Best Wendys by far. If the food is fresh I will wait the 10 minutes for everything to be cooked. Staff was super friendly and made sure since we weren't locals to even give up,extra napkins and straws for the road. As a vegetarian, I ordered the fish, not salted or greasy at all.

The restaurant was clean and very organized. It seemed a little different. They might have remodeled since I last visited. They did have a self service Coke machine so the remodel seems likely. I ordered , got my food (new burger) Ate it & left. A great experience.

Always greeted by a happy employee. Plenty of dining room space although rarely used. Can walk to /from Strong Hospital. Food always hot and fresh. The one time the fries weren't, the staff made them right.

Everything was great last night, 12/16/2014 at 5:08 PM order number #186705 when my wife and I ate at this Wendy's. Especially the service! The Girl waiting on us was very friendly as was the young man who handed us our food. The food was exceptional and we loved the Christmas music that was playing. Real Christmas music and not just what is called Holiday music. We appreciated that very much. It seems to be missing from our culture these days. Please reward the people who waited on us and the management. The place was very clean as well. Keep up the good work!

This staff has taken their service to the next level. I went in at a very busy time, line to the door and a long line of cars in the drive thru. These ladies completed the orders quickly and accurate. The fries were hot and the sandwich delicious. As soon as the rush was over one lady walked around to pass out mints and be sure everything was well. Thanks for the great experience.

Yummy in me and my family's tummys.Lobe the different salads. Love this location. And management at this location always makes sure the customers dine in or if you get it to go that you have your food the way you ordered it. They are GREAT at fixing any issues you might have with a messed up order or etc.Tell them Stacey Gonzalez sent you. They don't know me that well but I am a HAPPY & PLEASED customer and will always return to this location and many other Wendy's location in Rochester, NY.

Wendy's as a whole seems to have taken a major hit since COVID. This location is pretty solid though, never had any problems... though they should really get their drive-thru screen fixed.

Had a layover near U of R and decided to drop by for a soda and a light lunch. Everything that was supposed to be hot, was hot. Everything to be cold, was ice cold. Friendly staff for a brief Sunday morning visit.

Meh service except the girl that took my order made i contact and was kind. Super clean bathroom! Dollar Store on Mt Hope has the best Customer Service in Rochester NY! Employees there deserve a pay raise and week paid time off.

Drive thru mine was very long however they were great and FAST. They whipped through approx 9 cars within 7mins. Always courteous and friendly. Especially happy to find that my order was accurate

Wendy's always give great service. I have never really had any issues with Wendy's or Chick Fil A(I worked for both in past and would return). The only thing that I personally didn't like was I wasn't allowed to purchase a chili at the window. Just make sure you order everything.

I get a Biggie Bag more often than I'm comfortable admitting. I always get the fountain drink to go with it and never use ice. For the first time, at this visit, my drink was warm. I usually drink water room temperature, but not carbonated beverages, so it was an unpleasant surprise.

Restaurant was clean, if not especially comfortable or updated. Staff was inoffensive but not particularly helpful or good. Very fast service, though the restaurant was nearly empty. Food was pretty good, especially considering the only other classic "fast food" joint in the area is McDonald's. Overall, would return for fast food craving.

Absolutely the slowest fast food restaurant I have been to, and I say that after multiple visits. Staff is always friendly and appear to be working hard, so I don't know if they need more staff or need to rethink workflow or what, but you can expect to wait 10 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant or short drive through line.

The last two times I went there my food was hot and fresh, the cheese was even melted on the burger, I can't tell you the last time before then that I remember experiencing that. Now the remodeling my have had something to do with that, seems to have positively impacted the employees attitude. But they did forget my sauce once so consider this a true 3 stars but they could have been 3.5.

I used to eat at Wendy's maybe once a week, depending on the season, near Strong Memorial Hospital when I worked there before retiring 2015. Wasn't busy at @4-430pm but then that's when business slows down, lunchtime is busy, and staff were helpful enough. Seems like the menu is a bit different and assuming prices more expensive but getting a bit less amount wise. I thought the Chicken Grilled sandwich was bigger when I last ordered one at this local 🤔, maybe .. I did enjoy my Chocolate Frosty and the Fries were good. Where did the all Chocolate Flavored Cookies go 🙄 But I did enjoy the Chocolate Chip Cookie 🍪 I probably won't eat at this location again unless I'm taking a relative to an appointment near there and he wants to eat at Wendy's again ... I prefer my usual Wendy's near where I live 🤗

$5 bag. Chicken sandwich fried too hard. French fries were cold. Nuggets and soda was good. Asked 1 girl for pepper, no smile, no acknowledgement, bad day I guess. Customer service is the key in the front.

