Everybody was very friendly. The food was good. The tables could have been cleaner but other than that it was a good experience.
The service here at night is excellent there aren’t many places that’s show they care anymore but your staff was friendly and your manager Yolanda is amazing she always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied best one to come to
i placed a pickup order… for the wrong location. when i went in to grab my order, the staff immediately recognized my error, told me how to get a refund, and started my order up for me! i was in and out in 5 minutes and had my refund almost immediately via the customer service chat. the staff was super friendly, and clearly seemed like a really close knit team, and i appreciated their quickness and kindness in light of my stupid mistake!
Food was pretty good, the staff was nice. We wanted to tip but they said we weren't allowed the previous manager stole all the tips.
It's been awhile since I've been here but the food was very good!! I got one of the limited time options, the El Pastor bowl!! It was super fresh & very tasty & very filling!! The service was great & it's very clean!!
The store was clean and the staff was friendly. When I got directions off of the Chipotle website, they sent me to the wrong store 🤦🏼♀️ but when I got directions from Google, it got me to the right place.
The food was hot and the Chipotle honey chicken was a hit! The seating and beverage center was messy and little could use a good cleaning and replenish supplies ( forks, knives spoons, straws, cup tops)
There's a lot of times that they don't have things. Usually are out of grilled veggies and brown rice. Customer service can be hit or miss but it's not the worst spot.
Food quality is inconsistent, portion quantity is inconsistent, to be able to sit down and eat with a mexican coke for two people will be $30+ and that starts to make you consider paying a little bit more for something more reliably good. My wife is refusing to eat here anymore due to the quantity of fat left on the steak and often being served cold/luke warm at best meat products be it chicken or steak. The staff albeit mostly nice are obviously under trained or not trained to the same standards. I am concerned for this store as i do enjoy Chipotle but inconsistent product is a big problem here, for the price it should be spot on without having to chew on a hunk of fat. I had mentioned this to the manager that 'the last time i was here i was under served and provided high fat containing meat which forced me to literally have to pull the piece of meat out of my mouth' i was apologized to however the practice still continues. This used to be a weekly purchase for my family of five and now its a purchase only I sometimes get for my self rarely.
Ive been here twice before and it was fine but today during dinner hours they were out of so many ingredients including lettuce... like I would think they have that stocked during hours people want to eat. And to charge the same price for a lackluster bowl doesnt seem appropriate.
Terrible customer service. Sometimes they don’t acknowledge cars that pull up to the window. I was left for about 3 minutes while the girl apparently filled bags of chips. It seemed like she didn’t see me so I lightly knocked on the window. She yelled at me not to do that. Ok, well then at least let me know that you see me.
Has been about 5 years since my last Chipotle visit, missed going and was looking forward to this. Had a carnitas bowl with veggies and beans, & it was okay though the carnitas were cold (not room temp, I mean dead cold, had no idea how this was even possible as I thought the proteins were in a hot table). Check out cashier was very nice though the two staff prepping on the line were kind of rushing me through. I was unfamiliar with the available veggies, salsas, and other toppings and just needed a few quick seconds to see what was there. Wish I had a few more seconds to understand the sauces & salsas as some Pico would have made this bowl far less dry & more tasty. Had I not felt rushed I probably would have built myself a better bowl, & maybe now I'll know for next time. This is not the store's problem, though I hope the staff will recognize people who are unfamiliar and not rush them through, and just take a few seconds to tell people like me the toppings they have available, and easily and quickly help them build a better bowl or burrito.
The food is run of the mill Chipotle. However, I had multiple experience with unpleasant workers. For instance today I felt rushed because the employees wanted to get back to talking. It is noted that there was no line and they were pretty unfriendly. I understand that they're getting paid minimum wage but there is no need to rush someone when there is no line just so they could get back to gossiping
Went in excited to eat as chipotle is normally one of my favorite places to go out to. Was quickly disappointed when I got half scoops of everything. Barely any rice in my burrito. Come here if you want to pay for a full burrito with half of the portion sizes. I’ve never had a problem at any other location and this is extremely disappointing.
saw advertisment on tele, well, got the order and the chicken did not look anything like what advertisement showed, chicken was all dried out...........AND 7 people working no one offered an explanation, ver dissappointed.
