Raspberry Restaurant

Myself & my partner came for dinner here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. A gin bramble is my favourite drink & I was delighted to see it was on the menu. After having tried the gin brambles here, I can confirm they are the best I have ever tasted & they will live rent free in my head forever 😍 I would highly recommend to try one! I got the beef cheek croquette, the burger & the pina colada cheesecake for my dinner. The course that impressed me most was definitely the cheesecake. It is very hard to find a decent cheesecake in bars or restaurants. The burger was really nice, but also absolutely so filling. I could not finish it 🙈😂 there is SO much meat in it! The staff are very friendly & customer service is excellent. I want to say a particular thank you to both Karen & Sam who looked after us. A lovely evening was well spent here & I can’t wait to come back.

My first time to visit & wont be the last. An incredible choice of gluten free choices -service was amazing. The little extras - chocolate with my latte , gf cheesecake & the slow cooked beef was melt in the mouth.

Gorgeous restaurant with great cocktails and vegan menu. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Lovely atmosphere here every time I've been.

Was an excellent dinner with my family (party of 7). All of the food was handmade (from scratch) and good size portions. They have two pre-fixe menus to choose from depending on the time of the day. Excellent quality and sooo darn good.

The food is just fabulous here , the duck wings are a must . The staff are the best , Sam is just amazing in there . The cocktails are so delicious . So comfortable , just a lovely experience . Open kitchen so you get to watch the amazing chefs . Very very busy but noone looking under any pressure , very relaxed astomphere ..

Went here tonight. The food was amazing. I can't rate it highly enough. Service top. Simple folks try it out you won't regret it. Lovely atmosphere. Raspberry keep doing what you are doing well loved it. Thank you we will be back.

Had an absolutely gorgeous night in Raspberry last night for my birthday. It was my first time there but will definitely be back. Everything was amazing, staff, food & drink selection, portion size, quality of food and quick service.

Dinner for 4 on Friday 30th May was 5 star experience, the food, cocktails, service, atmosphere and decor were perfect in every way. My first dining experience there but will be returning and would highly recommend. I had the goats cheese parfait which looked like a plate of art and tasted even better. My main was the Monkfish and Prawn Massaman Curry which again was bursting with flavour and cooked beautifully. I had a seasonal cocktail which not only tasted divine but looked amazing. My 3 friends also raved about all of their dishes. Nothing but compliments from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a fab restaurant. We were in there last night. Food is fantastic. We both ordered the same. Duck Patè starter with steak main, the sides so tasty and chip so nice. And a raspberry and lemon curd mess with meringue for dessert. Their cocktails are super 👌 Staff are great too. And lovely atmosphere in there. We will defo eat here again. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Got a last minute table for 2 here, not expecting it to be so good. We hadn't planned on eating here, just came across it by chance. I expected decent things from it, judging by the menu but I wasn't all that hungry and didn't expect to be as blown away as I was! It was an incredible meal from start to finish and service was excellent. I like pork belly, and this was some of the finest I've ever tasted, and incredibly well presented. The burger was a monster, and the addition of pulled pork to it, added a dimension of flavour that was both unique and elevating. The other main of beef was beautiful, and was an incredible cut of meat, cooked perfectly and served with such flavour. The chocolate mousse dessert was simple, delicious and well presented. Not a foot was set wrong during this meal, outside of my own poor decision to add impossibly delicious breads to the meal, as a side, not realising how generous all these portions would be. I cannot recommend the food highly enough. It was rich, flavoursome, unique but never overworked, over prepared or below expectation. I live too far away to make another trip back for a while, but it will factor into my next holiday plan.

Excellent food, and lots of it. Friendly and efficient staff. Great vibe. An extensive cocktail menu (and there’s a cocktail bar for before or after dinner drinks). Superb coffee. Ample on-street parking. One thing to be aware of, the restaurant is on the first floor and there are a fair few steps to get up, so it wouldn’t be the best for people with mobility issues. I’m glad I persevered and got up there (and back down) with the help of my husband and one crutch, but it’s something to bear in mind. I don’t fault them for that, though; these old buildings aren’t conducive to adding a lift. We’ll be back!

