I've had Dominos all around the country and our local Glens Falls Dominos is the absolute best in the USA! Always fast and courteous. Food is always hot and delicious.

Best domino's in the area, for sure. I think I've only had the pizza come out less than I'd hope maybe once, mentioned it, and it hasn't happened since. I always happen to have to order pretty late and sometimes you can get the disgruntled or annoyed employee at those late hours, but never here, so far. Update: still never a disgruntled employee having to deal with me in the last hour or two of their shift, and their drivers are always polite and thankful. Good group of good people.

Ordered two large pizzas earlier. Great service, great pizza. One minor caveat: maybe check the staff for missing teeth? I definitely found one on my pizza. I'm not upset; I understand the craziest things can happen for little to no reason in life, but I am slightly concerned that someone can lose a tooth in a pizza and not notice it... Well, the pizza was still great (the second one), and I know random teeth are certainly not the norm, so you still get 5 stars. Just figured you'd want to know so you can keep an eye on certain people going forward. 🤔

Working late and really hungry placed order at 10 and watched the little meter go tracking the progress but was still pretty surprised when we got our food so fast. It's 10 27 and I'm already enjoying my dinner. Delicious, hot and fast with the friendliest delivery person. Well earned 5 stars.

I love the $5.99 each mix and match deal. Have been using Domino's website to order using this same coupon for several years now. Great service and quick delivery. And safe with contactless delivery. And they are always open later than anyone else

I had the best experience tonight with Domino’s from the time I ordered until the very end when I received the food. I had it delivered to me at the hospital because my husband is in there. The delivery driver was very nice and even went back to get us forks and napkins. The food was hot and delicious.

I want to let you know that your pizza was absolutely delicious and hot you delivered it to Glens Falls hospital for me because my food was cold and then when they took it to warm it up I never got my food which was my dinner all my food at the hospital was cold your pizza was hot and I did tell the kitchen at the hospital that in a message to them but thank you again for making sure the food was hot and I had my dinner I want to thank you very very much I will definitely be reordering food from Domino's

Domino's Pizza Glens Falls is always a decent pizza place. Best friendly staff. Especially if it comes to delivery. Online ordering is the best key. Compared to other pizza stores. I can only do this once in a long while. I can only go with small portions.

I crave dominos pizza often because it is so delicious for such a cheap price. They always have exceptional deals. This particular dominos location did not let us down. Their service was very fast (15-20 minutes) just as they told us and that was in the midst of many other orders.

It's not bad for what it is and the price. For 8 bucks you can get a delicious, hot pizza with 1 topping. Of all the chain pizza places I really enjoy dominos and pizza hut if I'm not trying to spend 20 bucks on a wood fired pizza.

I LOVE this dominos location. I am new to the area so when I learned they delivered I almost freaked out with happiness. I have NEVER (as of 8/6/20) messed up my order and the people are legit the nicest. I love how hot and fresh the food is. Listen this dominos location has never done me wrong and if you’re in the area or just visiting to the area I HIGHLY recommend this location. The staff is amazing and the food has always been perfect!

Quick pick up or delivery. Order always hot and correct. Very friendly delivery personnel and insiders as well.. if your not sure what to order they are always there with suggestions but are not pushy. Clean friendly environment. Very pleasant place to get lunch or dinner or a late night snack. They are open til 130am and can order til 129am and they will deliver it right to your door . A must try!!

I earned 60 points and I wanted the free medium 2 topping pizza but the app was screwing up. I called and asked to talk to the manager he was great and gave me the pizza. Thank you so much!!

I haven't had Domino's in years. The food 2 mediums pepperoni and sausage were the best I've had hit the spot. Price was just right. I ordered shortly after 11 AM yesterday via the phone. I was only 1 mile away. Took 5 minutes to take care of a thing I had to drove to your location. Parked my car walked in the place was immaculately clean. Young man behind counter welcomed me and asked if he can help me. I said to go ordered and I gave him my last name as 2 pizzas were coming out of the oven. He said sir yours will be ready in a few minutes those are my delivery orders. I said no problem. While he was cutting and boxing up the to go order he was engaging me with pleasant conversation. He then said excuse me sir I need to deliver these now. Maybe I will see you after this delivery she will take care of you from here. If I don't see you I hope you have a great day. This young man made my day along with your restaurant and how spotless it was and how tasty my food was. The young lady served my pizzas with a smile and also commented thanks for your business and I hope to see you again with a perfect customer service smile. I will be back.