You have TWO hours until closing, either make signs or VERBALLY let people know you are out of HALF OF THE INGREDIENTS BEFORE you start making the food.
usually fine chipotle where service is nice, went on friday and whoever the manager was was extremely rude and was yelling at the workers for asking simple questions, while in front of customers, making it a horrid environment to be in
Worst chipotle. I’ve ordered from this chipotle 4 times and have never once had an order that was correct. Paying upwards of 15-20 for a meal it should be correct. I was so reasonable the first two times and now it’s just getting ridiculous.
First off, it was freezing in the restaurant. By the time I sat down with my food it was ice cold. The chicken in my tacos was mostly grizzle. The service was slow and they didn't even know if the taco shells were corn or flour. The bathrooms were so dirty, garbage and dirt in the corners.The water didn't come on when you swiped your hand in front of it, I stood there for three or four minutes trying to get the faucet to turn on. And even when there were no customers all the employees did was lean on the counters.
Usually it's all good when I order from here, but tonight the food was bland no flavor or seasoning. Rice was watered down. Don't know what happened but the food was not seasoned at all. I had to add spices & seasoning when I got home. Spent $40.
Typically love the food but often out of white rice or chipotle sauce… etc, counter and Dining room Unkempt… manger was nice and apologetic but hard to feel Good about someplace when it appears dirty- not that we won’t be back, But I feel bad that there’s no help to make things better.

Consistent incorrect orders and poorly prepared meals. Most recently ordered three meals and some chips and guac. Amazingly, something was wrong in every single meal. Even the chips were super greasy and so incredibly salty that we couldn't eat them. And I love salty chips! If you're a manager here, your staff needs help.
Months later and it's worse than ever. The food service area is dirty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day. They make you feel guilty for having a diet restriction and the supervisor gave wrong information about the allergen. The floors are filthy and cluttered with debris. The drink dispenser was empty. Unfriendly attitudes from staff from server to cashier.
I get that customers can be rude and sometimes not easy to talk too, but your adults and working in customer service you need to learn basic communication skills like a simple “hey I’ll be with you just getting things prepared” would be nice. Having people walk past, ignore, and look angry when taking orders is crazyy, I work at a fast food place and it’s not hard to keep someone updated to let them know you’ll be with them in a second
I just picked up my food. My food was cold. I got there at 10:10, which is the time that I asked that I’d be ready. I paid for a watermelon drink the machine was empty. So there went $3.15 and I tipped disgusting staff if you don’t like your job, please go find another one. You’re dealing with people food and hard earned money nothing more to say.
I love Chipotle but this location is consistently terrible. I just had the all-time worst meal I’ve ever had at Chipotle. There was so little chicken in my bowl that I finished it in about 5 bites. As always the staff was unfriendly. They were out of guacamole (at 7pm). And they were even out of register tape.

Workers were rude. Came in at 745 pm when they close at 10pm and acted like we were in the wrong for coming in. Didn’t communicate or ask what we wanted just kind of pointed at it. Accidentally said chicken bowl instead of chicken “al pastor” and manager tweaked out and yelled to the cashier he got al pastor! like I was being punished or something. Whole experience was off and I go to chipotle a good amount. But this one was not good and the service was bad.
We saw the Carne Asada ads. At 4:45 on Friday, dinner time on Friday night, there were only a few pieces of dried up beef in the bottom of the stainless steam table pan. So I got the pork, which looked a tiny bit better.. Then my wife got a plate and a drink. $34. It seems expensive for what it is. The guacamole added a lot but shouldn't have. The food was very disappointing and way over expensive.
