Sadly Hooters has changed all their wing sauces. They taste generic now. My son had the chicken strips, they were like trying to bite through rubber. The staff was super helpful and pleasant.

So glad the old original sauce is back, the service and food was excellent. The men’s bathroom needs a good cleaning, walls, doors need to be scrubbed or painted over due to the old yuck left behind.

Ordered a 15 piece of wings for $24 and only received a single 2 oz cup of ranch dressing. I asked for two more ranch dressings and was charged $1 for each one. I'm sure they give you the same 2 oz of ranch for a 6 piece. Considering how much the restaurant chain has been struggling recently, you would think they would be more courteous with their customers....

The service was good and I had no complaints there, but unfortunately the food was disappointing it had no flavor at all. On top of that, the establishment itself was dirty, and the restrooms clearly needed cleaning. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I’m not confident this location will last another year if things don’t improve.

Our waitress was great! Unfortunately, food not too much. I ordered a salad and curly fries; the salad was missing half of the ingredients, and was also served with cheddar (which I dislike and it wasn’t an ingredient on the salad that I ordered). They brought me the missing ingredients in to go cups, including onions, which where just the onion rings without cutting or anything, I had to cut them on the table. The curly fries where not curly at all :( more like half oval fries. Ended up leaving most of the salad and got full on my not so curly fries.

Had a bad experience like 2 weeks ago,We got buffalo wings and they look like wings dip on butter we asked for xtra buffalo sauce and this what we got don’t even feel like going back!!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our server, Kat, seemed more focused on her personal interests than providing good service. We felt rushed and unappreciated, as if we were a burden. To make matters worse, it took a long time for our food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. We decided to speak with the manager, who surprisingly informed us that we should avoid being seated in Kat’s section because she has a reputation for poor service. I found it baffling that a manager would acknowledge this openly. During our conversation, the manager also remarked that she didn’t like that she was being record. I was offended by that statement, as it implied that she considered herself significant enough to warrant attention. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service we received. I will not be returning to this location ever.

I ordered some wings from Hooters through Uber Eats (bag was completely sealed). The very first wing I picked up had several hairs coming out of it 🤢 thankfully it was the first one I grabbed. I would of puked if I would of ate it second or picked it last 🤮 highly disappointed! Not what I was wanting after a long & hot day at work.