Good food but the app never told me my order was ready for pick-up :( I also never got a text or any sort of confirmation I was staring at the app for like an hour. Turns out it was done the whole time. 🤷🏻‍♀️😭

My pizza was good. However the delivery route boundary lines don't make any sense. I live exactly 2 miles from the Glens Falls NY store & 2.5 miles from the Queensbury NY store & NEITHER OF THEM DELIVER TO MY HOME. Funny thing is that their farthest delivery point on each route is literally one block away. I don't live in the country & I believe they could each incorporate a portion of the road I live on as part of route boundaries. There must be at least 100+ homes in the square mile area they WONT deliver to.

Pizza and wings were great, done right, crust is the best. Ready on time. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Online order was easy maybe a little fun with the app. That said this pizza was nothing like the dominos pizza at home. It was very greasy and barely warm. The boxes bottoms looked as if they were soaked in butter. The White sauce was nearly not there at all. The over all value with the large delivery fee left a lot to be desired. The 2 for $20 large deal cost nearly $30 with tax, tip, delivery. For 3 people. Next time we will try something more local for a better deal.

Cheese pizza, buffalo chicken pizza and loaded tots $50. Wow Biden inflation and DimocRATS really putting it to Americans for somewhat average pizza place. Daughter loves it my opinion Dominoes and Pizza Hut are not that great

If the manager didn't ignore me 3 times, I probably would not be in this review other than saying the food was a 5 ☆'s... I just watched the person that took my order make all my food with no gloves. I had a large pizza, and parm bites. I told the manager on duty, with brown hair, glasses, lip piercing-and she ignored me- as she was at the register with me. I repeated 3 times, he has no gloves on! Did nothing. The only real thing you wanted her to do is go over there and tell him to put the gloves on- I did watch him wash his hands- 1 time, no soap-during, but still health department requirement is wearing gloves during, prepping, cooking and filling the stations. There is that. I come from a food & beverage background as a manager. I was very nice about it and still surprisingly took my food. She was no where to be found as I waited for her. #smallchangesmatter

The food is delicious when they actually get your order correct. They CONSISTENTLY forget any dipping sauce that you order whether or not you use their app or phone your order in.

Food was ordered fast and the app worked great, the pizza and chicken i ordered was not too bad a little over cooked i think but not ruined,i dont think ill be ordering again because i like my food deliverd after a long day at work but having to pay a mandatory $3.80 delevery charge plus feel obligated to tip the driver because its not his fault so essentially im paying almost $8.90 for a tip when i think $5 is plenty seeing i only live a few min away,i think its a issue that should be addressed.so until then i think ill be ordering from Empire Pizza who has better prices and i choose what to tip instead of technically having to tip twice.

I'm mad that I've been getting deliverey from Domino's for quite some time and now they don't deliver to my location, especially since I give the drivers a $10 tip every time, even though they charge like $2.50 for delivery charge. What's up with that? I have a free pizza through my dominos rewards that I haven't collected.

I put in an order for 2 pizzas, a stuffed cheesy bread, and bacon tomato chicken pieces. I ordered a hand tossed medium pizza with extra garlic parmesan sauce, extra steak, onions, and light green peppers. What I received was a thin crust regular sauce, regular steak, onions, and no green pepper pizza. Not only that, when my wife picked up the order they messed up the first and last name of the order. The rest of the order was fine.

I can't believe Dominos charges a delivery fee and then we have to tip the driver on top of that?? Very poor, especially with today's prices and economy. No thanks!!

I placed my order through domino's online site. The site was easy to use. I ordered a normal large pizza with breadsticks and sauce. I paid 30$ for this pizza. When i got the pizza, I got breadsticks without sauce, and the worst pizza I have ever had. The crust was so thin, deceptively similar to the width of a store bought wrap. The outer edges were burnt and flavorless. The pizza fell apart like a crumbling, scorched building. Save your money, 30$ could buy you and another a night out at a restaurant.

My wife and I regularly order from them but no more. Ordered a thin pizza with toppings, hardly any topping and was cut like a madman. Little paces large pcs. Were done with them

It took almost 40 minutes for my delivery to come. Our pizza is not Hott!! It’s luke warm. I called the store and the manager Drew had an awful attitude and was very disrespectful. Also the shift supervisor was also disrespectful and rude! The service here is horrible. The workers here are very disrespectful and rude! I am calling the corporate office and filing a complaint!

