Whenever I head over that side to get my car serviced I always stop by Dunkin’ Donuts. Some of the better coffee services. Quick employees are very friendly drop by and say hello.

So where do I begin with Glenmont Dunkin almost every morning I stop there to get my coffee the staff is always fast and friendly especially Adrianna, she remembers my drink every time I go. Plus, it's always the same in quality which is awesome. I'm always a happy customer going there and I'm happy to wake up with Dunkin so thank you Glenmont Dunkin for making my mornings special!!!

These ladies are amazing, whether busy or not. When busy, they pick up the pace, know their next move, its a pleasure to watch. Always smiling, gets me smiling every morning. The below reviews are crazy. The staff is the best.

I’ve been to some Dunkin’s and got handed stale bagels and poorly made drinks that aren’t full to the top. But this Dunkin makes and serves their food the way I want it on a Monday morning. Some of the staff there are usually smiling and will leave compliments.

Great Dunkin’ drive through. It can get pretty congested in this area and the lines can be longer, but the staff are very quick. Staff are also super nice and we’re willing to give me a free item when I forgot to order it at the speaker box. 5 stars for staff!

Get donuts often. However they often misunderstand, when I ask for plain donuts, by giving me glazed. Will be checking, before I pull away. Otherwise good speed in the drive-thru. Haven't been inside. Won't comment.

Did not get the tomatoes on top of the tomato avocado toast. I have gotten it 3 days in a row so far and no problems but today it was missed. Tried to call and no answer. Everything and everyone is great usually.

Pre ordered on Dunkin app and walked in to pick up at gas station combination location. Coffee was prepared, sandwich was not, due to croissant shortage. Substitute order was placed and as expected... Nice afternoon coffee and breakfast sandwich.

Wanted a quick stop for a cup of coffee. Pulled up and the drive thru line was insane. I got out of line taking note of the cars in front of me and went inside. I got my cup of coffee and also decided last minute to grab a couple munchkins. When i came out they had only completed two orders. All the other cars were still in line.

My order isn’t correct at least 60% of the time. Customer service is lackluster most of the time - a select few workers are great.

The donuts are always stale and what they call chai is not tea by a long shot. It is a sickeningly sweet milky drink and when I asked them to add a black tea bag to it they said"you know it's not tea right?"chai is SUPPOSED to be tea. Also the dark roast iced coffee is very weak even though I drink it black. They used to be a great coffee shop. Not sure what happened?? Every time I go there I'm always disappointed. My daughter however is a big fan of the cotton candy coolata.

I just wanted a coffee and donut. Took way to long to even try to get my order in. Wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in. Doesn't seem like anyone here gaf at all. Didn't bother waiting even longer just to place an order- went to Starbucks and it was all around a much better experience.

Slowest Dunkin' Donuts in existence. And apparently, the food isn't of the same taste/quality as the other DD's in the area. At least it has very friendly employees.

Rude employee over the drive thru intercom. Was snapped at when asking for a drink they had on the sign, saying it was discontinued. Then when asking if they had another item I got a sarcastic yes. Just trying to get some consistency from the menu to what they actually serve.

Went to drive thru. Looking inside the window an employee with long curly hair was waiting on customers with her mask under her chin. Other employee had her mask barely over her mouth, nose completely exposed. Only the young man at the drive thru had his mask actually on. Won’t bring business here again. It’s just not that hard to wear a mask while waiting on customers and handing them food and drink.

I went through drive thru this afternoon and ordered a large hot cappuccino. After I drove away I picked up my cup to take a drink. The cup was not completely filled and the cappuccino was only slightly warm. Very disappointing.

I stopped at another Dunkin on my way to work, and as I was driving I realized my wrap was burnt to a crisp. I pulled in here and politely asked if they were able to remake it, as I was on my way to work and way too far past the original Dunkin. The lady was extremely rude explaining their policy that since they have different owners they couldn’t do it. So this poor rating is for the attitude I received even though I was very polite. But also, it’s one wrap… and I literally had it as proof to show her I wasn’t lying to get free food. It’s not like I showed up asking for 6 sandwiches or a dozen donuts. I was able to go back to the original Dunkin later in the day and they were super apologetic, made me a new wrap, and kindly explained their policy. This 2/5 stars is for the rudeness from that morning and other times I have been here. The wraps here are generally good.

There is a guy that works the counter inside who absolutely hates taking your order and believe me he is gonna let you know about it. Should not complain though.,.. at least he acknowledges your standing there the others rarely check to see if anyone is standing there. This is also the only location where I get chopped hash browns. Almost every other location gives me these round tot like things. This place you get a baggie of shredded potatoes 9-10 times. I gave them 1 star because I had to and the second star because they have coffee. Honestly just hold off for a few miles and there are far better options.

Needs way more staff. Waited in line for 20 min.