This Wendy's is usually very slow and some workers act as if they are too comfortable or at home I waited almost a hour just to order they just changed the workers around hopefully they can hold it down!!!!!

This location struggled with "no ice" and "may I have a drink tray" so much so that I had to pull forward and wait and then i had to ask for a drink tray again when they brought the corrected drinks. However, their fries are ALWAYS fresh out the oil!

Hubby & I stopped in to grab lunch to eat on our 2 hour drive back home. There were only 2 customers grabbing to go but no one dining in. I ordered the chicken ranch wrap with an extra side of ranch dressing. I did not get my side of ranch & there was very little ranch on the wrap. At least the young lady that took our order was nice. She smiled, welcomed us & thanked us.

I don't really trust this Wendy's or any other Wendy's in the city really but they have messed up my order a few times and I don't know if it was something else but when I got a frosty here one time, I didn't feel so good afterwards. Never got fresh food from here.

When I was there I ordered a four for four and the cashier was well mannered, but other than that they had forgotten to give me my cup, and the worst part about it was that I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my food. The entire crew seemed like they were lost. After I got my food then it was put together in what could be assumed a rushed manner which was unappealing. I wouldn't eat a this Wendy's if I had other choices.

I went to Wendy's kind of late last night. I only ordered a hamburger kids meal 3x's. What I got was a cold "cheese" burger, I mean the cheese wasn't even melted, which made it easy to remove. The fries were dumped in the bag & I think there was suppose to be apples or something in the kids meal as well, but they weren't. The service was not great to say the least. Don't think I'll go to this Wendy's again.

Staff was having issues behind the counter. Manager was making sandwiches, being coached by a young employee (isn't it supposed to be the other way around?)...Sandwich meat was undercooked and improperly made...And, an off-duty employee came into restaurant with his 2-year old child and took her into the food prep area...Not safe at all! It appears that these employees were family and/or very close acquaintances. This negative atmosphere affected the running of the restaurant. No toddler should be anywhere near hot grease and ovens...Dining room was clean and orderly...

Ordered a Dave's double meal and a baconator meal. They added ways so much mayo that it's all you taste when you bite into the burgers. Their fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting there for a while. I feel like I was ripped off $45 because this wasn't worth it

Usually this location is great, so this post should be considered a review of an abnormal experience. Further, the management addressed the issue well. On this recent visit the wait at the drive thru took several minutes just to place the order, even though there was just one car already of me, which was already at the window. Perhaps that customer had some issues causing a Friday. It took several more minutes than usual to receive the order even after I reached the window and I saw the employee make my order wrong; realize the mistake while wrapping it and proceed to "fix it." Thankfully I was not allergic to the ingredients I requested not be on the sandwich or I might have give into a major health crisis. I alerted their online review service and the manager responded promptly and properly.

Went here on a Friday night and it was miserable. The drive through line was very long and not moving at all so I decided to cut my losses and go inside. There were only two other people who had ordered inside and we all waited 20 minutes for our food. The place was staffed by pretty much all high schoolers complaining about the volume of people coming in and how they hated working Friday nights. They didn't get my order right and instead of complaining and waiting another millennium I just left. Would only go again if I'm really craving a frosty

This was my first time and my last especially coming from out of town. First of all they did not have any frosty especially advertised ok then the location has no kids drink ok especially with the kids under one ok then on top of it they forgot my child’s toy. Next I ordered a sandwich and they forget my bacon which was the main purpose of even getting the sandwich. Last I did not feel like they wanted to work like the customers are an inconvenience to them keep in mind that the location needs customers that that the place to stay open. Even especially when I had to come back and get my child’s toy

I’ve never been to wendy’s before and I wanted to try it. I definitely won’t be coming back. I ordered a big bacon combo, got charged for a double, I didn’t order that. I asked the woman who took my order and she said I ordered a single and that she didn’t set the prices. I asked if she could make it right, and she got kinda aggressive. Paid more than I wanted to for mediocre food and shitty service. Only reason it’s not 1-star is that the portions are pretty large.

