Was a great sandwich. Training new help made it slow, but worth it. Yesterday I had the Ruben. They put almost no sourkraut on it . I was disappointed. Next time l LL ask them to put some on it.

I love Schlotzky's! Living in Houston in the 70s-80s, at times I drove across town in rush hour traffic for an Original Schkotzky's sandwich. 😍 Their menu has expanded a great deal. Now their gluten-free items and salads are my choice ... except ... I still indulge an Original now and then. Clean, healthy, delicious food at reasonable prices. Family-friendly atmosphere.

Jim served us very close to closing time and provided some of the best customer service we’ve had in a while (especially for us stopping by so late into the evening). The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. We just wanted to say thank you for the great service!

The employee (Eric) who took our order was the kindest man. He seemed to enjoy his job and was very attentive to all the patrons eating inside. He made sure to offer to get napkins, utensils or drink refills. He was constantly cleaning and at one point he asked his manager if he could do anything to help them in the back. He is definitely an asset to the company!

I went through the drive-thru while running errands, like I have on many occasions. The best part about Schlotzsky's in Granbury (well, besides the great food!), is Jimbo S.! He has worked there forever and is so friendly & talkative. I went to high school with this guy. He is the biggest Granbury Pirate football fan to EVER live. Just ask him a random stat while you're waiting for your food. You will not be disappointed!

When I went, they were out of the French Dip (and any roast beef) so I couldnt get what I want. But the gentleman at the window offered me a free cookie and gave a discount on my food as well as apologized. Very professional and courteous service. Food was good too

A great sandwich as always! I tried their new Cuban (smoked brisket instead of the pork roast) and it was excellent. Fast friendly service, clean and polite, can't ask for anything else.

I stopped in here after work and was pleasantly surprised. I never write reviews but being a business manager by trade I know how rare it is to find good service and employees. My food was well made but the entire reason I took the time to write this was the excellent customer service. The woman who took my order was named Amber I actually caught her name because another table was complimenting her service as well. She went out of her way to offer great service she was very helpful and even told me how she made the dessert. Great employee I hope you guys pay her what's she's worth I know as a manager, it is rare to find that kind of employee in our current market. Great girl!

Love the original sandwich. There is a young lady that works in there and I can't remember her name but she wears glasses and is the nicest most attentive person yet. They are all hard working people. The place is always clean and the food is my favorite.

Wonderful experience! The first meal I ordered didn't taste as good as I thought it would, and the manager replaced it with another salad (cranberry apple chicken) for free, and it was delicious. He had a wonderful attitude and great customer service. He gave us two cookies for free to make up for it. Definitely stop here for a meal! :)

Noah is really the reason for the 5 stars rating. He went out of his way to make sure the order was done right for a bit of a detailed order. (As we were pure vegetarians, he also made sure everything was cleaned). Great customer service, Noah!

I was greeted by Joe at the front with a smile. He answered my questions and was passionate about his job. I ordered the chicken flatbread with 🥑 ..The Chef, Nickson knocked it out of the park SON!! The best fast food in town...hands down. Everything was super fresh and Nickson himself delivered my meal to my table with extra napkins. Homie Nickson is a growing LEGEND!!! BOOOOM! (That's the sound when Nickson knocks it out the park)! Come get uou some BOOOM!

Went inside to get a to go order. The manager was very personable. I ordered a medium deluxe original with no onions. It was honestly the best sandwich I've ever eaten. So good. Bread was toasted perfectly. Ingredients were fresh and awesome. I'll be going there often.

I'm giving 4 stars because the manager made the issue right. Ordered BOGO pizzas. They took forever to get us our order. When they did they had an item on there that I clearly said remove. It was sauce, so no way to just remove it. And it was for my kid so, the galaxy will come to a halt if he has to eat any type of sauce. So, I'm clearly mad, yelling. She came out apologized, offered us cookies. I explained the situation. I was also in a time crunch. She apologized again. I will absolutely go there again because the manager made the situation right. She didn't write me off or get snooty like alot of employees do today. Good job!

This place is pretty good. The people are generally really friendly and that's a big deal. We'll eat inside if we have the time. Also, they deliver out to my job and it's a 20 minute drive; always an accurate order delivered, too.