My friend and i both ordered the same drink that we always get, they messed up both of them so i sent them back. A few hours after drinking them, both my friend and i have stomach cramps and diarrhea. I think they put something in our drinks to make us feel sick.

Horrible customer service, didnt ask any follow up questions (ex. Would you like to add hashbrowns for .49 cents? Would you like any ketchup, salt or pepper packets?) Order a sandwhich on a bagel they didnt ask what bagel nor did they ask if i wanted it toasted or not. I ordered an egg and cheese wake up wrap and took a bite just to find ham in there. I didn't receive my receipt so i couldnt do the survey (hence why im here) i also ordered a med. carmel swirl hot coffee with cream and sugar. Taste like an hour old pot of coffe with maybe one pump of carmel maybe a creamer n no sugar. Never coming back here and making sure I direct everyone to a different dunkin donuts.

Stopped in once, I was the only customer in line. I was seen by the employee working but not acknowledged. Sounded like he or she was on the phone making a personal call. I waited another five minutes at least and waved my hands, said hello? etc. Then I left. Hooray for sucking!

They messed up my entire order through door dash. Coffee was missing, ingredients were missing in EVERY coffee that we did get and the whole order is garbage.

I stopped going to this location, always the employees are super rude over the drive thru speaker and at the window as well. The wait is always long, but the attitudes is what killed it for me.

This Dunkin is literally the very WORST Dunkin in the capital region,If I could I would give 0 stars,I am there with my son every single day,He loves to get his bagel with cream cheese and/or an egg and cheese wake up wrap (which is half the time not fully cooked or heated and cold,sometimes even burned to a crisp) and I get the same exact iced coffee every single damn day,Not once have ANY of the employees EXCEPT FOR MIRANDA,remembered my order or gave me any type of respect,absolutely HORRIBLE customer service,I hate even entering Glenmont Dunkin’s drive through because I feel anxious and nervous to even go to the order board,without feeling as if i’m being judged.The music is always blaring and they are SO rude when taking orders and in general ,literally don’t ask any extra questions at all like “would you like hash browns for .99 with that” etc,NOTHING.Its usually “what do you want” you tell them and then they’re like “WHAT WE DIDNT HEAR YOU” then you tell them again and they tell you to pull to the window and act as if they understood or took down your order and then ask you at the window what you ordered for a third time,his happens to me here about 4 times a week out of the 7 days I visit.The other day this african american guy,I’ll get his name tomorrow and update my review because corporate WILL hear about this,I ordered a coffee and then when I got to the window my son was screaming for his bagel that I was going to skip on ordering that day,and I politely asked if I could order a bagel and the guy sticks his tongue out at me,spits at me (making like a farting noise) MIND YOU SPIT ALL over the top of my coffee and straw for about 10 seconds and then rolled his eyes as if my order was a burden to him.EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES (except for Miranda) HERE ACT LIKE CHILDREN,COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL,ALWAYS ON THERE PHONES,TALKING LOUDLY AND SCREAMING,FOOLING AROUND,IT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED,I hope so many of y’all are going to write a bad review and they will all lose their jobs,good lord.Horrible Dunkin

Trying to order donuts here was a nightmare. I asked for 3 chocolate glazed, 2 chocolate frosted glaze and one vanilla frosted glaze. She repeated "3 boston cream..." and I stopped her to correct her. She then repeated it again, and despite repeating my order she said the same thing. She then asked me if I wanted anything else and I said a medium hot chocolate. She told me to go up to the first window where she asked my order again. I repeated my order again and she said okay, so naturally I thought she had the rest of the order. She came back with my donuts then asked if I got anything else with it. I was crunched on time so I said no even though I ordered a hot chocolate. I paid and hit the road, only to find out if been given 3 chocolate glazed and 3 boston cream. I expect this sort of ineptitude from somewhere like mcdonald's, but not you, dunkin.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts hands down. I have never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts where my coffee is consistently wrong every single day. I spend about 16$ a week every week at a place with rude people and consistent bad service. The place is dirty, never writes what is suppose to be in my coffee on the cup (that could be the problem) even though I come everyday monday-Friday... really wish I could move the Delmar Dunkin into the Glenmont area because Glenmont Dunkin needs serious help. The customer service is needs some serious work. The girl in the drive thru window is always rude. Never a hi, good morning, goodbye, or positive attitude. Needs new staff. I was hoping more of the Cumberland farm employees would come here once they had shut down. It’s been like this for awhile so maybe new management aswell. Thanks, hope this helps your business.

Not sure what to share, stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. Saw people (more than 1) working but only 1 car went through the drive through. Never got waited on... Left the place with nothing. This experience unfortunately was slower than usual, which is very slow at best. 1 star at best for organised displays. This is a consistently bad and probably the worst dunkin I've been to in several states since forever.

