I ordered a matcha latte/green tea latte with an extra scoop of green tea powder. As you can see on the label, it says 4 Matcha Tea powder. That extra scoop normally gives it a brighter green color, and the matcha latte I was given looked like it was a lighter shade of green and barely tasted like matcha (certainly did not have the extra strong matcha flavor that it normally has with 4 scoops). I politely asked the person who made my drink if there was an extra scoop of green tea powder just to double check. She shot me a rather obnoxious look as if she was annoyed that I even asked and said “I gave you the amount that you asked for.” I said “okay, so 4 scoops? Great, thank you” and I walked out of the store, even though I still had my doubts that it was the correct amount after taking a couple more sips. I then went to the little neck Starbucks where I asked for the same exact drink. It looked and tasted completely different from the one I got at the great neck Starbucks as it was made *correctly*. You can even see the color difference between the two drinks in the photos, they are two completely different shades of green and the second one actually tasted like matcha. So to the person who made me the pasty, bland matcha latte and obnoxiously told me to take a hike in so many words when I politely tried to confirm if it was the right amount- I wish you the best of luck in your career. You are going to need it :)

Absolutely filthy! No one can throw out trash here? Garbage EVERYWHERE! Never coming back. I saw two workers doing nothing so they should have been on clean up duty. There was trash literally everywhere. Not even any space in the garbage cans. Repulsive. My boyfriend and I were so disgusted.

I ordered a VENTI chai latte with strawberry cold foam. I was given a grande in a venti cup, half of it being cold foam. Very disappointing

Politely informed the woman at the counter that I ordered an iced gingerbread latte with oat milk and no whipped cream. She then told me that it’s cold foam and refused to replace it. Checked online, this drink absolutely does not come with cold foam. But she smirked at me like I’m in the wrong. Great customer service!

The staff here is extremely rude and disrespectful. My friend asked for the code to use bathroom. He didn’t hear clearly and asked them to repeat. After he went to the bathroom, the staff made fun of him (they didn’t know we were together because I went in later).

I have been drinking this coffee for more than a year. No other store in Great Neck offers the same half cup of coffee as this one. Other stores don't do this. They are too stingy. I asked the staff and they said it was because of the light ice. It's not the ice at all. They are very stingy. Venti cup is not as good as Short Cup. Such a bad experience

Was horrible clarified one drink had less sugar two times and it came with regular and the matcha in my drink wasn’t even fully dissolved

Staff needs to be retrained. Every time I order a drink it’s wrong and made horribly. Staff have a horrible attitude and this is by far the worse Starbucks I have ever been to. I added a picture of my breakfast sandwich ordered and what the inside looked like. This is unsafe to give to customers, please refrain or shut down this Starbucks.

I have never experienced such poor service from employees in my life. They 'kindly' prepared only three out of the coffees I ordered. Moreover, we encountered unfriendly faces, and they didn't even provide a receipt. I felt too embarrassed to ask for one because it seemed like it took her a lot of effort to bring me even that much. I handed her money , expecting change, but instead, when I ordered an extra coffee, she only brought one, and I ordered a latte. I am utterly disappointed and feel taken advantage of. I request to speak to a manager because I am not willing to overlook this silently.