I went you to this Wendy's while visiting Rochester. Whomever told the employees to rush the customer got it wrong. Every time I made an order for a sandwich she kept asking me was that all. I was getting food for my family when I told her no, it sounded like she was upset that I was ordering one sandwich at a time. Therefore I told her to keep everything she got and I went to another store BK for the win. I yield back my time 😎👍🏾

Same complaint as many. I can't remember the last time service professionals were so rude. The guy I ordered from had no communication skills and the girl who handed me my food did it without saying a single word. Not "here you go" even. It's insane no one is training then better.

I ordered a number 1 combo well done with ketchup mustard onion only, bacon topping. The attended was rushed and or hurried with my orders transaction. we asked the attendant if she got my order she said yes and then said sandwich comes with everything.the attendant was then told ketchup mustard onion only with bacon topping again. Once we received my order my sandwich was mayonnaise tomato lettuce bacon cheese. We were strapped for time driver could not stay to wait for order to be remade. I ate the sandwich at home after I'd removed all of the incorrect toppings. I was very bothered by this experience. I was disappointed.

The person that took my order was rude. Once I saw the price if the sandwich & fries, I said can I just get the meal and he took a breath as if I was bothering him to change the order. I didn't order a whole different meal just change sandwich and fries to a meal deal. Customer service at fast food p Joint has gone to the dogs.

Horrible experience. The people got the entire order wrong and when we asked about it they just looked at us. Finally they acknowledged forgetting to do half the order. Taco salad and i got a side salad with sour cream. No chili or anything else. Baked potato was basically all chives and nothing else. They did remake the order though.

They're not accepting orders through the drive-thru. If you want to order food you need to make a profile and pay online, or make a profile on their app. Or GrubHub. If you decide to call late, they won't even answer you, they'll leave you hanging. And when they do pick up, it's just to LITERALLY blast feedback into your ear.

Dining room was closed before 7pm and I arrived around 5:30pm. Then when I ordered at the drive thru I mentioned I was doing separate orders only to receive a response, “I’m not doing separate orders, we don’t have enough people for that.” If I was able to order inside this wouldn’t been an issue. A sign on the drive thru or door would’ve been nice. The explanation was a lame one the only reason I stayed was because I had 3 teenage girls in the car that wanted Wendy’s. I’ll consider coming back once the pandemic is over because this location gave me ghetto Lyell Avenue vibes.

I waited in a drive thru line for 20mins. Just to get a wad of hard fries stuck together with oil that I can't bring myself to eat and a burger way colder than I'm comfortable with. I probably shouldn't have eaten the burger. It's not safe to have food that cold. I hope I don't get food poisoning.

I’m from Buffalo NY and I go to Rochester for dr appointments often. Wendy’s is always a favorite of mine to pick up afterwards. I went there this afternoon, 11-16-21 around 3:15pm. I went through the drive-thru. I was so disappointed. I ordered the 4 for $4 cheeseburger meal. When I opened up my burger from the wrapper the first thing I noticed was the cheese wasn’t melted at all. As I held it the bun was cold to the touch as well as the meat! I was very upset but couldn’t go back to the restaurant because I was already on the highway back to Buffalo. Very bad experience.

Disgusting. I ordered a Dave's double cheeseburger. I got 2 half slice of onions. A half of a piece of lettuce (the thick part) No mayo, no ketchup. Just dry and the cheese was not melted. The drive thru person took my money passed me my food and shut the window. No greeting. I will not be back. Waste of money

1 star is being generous!! Not only did they forget to give us half the order and receipt in the drive through, but when I went in none of the employees were wearing gloves and messed up about 5 orders ahead of us and the $7 salad I bought looked like this.... it's nothing but lettuce... unreal, great job wendys!!!👍

