandwich and fries to go. When I got my food I asked for some thousand islands. They told me it was a 45 cent charge. Not a fan of places that charge extra for little things, but it was fine. I paid and went on my way. Drove all the way to work to see no thousand Island dressing in my bag :( Not worth the time wasted to make a second trip. It was a disappointing lunch. The sandwich was pretty good though. Couldn't eat the fries dry though.

I review food places based on 2 things food quality and cleanliness of the area, this is 3 star is a combination of both. Food is average however the burger taste good, I have food industry experience and I can tell they do not change their oil so often, the French fries, onion rings and mushroom has a oily, greasy smell and that obviously related to life of oil they use. So that’s big negative because shows they do not care about their food quality. The employee are okay but their aprons or shirts not clean at all. Hope they read this review because I like their foods and want to go here more often

Most everyone loves it. The burgers are very good, but too big for me. Their fried mushrooms and fried zucchini are delicious! Update: had a rather disappointing burger and fries. The bun was dry and stale tasting, the fries were hard and dry and not enough salt. Hopefully just a bad day.

Food was solid for what this type of place is supposed to be. But I gotta agree with another reviewer, the workers are definitely poorly trained or managed and are "in their own world". I got a breakfast burrito with pastrami, and a worker got me extra ketchup. It tasted good and was a heavy breakfast as to be expected. I’ll probably never go back here, even though In-n-Out has a line out the street usually (and it’s definitely one of the more inconsistent locations).

Issue is lack of empathy in the air and negative attitude. It seems like they are not happy when a child or children order food. Plus was not mindful for food allergies. Ordered a cheeseburger tonight from the drive thru. It was so salty! It's one thing to add seasoning salt to the meat but this burger was loaded with it. I usually get a headache when I eat food with MSG. Their seasoning salt definitely has MSG and with amount I had on my burger I now have a pounding migraine. Avoid this place if you are watching your sodium intake or if you prefer flavor over heavy seasoning salt.

The staff here are very very rude and don't know how to treat customers. It has happened to me many times that when I went there to pick up they didn't even respond to my greeting and when I greeted them, instead of greeting, they said "What do you want" or "name" with an angry expression. They talk like street models and are always angry. I don't know who the management is with here, but I hope they teach their employees how to treat customers.

My girlfriend told me that this place has been a family place to go since her Grandmother in the 70's. I'm not sure what happened here recently, but the service here has really gone downhill, especially the guy who calls himself the manager in the mornings. Today was our 3-strike experience. Both previous times we called in our breakfast burrito orders and once we arrived had to wait for over 20 mins. Several people who walked in and ordered got what they wanted and left. We asked the manager what was the delay and he kept saying "it's coming up, just wait". Well today we decided for one last try. Called in our order, drove over, waited 15 mins and started to walk out...the manager said "hold on, hold on", went into the kitchen and came back with our orders. Once we got home and started eating we noticed a strange taste. Upon opening the burritos, we saw traces of pastrami, as if they had taken another order, scraped out the pastrami then gave it to us...BLECH.

Rude employees and there was like almost no meat on my asada tacos. I used to like Everest cus they had huge proportions and now they have the opposite issue. When I kindly asked for more meat they said no. Tacos were already expensive so to get barely any meat and pay overpriced tacos was extremely frustrating. Never returning to Everest again.

Here we go again. I grab something out once or twice a week. Times are tough with inflation. 2 bags of groceries is 140 bucks so it's special to eat out for me. First bite of their pastrami I knew we had trouble -big thick pieces of fat. The kind that when you take a bite and pull away it's like its tied to the sandwich and you yank away and the fat finally snaps off. So I try a bite on the other side same thing. I hate opening the sandwich to see how bad it is but another waste of hard earned cash (and costs more these days) I still would rather pay a little more or have a smaller Lean pastrami with quality meat. Sure times are tough and maybe they are cutting costs on a cheaper fattier cut of pastrami but ruined another lunch. Yes last months pastrami was decent but never used to be hit or miss years ago Felt like a Pastrami today they used to be a good lean pastrami not always the best taste like premium pastrami in LA but close by but last few times they have had so much fat. I'm talking when your kinda hungry and take too big of bite so you swallow part of it before the rest but then you feel something in your throat. And before you gag you pull some pastrami out of your mouth and the stringy fat pulls up the pastrami halfway down to your stomach! And then there's the mustard ! I would not assemble a sandwich like that. Ether not enough or way too much. Assemble the sandwhich the way you would if your making yourself one for a meal I pulled out the fat and made half a sandwich but didn't have the flavor. If i need to cut costs I would make a smaller sandwich with the same good quality pastrami not get a cheaper cut with tons of fat and no taste

Avoid ordering from this restaurant, especially through their website. They claim someone from Uber Eats was going to deliver but it was someone not from Uber Eats. We never used Uber Eats for the order. They failed to give the driver my full order and refused to provide any assistance. Instead, they insisted we contact Uber Eats, even though that wasn’t the real issue. It’s a complete scam—we paid for an entire meal but only received a burger. I think they do this on purpose to rip customers off. Then to make things worse, the burger they delivered made me violently ill. I felt very sick after eating it. We used to order from this place a lot but will never do so again. Absolutely terrible service and disgusting food!
