My experience was phenomenal! Dhiman was our server and he really made me and my sister’s night way better. The moment we arrived, he greeted us with a smile, showed genuine kindness throughout our interaction and made sure everything was up to par. Quick and friendly service overall! You know the type—bursting with excitement to review choral music publishing guidelines, strategies, and procedures. Not exactly the kind of meeting you dream of on your commute home. But duty calls, and so did my growling stomach. I needed a neutral ground, a place of solace, where coffee flowed like rivers and comfort food warmed the soul. Enter: IHOP. I slid into a booth, surrendering to the inviting aroma of pancakes and bacon wafting through the air. The server, a beacon of hope in my otherwise grim evening, approached with just the right balance of attentiveness. She was friendly without being clingy, the Goldilocks of IHOP service. She seemed to understand the kind of night I was having, nodding sympathetically as I ordered the two eggs, sausage, and pancakes special. When the plate arrived, it was a masterpiece. The eggs were fluffy, the sausage was sizzling with just enough spice, and the pancakes… oh, the pancakes. Golden discs of perfection, soft yet substantial, with syrup that glistened under the dim restaurant lighting like a beacon of hope in the stormy night. The coffee? Piping hot, strong enough to tackle choral procedures, yet smooth enough to keep my spirits high. I took a sip and briefly considered quitting my job to become an IHOP food critic. The parking lot was vast, a veritable asphalt paradise, with spots aplenty for weary travelers like me. I didn’t have to circle or strategize—a small miracle in itself. By the end of the meal, my coworker’s publishing concerns felt much less daunting. Could it have been the pancakes? The coffee? The cheerful server who seemed to silently cheer me on? I’ll never know for sure, but what I do know is this: I’d do it all again. IHOP, you turned a stormy night into a syrupy success story. Bravo.

The food was great, service and atmosphere, we chose this place because my sister and a friend of hers went to the IHOP on 6th st and Shatto near Vermont, and Before my sister could get the first bite on her food, they ASK HER FOR PAYMENT OF HER FOOD, I consider that very rude and racist, I had NEVER BEEN ask for payment before we eat our food, it was bad for my sister.

I pretty much had everything on their menu. I can honestly say .There is nothing I don't like. They are always coming out with . New menu items. This time I got . The Black forest ham melt with fries. It comes with black forest ham , a fried egg , and cheese . There's cheese melted in the bread. It was delicious very good. The waitress was very nice and did a great job. If you haven't been here. You definitely need to check it out

Omg this IHOP was so dope. Spent a few hours waiting for it to open while my best friend did her rounds in the area. The service was really fast despite them just opening after we got seated and the staff was so sweet! The food was fresh and so yummy and I’m not even a breakfast person! I came here with a friend for breakfast. She got the avocado toast, I got the multigrain pancakes with eggs. The service was fast. Yadiri S was our server, she was great. Super helpful, quick and made adjustments to the order when needed. Give her a raise, she’s a great server! The atmosphere is a bit loud, but it’s a large restaurant so it’s to be expected. Wait time was zero for two people. We got a nice booth. Bathrooms could use updating, but they were clean. Parking is lot parking. Great experience, easy to order, thanks ihop!

I came to the Glendale IHOP, honestly not expecting much. I had seen a lot of TikTok videos saying things like “Don’t go to IHOP” or “Nothing is fresh,” so my expectations were pretty low. But here’s the thing, I was shocked! The pancakes were unbelievably fresh and fluffy. I ordered the Bacon Temptation Omelette and added mushrooms and spinach. OMG, I can’t even describe how good it was! My taste buds were literally dancing. The tomatoes were so fresh, and the pancakes had that amazing smell that tells you they were just made. Everything tasted perfect. And I have to mention Laura, one of the waitresses, I can’t say enough about how kind and caring she was. She made our visit even more enjoyable with her sweet personality and attention to detail. I was actually trying to find something negative to say, but honestly, I couldn’t. Everything was fresh, delicious, and perfectly done. We truly enjoyed our meal, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to this IHOP a little after 12pm which is the lunch rush time. Parking lot was crowded so I had to walk a little. Inside was packed, but I was seated immediately by the host who demonstrated excellent customer service. He told me about the current specials and was very cheerful. Sandra was my waitress and she was fantastic. Despite having a packed area to service, she made sure to constantly check in with me and my food to make sure everything was okay. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this location.