Ordered a Sausage marina pasta in the tin. It was over cooked and what little pasta was there a lot of it was stuck on the side of the pan.

I have not once received my free pizza, though I tecieved one after so many on line orders lies all lies.

Wings were tiny bbq sauce was just squirted on terrible sauce and soggy wings not worth 1$ for 8 I ordered 20$dollars worth and thew them away not good at all very disapointed. Will never order from there again!

Ordered just 2 items a chicken bacon ranch sandwich that had more grease on it then any of the pizzas they make and then the other item is a chicken Caesar salad and they only have 2 options for a salad and they still got it wrong. This domino's is the biggest joke in the state

Terrible experience. My dad ordered and said to me in his own words “he’ll never order again”. He told me it tasted terrible, had cheap tiny toppings, costed $30 which is a lot for what he got. Was overall very displeased. I was surprised because for me, I never really had an experience like this. Always had good pizza from this location.

Ordered a thin crust pizza and stuffed bread with spinach. I can not even eat this stuff. Bread is so thick and gross. Not cooked all the way through and literally had about 4 pieces of spinach. The pizza as well is just disgusting 🤢. Dominoes, in the middle of a pandemic you want to get orders right and edible. I won’t be ordering any longer for sure. What a waste of $20.

Pizza will sit around for hours before it gets delivered. These people always have an excuse backed up my the “manager” who is found leaning on the front corner. I used to order all the time. Never again. This sat under heat lamps presumably as it came out of the oven at 1005 and didn’t leave the store until 1035. The driver appeared stoned out of his mind and confused. They were kind enough to send a “fresh pizza” but at almost an hour after I though I’d be having my original pizza it lost its appeal.

The place itself is fine, the staff is fine, online ordering was fine but the pizza was freaking gross. A swampy soupy mess of a blob, like truly disgusting and just drowning in grease, cheese, and swampy sauce. Made me want to vom. I can't even. Pizza Hut is infinitely better.

The online sites & app don’t let u add directions like napkins or silverware and they never send any. We also like to add things like cooked well or ask for dressings or dipping sauces where there’s not options to do that. It doesn’t allow me to add extra things like mushrooms or green peppers for example on a sandwich but gives 2 “extra” options 1i s extra meat the other is extra cheese but only for the cheese listed with with the option so for example American cheese and provolone are on the sandwich but u can only get extra provolone..? The people in the Glens Falls store are rude and several time the employee on the phone is fooling around giggling with another employee in the background and you know they aren’t listening and they prove it when he then says I’m sorry can you repeat that I didn’t hear you... I bet you didn’t. You were to busy flirting with the highly girl in the background.

It has been almost 2 weeks I ordered myself two medium pizzas and my boyfriend went and picked them up they slid my card twice and charged me twice for pizza that wasn't even the correct order they messed the whole order up and then when I tried to ask for my money back they were told by my boyfriend that same time when he picked it up and also the past couple of weeks I've called they have been giving me a hard time and hang up the phone on me I literally just want my money back and if I don't get my money back I will literally write a review every single day. I want the money for you double charging me $12.82 two times I literally want $12.82 back.

I love Dominos and before today would have rated it 5+stars. I called to order dinner after a 12 hour workday and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I finally hung up. Because i really wanted it I waited a bit and called back. I was placed on hold again before I even had a chance to say anything and then after a few minutes they hung up on me. I guess I'm a Pizza Hut girl now.

What can you say, do you expect quality ingredients from Dominos folks?? It is terrible food, toppings look like bunny bullets of soy and God knows what else, super processed crappola. Portions are hilarious, don't bother with the pasta dishes either. Maybe the Lava Crunch Cake is passable if you douse it with vanilla bean ice cream, but that dessert probably has 88 ingredients alone lol. This location is used to having issues. Do what I do, go to supermarket, buy mozzarella, buy or make sauce, buy real toppings like chicken or sausage or pepperoni, or veggies, but premade pizza dough, and guess what? MAKE YOUR OWN PIZZA! 🍕 It'll be aste 1000X better!

I really don’t understand why every time we order a pizza with hot buffalo sauce, it comes without it. It has happened at least five times, and this is NOT an exaggeration. And tonight was no exception….pizza came without the sauce. Even more ridiculous was that when we got the second pizza, that one didn’t have the sauce on it either. We are dumbfounded. Why is this such an issue??!! Trying to get the hot buffalo sauce from you is like trying to raise the Titanic with tweezers. Get your act together!!