Ok this schlotzsky's was ok the manager was nice soda machine down I can say I have had a better tasting sandwich at the schlotzsky's on mccart their extra meat is way more than the granbury location and their sandwich was better not sure why this sandwich tasted so dry bread wasn't as fresh

1. I couldn't read the menu in the drive thru because of the glare from the sun. 2. While ordering I had to ask about ingredients because I couldn't see the menu. I had to ask 3 or 4 times before they would answer me. 3.They were rude. 4. They put hot pizza with cold salad. Therefore, by the time I got home.... the salad was wilted 5. I didn't get the garlic bread that is supposed to come with salad. 6. On Wednesday's they have a special buy one pizza get one free. When I got to the window I asked about the price of the salad, because again I couldn't see the menu. They were rude and said I was getting a free pizza anyways. That's a special that they offer and run ever week. They were acting like they were doing me a personal favor. 7. The food was ok. But the cubed chicken that comes on the pizza and salad was gritty and fatty.

Schlotzsky’s food is amazing, but unfortunately I have to give it 3 stars due to how long the service takes. They always seem to be shorthanded at the Granbury location. It took 15 mins for my order to be placed inside and another 27 mins for me to get my food. They had received a huge online order they said.

My husband and I went in yesterday ordered 2 veggie pizzas. One came with olives onions tomatoes mushrooms the other barely had anything no olives no onions 1 or 2 tomatoes 2 pieces of green pepper. We love the sandwiches and pizzas but have watched the quality of food and service go downhill quite quickly. You are loosing customers due to poor attention to making orders. And overall service. The manager seem completely overwhelmed.

It's been so long to have found and had the time to go and eat here. Super nice fellow working the register. The prices were a bit shocking for sandwiches. Even more shocking are the drink costs... Maybe it's my age... But for 2 small drinks being $4.58 before taxes? Wow. And 2 medium sandwiches brought our total to almost $21.00 Seems the sandwiches were bigger years ago and had more meat and ingredients on them. The food was good but not sure that I will be back very soon.

Continue to get home and the order is wrong. It's hard to open a quart of soup while in a car to see if they got it right. Even though the receipt shows the correct order - it's often not what you ordered.

It's a nice place, but it was dirty everywhere. We were the only customers in there and couldn't find a clean table. The kids there acted like they didn't really want to be there.

The sandwich was good, however, the Granbury store was filthy, floors and counters in dining room, windows, etc don't look like they have been cleaned in months. If the place where I'm gonna eat is this dirty what does the kitchen look like. Bathrooms were just as bad, toilet paper not in the holder, rolls sitting in the floor, counter and mirror not cleaned for a days or weeks.

Tried this the other day. Wont be back. Food was abysmal and the price was pretty lame. How ya gonna ask for tip when we gotta flag you down to even order. Anyways, if you wanna be disappointed...by all means!

The store is consistently filthy. The food is so so at best. The staff is friendly but does no cleaning other than wiping the tables (sometimes). If the food was really great, maybe the uncleanliness of the store could be overlooked, but I doubt it.

Disappointed in the quality of service plus recall of how to prepare an item on the menu. This restaurant never seems to get a menu item correct whether you order as is or you remove items. Employees are clueless when it come to common sense matters. Arrived at the restaurant 1 hr before close and the sweet tea was readily available. I was able to get one full glass and an employee dumped out all 3 tea options 45 mins before close and never once asked us if we were drinking tea and would like some more before they pour them out. Furthermore, the fiesta chicken has multiple items on it and for some reason they cannot read nor follow the list of items that are used to make this pizza. Really, how hard is it to put some effort into your job and learn the products that your employer makes or sales?? I am just amazed at the lack of discipline or respect that some of the employees have for working at this Schlotzsky's. I would not recommend eating in at this establishment. But check your order before you get it to go or the leave the drive thru. It mostly like will not be correct. Good luck to those that wish to eat here but as for myself I will drive the extra miles to eat at another restaurant.