I accidentally placed my order for the wrong location couldn’t get through on The phone at either of the locations so I went to the closest, which was Glenmont . I asked them if they could make my order here or if I had to go up to Albany . The man making food gave me a huge attitude and said well I can’t make it now. Ok I wasn’t asking you to drop everything and make my food now. This isn’t the first time Ive had problems here. Everyone here seems miserable and seem to hate their job. Yea I get it I screwed up by placing the order at the wrong location but damn….. I even offered a tip to show I was grateful he then turned his back to me and said we don’t accept tips . Which is weird because online when you order you can include a tip.
Went to this chipotle, and was very disappointed in the service. Everyone along the line from placing the order to the checkout was very unpleasant not happy to be there. At the checkout, they placed someone else’s meal in my bag, and that person notified me and the person checking me out said, oh probably as if they did do it on purpose. Very poor service and quality for such a reputable name and chain restaurant. Extremely disappointing.
Asked for Jalapeño and was give diced green peppers with spice dressing on it.
My food was too spicy I could not enjoy it. There were only green peppers available, when I told the girl just a little salsa she dumped an entire spoon full. Not the same as other Chipotle the cooks are doing somthing different with seasonings and spices
My burrito was a sopping wet mess. No one in the store, no line, NOTHING. They threw all of the ingredients on it and just mashed the whole thing together. It was so wet it fell apart when I picked it up. Absolutely disgusting.

No water option is a little over the top. Bad business practice. Edit to add on a Sunday evening out of white rice, black beans, steak, peppers. You have 12 ingredients and your out of 4 of them. Poorly run place.
This place sucks ordered on ubereats didn’t receive the correct meat I ASKED for , no LETTUCE , no BLACK BEANS , no CHIPS but they packed the sauce that goes with it , then it gets worse the steak pieces were undercooked I couldn’t even eat it if I wanted to . Never will order from here AGAIN !!!
I purchased 2 bowls for $40, the meat was hard as rocks, they had no regular salsa, and when I asked the cashier why my order was $40 he responded with an attitude "because she got add ons". If I could have provided this review without stars I would have!
Several staff were in the place, but only one of them acknowledged my presence. I stood there in awe waiting for someone to take my order. Mind you, there were no customers in the establishment. While waiting for someone to take my order, I observed how uncleanly (dirty) the serving area was and decided to take my business elsewhere. It was the lack of attention to detail/ poor customer service for me.
Just left chipotle at 8 o’clock this evening on Wednesday night they were out of lettuce. Don’t know how that happens and I argued about paying for my meal with cash. What a process once again I don’t know how you run out of lettuce.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Staff hurries you and pressures you and they are very understaffed with workers not knowing how to fold a burrito. They lie about not having water cups only to get water, even though there’s no reason to lie. The manager of the place does not manage well. Go to another chipotle location.
I really make an effort to not leave bad reviews (my general policy is only rate a place if it's good to share with others), however, each and every time I've frequented this spot for a pickup order, I am short-changed. Half a portion at best on their proteins when I pay for double steak. Burrito cold to the touch even when I pick it up early / on time. It is to the point where I will now drive 20-25 minutes out of my way to avoid this spot to the Chipotle in Latham. I could not be more disappointed in this Chipotle, but this spot is reliable in one thing- you're going to have a terrible meal with a lot less than what you paid for with your hard-earned money. You can go to any other Chipotle and receive a burrito double the size.
Went in 7 pm Saturday, a few people waiting for WHITE RICE, I wanted brown rice so I proceeded with my 2 meals - got the last of the Chicken (they scraped the container to give 1/2 a portion) I asked for more cheese ( I got about a tee spoon) came back and said they were out of cheese! What ? So when does the cheese get there ? Not gonna be a delivery on Sunday? Also every table was dirty, my wife would NOT use the restroom because it was so filthy. There was so much scraps of food on the prep table you could have made a burrito with the scraps. The woman behind me asked for corn - it was also completely empty- they liked at her like she asked for a gold bar ! Everything about this restaurant was unacceptable- chipotle should be ashamed of themselves. Manager should be retrained.
The old jokes about you get what you paybfor at Taco Bell...shouldnt apply to Chipotle...but they do. Taco Bell officially has better service than a place...and that place, This Chipotle.
