Visited PF Chang’s and had a great experience. The ambience was stylish and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed dinner. Food was flavorful and well-presented — we tried the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Pork Dumplings, Spring Rolls, Steak Ribs, Mixed Noodles, Garlic Noodles, and Brussels Sprouts. Everything was cooked well, with standout flavors in the wraps and ribs. Overall, a satisfying meal with a good mix of classic and bold dishes.

The food here was absolutely fantastic! I ordered the Orange Chicken with Fried Rice, and it was bursting with flavor — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. My friend ordered a different dish, and she loved it as well. Every bite was fresh, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. Our server, Deja, truly elevated the experience. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and had a calm, easygoing personality that made us feel right at home. She was attentive without being overbearing and checked in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed. The service, food quality, and overall vibe of the restaurant made this one of the most enjoyable meals we’ve had in a while. The portion sizes were generous, and everything arrived hot and beautifully plated. You can tell that both the kitchen and front-of-house staff are passionate about what they do. Whether you’re looking for comforting Asian-inspired dishes or simply a place that values quality and customer care, this spot delivers. 10/10 would definitely recommend — and we’re already planning to come back and try more from the menu!

It's been a long time since I've tried P.F. Chang's. We came here for a birthday party and ordered the Chef's Feast for 2 which allows you to pick-and-choose various dishes for a price. For the Chef's Feast, we ordered the House Salad, CF Chicken Lettuce Wrap, Beef w/ Broccoli, and Sesame Chicken. We also got a Kid's Lo Mein and Shrimp Tempura Roll. I like the uniqueness of the lettuce wraps. All of the food tasted good, but don't expect traditional Chinese dishes. It seems like all of our main entrees come with broccoli as the main vegetable. Our server was very sweet to us.

Went here for a celebration dinner. Portions were decent but the flavor was really off. The soups were lacking in flavor, the braised beef ribs though tender had an off putting taste, almost overly sweet. The Chilean sea bass was tender and not overcooked but essentially just had soy sauce drizzled over it. The dessert was stunning and so was the service. Come here for the ambiance, service and dessert but keep looking if what you are craving is decent Chinese fare

Went out for dinner with friends on a Tuesday night. We were the only ones in the restaurant, yet it took about an hour for the food to arrive. Unfortunately, the food was not what I expected—it tasted like it had been reheated rather than freshly made. The place was also very dark inside, which made the atmosphere feel a bit uncomfortable. On the positive side, the servers were friendly, but the overall attention and service could definitely be improved. Sadly, the experience didn’t meet my expectations.

Placed an on-line take out order. App is easy to use including requests. My order was incomplete. It was missing one item out of 4 and extra sauce I requested was omitted. There were no fortune cookies included. The bag was sealed and I wasn’t able to open it in the parking lot. I mistakenly trusted the order to be correct given the paper slip stapled to the bag was accurate. I called from home when I discovered the problem. After a long wait on hold for the manager, I was credited for the item I didn’t receive.

Horrible experience. 3 stars because the food was good. Would have given the hostess -5. I called to see if they were busy at 4:30 on Saturday because we had 7pm appt somewhere else. They said no. I asked what time they generally get busy and they said 7. I said great, we will be there in about 45 min. The lady said we can put you down for a table. I said great but unsure of exact time. She said no problem. We get there at 5:20. She made the res at 5:45. She would not seat us. No one waiting. No one came through the door for 10 min. Then a party of 9 came through with no reservation. The lady counted out 9 menus and my wife said surely you are not going to seat them before us. The lady said something about the reservation and my wife said cancel our reservation. The lady said fine, just seat them to the other girl. This is ridiculous form over substance. Especially since we didn’t even want the reservation. Would not have stayed if not a reward for my boy that played in a tennis tourney that morning. Will not go back. Not welcoming. Not logical.

The food was very yummy. Orange chicken was a bit spicier than expected, but flavor was very good. Only issue was our Coca-Cola was missing when our food was delivered. Hopefully they will offer a refund for the missing item.

First time visiting, but it was just ok, I expected a lot more out of the place. I was not a fan of their food. I had the 16.99 meal, which was fried rice, egg drop soup, and beef teriyaki, along with sweet tea, which was extremely sweet. They do offer gluten-free options for those who need it. I will not be a return customer.

For $9 I expect more than 3 pieces of chicken in my lettuce wraps. This is embarrassing on yalls part to serve this to someone. If you cant afford this meal, then dont serve it.

I'd stay clear of this place!! It's a shame... PF Chang's has been around for a long time and in the past, it had always had good food. BUT, lately, it's gone down hill.... like a roller-coaster, the food quality, and flavor have gone DOWN, while the prices have really gone UP!! Plus, they hot rid of my favorite chicken noodle soup... the menu is not what it used to be.... the place was fairly empty and the servers seemed like indifferent zombies. We all were not happy with this choice... This was the 1st visit in a long time and probably the last! PF Chang's seems to be going the way of the Dodo bird, like TGIFridays, Bennigan's, and all the rest of the restaurants that didn't care about their customers and the food they serve!!

We just dined here. On a road trip and decided to stop in since we had not been in a PF Changs in almost 4 years. Our server was Chris very friendly. However, I felt this location is lacking on ALOT of hospitality and cleanliness. First off my husband and I decided to do the Feast for 2 and prices starting at $19.99 I ordered the Mongolian beef which was an additional charge. When our food was brought out I asked if we could get some more of their paper napkins and the guy who brought our food brought me bathroom napkins. The teriyaki chicken tasted more like sweet pineapple chicken it was so sweet and the fried rice had a weird taste to it. Extremely slow and I know we arrived right after lunch hustle but the food should still be consistent as well as the service. Unless this is how this location is. But we were not impressed at all. I will say my Mongolian beef was good. The crispy green beans were good but after we ate the top the bottom was just soaked in grease. After our meal I went to use the restroom and that was also very dirty restroom. But my husband paid then we left. Once we got to our second location I scanned our receipt the noticed Chris overcharged us on our Feast for 2. After placing the replicated order online for a fake pickup there was a $25 difference. To me that's not okay. When we tried to call Noone answered the phone. We have ate at many PF Changs around the US so for this location it was a major disappointment. 2 stars just because our server was friendly even tho she messed up our order. And the host was super friendly.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This was one of the worst dining experiences our family has experienced in a very long time. We wanted to have a nice sunday lunch together so we went to P.f. chang’s in Grapevine and from the minute we walked in everyone was so rude. The Hostess was unfriendly and seemed annoyed we walked in. Somehow, the waitress was even worse. She was so rude and even got one of the orders wrong but insinuated that it was our fault. She completely ruined our experience. Since we had a party of 8 there was a 20% included gratuity which was completely undeserved. We did not get her name but we went on an early sunday afternoon and we absolutely will never be back.