Dunkin' Donuts never fails to disappoint me with their coffee or their service. It doesn't seem to matter whether I order a hot or an iced coffee/latte/macchiato, or if I add in an extra turbo shot or two....or three, or if I simply order a plain black coffee. There is one thing that remains consistent- the coffee always tastes watered down and weak. So, no more wasting time and money by stopping at Dunkin' for a watered down coffee before work.

the least capable workers of any chain store, employees are more concerned with petty conversation amongst themselves rather than doing their job and putting an iota of effort into making peoples food. if there is a manager of that store they should be embarrassed

Nice employees BUT my coffee is always wrong. Sadly, I'm always 15 minutes down the road before I realize. This happens way toi frequently to be a one-off. I'll be using the D&D on Delaware Ave moving forward. Tired of complaining.

Ordered a medium French vanilla iced coffee with almond milk for my girlfriend. The man working the drive through immediately had an attitude and asked clarifying questions like “any cream or sugar” which we answered no to (since my girlfriend is Type 1 Diabetic). Pulled up to the window and the worker gave us a swirl so we sent it back. He came back with a black coffee so we asked what it was. He said a “French vanilla iced coffee since you said you didn’t want any cream or sugar” which confirmed with us that he was messing with our order since he knew we didn’t want cream/sugar and gave us a swirl originally anyways. He finally put almond milk in the coffee and it looked correct so we left. When my girlfriend started drinking it she started to feel sick and she thought the coffee tasted strange. We ended up going to another Dunkin to order a new coffee and the one we got from the other Dunkin was definitely sweetened. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Never mess with sweetened/unsweetened orders. Not right. Will never go back.

They mean well but they aren't listening. Asked for a iced macchiato with toasted almond oatmilk and 1 sugar. Got a latte with almond milk. This was in store and very fast and friendly, however they can't seem to get my order correct lately in store or drive thru and it's frustrating.

Worker handed me drinks without asking me to pay and without a clue in the world, and then when they were made incorrectly the manager became irate with me and argued how it they got it wrong in comparison to the app. Had to then come back through a THIRD TIME because they didn’t give me my food part of my order! Placed a to go order at 4:47pm, only to arrive at 5:00 and it was not done, as they failed to check the machine that prints the to go order slips. Things happen, I get it, but then to wait until 5:09pm for our order to be incorrect is frustrating. I asked for white cheddar instead of American cheese on my sandwich, only to receive American. Oh and the bagel I was given was ROCK HARD. My iced coffee had little to no cream and barely any ice that it melted before I could even finish 1/4 of it. Not to mention, one of the ladies in there who arrived after we did got her meal for FREE because she had to wait, yet because ours was paid for, we weren’t offered anything. Extremely disappointing.

They didn’t know what I ordered by the time I got to the window. Then the dude held my coffee up infront of my face in the window while he took someone’s order for about a minute then handed me my drink and straw and turned around. Awkward. No have a nice day or nothing lol

We placed a pickup order at this Dunkin’ and were really let down by the service. The person at the window was unnecessarily rude when informing us that the donuts we ordered weren’t available. When we politely asked what they did have, he listed the options with even more attitude—completely uncalled for, especially since we were being perfectly pleasant. To make matters worse, after we chose new flavors, we were still given the wrong ones. It wasn’t busy, so there was no clear reason for the frustration or the mistake. Honestly, it’s just donuts—there’s no reason to speak to customers that way. A really disappointing experience that left a bad taste, and not from the food.

I go to this one often because I pass it for work, but this is the second time I have had hair in my coffee, have had hair on food from here which makes more sense but how can you not notice hair in my coffee cup! Will drive the extra miles to another location that’s more sanitary

Isn't the POINT of a drive through to be fast and efficient. This location is HORRIBLE. 25 min in line today for a coffee and sandwich. And then the girl stands there for 2 minutes with my order sitting right there...and she's on her telephone! THEY SUCK at customer service and are incredibly slow. Then she's snotty to me because I didn't say anything to her....Why should I? Never again!

Walked in to grab coffee, and the gentleman behind the counter looked annoyed that I was there to order something. He begrudgingly took my order and at every step entering it keep exhaling like it was taxing to do so. Another employee came to finish the order and he was complaining that he had to get something done with the donught rack behind the counter. I am sorry it was too much for the employee to take a coffee order and that I interrupted what he was trying to accomplish with the racks. I guess stacking donuts is more important than the customers trying to give you money for your wares. No worries, I will take my business elsewhere as I would not want to overburden you.

This place ALWAYS messes up. Just came home after ordering two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches... and one did not have egg! They gave me a sausage and cheese sandwich! This was s why minimum wage should not be raised!!!! Get your stuff together people!!!!! They are beyond rude there, and they mess up our order every time!!! Last time we went there we got two caramel lattes that were caramel and milk. No espresso!!!! I mean really!?!?!?