This place always is giving me issues. For the most part its hit or miss. I use the app exclusively and they miss items frequently. I ordered a bag of large chips once and counted 9 chips out of the bag once I got home. Cannot recommend this place to many people really. I think If I need chipotle I am going to the one in north greenbush again.
Will mess up your order if you use the app Will be rude to you if you go in. However over the past year this Chipotle has seen a significant decline in quality. If your looking scratch that chipotle itch while you're in Glenmont, save yourself the frustration and salmonella by going to the moes or tacobell right down the street.
This location is horrible. I ordered food for pick up at drive thru. After waiting in line for twenty minutes I had to reverse my car out of the line. When I went in to see what the hold up was the manager was extremely rude and was frantically trying to make drive up orders while avoiding the line of 20 plus people also waiting for there drive thru orders at the counter. She refused to cancel my order and I was forced to call the 1-800 number to get a refund. She was the white female manager with glasses. She is always rude everyone I stop here and this was just the icing on the cake for me. Support local Mexican restaurants. This place is a joke and you’ll only receive horrible service and subpar food.
This Chipotle is always out of stuff. Make sure to check before you waste your time in line. If they have the ingredients you want it is an average Chipotle. No chips and guacamole, not acceptable. That’s like going to McDonald’s and they randomly don’t have fries. One time they had no beans (yes, both kinds), no white rice, no chicken, no guac, no chips. They still didn’t say anything when you approached the line. Several people started burritos, bowls and salads only to walk away causing the started items to be trashed. Oh well, not my problem. Hope they can do better. I likely won’t spend time trying anymore.
First time at this specific location. I ordered ahead through the app and arrived shortly after the time it was scheduled to be ready. After being ignored in the drive through for 5 minutes I pulled forward to wait a little bit before trying again. Pulled forward 10 minutes later just to be ignored AGAIN (entire time seeing employees stand around as the restaurant had maybe 2 other customers inside) I had to go inside where I was greeted with the restaurant in absolute disarray, overflowing garbages, food everywhere, messy tables. Got my food and left… worried about consuming something prepared in that environment….
I was standing in line and it was pretty obvious that I was next in line, the server ignored me and asked the lady next in line what she wanted. I told her I was next in line, she was really rude. I got the chicken bowl and they were light on the chicken, I know because I go to Chipotle all the time, then they didn't have any cheese left. I asked if I would get a discount because I wanted cheese and without cheese its not the same and not as good. They said no discount without the cheese because they don't charge for cheese, yeah, but its supposed to be part of the bowl and who doesn't get a burritto without cheese even though I ordered the bowl, so if there out of cheese I should get a discount or at least a free drink. You don't charge for sour cream, lettuce, or salsa either. Ridiculous! Nevertheless, I will continue to eat at Chipotle, but I will never be going back to this store. Terrible experience and not worth going back. I will take by business to Panera Bread next door or 5 Guys burgers.
Meat was cold (unsettling) and this location is shockingly dirty. Trash everywhere and food covering every surface including the prep area. Was so hungry I went for it anyway questioning whether or not I’d get food poisoning! Fingers crossed!

I was there Friday food all over and food mixed in with others got chips and dip the dip must of been old thru it out the chips were rotten. I got a veggie bowl didn't taste like anything I had before. Thru it out I won't go there again they should close it before they kill someone. Please don't go there.
I go to chipotle almost everyday for lunch and out of all the locations in the area this one is the worst. First time there the food was not great compared to the other ones in the area. The place was gross dirty tables, trash was full, service was extremely slow, and the people were working there were not nice and came off trashy. Then another day girlfriend goes to pick up food from the drive through and no one came to the window she had to go in and get her food. She immediately called me and said you were right I’m never going to that chipotle again. Don’t waste your time just go to the one I’m of the ones in Albany or Latham.
I decided to get some dinner for the first time from this location at 7p. Big mistake. The food did not seem fresh but as I was starving I ate it anyway because I have always considered Chipotle a healthy option. At 5am I awoke to serious diarrhea and vomiting accompanied by vertigo. This was the only meal I had since a light healthy lunch. I was so sick. Never again. I reached out to Chipotle organization and was promptly refunded plus the promise of an investigation. Maybe not order food too close to closing.