May 8th at about 5:30, staff was absolutely awful. Now I've never worked in the food industry but I have worked in retail/customer service and I can say with 100% certainty that the staff that night was the most useless group of (probably teenage) people I've ever witnessed. So it's 5:30 (roundabout) and we pull up, parking lot is a ghost town, no one in the drive thru, actually thought they might be closed but obviously they weren't. We walk in and the lady, who's just been standing there not doing anything, takes our order. Besides her sniffling and wiping her nose with her jacket, the ordering went good. So we got our drinks and went to sit down... Every single table, and I mean probably all but 1, were gross, sticky, crumbs everywhere, trash laying around, keep in mind the lady that took our order was doing absolutely nothing when we walked in. The only table that was clean was taken up by a sleeping employee, probably off the clock I hope, so we sat at the "bar" behind the drinks and awaited our order, hopefully not made by the sniffling lady. More people walked in and the first group realized what we did, I think they cleaned a table off theirselves and sat down. The second group of people I felt bad for, no clean tables for one and two the lady behind the counter messed something up so she needed the other lady to fix it, but she was goofing around and not coming up to help, which left the customer standing awkwardly at the register for wayy too long. Finally we get our food, which was what we ordered (can't say the same for the second group that came in) and tasted like every other sandwich I've had there did. Over all it's really not making me want to come back here anytime soon, I've only ever been in 3 or 4 of these locations but I can say by FAR that this is the worst one, at least on this visit. There was obviously a manager there (right?) that didn't care about anything. 2 stars, would have been 1 but hey they got our order right at least...

So disappointed. First tried to order a salad via the app. Got all the way though but when clicked proceed to checkout, got “something went wrong”. Tried 3 times. Went to drive up window and ordered pecan, cranberry, chicken salad. Told the young lady at the window but she seemed uninterested. Asked about senior discount. She said she “thought” it only applied to drinks. Not my understanding. She didn’t bother to check. I think that was because she was more interested in telling me about the survey she wanted me to complete so she might win something for free. Went through this same spill with the car in front of me and dropped their drink on the ground. Anyway, got ready to eat salad....no napkins, no utensils, no croutons, and no where near enough dressing. Sad disappointing experience.

Very disappointed, we have always liked this place for the food and the happy people working there, but this morning we went to early service and got out just before 10:00am so we waited until 10:00 and went to the drive thru and when I was through placing my order I said thank you and got a “YEAH” in reply, when we got to the window there were no smiles no nothing but one of the most hateful looks from a redhead you could ever get, not sure what was going on but if you hate your job that much you should just quit!! We got our food from the other girl, no smiles no thank you just here, ok the two stars are for the food not for the service

Okay sandwiches,poor pizzas! Be prepared to wait a while for order & check closely for accuracy and quality of your food. Repeatedly have burned edges of sandwiches inside and pizza. Lack of adequate toppings on pizzas. Employees are not that caring or motivated..sort of difficult to deal with. I think lack of training perhaps and definitely not concerned with customers.

Food took 17 minutes and mgmt blamed it on short staffing. Food order wrong 1st time I opened the sandwich because it looked wrong, returned it to counter and mgmt almost served it to correct table even though I touched it. Cashier caught it but it did not go in the trash??

Just horrible, dirty store, filthy tables, no one really wants to help you here, the Cinnabuns were hard and dry, the food was meh .. and very little meat on the sandwiches. Sand your money, eat somewhere else.

Another, no jalapeno bread on the Fiesta chicken sandwich; long delay to take order when no one else in line, only 1 car in front and staff visiting rather than working when at the window. Quite possibly the worst Schlotzsky’s I have ever visited. The person taking our order didn’t greet us, better yet didn’t even make eye contact. The drink machine only had 3 options of drinks available, so we tried to sweet tea. Tasted old, and my 6 year old even spit it out. Also, got our order wrong. Do yourself a favor and just pass this place by.

Where do I start?! 1st - No jalapeño chips! 2nd - I ordered a #7 Turkey and reiterated #7 Turkey NOT the #8, still somehow ended up with a #8. We won't talk about how it was swimming in sauce. 3rd - Why is the regular Original missing half the ingredients that make it an Original? This is our third and final trip to this location. I was really hoping the first two experiences were flukes. If you're wondering why your reviews are awful, well here you go. Picture and receipt.

Ordered a pizza, came with items I didn't order, like pesto. I like pesto, but there was a sign on the menu that clearly states "all flatbreads and pizzas now with Marinara. It also had fresh tomatoes, I do not like fresh tomatoes on pizza. I wish the menu said what was on all the menu items. I ordered it with a side salad, came with chicken, I'm allergic to poultry. Husband said his turkey club was great. I paid with a hundred dollar bill, the young lady went to the window register, came back to the counter register and handed me the receipt & change, $10 short. Why didn't she count back the change? Then she would have known what she gave me, maybe she did. Hum. We are not coming back to this restaurant.