Waitress dropped a pitcher of hot coffee it was an accident but my tennis shoes were ruined and my foot has a small burn. Waitress was very concerned but the manager never even asked how we were. Received multiple food tickets and got charged 77dl for a 43dl meal. Be vigilant!

The service was great The waitress was very nice and helpful and fast. It was 5:00 a.m. so it shouldn't have been slow service anyway. My only complaints are two. 1. The outside of the restaurant was so dark we passed by it without seeing it, had to turn around and then park in the lot. 2. For basically $17 it would be good for a steak burger to cover the whole entirety of the bun and for there to be a little more than a scattering of fries on the plate. Things are too expensive everywhere to go to a restaurant and pay for food and not get what what you're paying for. The steak burger took up approximately 2/3 of the bun and was dwarfed by the tomatoes. I doubt there were 15 fries on the plate.

Foods is very good, the service for the 2-5 am is usually not a problem; however this morning at 4 am server Paola was distracted and using head phones and not paying attention to clients requests, she seemed more attentive to the music or headphone situation. Well it was slightly crowded. The booths are not very big, especially for a party of 4. I wish they hadn't switched from 4 syrups at the table to one, because between 4 people we use a lot of syrup. And the place the pancakes on a small plate, which is messy because the syrup spills off. At least the pancakes weren't frozen like some other places. Overall it was fine though.

One of my go to restaurants for a side dish of pancakes and a main breakfast dish. This time I tried their steak omelette that has an assortment of ingredients that makes this an extra special tasty super meal. Since I only eat one meal a day, I love eating breakfast meals as that one dish. Four stars instead of five only because they sat me down and completely forgot about me. So I had to grab someone’s attention to order my meal after waiting for almost 15 minutes. Other than that, the coffee was hot, they delivered the meal quickly, and I have to say the presentation, and the quantity of food for the price was more than I expected. The steak omelette was delicious. The pancake has always was made perfectly. Plenty of on-site parking, and you can’t get any closer to the 134 freeway with the freeway exit being located adjacent to this restaurant. "Modern problems require modern solutions." – Dave Chappelle So, let me tell y’all about my little breakfast saga at IHOP this morning. Last night, I was deep in the Instagram rabbit hole, and someone had the audacity to post a video of pancakes so fluffy, so golden, so perfect, I could almost smell the butter through my phone. Naturally, I woke up with one mission: pancakes. I walk into IHOP, fueled by hunger and pancake dreams. They seat me, I crack open the menu, and then—BOOM—DOUBLE BLUEBERRY PANCAKES jump off the page like they knew I was coming. I thought, Yes, destiny calls. I didn’t even hesitate. Ordered them faster than a kid at recess. Ten minutes later, the plate hits the table, and… what in the syrup-covered betrayal is this? No double blueberries in sight. Nope. What I got was some basic pancakes, a drizzle of berry syrup, and a solitary, sad little blueberry hiding in the batter like it was on witness protection. I stared at the plate like, Really? This is the dream you sold me? But hold up—shoutout to my server. Absolute rockstar. Funny, attentive, and clearly too good for this pancake drama. He explained that the price was the same for these wannabe double blueberries and the regular ones, so there was no financial foul. Still, I couldn’t shake the feeling I’d been led astray. He even asked if I wanted to send them back, but nah—I’m not about to test the mood of someone back in the kitchen. So, I swallowed my pride (and the pancakes), drowned them in syrup, and called it a day. Were they the double blueberry masterpiece I imagined? Not even close. Did they fill the pancake-shaped void in my soul? Barely. But as Dave Chappelle would say, modern problems require modern solutions, and my solution was to eat them anyway. Moral of the story? Always make sure you get what you order. And if you don’t? Just add more syrup.