Do not use the drive-thru window (chipotlane) at this location. I arrived after the app said my food was ready, and with 4 cars in front of me, it took 40 minutes to get to the window. When I finally got there, my order somehow wasn't ready. After another 20 minutes, people behind me started honking and getting out of their cars to see what was happening, and myself and several cars behind me decided to give up and leave without our food, despite the fact that we already paid. I wanted to leave long before I hit an hour of waiting, but due to how the lane is setup (one way, with a building directly opposite the window) there was no way to get out without asking cars ahead or behind to move. I've never waited an hour for fast food, and have never had an issue at other locations - don't waste your time here or with the app.
Absolutely filthy location- both dining room and kitchen. Constantly out of multiple main ingredients. Staff doesn't eat gloves and are on their phones. They ignore the drive through. The whole place is a joke
Had to wait 20-30 mins for an online order that was supposed ti be ready at 12:10. They were short staffed and loved the doors had no sign to tell people that they were behind or anything. Very bad experience trying to cancel my order.
Do not go to this location. They have NEVER made my order right, always missing items & you’ll be waiting 20 minutes past your pickup time. I go to this location here & there because its close by but this will be the last time. The food tasted absolutely disgusting like the salsa has been sitting out all day & the workers are rude. Missing ingredients, understaffed, not very clean… Basically everything people have been reporting about this place for months. This is the first negative review I’ve given in a long time, but seems needed to get the owner to start paying attention.
Foul, vial, morbid place. Walked in to food smeared everywhere on all tables and all over the counter where they prepare your food. 30 minute wait. Very sad to see a chipotle ran like that.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. One of the ladies working at the front is consistently rude to both customers and her coworkers. She often ignores people waiting and only comes to the counter after they’ve been standing there for over 10 minutes. Also, if you place an order online, be prepared to wait much longer than expected. They don’t even start making your food until you arrive at the store — even if you placed the order well in advance. When you ask how much longer it’ll be, they just say “a couple minutes,” but in my experience, it’s taken over 30 minutes just for a burrito. The service here really needs improvement. I hope management takes these issues seriously
I don’t know why people bother coming here. Rude staff, nasty lobby and probably disgusting food prep/storage areas. Not to mention the crazy high prices for the nothing portion of food you receive.
i have never left a review before but i felt like i had to about this. i was the only person in there, i was ignored while employees talked to each other at a high volume. It seemed like the employees were annoyed at doing their own job. I then asked for chips the employee rudely said they didn’t have any as i see a whole thing of chips behind them. Food tasted fine but the environment was definitely not great compared to other locations
it was a disaster! looked like a hurricane just happened, dirty and food everywhere and when i went back in to ask for not stale chips the person gave me attitude and then got me another bag in which they proceeded to open the bag and eat a chip hand me the bag and say there. those arent stale when indeed 75% of the bag was. i will never go back to this one. drink station was nasty, tables were gross. just poor customer service!
I have been in the store twice both times the store was filthy cut the people behind the counter were very rude to me. Didn’t want to do their job and it took a half hour to pick up a pre-placed order that was done for 10 minutes before I got there.
Over the past 3 meals we have ordered from this location we have had various issues from cold food to missing parts of our order, this instance takes the cake. I ordered a high protein chicken bowl and when I got home opened it up to find there was virtually no chicken in it. I took all that was in there and weighted it and it came to a whopping 2.4 oz when it should have been DOUBLE Meat. If chipotle wonders why their sales are slumping they should go check out of their restaurants live in action, they will figure it out quick. People are tired of paying $15 to not get what the ordered, skimmed portions and cold food.
