I have loved Shipley chocolate filled donuts since the early 80’s! We were in town headed to the airport and popped in for my fix. Gasp! No chocolate filled available. No worries. Jershon saw my anguish and made TWO! He made my entire visit to Texas complete. Kudos to him for smiling, singing at work, and making my day!!!

I ordered from them, and they were missing some, so they sent me seven extra donuts, nearly matching my order. So nice of them! They even sent me a handwritten note! Great donuts for a great price.

The staff were incredibly friendly!! I ended up getting a dozen jalapeño and cheese kolachies and they are amazing! I also got a dozed assorted doughnuts and they look amazing!! I'll deffinatly be coming back here in thr future

Came here to try some donuts for a large catering event. The staff member who closed today (12/20) was so kind and helpful! She took the time to explain and show us the different options/ flavors— We will definitely be ordered from here now! As always, delicious donuts!

A bit pricey. The glazed donuts melt in your mouth when recently out. Kolaches were'nt so good.

The coffee is ok, the donuts are EXCELLENT!!! Flavorful without that sugary after taste. Well worth the visit. Plus the girls working here are very nice.

Doughnuts are very fresh and tasty but atmosphere wasn't pleasant. Rap music being played very loud and another visit on top of music pans were being thrown around which was very loud.

Kolaches here are great, and our family enjoys the donuts! Getting pretty pricy for donuts now, and customer service seems to have gone downhill. We still go every so often for a treat, but not nearly as often as we used to!

These are overpriced for what they are. The flavors available are fine, but they taste like they've been sitting out for half a day. The kolaches are tiny and around $3/ea. Nuts. There are better places around Grapevine to go.

Cute little donut shop. I usually don't give bad reviews, but the service was not really friendly, and the fritter was a brick. They got my order wrong, sausage instead of bacon but I didn't notice of course until I had gotten home. I guess I will definitely find a different donut shop maybe the other Shipleys are different?

This was so disappointing. There was hardly any frosting on our doughnuts- possibly the worst I’ve ever had. The jalapeño Koloche WAS the worst I’ve ever had. The bread was not very fresh, it was like a hot dog and didn’t even have jalapeños in the meat. It just had jalepeno slices placed inside the bread around the hot dog. I couldn’t even finish it. The lady at the window was very friendly and they got it out quickly, but Walmart doughnuts are literally 10 times better.