01/22/23 at 12:11pm I make my way into Wendy’s see a girl with a brush cut looking around not paying any attention to the counter or the fact there is a customer waiting to be helped. Finally after 3 minutes of waiting someone by the name of Trefine come to take my order she first of all had the worst customer service, she didn’t have any eye contact no smile on her face, not in a good spirit she placed my order wrong I had to add another transaction then finally after getting the order the food is cold and not fresh.. My wife made a phone call and asked for a manager and never got hold of one instead the employee who picked up the phone called us liars and that the order we was reporting never existed, WE HAVE OUR RECEIPT for the transaction and I was charged again for some odd reason after I left of $4.53?we work hard for our money to spend it on fresh made food especially lunch time this is the worst experience I’ve had at Wendy's on Mt Hope We hope something change about this it’s very sad because those are the same individuals who start trouble when they go into a food service business and get bad business we are respectful and honest but to be called a liar after spending hard earned money is a total slap in the face from the business owner and the employees👎🏾

Customer 2 before me waited 20+ minutes for breakfast order, customer 1 before me had cold coffee. Many lunch orders after me provided before half my order available. I say half because ordered 2 bacon and Swiss croissants and after 20+ minutes they only made one and asked to substitute chicken or sausage croissant. I won't be returning to MT hope Wendy's 😒 ordered at 10 am

The girl nyzierra took my order forcing me to take drinks I didn’t order then she gives me the wrong drinks.i can't contact their management because their phone is always busy. I spend to much money at Wendy's to not receive what I want. This concerns me her giving customers whatever she to give them, makes me believe she's doing something to the food!!

This location needs to be shut down!!! Most of the employees are rude and their customer service sucks. I ordered food from this location and did not receive all my food. One of the employees was making side comments and told his Co worker I should go somewhere else to get a item they lied and said was available. The employee at the window reassured all my food was in the bag, and unfortunately it was not. I was also charged for the items I did not receive. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

Just pulled up according to google still open immediately as I pulled up to speaker I wasn’t met with a greeting of any sort I was actually startled by a man yelling “we closed!” So rude no remorse it’s good service workers like this that will lead to the eventual replacement of said worker with a robot inevitable. Sad to say it but after this interaction 1. I will never stop by this trashy establishment again and 2. I’m voting for the robot. I would much rather interact with a robot when im hungry and all I want is a meal because at least the robot has the capacity to understand common curtesy human decency and internet enough to know this wasn’t my first choice it was my last option so to treat me like trash when it was a desperate situation is so far beyond stupid im simply in awe

Inside was empty except for all the workers. They talked and played around, and watched us wait for about 5 minutes before anyone even spoke to us. Finally when they did, it was just to tell us that we had to wait even longer because she was on her headset. After a total of about 10 minutes, finally what appeared to be a trainee took or order by himself just to admit out loud to his coworkers and us that he has no idea what he's doing and how can they allow him to take orders by himself when he doesn't know how to yet. Long story short, employees smelled like a pound of weed from a distance and food was extremely cold and disgusting. I haven't been to this wendys in a couple years and I can guarantee you, I'll never be back again. Place has gone down hill big time.

They upped their productivity and the gentleman was very friendly which has been a problem in the past but every time I go there is something missing. Cookies, chicken nugget sauces and yesterday my chips to go in my taco salad. Ruins the taste and dinner as far as I'm concerned.

The drive thru service was horrible, they mixed up the whole order, had to go inside to get it corrected took about 20 minutes to get it straightened, by that time all food was cold! Inside was dirty, food all over the floor, very disappointed. Also expensive, quality bad!

All I wanted was a fish sandwich that was made fresh. The manager on the night shift is rude loud and extremely unprofessional. I could hear her yell in ng through the drive thru window. Then when I asked to have my sandwich made the way I asked for it I got that same sandwich not a brand new one. I will never eat at this Wendy's again. They always mess up my order.

Worst Wendy’s restaurant. Can’t get the order correct. Ordered a burger with Mayo added and, of course, no Mayo on it. No lids for soda cups in the dining room. Had to ask for ketchup with fries. And these fast food workers are supposed to be worth $15 per hour?!?!!

I truly hate this wendys if it's not one thing it's another & the attitudes blow me, especially because I'm spending over 40$ every trip, also I work for wendys as a shift leader for 3years and the manager tried to tell me it takes 6mins for nuggets ( not thinking I already been waiting over 30mins) it's very disappointing they have not fix these issues, on top of all this if you show up at a certain time they claim they only do mobile orders, like what? & icing on the cake the food was cold, I'm officially done with this wendys, so disappointing

I placed my order online. When I got to the drive thru I was asked to come inside to pick up my food. I went inside and waited in line for 10 minutes as people placed orders and picked up their food before me. I asked for service and was told to wait. I waited another 10 minutes and watched Justin the manager service new customers through the drive thru. I complained to Justin the manager and asked for a refund. No apologies or acknowledgement for my wait but told me to go online for a refund. I'm online trying to find out how to get a refund. Wendy's does a great job and collecting my money for not allowing me to cancel or submit for a refund if you don't get your order.