The Albany market Chipotle restaurants are the worst managed places I have even seen. On this night at 7:30pm. You are open until 11pm. The exit door LOCKED. 80 percent of the dining room CLOSED. No chicken, no sour cream. Then you have the audacity to charge us for guacamole, when we couldn't get sour cream, corn salsa, or chicken really. Prices are too high for poor quality food. Way to many places to spend out money. Chipotle is no longer on that list ever again anywhere. Maybe the district manager should be present in underperforming stores, you know lead by example, as there is none of this going on here
Rude. Horrible customer service! Waiting in line for steak and the guy behind the counter said hold on. No time given Waited 15 mins for him to pass other customers over me. Continue to not give me a wait time as I asked. I asked again and they said no not ready. No commutation to eachother. No steak was cooking or being brought out. Rude response and they were making side comments about there other coworkers while working. Do not go here. Drive to another.
Without hyperbole, this is the absolute worst place I’ve ever experienced. I went through the drive-thru tonight and they handed me my order. I could tell it wasn’t all of it and asked about it. The manager told me it was everything. It wasn’t. I went inside to get it sorted out and I told her my order and tried to show her my mobile order. She said I don’t have those names and I don’t need to see that. I told her I was trying to just get my order and she repeated she didn’t have it. I told her she was being rude and she came back with, “that’s just my personality.” I asked to speak with someone else. She said she’s the manager. Finally a teenage employee helped me. The manager then said out loud, “these people tonight.” I said I just trying to get my order and you were being unprofessional. She said again, “that’s just my personality” and “I just need to get to the point.” I was trying to be helpful by getting her to the point by showing her my order when I first walked in that she immediately dismissed. I asked for her name so I could contact corporate. She said she wouldn’t give it to me. I said you’re the manager of the store and I’m asking for your name. She said “and I told you I’m not giving it to you.” She then followed up with “leave my store or I’ll call the police.” I couldn’t believe it. I will never ever go back to this location. As others said here, it is the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Just absolutely horrible.
Have given this place so many tries and just never gets better. The food quality is usually poor, they are constantly out of ingredients to put in the entrees. I usually go through drive through, and nobody mentions when half the items in your entree you ordered they just didn’t put in it. Service is also terrible, when you pull up to the drive through it’s several minutes before anyone acknowledges you and when they finally do it’s like you’re bothering them
Garbage, women who waited on me had an attitude and when I asked for barbacoa, she threw her hands up and started mumbling under her breath because she had to go to the back and get more. She threw stuff around and should probably be fired. The younger guy who waited on us was wonderful though and made me not walk out. When I asked for chips, she had a pissy fit and once again rolled her eyes. Got home and chips were stale. Should be ashamed
Picked up $42 worth of food tonight that we threw out. It was messy, disgusting fingerprints on the takeout containers and bag. The order was wrong, of course, and the takeout preparer was rude and treated me like it was my fault she got it wrong. Since quesadilla was ice cold, warmed it for 30 seconds in microwave and steak was so hard it couldn't be eaten. Bowl had steak too with fat all over it. Two tacos were also ice cold and thrown out since the steak would've been hard nodules. Only thing we ate was the chips and queso. Restaurant was messy with tables not clean. Went in around 5pm to get some food. Waited for ages but no acknowledgement. One person ahead of us waiting for his food. Food area was filthy. Tables filthy. Left without ordering anything and went to Moe's.
Absolutely abysmal service gave tiny portions when asking for extra sour cream does it come out of the employees check or something? I'm beyond irrate with the idiotic guy who was giving me food, also why the heck can't anyone say have a good one back anymore. No decency and will never come back unless its to yell at these clowns
Chipotle has been falling off recently, but I was hoping for a more positive experience at this newer location. Not the case. The employee building my bowl didn’t even look at me and was rude in his responses. The bowl was thrown together sloppily, proportions were off, and the outside of it was filthy. No fajita veggies and the food was luke warm. Guess I’ll stop trying with chipotle….
Don’t come here at dinner time unless you wanna wait 20 mins in line and eat slop. I got to the front and noticed the counter was gross with food all over it and the food just looked like slop. They had 1 worker making burritos and ringing people up. Opted not to get it and go to 5 guys across the street instead
I've been part of the Chipotle culture since 2012 in Redding, CA. More recently, I frequent the Clifton Park, NY location and it's always a good experience. This Glenmont location has dirty tables, over flowing garbages, empty cutlery (it was not busy) staff seem bothered when they sort of help you, staff give the wrong portion sizes, and worst of all a STAFF WRAPPED THE BURRITO WIDTH WISE INSTEAD OF LENGTH WISE PRODUCING A BALL OF SLOP INSTEAD OF A BURRITO; THIS LOCATION NEEDS NEW LEADERSHIP.
