They do the best they can to meet customer service standards. Everything from the wings, fries, veggie sticks and dressing is fresh. Restaurant is clean and the managers always take care of their customers along with the crew working here. Not to mention, but their Cajun fried corn with parm sprinkled on top is AMAZING!!

I hadn't been here in 6 months. Corner Garlington Road and Woodruff Road. Before I was fed up with bad food and bad service. New management. 100% better service. So much faster and the wings were just plain good. GIVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER TRY!!!!

The food was great like always and the customer service we received at this location was excellent. The manager Eddy and the cashier David went above and beyond helping us pick the best meal choice for our family of 4 and we even got complimentary drinks. We will definitely come back to this location the next time we come visit from Georgia.

I’m from out of town and had an amazing experience here thanks to the outstanding service! Melissa was absolutely fantastic—she patiently explained several menu items and even offered me a small sample of the Mexican Street spice to try. Her warm and friendly attitude made me feel right at home. I had been working in a hot attic all day running cable and was really dehydrated. When I went to grab a Powerade from the soda machine and saw it was empty, Melissa noticed right away. She said, “Hold on one sec,” and came back almost immediately with the cartridges to refill it. That level of attentiveness was seriously impressive. Melissa went above and beyond in every way. Service like that deserves to be recognized—thank you! Oh, and before I forget the food was perfect as well!

The wings were amazing. I had the Louisiana rub and my wife had the Hawaiian. We both enjoyed our wings. They had plenty of seasoning and sauce on them. We ordered a side of fries and the cajun fried corn, and they were delicious as well. I would recommend going to a Wingstop, because my wife and I will definitely be going back.

Food was great. Service could've been better but wasn't bad at all. Atmosphere was a little dim however it was close to 11pm. Again, food was great. Definitely recommend.

Stopped by Wingstop to grab lunch for my son. We ordered a 6-wing combo with 3 lemon pepper and 3 garlic parmesan wings. The garlic parmesan was flavorful, while the lemon pepper was a little salty. Overall, it was a good, quick lunch and he enjoyed it.

The wings here...some look tasty but lack seasoning. The ranch I heard from my family taste ok, but my blue cheese wasn't at all. It was bland, no chunks no umph, that blue cheese gives. We spent 124. due to it being my bonus daughter bday and this is what she wanted. It's was a cold night and inside here was cold as well. The drink machine had no ice until after about 15mins of my family sitting down. Not cool.

It was my first time trying out this particular wing stop location. Upon arrival, you could easily notice the floor, tables and overall lobby have not been cleaned in a while. The floor was sticky from drinks that had been spilled, trash and wrappers scattered throughout tables and floor. Ordered two wing combos and waited approximately 50 minutes for them to come out. Note that we arrived during slow hours. Once I received the food, the wings were a bit cold. The fries were great though. Employees here also have no sense of urgency. I often observed them just hanging out and chatting amongst each other instead of maybe cleaning up the lobby area a little. Also there’s no trash can to throw away your stuff so staff just said leave the trash on the table which was odd for a “fast food” restaurant. Overall, very poor experience at this location.

Order online told me it would be up to 15 minutes. Came in at the time it told me my food will be ready. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes inside with no one other customers. Managed very poorly. If you order online pickup your order 30 minutes after placing it

I placed an online order for 12 wing and fries. Wait time said 30 mins. I waited for 45 mins in AFTER the 30 minute wait. People who ordered in store got their food before me who ordered after I got there. The only excuse I got was they were short staff. I already expect bad service when I order their food, but this is low. If they paid their employees more to show up to work instead of ads, they might have more customers. The clerk working the counter was nice, but she flirted with one customer the whole time instead of trying to help her team get orders out as well.

The manager of this location should be fired immediately and never hired in a customer service role again. I ordered 40 boneless wings via Uber Eats and only received “Bag 1 of 2” (as printed on the Wingstop receipt attached to the bag). I contacted Uber Eats support and am currently waiting to hear from them while the half of my food I did receive gets cold. So I called the restaurant to ask the simple question of what they gave to my Uber Eats delivery driver to give to me. I was merely trying to find out if the restaurant never gave the driver the second bag, or if the driver somehow lost or worse, stole the second bag. The woman who spoke with me first told me that she did not know what the restaurant did or did not give to the delivery driver because “that was a different cashier.” When I asked her to please talk to that other cashier to find out, she told me that the other cashier had left. When I asked to speak to the manager, she then told me that she is the manager. I then said “you are the manager, but you don’t know and can’t find out whether you accurately fulfilled orders people place with the restaurant you are managing?” She then hung up. Understand what you are getting into if you give this location a chance to earn your business.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but what happened here needs to be said. I arrived at this Wingstop on September 30th 5pm an Uber Eats pickup. Staff handed me the order and asked me to fill out their paper form. I matched the sauces on the app with the paper (originally wrote 1, corrected it to 4 when I saw the app), and I even asked about drinks when the app prompted me. Staff told me there were none. After verifying everything, I headed to the customer. Later, I was shocked to learn that someone from this location reported me for sexual misconduct or criminal activity. This accusation is 100% false and extremely damaging. If there had been any truth to it, law enforcement would have been called immediately — but no police were ever contacted, because nothing inappropriate occurred. Given that nothing in my conduct could explain such a serious and false accusation, I can’t help but feel this may have been motivated by prejudice or racial bias. Whatever the reason, no worker or delivery driver should ever face false criminal accusations because of who they are. I conducted myself professionally, and this experience has been devastating. I’ve reported it to Wingstop corporate, Uber, and the BBB because no one should have their livelihood threatened by false, harmful, or discriminatory claims.