Was just made to leave for not having a mask with me. While it is stated on the door, patrons leaving as I was entering did not have masks on. Upon entering, obviously diners at tables are not required to wear masks. And the two individuals at the soda machine were not wearing masks either. The employee that asked me to leave actually pulled his mask away to tell me if I didn’t have a mask, I couldn’t be in there. (BTW, not sanitary to grab a mask with your gloved hand when you were just prepping food). It was suggested I could go through the drive-thru to order without a mask. This inconsistency is ridiculous. And Schlotzsky’s has lost a customer.

Horrible food and service no refunds on food that was horrible ask for someone else above him and he just walked away saying have a good day. He did not offer me anything else and they had clearly put water in the soup. Never again. Worst place in Granbury.

Paid almost $10.00 for a Ceasar salad. That consisted of wilted lettuce, 3 cubes......literally 3 cubes of chicken......after being the only one in line waited almost ten minutes for this.....won't be back

Just parked at the restaurant it's 8:40pm on a Sunday. There is a car outside. They close at 9 pm. 4 Cars at the drive thru. Everyone just drove away lol seriously was concerned

Having to go out of your way to hit “other” just to not tip is enough to make sure I never order here again to avoid the awkward tip decline. Why should we be inclined to tip if no one is waiting on you. This is not that kind of restaurant.

They have changed the large original sandwiches. The bread is not the same, it's very thin, and the ingredients are very laking from what they used to be. It's flimsy and falls apart as you eat it. Both my husband and I ended up getting sick from eating there last night! It's too bad, because we used to love them and now we won't be back!

Food was ok as usual. Really disappointed w mgmt. Went through the drive thru, really hard to hear the cashier, don't think she could hear us well either. A mistake was made, no big deal for us. The manager or someone in charge began yelling at the young lady, we could hear her through the closed window. The young lady was in tears. To yell at an employee like that is completely unacceptable but in front of customers is worse. That woman is basically a bully. You should be using the moment to teach, not tear your employees down. That drive thru speaker is not the easiest to hear on anyway. Mistakes will be made.

Waited 15 minutes to order because clerk was I the back making sandwiches then waited another 45 minutes to get our order. People who came in after us got served before we did. The tables were not cleaned off, the floor had food and dirt everywhere and employees were not wearing gloves. This is the worse Schlotzsky’s I’ve ever eaten in. I would not recommend this place at all.

I've always loved Schlotzsky's. The man that took our order was rude about our coupon. Then the guy that was making the sandwiches was throwing things together. He would put the wrong things on, then take them off and throw them on the ground. He was moving way too fast. He threw two pickles in the bag, getting pickle juice all over the bag and in the sandwiches. The bag was so wet that it broke open and everything fell on the floor at home. Bad experience.

After ordering French onion soup on several occasions, imagine my surprise today when I got home to find very little soup, a whole bunch of onions, no bread and no cheese. Called to ask if they had changed something and was told no. I need to ask for the other contents to be added, even though the menu description doesn't say that. $6.00 was expensive for a tiny cup of onions.

Other chains are really good, this place was out of fountain drinks and I had to pay extra for bottled drinks. They forgot to bag most of my order,I had to go back and get it. Seem 95% of the places in Granbury to eat are disgusting and hire incompitant people

Got food poisoning from the salad and I tried to call up there for a refund and no one will answer the phone. I haven’t had the time to go by there but even if I do I’m sure I won’t be refunded even though I was in so much pain from their salad.

There are four people work and it’s take 45 minutes to get my food . There is only one girl taking orders in the drive thur and front counter. The front was not clean in the dine in . Don’t think I will be going back .

Only 3 people working. One girl was working off the clock per manager. And employee's frustrated. And most of all the food wasn't good. My sandwich only had one piece of meat on it and a little piece of tomato. This place needs management work and owner investigated.

I try not to leave these reviews because I really feel for people that work in customer service especially in the midst of the pandemic and such. However: our cashier, Jim, was extremely rude. When taking my Husbands order he decided to chastise him for wearing an Apple Watch saying: I don't know why you would wear a $500 watch on your wrist, that is a whole months rent for me. Maybe Im wrong in assuming that it isn't a good idea to insult your customer when unprovoked but it was a seriously bad judgement call and a major turn off. I just want my sandwich, not your unsolicited advice on fashion or financial choices.