Freezing cold. Asked three times of they could turn off the air conditioner as it was only 73 degrees outside and it was like 64 degrees inside. They would say ok but never did a thing. No salads anymore for sale. Only one sandwich for 55 and older section for lunch.. ordered a key melt sandwich and a sprite and mom got a milkshake. $30 + TAX AND TIP. Told the lady as we left we would not be coming back due to the freezing cold temperatures and unfriendly staff. Glad to get out of there and never going to an IHOP again!!!

Service was good, but the food was just OK. The menu seems much shorter than it used to be. There is usually a long line here, which moved relatively quickly. My crepe was very average. Same with their burgers. Their traditional pancake was quite good, I would stick to that.

The seating was a bit snug for us but the service was great. The bathroom situation needs some attention. Urinal not working in men’s. One stall unusable in women’s. My mother was in a wheelchair and it was difficult to get all the way to the bathroom from one side of the restaurant. Twice a person bumped into her chair

Everything was fine, IHOP style fine, except the pot roast. I have never seen a more sad pile of dry meat in my life. Also, our bacon bourbon burger had neither of those things. Just a regular ol' burger.

We came to IHOP after trying to eat at the nearby mall which was too crowded. We had no problem finding free parking and there was no line (unlike at the mall). Unfortunately we came on a bad night - they said they were understaffed. So we had to wait until our table was cleared, and waited longer than usual for order taking and for the food to arrive. Also the order taker forgot a couple of items. To top it off she claimed that we could not get both a free kid's meal and a 10% discount on seniors meals, only one or the other, which was ridiculous (we were 3 seniors , 2 adults and 2 kids). The food was just OK as we expected based on previous experiences at other IHOPs. We just wish we could have gotten better service and hospitality.

Place was dirty. Employees just standing around talking instead of cleaning tables. They sat me, and then I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come take my order even though it was dead inside. Awesome. The food is kinda overpriced in my opinion. There’s just no reason to go here over your own local breakfast diner that charges similar prices but with better service and quality.

Unpleasant experience with pick up order. Dine-in guests were prioritized. Our prepaid order, receipt in plain view next to it, sat on the counter in front of the chef's pass through. It would have taken mere seconds for her to hand us our order. Waitress was rude, raised her voice and was uncooperative when we attempted to seek assistance in retrieving it. Bizarre. Embarrassing. Never again.

Prior to COVID, I would visit IHOP once a month. I just realized about a week ago that they set up a covered outside seating area. So I decided to try it out. When I arrived, they sat me down immediately. Waitress came and took my order. I ordered Biscuits and gravy combo. You can see for yourself what they served me. Please note there was bacon strip laid on top of the gravy which I moved aside to take the pic. I started eating and the food was barely room temperature. I asked the waitress for extra gravy. She brought me barely room temperature small plastic cup of gravy. It also looked as if they were short staffed for such a small dining area. Very disappointing. I do take into consideration the COVID19 drawbacks but I think I'm gonna wait for inside dining before I return.

Sadly, I had my first disappointment at this IHOP. I have been to this specific location multiple times, but this was my first bad experience. I ordered the steak with broccoli and mash potatoes. My order came out with Mac and cheese. Sent it back, and the mash potatoes I was given were cold. It was so cold that the cheese on top didn't even melt by the time I finished eating my meal. I did get a side of mash potatoes, and the cheese was melted and super hot. I feel I have to say something because it ruined my mood. I was just trying to have brunch with my kids.

