We just had our annual breakfast with Santa at Powell elementary school and as always the pancakes were fluffy and all the food was delicious. This IHOP has supported our PTA every year to keep this tradition for our Powell family. They are the definition of giving back to the community.

When a second gentleman came to the front, he saw my order had just been sitting there, getting cold while the other guy ignored me. We were delighted to have a good decent breakfast this morning at this iHOP #1931 in Grand Prairie, Texas with Reyna V. serving us. We were delighted to have Reyna V. serve us the sumptuous breakfast of fluffy french toast with fried eggs, egg burrito and hot coffee. We have received great hospitality by Reyna V. every time we go to this iHOP location in the past several years, and probably would not go there unless it was for Reyna's good service. The other iHOP locations did not come up to our expectations only just this one #1931. I would like the iHOP executives to please take notice of this phenomenon and recognize fully this employee Reyna V. commendable service to her customers.

I feel an almost spiritual connection to the dead bushes out front that are cheerfully backlit in blue. I will feel a quiet sadness if/when they are replaced.

Our theater crew goes to this location after closing night of every show. Despite the huge group, the service is always very fast, the food is fresh, and the service very helpful. We had a Great experience, have not been here in years, maybe like 10, which ever is longer.... lol. Anyways great service. Food was good my ham and pork sausage was a bit cold. But other that that the rest was warm/hot. Was not to expensive for the amout of food... oh gotta try the lemonade tea, WAS SO GOOD!!! It was not to busy or to little amount of people. And of course pancakes were good as always even after years of not going.

Fast service and great food! I would 100% reccomend the New York cheesecake pancakes and their strawberry French toast. The all day breakfast menu is great for when you're feeling like mixing it up.

It's 2:30pm and not busy at all. Was happy about that because we have stuff to do this afternoon. They sat us down quickly, we sat there for over 10 mins as we watched all the employees talking, laughing, standing around - the GM didn't seem to have a problem with that. Thought we would wait a few more mins and we just stared at every employee who walked past us thinking, surely one will introduce themselves as our waiter/waitress. Nope, totally ignored us. Not one came to bring us drinks or take our order. We finally just walked out and are heading to a different IHOP. A shame because we were supposed to bring our entire soccer team here after our championship game. Definitely not doing that now. We will not be back.

I will not be going back to this place.. I asked for my meat to be cooked well then it was not and my husband's meat was worse than mine which I should've took a picture of his. I told the waiter to please just give me another meat which he looked at it and asked what kind of cheese it was and I said you can just bring the patty I will keep everything else so that way they don't have to make the whole hamburger again. It took about 15 minutes to get that hamburger patty and my family was done eating so everyone had a wait on me. Then when I got the hamburger patty there was no cheese on it so he took it back and then brought it to me with a cold slice of cheese not even melted. I was like are you serious but I still ate it. My husband and son ordered onion rings they both received french fries and they were almost done but they were trying to eat slow to wait for the onion rings. My son asked for a refill of water and the waiter brought him back soda. My two toddlers didn't receive the correct pancakes either Or correct sides But I didn't complain I had them eat it. There were ants on the wall, on our table and one was crawling on my son's plate. Oh yeah then I seen one of the waiters talking to the manager and some other employees and signaling about smoking weed. 😒

We were seated fairly quickly, we unfortunately were not attended to(no drinks or order taken) over 20 minutes passed so we got up and left. Multiple servers walked passed us.