They have a bit of a problem with the drive-thru service. 90 percent of the time my order is wrong! I wrote to the headquarters and they blew it off with a very condescending response. Not to worry - I am done with this establishment. They don't care, obviously..

I have never written a review, but I cannot let this go untold. We were charged twice for our order and were told by the “manager”, who refused to tell us his name, that the charge didn’t go through twice. When my husband showed him his bank account as proof, he ignored it, called someone supposedly above him & then said there was nothing they could do. After getting home, I called to ask for the GM’s name, was told he can’t give it out, then when I asked again and threatened to call corporate, he hung up on me! The restaurant itself is disgusting- there was an employee at the service bar, pouring sauce over a pile of bacon & eating it with his hands in front of customers. To top it off, the manager smelled like alcohol. I would advise that you don’t waste your money with these people. Who knows what the quality of the food is after seeing this disgusting behavior. And yes, I have called corporate and will follow up with them again in the morning. This is the absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had & that’s saying a lot.

Ordered our food and it came quickly and looked good, when I saw it had tomatoes and onions on it which I had ordered it without because I am allergic to Tomatoes, they took it back and removed the tomatoes and onions and gave it back instead of remaking the whole sandwich. Looks like they care more about getting it out fast than making sure I don't have an allergic reaction. Then when I informed the manager of the issue he apologized but didn't offer to have it remade. We will not be returning.

hey, seriously just sat in the line for over 30 minutes and they didn’t even get my order on the intercom because they could not hear me. They told me to pull up so I can order after sitting behind somebody waiting for 30 minutes to get their order. That was my whole lunch break I don’t even have time to order when I get to the window. I have to just drive off now. On top of that the lady just built drinks all over the customer in front of me. And the lady on the intercom was also rude when she couldn’t hear me she was getting frustrated with me.

There’s ALWAYS something wrong. The menu has been broken, leaning up against the building for months. The other day I went, I had to go in TWICE after visiting the drive through to retrieve all my items. No one even apologized to me for their mistakes. Today they are out of hot sauce. The bread is either always too underdone or too burnt. The customer service is second to worst. I often wonder if anyone who is employed here has ever had proper training. Someone needs to take pride in their franchise bc this location is an embarrassment to the Schlotzkey’s namesake. Either shut it down or revamp the place so it’s worth people’s time and money.

Just went into the store an ordered two meals. Staff was very friendly and our order was PROMPTLY filled. The one star is because it was too hot to eat in the store. The AC wa out and the outside temperature was 98°. Felt sorry for the folks in the kitchen area.

This place has gone downhill quickly. They are always (last four visits) out of common ingredients (lettuce, tomato, various breads). Got home and one sandwich was missing MEAT. They rest of the order had errors. Service was marginal. This place was once really great. Check your order if you go. Good luck.

Came here to get two large pepperoni pizzas for my kids. When we got home I realized the kids didn't like the pizza. I ended up taking a bite of one of my kids pizzas and realize the pizza was extremely salty. Only two slices were taken out. I went back to return the pizzas to have them remade. The girl at the window was very rude and told me next time don't order them with parmesan. And that it was the parmesan that made it salty. How was I supposed to know that I don't work for the restaurant nor do I make the pizza. I didn't want a remake of the pizza. I wanted my money back and she told me she's not giving me either or and then I told her I'm not being rude to you. I'm being very polite. I would just like a refund to where I had to call Granbury Police to help the situation. I will not be returning here and I definitely was racially profiled.

My daughter had just got braces on and she can't eat much because it hurts so bad. I thought soup would be good to bring her for lunch. I went here & a guy came over the speaker & I noticed he sounded off so asked if they were ope. He said not until 10. It was 9:52. I told him why I was there as he asked & he said hold on & I heard him ask someone. The lady yelled, "NO WERE NOT OPEN UNTIL 10!" I left. Will not be back!

They put very little meat on the sandwiches now, but that was a good thing this time because the turkey had so much "smoked" flavor it was almost inedible. I ordered the turkey and guacamole on sour dough and my husband had the turkey bacon. When we finally got our food, mine was on wheat bread and my husband's had only one or two small pieces of bacon about a half inch long each. The quality has gone down and the prices have gone up, I won't be eating here again!

I do love the food but had a horrible experience the last time I visited. I was charged for an extra sandwich which I didn't order. They told me they couldn't refund me the money and to take the issue up with my bank. This is unacceptable and I will not be going back to this location. If you do go I suggest using cash.