It’s clean, and parking is plentiful, but that’s where it stopped for me. The prices to eat cheap trash have gotten astronomically ridiculous, including charging $4 (four-dollars?) for a Diet Pepsi. 2-scrambled eggs, 2 paper-thin slices of bacon and two pancakes with blueberries, and my bill was $24.81 with tip. Nearly twenty-five dollars for that!? I will not be returning. I waited longer than I should’ve to be greeted, and sat with an empty glass for a significant amount of time, as well. The restaurant was nearly completely empty, and I can see why. I can not justify $25 for one small breakfast, and neither can they. For $25, I will head to a lovely cafe, with much, much better food, wildly better service, and nicer atmosphere.

We waited for one hour for our food to come. When our 3 year old baby started to ask for food 30 minutes after we ordered, the manager asked us if someone had already written down our order, we obviously said yes. Thirty minutes later, the waitress told us that she forgot to send the order in. It was just fine if the apology was given, rather, the manager was rude and out of line, as if it was our fault that the order was not placed by his crew! We came in starving and although we didn’t expect the best food, we expected some courtesy and decent customer service. Instead we were given a failed attempt in defending their wrong. I’ve worked management and I suggest taking your manager to a class that treats customers with respect and being fair. It looks bad on you iHop.

This review is not necessarily bashing this particular IHOP, I must say the manager was great he Seated me very promptly it is just myself. This place was really crowded this particular Saturday, 21 December. The waitress took about 10 minutes to My food and drink water there were three tables ahead of me that were seated and gave their food orders just as I was sat after their orders were taken, my order was taken. About 10 minutes after I was sat down a man and his son sat behind me and they got their order taken. after 20 minutes of being seated, waiting Looking at my phone, the three tables before me I received their food and we’re eating which is to be expected. Maybe another five minutes go by the person seated after me has their food.the waitress tells me just a little bit longer. I find the manager to let him know I appreciate him but the service is taking way too long for A chicken and waffle breakfast. At this moment the waitress is holding my plate in her hands but I tell the manager I’m good no thanks he apologized and even offered to make it to go and I assume would have offered it free but I declined. Really not upset because I had just came from getting a mri and I was in a good mood. I’m just giving my personal experience at this location

To bad service we wait for 1 hour to get our order and then the omelettes came with no cheese and the pancakes order came totally different we have two kids they didnt get forks to the kids and they was run off the kids papers, and when we spoke with manger they re make the order but the order came very bad they basically didnt cook it right to save the time and you can see the pic every thing was bad .

I ordered food to go and paid cash cashier said they did not have the cash to give me change so I paid by card and after 20 minutes I received my food which was not good at all and in a very small portion. Lots of things changed from the last time I went there.

I uber eated and it was the worse wth, I order the waffle with eggs and hashbrow, the hashbrowns were diabolical , they were so soft even tho I chose extra crispy , it’s like they cooked it for a second then js put it in the box and the homelette was ok the cheese was not melted

I understand that on the weekends you guys can be busy, but when I placed my order to go I was told it will be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later the girl who was helping me told me "we're waiting for the steak". I said fine 40 minutes later she says we're still waiting on pancakes, while my order is getting cold. Are you kidding me? And all this time people would walk in after me pick up their orders and leave, nevermind the fact that pretty much everyone during that morning shift dipped their heads into the containers that had my order in it. I asked for a refund, manager gave me the refund with no apology or whatsoever, as if it's a norm. You guys should/must do better, what a way to ruin a Saturday... 👎 Disappointed to say the least!

3 am one person working cant take orders because clocked out on break. Bad for business im pretty sure 3 other people walked out whats the point of being open if youre gonna be on break the inly person working at 3 am then stay home

Very bad experience at IHOP Glendale We were taken to three different tables, and all three were dirty. I finally decided to sit at a fourth table that appeared to be clean, but it had coffee stains from previous customers. On top of that, the syrup bottles were sticky at every table. The young man assisting us seemed disoriented. He took a dry napkin out of his pocket and tried to clean the table, but he clearly did not sanitize it properly. I had to ask him to get the proper cleaning supplies to clean it correctly. After all that, no waiter ever came to serve us. We are currently on our way to another place. If you see this message, please consider having breakfast somewhere else. Coming here could ruin your day.