Out of chicken, 10 minute wait. Out of fajitas, another 2 minute wait. Burrito falling apart. Top it all off, cashier death stared me after not understanding what I said my order was the first time. Palpably rude. Why does no one wear a name tag anymore?
I’m just about done going to the Chipotle in Glenmont. I waited 25 minutes in line, only to find out (again) that they didn’t have key items in stock. This location constantly seems to be missing something — this time it was black beans, and that’s not unusual here. When it was finally my turn, the employee struggled to wrap the burrito and ended up double wrapping it, which would’ve been fine… except the burrito was ripping everywhere and completely falling apart. I literally couldn’t eat it without it turning into a mess. The employees here are never happy and they just throw your food together and hope for the best. To make things worse, I tried to use my free drink and got an iced tea that was undrinkable — it tasted like dirty water. Between the long wait, missing food, poorly made burrito, and bad drink, this was a really disappointing experience. This location seriously needs better consistency & training.
worst experience ever. I ordered on DoorDash and the bowl I ordered was missing half of its ingredients and the queso tasted gross and old and rotten. when I went in person to this location, it’s always filthy the counters the tables everything is filthy. disappointing.
I ordered through the Chipotle app, showed up to pick up at the window and sat for five minutes waiting for someone to come to the window. Watched a worker walk by, made eye contact and walked away when I got there. I finally drove around and parked and went in. The store was empty. I yelled hello loudly several times and no one came to the front. After waiting another three minutes someone came up and another worker got out of the car I parked next to and came in. They gave me cold food with no apology or acknowledgement. I get home and the order was also incorrect. Chipotle, pay for better workers and get your act together!
To the person who commented about the people running out of their car inside tonight, that was us! Food ordered at 6:50 for a 7:10 pickup, with the app telling us to go through the drive through for pickup. We get in the pickup line, there were 3 cars ahead of us (that we could see). After a half hour had gone by, we were certainly frustrated, but we had moved in that time. Eventually we moved far enough to round the corner, but we quickly realized there were several more cars in front of us. At one point I went into go to the bathroom, and it was clearly not busy enough to justify the slow service. A woman behind us got out of her car and asked the car in front of us (which was at the pickup window) to ask them to move their car out of the way just so we could all get out. Wacky levels of poor service. Burrito was under filled and they forgot the guacamole and queso, the two things you notoriously have to pay extra for. They were also out of chips. How in the year of our lord 2025 does a chipotle run out of chips??
I waited 2 hours total in the drive through lane and 45 minutes at the window. The app said it would be ready at 7:40 and I didn’t leave the line with my food until 8:38. The same 2 people came up and asked the name in the order but that is all. People from a car that was 2 cars behind me went in to complain and wait for their order. They came back out with their food even though I had been waiting for a total of 45 minutes. I was missing 2 items from my order and my food was cold.
