This review is specifically for Denali. He was wonderful, listened and correctly filled our orders, including a change made after he began making the wrap. His co-worker, whose name I don't know, was rude and impatient with us and him. The store was clean.

Went and ordered a 6 inch Spicy Italian from this place which took no time at all. I believe it was Vi who took my order. She did great. Thank you for asking what kind of cheese that I wanted, and if I wanted it toasted. The only thing I'm on the fence is the tables. I went in to sit down, but a couple of tables were a little bit dirty. Not a huge deal but something I noticed. Good experience overall.
Good food, definitely better for you than other fast food options. The sandwich connoisseurs were very nice. The atmosphere is that of a standard fast food place so nothing special there.

However, the cookies are like crack, and are very reasonably priced. Good selection of chips, but again, the prices are high. The same chips cost less at the vending machine where I work. Nothing against this particular Subway, but the parent company seems to have lost the magic that made it one of the fastest growing chains for a really long time--low prices, good quality, and healthier than other fast food. I do have to concede that they are much faster than Firehouse at getting your food to you, but they cost just as much.

I got tuna and steak & cheese footlongs. The server gave me tiny amounts of tuna. I said u can't put more on there. The sandwich was $11 with tax. Subway needs to do better with portion amounts

Ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and server acted like it was a major effort to fix them. Had sandwiches with the regular toppings and provolone...was told "we're out of provolone, what other cheese do you want". Then ordered mayo for topping and was told "oh, we're out of mayonnaise ". No apology, just we're out. It would have been nice to know BEFORE sandwiches were ordered. Might of ordered a different one.

Food was fixed but dang I don’t see why they needed to be rude about it to me or to the new girl. When I received my food though they changed their attitude and were nice when I left. Very confusing visit.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE MOBILE APP!! We placed an order through the app and went to pick it up. I ordered the cold cut sandwich and I only got bologna on it. They are skimping on the ingredients! Don't waste your money going here.

I do not recommend this particular location to anyone, the service sucks , no greeting , staff looks at you like you're a bother , they spend more time on their phones than service to customers, food is ok and don't bother with the atmosphere because you're the only one there if that tells you anything..
Website says open at 10am got there at 10:02 still not open although sign on door says open at 9am. There was a employee sitting at the table and I tapped on the window to see what time they were going to open and she bounced her head around like she was mocking me. I went back to my car to leave and she turned the open sign on. Still the door was locked. It wasn't until another customer pulled up and got out of his car that they finally opened. Fortunately the lady that helped me was fairly nice. ( white lady with some earrings in her nose I believe) she was likeable. The larger black lady with lots of curly hair, not too friendly. 4-15-2024
Went in and asked for something on the menu the guy was very rude and I felt like he didn't know what he was doing. He seemed to be wanting to be done making it and after he had finished making my food I looked at the menu and saw that he missed more than half the things on there. So I told him he was missing a lot and had to further tell him everything he needed to put on the food. Now given I tell him all the things but still the food is missing things that were supposed to be on the meal. This is why I give a 1 star
All three employees were sitting in the booths eating when I arrived. The newest employee (who later stated it was her first day) got up and started my order. She struggled the entire order. The other two girls sat back and laughed as if it was funny. Finally the other two girls came behind the counter as other customers arrived. None of these employees washed their hands before making these sandwiches. Gloves or not there is a sink behind the counter for a reason. My sandwiched was slopped together and impossible to eat. I asked them to package it so it was at least edible and they acted like my request was unreasonable. The only employee with what you could tell to be a little experience finally offered to reward my sandwich after I asked for a refund. I wanted a fountain drink and they said they hadn’t filled it with ice and it didn’t really work. The store was very filthy. What has happened to the integrity of Subway? Clearly there’s a lack of training and/or a responsible shift manager on duty. Very dissatisfied after spending $15 on a sandwich. I requested the managers name and/or a comment card but was refused.
This place ALWAYS has something going on. We moved close by and have ordered 3 times so far and haven't had a smooth transition. First two times they were out of lettuce to they loaded up the spinach. By that I mean spinach made up half the sandwich. We scooped most of it out. The third time we ordered online and showed up when it said it was ready only to find out they couldn't make the sandwich and we had to select something else. There was only one employee so we had to wait quite a while. We love subway, but we got burned by this one too many time to ever try again. I understand issues happen, but not one visit was issue free. It's too much for me.
I ordered on the app and paid $30 only for them to be closed when I got there even though it was only 8pm and they close at 9pm. Whatever, sometimes you have to close early. BUT It has been about 5 days and despite contacting subway multiple times I have not gotten a refund at all and haven't even gotten any communication back. Basically they just casually stole $30 from me lol
Could they be any slower waited in there for 15 minutes before they finally took our order then proceed to put my bread on a dirty counter top could barely hear them asking want I wanted on my sandwich and barely gave me any of the veggies that i asked for besides lettuce they sure packed that on there but the rest forget it was asked for it was barely on there but also plenty of sauce. Also the workers were wearing headphones while working not 1 but 2. DO BETTER
An employee answered the door and advised they arent opening at the normal time because of 'difficulties', I asked when they are opening as I spent time and gas driving here, the employee just said, "we're not opening right now" and closed the door. Won't be returning because regular scheduled business hours mean nothing to Subway
Honestly the food was ok...and the girl at the register complained and used profanity over and over and over about her manager and how she wasn't even supposed to work nights I was told the reason they were out of some of the things I wanted was because they didn't have time to prep cuz they were short-handed. the blonde lady who rang me up the only way to describe her as a blonde ponytail heavy set was yelling at the young girl because she rinsed something off in the sink and they were going to lose points or something and pointed at the cameras. It was just not a very good experience. Super negative vibes.

Went in for the buy one get one and the manager was so rude to me. Offered me no options on a sandwich just a refund with cash when I ordered online. Had an attitude and a extremely smart mouth. It’s amazing how citizens employ themselves right where they belong.