I just got home with my food, there was so much wrong with my order, tried to call the store and no one answers. There was mayo on my burger when I asked for none, there were no saucy nuggets, there was a second weird burger that was all dried out and ALSO inedible. I didn't get my Cinnabon, and I got bbq sauce when I asked for ketchup. Terrible

I didn't think one could have a bad experience at Wendy's, but i learned the hard way today. I wasn't sure how the staff could get anything done because they literally move slower than any group of people I've seen. Well the answer is, they don't. It took a long time just to place the order and there was only one couple ahead of us. The only reason we ordered when we did was because the couple in front of us tired of waiting and left. We ordered 2 single meals. One burger was lukewarm, the other was COLD. It seemed like they assembled it but forget to heat it up. I contemplated taking it up to the counter to complain, but considering the way the clerk had rolled her eyes into the next dimension when i asked for a packet of salt, i didn't dare. Also considered asking for the manager to let him/ her know about these issues, but after reading some of the reviews, i knew that was also a waste of time. The staff really seem disinterested in working at all. If they continue in this vein, they will likely get their wish when they go out of business.

I ate inside the restaurant with my buddy and they told me that after I ate that I couldn’t stay there longer than 30 minutes so they kicked me out. I didn’t cause any trouble and the entire restaurant was empty.

What has happened to Wendy's? They used to be the "quality fast food" place that you went to when you wanted something a little better than McDonalds. This location is terrible and has only gotten worse. Their fries are always old and cold. Chicken sandwiches look like they've been sitting under the warmer for hours (probably because the workers are too stoned to realize or care how long they've been sitting) and the burgers are cold, smooshed, and lacking in any content. The veggies are always wilted and look old. Just a very disappointing place to spend money. Show some pride in your work and give your customers food that you (if you weren't high) would want to eat.

Burger, chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets and fries were all cold. Soda machine was broken. I watched multiple customers go up to it after ordering and the cashier didn't bother to say anything when she cashed them out and then seemed annoyed when she had to go to the soda machine in the back. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food place ever.

I bought 4 breakfast burritos that were three dollars each and the lady overcharged me and never gave me a receipt ofcourse didn’t notice till I got home and if I tried to go back to the Wendy’s I didn’t have a receipt for proof ofcourse so I called the corporate office, the lady who was taking my order and overcharged me is that girl with the short short dark hair with lil blonde in it looking like Justin Bieber with that damn haircut, anyways long story short never go to this Wendy’s not worth your time at all.

I asked for everything fresh and it wasn't. I watched how the do what they call fresh. If there are fries, they put them back in the oil and call that fresh. No, they are hard and crunchy. The fries they did do fresh, still was cold by the time it got to me. The burger was hot, the chicken sandwich wasn't hot. The frosty was the only thing that was correct. So what that I did the order through the app, I have never been to a Wendy's and they didn't give a refund, even done through the app. Nice people, but timing of how you cook food, they are clueless. By the time they wanted to make everything again, my child lost her appetite and it made me late for an appointment. I will not come here again! That is why I travel further because in the city, there is no care in how customers are treated. A refund couldn't been given, but wasn't. It's okay. I will call the app service tomorrow and complain even further. Looks like people need to be trained in etiquette and food quality. Would you want cold food? I actually threw everything in the trash while I was there to make sure they knew how disgusted I was.

Worst Wendys location in the area. Spoke with the manager about significant issues we experienced with both the food quality and customer service and he truly could not have cared less. The absolute worst store in the area and after dealing with the manager of this location, I understand why it is so bad. Desperately in need of new management.

Poor service at this location. Pulled in and entire parking area was dark - it was only 6:30 pm! At drive thru took several minutes for someone to take my order. When I pulled up to window, I could see why, all the workers were goofing around. Food was substandard and tasted stale, plus they got my drink completely wrong. Not going back to that location.