This is the second time that I have experienced food contamination at this location. I am allergic to peppers and they put a few pepper pieces on my pizza causing an allergic reaction. I called them and explained what happened and my allergy. They offered to redeliver. The pizza they redelivered also had some peppers on the pizza. I heard them explain to the person making the pizza that I am allergic so getting it with peppers after they knew about it is extremely frustrating. At this point I wanted a refund as 1) their negligence caused me to have an allergic reaction 2) they gave me another pizza with peppers. They declined my refund request stating that I had other food and they can only refund the full amount and they would only offer another remake pizza. At this point I'm starving, frustrated and broken out in hives among other allergy complications because of this and they literally put peppers on my pizza a second time knowing about the allergy. I told them a full refund was more then fair given the damage they have done and they still declined. Avoid this place. If bits of ingredients that should not be on a pizza end up on there twice then there must be some type of unclean environment for this to happen back to back. Photos are of both pizzas each showing the bits of pepper that made it onto my pizza.

Terrible service, delivery driver didn't even bother to go inside and we did not get food. The manager was very rude and said oh, well. Was lied to about them calling (phone records to prove, video to prove never went inside building) manager was the rudest I've delt with and hung up on me rather than doing the right thing. Then well after an hour of my order being canceled by them a delivery driver shows up with the same pizza that was made and ready over an hour ago. Wasn't hot and looked as if someone had ran their finger through the pizza. Must be new management cause been ordering from here for years and never had this problem or such a rude manager. Need to get rid of Evan. The fact that he is willing to serve old made food and being rude to customers says a lot about his character

We ordered our food at 8:40 pm and we never received our dinner. It sat on heat lamps from 8:54 until I called to cancel an hour later. They said we were next for delivery and to not worry it's kept warm under heat lamps (which would make it hard as a rock after a half hour let alone an hour) should have remade the food and got it out asap...they did not do this... then 20+ minutes went by and the same food was still under heat lamps. Had to cancel it because the food would have been inedible. Nothing was done to make this situation right and we are highly disappointed.

Put in order for 2 pizzas and the order got mixed up during delivery. Thats not the issue tho. Called to see what they could do and the guy who picked was like "ya there's nothing we can do" rotten service and will be telling people not to go here

I.ordered.3.pizzas, scheduled for an 8:30 pickup,my grandson picked them up around that time,he got home about 25.minutes later,the 2 medium pepperoni pizza's where fine and warm,but the large,all the vegetables,where not on the pizza as I ordered,there where No onions,(ordered) maybe 12 very small pieces of black olives,just a very few (minimal) geen pepper tiny tiny pieces!.(They where so.cold it tasted.like.biting into ice ) I ordered it with double ham/double pineapple/pepperoni,/double pizza sauce/&double mozzarella cheese,I did call the restaurant and ask about this,I was put off just giving me credit for a free pizza,the excuse was"well we got very busy"!! I don't think I'll be spending that kind of money on a specialty pizza again! I realize it might have been a little extra wet or possibly a little doughy.But being busy is no reason for it to be so messed up ,and the vegetables to be so minimal,and the pineapple almost Non-existent ,Let's NOT TALK ABOUT THE MUSHROOMS! THEY TASTED LIKE THEY WHERENT WASHED AND LOOKED LIKE IT TO,AND THATS ABOUT HOW MANY DIRTY LOOKING LITTLE SLIVERS OF MUSHROOM I FOUND!😞I would like to talk to corporate about the situation! Garbage pizza! The pizza wasn’t fresh. The tracker showed it on quality check for a long time. Then the tracker showed delivery then it went back to quality check so my food obviously sat there for awhile before it was delivered and I only live 2 blocks away. Terrible service. I’m not wasting my money here again that’s for sure.👎🏻

i got a pizza with bbq sauce on it…expected a drizzle of bbq, not the whole bottle. when i went back to see if they could make a new one the guy at the counter was very understanding. however when he went to tell the woman with brown hair and glasses in the back she made a big deal about it. almost like it wasn’t her fault to begin with. based on her reaction she probably shouldn’t be in customer service. very disappointing.

Absolutley the most bs I have ever had to order food . They use an answering service made up of foreigners who. Are asking for vital credit card info!! And a total lack of knowledge of the glens falls area. Point blank I as a consumer will not give out vital info with the rate of bank hacking going on. This particular store the manager in my opinion is aggressive and I won't trust my info with them.