Let me paint a picture of my experience at this establishment: The date is 10/30/2025 at approximately 6:35pm. My girlfriend and I have a craving for some Chipotle. We place an order to be ready at 6:50. (Remember this time. it is a surprise tool that will help us later.) Traveling there takes me roughly 15ish minutes so i am there around 6:55 and I am now in the "Chipotlane" as they call it. 15 minutes go by and the first car moves. I am behind 5 cars and I am boxed in. I have committed at this point, no turning back, another 10 minutes go by and another car move. Only 4 cars remain. I am now sitting in the "Chipotlane" for 25 minutes at this point. I am slightly annoyed but I know it is around dinner time and as someone who has worked fast food I know rushes can be a pain, so I am trying to be patient. 15 more minutes go by, it is now 7:35 and 2 more cars move rather quickly. 2 left. 10 minutes the last 2 cars have left and I am now at the window and I see why things are going so slowly. There is no one at the window. There is food PILED UP on the shelves. It had dawned on me that I had not actually seen anyone receive a bag of food from the window. I wait until around 7:50 to go inside, and what I see shocks me to my very core. There are 4 people total working in the "resturante" one of which who would not even go to check on the mobile orders saying he "was working over here" over here being at the in-"resturante" bowl/burrito building area. HE HAD NO LINE. I am trying to get the attention of someone to check on my order. However I am not alone in this. There are countless (like 4-5) people also trying to get the attention of the remaining staff, all of whom are working at the mobile order bowl/burrito area. I waited an ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES before anyone even talked to me. They finally asked me the question I had been waiting to hear: "What's the order?" FINALLY. I say the name under the order and they make it in 2 minutes. ..... THAT WAS ALL THE TIME IT TOOK???? I was fuming walking out of there. By the time I left and was on the way home it was 8:18pm. I WAITED FOR 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES FOR AN ORDER THAT TOOK 2 MINUTES TO MAKE. The store was a mess, the manager was there rambling about how there were 2 no call no shows and was not even doing anything to make the situation better. My girlfriend and I explained that I had waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes to the chipotle customer "care" center and the best they could do? One free entre ..... This chain has gone so far downhill it is insane. This was without a doubt the worse experience I had ever had at ANY fast food chain, and I have been to Sonic. The food itself was fine, but the fact that they were not even checking the drive thru or trying to get everyone's order out was insane to me. TL:DR - Was in the drive thru for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then was inside for an additional 30 minutes and got mediocre food. The store was a mess and the staff incompetent. Sorry for any grammar issues, I am still mad writing this. DO NOT COME HERE.
We have used this Chipotle for drive up pickup quite a bit, but the wait times have been getting longer randomly. A record today by my wife who was stuck in the car line for more than a whole hour waiting to just pickup an order that the app said was ready. This is not an exaggeration. This Chipotle needs some major process changes. They need to shut off their online ordering if they can't keep up with basic pickup service. People have lives and use this to save time not loose it and add stress to their lives.
Placed an online order for pickup at 6pm. Its now almost 7 and still not ready. This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have been to. 5 people working but not very fast or efficient. I don't think I will come back to this location ever.
Just had a very unpleasant interaction with Q at the go mint store. He continued to dismiss me as a customer when he was over 25 minutes late with my online order. He continued to be passive aggressive and rude. I called him out on it as I am in the customer service industry and won’t be using this store location anymore for food. I would also recommend someone from the health department checking out the site. Thank you for your time.
My sister and myself went for lunch today. There was absolutely no meat made at all. And everything else looked as if it’s been out all day. The person that was working the grill, was barely putting any effort into cleaning the filthy grill. All other employees were working as slow as possible. And not one person asked if we could be helped. This particular store is the absolute worst I’ve ever been in. We were so disappointed that we left and nobody tried to help us.
I came to this location at 8:25 pm (they close at 11), and this was hands-down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. There were only three workers, and the one serving me had his underwear and entire backside showing while handling food. That’s beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable. On top of that, the food portions were ridiculously stingy. Even after asking for doubles, my bowl was still so empty that I could see the bottom. I paid over $11 for basically nothing. To make matters worse, they were out of almost everything: no lettuce, no protein options besides chicken, no corn, no other basics you expect from Chipotle. All I got was a tiny scoop of rice, black beans, chicken, and some sauce. That’s it. And they still charged me full price. The kitchen also looked dirty, which just added to the bad experience. If a location can’t provide basic ingredients, fair portions, or professional service, they should not be serving customers. This was a complete waste of money and one of the most disappointing fast-casual meals I’ve ever had.
This isn’t a one-off it’s EVERY time. Sit in the drive-thru forever, nobody shows up until I lean on the horn. Then when the food finally comes, the order is wrong 90% of the time. Every. Single. Visit. It’s tacos, not brain surgery. If you can’t get that right, shut the window. Chipotle should be embarrassed this is their standard.