Staff were too busy talking to each other to acknowledge me and come take my order, so I went to the restroom. After seeing how filthy the restroom was, I left. You can’t have a restroom that dirty and tell me the food is safe to eat. There was only one other customer in the building, so it’s not like they were busy.

Worst Baconator I’ve ever had. Burger was not fresh at all, bacon not good. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Unless all you want is a frosty I wouldn’t go here.

Came 2.5 hours before close and they won’t take a drive through order. Lady was rude when we pulled into the drive through and told us if we wanted anything it would need to be a mobile order. Pulled off to the side and 5 cars got into line. Put our mobile order through and they started taking orders in the drive through. Half our order was wrong and told us we couldn’t get a refund for the items we didn’t want nor ordered. Was told to come back tomorrow to figure it out. Also asked about why it was mobile order only for us and not for anybody else who was in line and was told it was due to a “new coke machine”?!?! Are you kidding me? Been waiting almost 30 minutes for a 5$ biggie. Would rather lick a rock than coming back to this location. Will never be returning to this place. Employees and service SUCK.

Went to this Wendy’s at 10pm one night. We paid, were not given a receipt and were told to wait in the lot and someone would bring us our food. After an hour we finally asked the guy running food where our food was, he asked the manager on site who shrugged her shoulders and said “well I made it”. He then quickly asked us what we had and didn’t even let us get through the order so we received half of what we paid for and it was not even correct when we got it but he dropped it in the window and left. I contacted Wendy’s customer service for a refund and was told management from the store would be in touch, a month later still radio silence and I have submitted more requests. Terrible experience and very disappointed.

I gave 1 star because you had to choose to submit the review, I wish you could leave negative stars as this was probably the worst experience I have ever received at a business as far as the customer service. I went into the store and placed my order with the young lady at the counter. She took my order and handed me a cup to proceed to the drink machine and get my drink. I went to the machine and found that the machine was not making ice (which they were aware of once I mentioned it to them) so I returned to the counter and asked could I get some ice because the machine was not giving any. The young lady then proceeded to advise her coworkers that someone needs to do something about this machine and the ice not working and that ice was needed up front. Another young lady brought a bucket of ice and dumped it into something that was under the counter that I could not see. She then left and I continued to wait for ice. The young lady that took my order was now packing bags but after a few minutes noticed me standing there and gave me some ice. I went back to the machine and found that the pop also was flat. I went back to the counter and let the young lady know and asked if she could make my drink from behind the counter. Without hesitation and a whole lot of attitude she told me that I need to choose some juice, another drink, or something because she does not have time for all that in a very rude tone. I immediately asked for a manager because of the tone, level of her voice, and disrespectful attitude that she was giving me. The young lady proceeded to yell at me, "I am the manager so what, what do you want" I could not believe she could possibly be the manager so I asked for her name and the district manager name and where I could make a complaint. She told me they don't give that out and that I could go look online if I wanted to complain. (The whole time yelling at me.) I then told her that I would like a refund and that's when she started with the cussing and calling people from the back of the store. At this point I advised my 9yr old son that was with me and witnessing this woman cussing and yelling at me, to go to the car with his mother and I proceeded with him to make sure to get him through the parking lot safely as it was dark outside. Once I returned inside the store there was now a gentleman at the counter (whom I am assuming was the actual manager) he asked me how he could help me and I tried to start explain what had happened. While I am doing so the young lady continues to cuss and rant about she doesn't have time for this I did everything that old man wanted and he is just asking too much I don't have time for this BS (not what she used). So I proceeded to ask the manager if he could come from behind the counter because the young lady was yelling so loud and over talking us that we couldn't even talk. ( He never removed her from the situation or did anything to address how she had acted and was currently acting) So we went to the front of the store, and I explained what happened. He did apologize but from the look on his face I was a bother to him as well. I asked for my refund which he provided. (The whole time the young lady is continuing to cuss and say she did everything I wanted he is tripping) When this actually started because I asked for a drink from behind the counter because of a faulty machine that they were are of. I then asked again for a district manager name their names and how I could complain and got the same answer. We do not give that out and you can go online to look for a number to complain. A woman that was in the store saw the interaction and heard my son at one point state that he was hungry. She told me your son is hungry just take the food and go. I advised her no, I am not going to teach my son that it is ok for someone to talk to you in that manner and disrespect you nor is it ok to act like that. I will never go to this store again and will advise others of my experience and to avoid it at all cost due to this situation and how it was handled by the manager.

