It's a cozy little place with great food great service and great atmosphere on top of all that the price is right. They also have " The Wall of Honor" where they have pictures of the men and women that served in the armed forces! It is surely a sight to see.

We were a very large party and had no issues getting seated. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. No one was left waiting around for their food. Bathroom was clean. Water glass never got empty, coffee cups stayed full.

I have been there with my children many times. We love the food, atmosphere, service and all of the pictures of military service men and women on the walls. The pictures are great dinner conversation pieces. It is one of my favorite places to eat.

We loved this restaurant and have been back over and over and over again! Whether it’s breakfast or lunch you can’t go wrong everything we’ve had has been excellent ! They are also very kid friendly! The owner and his wife are extremely sweet and they have some of the best food in town ! We also love how patriotic they are, coming from a military our selves. We highly recommend this place and only wish they were open for dinner as well!

THE best place for food in Granbury-Acton. Lived here from ages 1-14, and we went here as much as possible. Nice family owned place. Some of the same waitresses now as when I was a kid. Frog is a great guy, definitely give this place a try, you will find yourself coming back for more!

The food is really good and the wait staff are all very friendly. It takes a little while to get your food but it's always hot. The pancakes are HUGE they are almost bigger than the plate they serve them on.

I don't feel like this AMAZING cafe is taking corona precautions. Came here last week and every table was full even tho people walked in an out with face masks this restaurant was full. But they have good food and fresh coffee so I understand why they are so busy.

I had chicken fried steak with corn and black eyed peas. The peas were wonderful!! Chocolate cake for dessert was included. I will return and I highly recommend!

What a charm this eatery is. Very patriotic with service member pictures on all the walls from every era! As a vet I was proud to eat there. We had breakfast and it was great... The pancake was so big I could sleep under it! and delicious too! The service was great too as the owners were present and seemed to be interested in their patrons. Not to crowded but not empty. mostly seniors sitting around laughing and chatting which was a pleasure to observe. Seems like a down home friendly place to just get a good bite to eat with good people.. Will visit again if we take another trip to Granbury for sure

A jewel of Granbury. The level of respect to our Veterans is touching as the walls are lined with pictures of those that have served. Often we see tables of Vets that eat together regularly. The food is great and less than the cost of fast food. Highly recommend.

This hidden gem was exactly what I was craving. It didn't disappoint. The staff was sweet and attentive. My mom and I went there for some breakfast. We got chicken fried steak, two eggs, hashbrowns and a pancake. It was cooked to perfection. The pancake was huge. The sweet tea was texas approved. Yum. I would 10 out of 10 recommend and would love to go back as soon as possible.

On a whim while visiting the area stopped by as it was close by. Outstanding breakfast! I opted for their special for the day. Chicken Fry, eggs, hash browns, with biscuit & gravy. My eggs were cooked to perfection, and the chicken fry was not one of the frozen type. It was very, very good. My sweetheart opted for the ham and eggs. And hers was extremely good. Our granddaughter who was with us had the Mickey pancakes. She loved them. It appeared there was only one waitress, and one hostess. But they worked like a well oiled machine together. I hate recommending this place in the fact that if I go back, there may not be a table to sit at. Actually, this is probably the best places to eat breakfast. I’ve been to and quite sometime. One thing I truly appreciated. Was there reverence towards our veterans.

Friendly place with a lot of regulars. I had the catfish plate consisting of large perfectly cooked catfish filets, hushpuppies, and fries. I chose green beans for my side. Good food and service. The next time I am in town, I am looking forward to checking out their specials which seem to be a great value.

I ate here on Saturday 2-9-19. It is a living museum. The omelet was outstanding along with the staff and decoration of the dining room. It is clean, very warm ambiance, and pays honor to our vets. Go here if you are close. You won't regret it.

Eat here many Sunday mornings. This is a no thrills restaurant. Pretty basic but I really appreciate the Veteran support at Pam’s Too. I usually stick with the eggs, hash browns, sausage and toast or biscuit. I always tell myself I will not eat it all but I always do. Been here many times and with lack of any competition in Acton it’s about as good as it gets for breakfast around there.