Amazing restaurant! Staff were super friendly, they really looked after us and food was just amazing! We had the set menu deal and the starters for 2 (extra €10 was really worth)! Drinks were fabulous!

The Food was amazing, had the sharing platter which was tasty. The venison shank was perfectly cook and falling off the bone. Was the best meal I've had in awhile. The service was great too.

I absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. Firstly the food is amazing and the fabulously priced 2 course meal at €36 is great value for money. The cocktails, well I only had one, "Tempted" I think it is called was so delicious. The atmosphere, the decor, the mood, the perfectly timed staff attention was spot on. Well done to all at Raspberry.

Brought my partner here for his birthday dinner. Must say we absolutely loved the food - absolutely delicious, the service was second to none, the staff are very friendly and always making sure you are being looked after, the restaurant itself is charming and just the most perfect setting. Can't wait to eat there again.

We booked a thanks for 6 for Sunday of the Bank Holiday, and couldn’t have been happier with our decision. From beginning to end the night was amazing. The host went above and beyond to make our party more comfortable, and to accommodate the dietary requirements. The host seemed to know every ingredient in every dish, which is beyond impressive and rare to find nowadays, this really put us at ease having a guest with allergies. The food was outstanding, with clear attention to detail in ever dish. The cocktails were to die for and extremely reasonably priced. If you haven’t been here yet you’re missing out. Thanks to all the team for such a great night on Sunday. We will deffo be back!

First visit to Raspberry and it was amazing..Entrance to the upstairs restaurant is unassuming and does not prepare you for what's in store.The interior design is fabulous,Art Deco notes with a modern twist..Loved the bar area,the colour scheme and the comfort. Cocktails had by a few of our friends and they had the wow factor,presentation was top notch. Food was beautifully presented and delicious. Staff were friendly and relaxed..Nice touch for our birthday guest who was presented with a lovely birthday dessert.Thank you for a lovely evening..look forward to returning.

The ambience of this restaurant is too good .. never miss the duck from the menu as a starter A bit pricey , but the ambience makes the difference for sure.. Fantastic restaurant in Gorey. 4 of us were staying in the town on a golf trip and visited Raspberry on a Wednesday evening. Lovely ambience in the restaurant which was probably around half full. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We ate of 2 course set menu which has plenty of options for everyone. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Sorry to say we were disappointed having read some of their very good reviews; the crab and avocado salad was very shy on crab, I had the Spanish meatballs in a smokey tomato sauce was very uninspiring, not a hint of smoke or Spain..... just tasted like meatballs in tomato puree!!! I really enjoyed my lamb shank, unfortunately herself was not impressed with her duck dish!! Coffee was excellent and service was very efficient

Got a very tricky Valentines dinner today. Food was ok, nothing special. Very tricky way to present their Valentines menu, everything written on it except prices. Also the waitress said two meals for 50e not 50e per person. There wasn’t just normal menus but only Valentines menu, well you can guess why. Service was disturbing, I received food and after two minutes that even didnt try it properly waitress approaching if all good. No observation at all asking customers something while having a food in their mouth all the time. Glasses were stink too, obviously no hygiene of drying clothes they use. If there were prices on menus I wouldnt say anything to pay 100e for two average meals, instead I would accept or left the place. I’d even come again later on at least for the honesty but with all this tricky stuff I won’t even pass near the place again. Now I got it why the half of place was empty. Photos are here and you decide if ilthis really worth 50e per meal.

The atmosphere is great nice restaurant, but for two people 100 euro is way to much this is not Dubai🤔

I forgot to click confirm on the booking. Receptionist made an unnecessarily big deal of getting us a table even though there were plenty of empty tables. Bad attitude won’t be back. Food strange mix, service was average and priced an above quality. Real. Little to no choice on the menu.