Pulled up to the drive through and they could use the intercom to tell me they're not taking orders but not taking drive through orders. Came again on a Monday. 8pm. Can't use the drive through. If I wanted to come inside I would. She was leaning on a wall inside. The dining room empty. Tried again today. Sunday. 7pm. Was told to come inside when I asked why they stopped responding.

The food is never presentable. The wrapper is already greasy and covered in ketchup or some condiment. The sandwich is always cold. They always rush you to order at the window. I know its fast food, but dam the experience and presentation doesnt have to be that bad.

The cashier was the ONLY friendly employee. The cooks and the so called manager were nasty to her and myself. They had a serious attitude yelling at the cashier just to still got both the orders wrong and then caught an attitude with my mother so I didn't even want to deal with them.No wonder no one was there during lunchtime. Will not be going back to that location.

Found hair in food. I wonder why no one likes Wendy's. It's always empty of no customers. Who they hire don't care for customers. Might as well close Wendy's down for good. Lets see. Wendy's pays rent, property tax, gas and electric, water bill and employee wages. Since Wendy's only gets a couple customers a day. Might as well close the building down for being in the negatives. Plus their drinks is from tap water of 140ppm poison. Who wants to drink poison tap water with flavoring?

Do not come here the worst fast food place on earth and the workers don't care i came at 940pm to get dinner was the only car in line , waited 20 min before someone answered then after I moved to windows they told me to pull up to door , they brought my food out after that and it was horrible fries were cold and soggy , nuggets were hard like they been sitting, just horrible service I work at the hospital, I tried calling yesterday no answer I just called again to speak to a manager still no answer . Go to Eastman Wendy's or travel to Henrietta to that Wendy's if you want great service no matter the time or day they always have fresh hot food at those locations. I hope they close this one down it makes mt hope look bad I see why no cars were In line. I should of drove off

Paid 38 bucks for cold food and most of the order was wrong .The entire crew was totally rude and unprofessional. Asked for A Dave's single meal. Got a double with bacon. Fries were lousy and waited a extra 15 mins for 2 frosty. Never go back to that HOOD location again

Ive tried getting breakfast three days in a row here now. Sign says open 6:30 for drive thru. Past two days I’ve come through at open or just after- waited 8-10 minutes and no answers. Don’t know what they’re serving, but it ain’t breakfast. If I get them to take my order one of these days, I’ll change.

Wait about 5 minutes in the drive thru just for them to say that they’re not doing orders in the drive thru but I can come inside instead. I think they told the car in front of me that as well. There was a car at the window paying/getting their food so I’m confused as to why they wanted me to come inside.

Had to wrap my own chicken wrap. Frosty incomplete was not fully informed. The woman sorry female at the window on 712 to 719 so rude 😒 I mean I see why they fight rude . Rolling eyes and so on bet the only good reviews come from family of those who work there because for 2 days it's real BS.

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive through and gave the lady my name. She keeps calling me babe. The guy at the window tells me to pull out and they will bring my food out. By the way I only ordered 3 sandwiches. I've been waiting out here for over 20 minutes. I go inside and they said they didn't even start my order because "it's not on there screen". Why are these people getting paid if there not even doing there job. I will never be coming back here again.

Ugly attitude makes for ugly experiences. I asked the manager a question, she just seemed so angry and impatient. I don't even wanna place the order with her. So I start talking back to the original cashier. The manager ( nasty attitude) goes to fill the frosty machine. Whatever she did wrong the machine starts spitting back. I call out to them that it's happening. The employees acknowledge the fact me and my son caught it. They pass a thank you ( wasn't needed but a kind gesture) they tell the manager we caught it. Instead of her saying thank you or anything she looks back with this smug look on her face. And proceeds to walk off to the back mad. The food was dry. The sandwich was barely there. Horrible. Don't go during breakfast lol. Might lose ya appetite. Won't even mention I didnt get my food. It was free but still part of my order. I had to eat cereal cuz she forgot my other sandwich. Literally was mad as hell and hungry just leaving the hospital. But hey it was free.