Ordered the $10.99 CFS lunch special with corn and corn nuggets, the price also included ice tea and a slice of chocolate sheet cake. Good cheap diner fair. We also ordered the fried catfish and hush puppies and green beans: much better choice. Ice Tea is strong as it should be, no colored water served here. Staff were amazing.

I've been coming to this location off & on for a year, but this last time, it just wasn't the same. The food was ok but the coffee was not good. I even asked for another cup, thinking it was just a fluke, but it was still the same.

Burger was good for the price, fries were a little too done for my liking . But that was not a issue. My issue is with the unfriendly waitress who had a look on her face when coming to my table that made me feel like I was a bother to her. She barely smiled or Said a word. Took out her pad and paper and looked at my friend and I as if we were supposed to just start spouting off what we wanted. Barely spoke 2 words to us. When bringing our food, she placed it on the table, laid down our checks and walked away. Did not ask if we needed anything else and Has not come back to check on us since giving our food. This is my first time eating here, so maybe she is just having a bad day...... who knows. What I do know is that a smile goes a long way and definately would have made my day brighter. ***while typing the review she did come and ask how were were .

Bugs ran across the table and the food is wildly inconsistent. One time you get good food the next who knows. Will go somewhere cleaner and more consistent.

The wait staff are friendly, courteous, & efficient. The food was good. Only bad thing was maxine -- you'll lose customers because of her. Put her out to pasture!!

The food was not that great. It wasn't terrible, but was certainly not good. The service was very marginal. Honestly 2 stars is generous. The wait staff acted like we were a bother and generally ignored us. It was not until I mentioned leaving a bad review to my family that the staff suddenly began acknowledging our existence and checking on us. Unfortunately at that point we just wanted to leave.

Went for lunch today for the first time the food is nasty. Patty melt had American cheese on it and Chili burger was gross. Won’t be returning. All frozen burger Pattie’s and fries and canned chili. No home cooking here.

The coffee tasted like dirt, service was horrible. Took forever, then got order wrong. When it finally arrived there was a black hair right on the side of the plate next to my eggs. Will never go back, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Absolute worst food, service and experience. Waitress Brandy walked right by us to wait on a table that came in after us all because she knew them, she was rude and very short with me with attitude. The manager kept distracting my son while I was trying to feed him, food was very under seasoned and nothing to brag about, I didn't even eat half of it. Just wanted to have a nice breakfast with my son for Mother's Day and am very disappointed with our experience. Brandy dropped the check with the food and never came back to check on us. We were only given 1 set of utensils to eat with and no extra napkins. Upon closing out our check, I was told the total was one amount and then my card was charged another amount. We will not be returning and will not recommend this place to anyone ever. I was really hoping after not visiting this location for years that things would have been better, but they in fact were even worse than before.

We have been to this establishment a number of times. We love the food and the service, definitely one of the best breakfast spots in town! Until today when we walked in and the server at the cash register looked at my husband and I and our newborn in the car seat - sound asleep mind you - and said to the customer in front of her “oh that guy is going to have to get out of here cause I can’t handle a screaming baby right now” He, as I said, was sound asleep and in no way was being disruptive. My husband heard her and said okay we will find somewhere else to go then, we walked out and she came running after us saying that she “wasn’t talking about us” but there wasn’t another child in the restaurant . She proceeded to try and explain however we were already out the door at our car. It’s unfortunate because we truly enjoy it here, however if that’s their stance on families with children, that are being well behaved then we will find somewhere else to spend our money.

This place at one time was so good. I would not feed their food to my worst enemy. Ordered the steak fingers, tasted like fried cardboard. The hash browns were not cooked all the way. The gravy was nothing to celebrate either. The toast was burnt. The waitress never refilled our drinks & acted like she was scared to do anything. It was lunch time & there was maybe 4 tables, when before it was standing room waiting for a table. And their prices are WAY to high for the crap they are serving. Do yourself a favor & just don't eat here.

The tea was good but that was the highlight of the meal the salad was warm the catfish was horrible and the hush puppies were burnt to a crisp and the fries tasted like they were cooked in the same grease as the fish and the price was horribly high for the quality of food