I have to share a review of a couple of experiences here. I love the food. Always have. The service at this location is consistently poor. I have been here to eat multiple times where no employees come to the front counter to greet or acknowledge my presence. I have waited up to 5 minutes to order, and ultimately just left. The staff are clearly serving multiple drive-thru customers, but seem to neglect the dine in customers. I have to admit defeat to them and will not return to this location. Just wanted to make management/ownership aware of these complaints.

Went in there 7 pm Sunday night and no one ever came to the front counter. I stood there a few minutes and all the lights were on and the door was open, but no one else was in the lobby, so I finally walked over to the food prep area and 2 girls were sitting on the back food prep table and they just looked up at me in disgust, like they might have to get up and work. I stood there for a few more and neither of them even ever got up to come wait on me. The phone was also ringing off the wall and they weren’t answering that either. After about 10 minutes of waiting around and no one ever coming, I finally left!! The atmosphere was creepy!! I called the store this morning to notify them of lost sales and workers just sitting there earning a paycheck doing nothing at their employer’s expense and the guy I talked to said oh well they don’t speak any English. Well why would you have 2 girls working that neither one of them speak English and not have anyone else working that can?? Poorly managed and rude customer service!! Food?? How would I know?? I never got any.

I was about 5 minutes early in the drive thru line. 10 o’clock came, no one said anything. Gave it 2 minutes before I tried to speak into the speaker. Nothing. Drove to the window hoping someone would see me and take my order. I waited in line almost 10 minutes. Finally I went in to make an order. When I got to the counter, all three employees working looked at me, and walked away. Not even an ‘I’ll be right with you’ or ‘welcome in’. Employees need customer service training.

Today, my daughter and I went to have a late lunch around 1:30 PM at Schlotzskys Deli. When we entered the establishment, there was only one other customer who was waiting for his food. We ordered two sandwich meals. When my daughter went to fill our drinks, she found that the soda machine was out of diet sodas. I then asked if we could get a diet soda at the drive-through machine, but it was also out. I confirmed with the staff member that there was no diet soda available in the restaurant. I then asked the manager on duty if he could please refund me for the sodas. He said he would have to refund the entire bill and re-enter the order. We agreed and found a table to sit at, though there was only one clean table in the entire restaurant, despite having at least four employees on duty, including the manager. While we waited for our food, another gentleman came in and placed his order. About 20 minutes after we had placed our order, his order was called, even though he ordered about 15 minutes after we did. After waiting for about 25 minutes, I went to the counter to ask about our order and saw it sitting on the back counter. When I asked if that was our order, the staff member responded, "Oh yeah..." and handed the tray to me. Our sandwiches were cold, and my daughter's order, which was supposed to be without tomatoes, had tomatoes but NO MEAT. At this time I was done! I wanted a refund and was told that he could not give me a cash refund but would refund it through my card once again. We left the establishment still hungry and $51.67 in total charges that are suppose to be refunded in the next 3-4 days. Schlotzsky's in Granbury...you NEED to do better!!! We drove to Jimmy John's and had our sandwiches in less than 5 minutes.

Not the best experience. Tables were dirty and we were over charged. We used a coupon which threw them off. Wee just paid because it was a bit sad. I'm done talking to lazy people that make excuses because they don't know how to do something. When they brought the food they said they ran out of chicken so they substituted sandwich meat on our pizza. Classy. The atmosphere reflected the service since there were 2 clean tables in the restaurant.

1) Made an online order for pickup. Order wasn’t ready in time even though we picked it up after the time it would be ready. 2) My husband ordered the turkey and avocado sandwich and there was no avocado 3) Drink machine only had 2 drinks available. 4) They we’re out of most of their chips 5) Bread was not fresh and was crumbly and not good 6) DO BETTER!

This place is terrible. Today, we walked in at 11am and stood at the counter for 6 mins. No one was in sight. I then walked over to the pickup counter and the guy on the headset was on his phone. He looked up, rolled his eyes, then looked back at his phone, and walked to the back. the 2 other employees, saw us and just stared as us then walked to the back. No word, no greeting, no response for anther 7 mins. We just walked out. This is the third time they have done this at this store and it is pathetic.

The most unprofessional experience. I usually eat this place a lot because it’s close to my house. I have Never had a single problem until today. I ordered a sandwich with mustard instead of Mayo because I am allergic to eggs. Asked for a cheese pizza for my daughter. When I got the food I got a cheese sandwich instead of pizza. The girl argued and said that’s what I ordered. No I didn’t. She made a pizza. Got home and opened my sandwich to find Mayo on it. Contacted the manager on duty who said that’s the way I ordered it. No I didn’t. I just wanted my money back because I don’t want it remade in fear of them spitting in my food. So I asked for my money back. That manager apparently has no authority to do that. While on the phone this manager was a complete unprofessional individual. Basically calling me a liar that I ordered the wrong food. That the worker couldn’t have made a mistake. So I drove back up there and put my sandwich on the counter and walked out. Considering that it costs about $12-$15 for one meal at this place I would assume customer service would be much better. Clearly hat isn’t the case. Won’t ever be back.

my fiance and i ordered online, got there and there wasnt the meat we wanted. we understand that they dont control the app, but they offered us turkey (we ordered roast beef) and there was a major price difference between the 2. we asked for them just to cancel the order instead so we can get a refund. the “manager” said that he cant do that he will have to wait for his higher manager to issue one for us. we called back later and the “higher manager” said that the guy we talked to was the GM manager and of he didnt want to do the refund then we cant do it and in the middle of my fiancé talking she said “im busy” and hung up on him. the service was terrible, the food was terrible, and we will not be going back.

My friend and I just finished eating here and while the food was good, the fact that the manager verbally berated and yelled at his employees in the area in between the drink fountain and the pick counter was beyond disappointing, unprofessional, and disrespectful. (In front of everyone) He stated “this is my store and I will decrease your pay if you aren’t able to keep up my standards or I will fire you” he went on to tell them how poorly the are performing and that there is a line of people wanting to work there. He also yelled at telling them “I know I haven’t trained you but you should be better.” The fact that the manager spoke in such a toxic manner and created a hostile work environment completely ruined the meal. When we wanted to speak to the manager he walked away and just shook his head and said no. When we ask to speak to him he refused to come out and the employee stated he didn’t want to speak to us instead he hid in his office like a coward. The manager isn’t a manager or a leader at all instead a child throwing a temper tantrum. We wont be back and we will be sure other will stay away.

All employees show disdain when someone walks up to counter. Took about 5 minutes before acknowledged my presence. Sold me a drink without telling me ice machine not working. When I or other customers approached counter to ask for ice from the drive through, manager seemed disturbed. While there, a sweet woman tried to get a spoon for her soup and was totally ignored at the counter until another male customer intervened more aggressively for her. Complete disregard for customers. They should be ashamed.

Terrible at taking orders. Have to wait in the drive through several minutes for them to even acknowledge you. Sandwiches are sloppy and gross.

I should have looked at the reviews before going to pick up lunch here. Got a bbq chicken jalapeño pizza.. it was Not hot at all.. pretty much room temp and the cheese was hardly melted. I can’t go back because lunch is 45 mins. Waist of 15 bucks and I’m still hungry. Super an and I won’t be back.

Waited in line for almost 5 minutes before someone came up to the counter. He definitely had an attitude. I ordered the small smoked turkey combo meal. The bread was stale and hard. It seemed to be over cooked. Very little turkey, mostly lettuce and tomatoes. I have been here in the past and this place is steadily going down hill. Tables dirty, sweet tea not sweet. I will never come back and will not recommend anyone coming here. I also see from the other reviews it's getting worse. The corporate office needs to be aware.

Quiet Monday afternoon- waited in line for food for over 15 minutes. There was only one car ahead of me. My cinnabon was very old and the extra icing I received was super cold. No fork in the bag. The guy at the window always has the charm of a serial killer. I love Schotzsky's, but this location has severely disappointed me multiple times.

Ordered a small deluxe original. Except it wasn’t a deluxe. I went back to the manager and he said Yep that’s the deluxe. So I guess they taken out some meat, cheese and olives and still charge the same. Very disappointed will go to my other favorite Schlotzky’s. This was basically just a regular Schlotzky and they overpriced it. Be careful it’s bait and switch.

This is absolutely the WORST LOCATION EVER! We have loved Schlotskys for 20 years until coming to Granbury. The sandwiches are NOT up to the franchise quality and managers do nothing to fix it. It's been this way for years! We keep hoping it might change but again bought dinner that was AWFUL!