Super watered down ranch, old fries, nasty chicken fingers. 0/10 and corporate gave me a $10 gift card on a $35 order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Also, this is NOT the first time I’ve received extremely watered down ranch. As much as it costs it should not be watered down.

Both experiences have been the worst Wingstop experiences I’ve had. First time I walked into a pickup and order, no greeting and waiting forever for someone to just ask the name for my order. Received a 10 piece boneless chicken order (more like popcorn chicken) and there was little to no sauce on the wings. I figured it was a one off so I gave them another shot last night. Ordered two 10 piece boneless chicken, and the same exact experience! They were mostly popcorn chicken sized pieces, mostly fried breading balls with almost no sauce again! I feel like you have to purposely avoid putting sauce on wings to get that little of sauce on a piece of chicken. There is a true level of “not caring” involved when all you have to do is put sauce on some wings and can’t even get that part down. Get home and between 2 of us only were able to eat maybe 5 piece of the 20 we orders before we just couldn’t stand it anymore. Needless to say, I will be finding a new location.

Today was my very first time eating Wingstop, I called in my order on Woodruff Rd. and picked it up the girl was friendly and it threw me off and I did not check my bag , but when I got home I was pissed off and the presentation was not what I thought it would be, the ranch was spilled all the way under the takeout container and throughoutthe bag, the chicken was opened and messy!! I hope you guys can rectify this because I wanted to love this and right now I wasn't feeling it!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered 2 orders of the classic wings well done. Upon opening them, I saw the wings sitting in a POOL of oil. Thankfully, I have an air fryer so I'm going to try to salvage them, but these wings are SOGGY when they should've been well done. Also, I paid for one ranch, one bleu cheese, and one honey mustard. I was given the honey mustard, but I didn’t get the bleu cheese. Instead I got two, very watery ranches.

I ordered on door dash not only did they take forever but they also got ALL my order wrong I ordered a sweet tea and when I tasted it it just tasted like water so I think they gave me an unsweetened one and then I opened my box they got that wrong too I had order a 7 piece tender box 5 mango habanero and 2 hot honey and they gave me 4 hot honey and 3 mango habanero I was extremely disappointed because this has never happened to me but I’m upset because of the money I wasted.

We decided to dine in for our first time and will never do so again. My partner frequently has Wingstop delivered via DoorDash to his work for lunch and he says it's usually pretty good. But our dine in experience was atrocious. We first were told the coke machine was down so the only drinks available were water and tea. Okay, not a huge deal, those things happen occasionally. We decided on getting tea, it tasted sour. The entire counter where the tea is dispensed, and where you get napkins/straws etc was soaked and sticky, and running down the cabinet and across the floor. It was like this before we arrived and was not attended to while we were there. We waited around 30 mins for a sandwich combo and a tender combo - they consistently called out names for online/carryout/DoorDash orders. Should dine in not take some type of priority? When our name for our order was called my partner got up to get the food. The young girl calling out the orders handed him the food and gave him a nasty face. Like she didn't approve of us dining in or something. Felt very unwelcoming. When we got our food my sandwich was okay but the bottom bun was completely coated in grease. My partner's tenders were decent. But the fries we ordered were very obviously underdone. Flimsy and chewy. The enviornment in the place was disgusting. The floor was sticky and looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day/in a couple days, walls covered in dust and grime, restroom a mess, tables sticky. All the windows and glass doors had smudges and handprints ALL OVER THEM. I would seriously like to recommend to management to maybe implement some sort of routine cleaning schedule throughout the day? It was atrocious. We felt like we needed to take long deep cleansing showers when we got home after setting foot in here.

So sick and tired of the inconsistency. I really love Wingstop and I honestly give them a lot of business. But the customer service and lack of consistency with the food is ridiculous. I got the tender meal for 2, which includes 8 tenders, large fry, 2 drinks, and two dips. Which is like $23 and then added 2 more dips to the meal. So with tax and tip, I paid $30. I walk in and of course I’m always greeted with attitude. But they precede to tell me “we just got water”. When I already paid for 2 drinks online. Which they couldn’t do anything about or refund me anything. I don’t even know why I took the cup, because I didn’t need water when I was going home to eat. So I just gave the other cup back to him. I’m pretty sure if a restaurant didn’t give you what you payed for, then adjustments should be made. I requested well-done fries. Immediately I got in the car to check them and they are insanely soggy with NO seasoning. They are supposed to be a large and they are practically the small size. The only decent thing was the tenders. Fast food should not cost this much in general, but if I’m going to pay these prices….things should be done right. I shouldn’t be paying $30 for tenders and fries. They need people that will treat their customers better.

Honestly I had the worse experience at this location. Went to pay for my order. My total was $31.82. All I had was a $50 bill. Employee refused to give me my order because they don’t expect large bills. Let’s do the math for a second, I am spending $31.80 I have a $50.00 you’re telling me you don’t have $18.20 in your cash register? And if you don’t I’m sure you could have figured something out. I didn’t go in with $100 bill. On top of them giving me a hard time after speaking to the manager they said they couldn’t give me my entire change. So I was $5 short on my change. And they had the nerve you put on my receipt that they gave me my entire change back when we both know he did not. Someone needs to check the count on the register because now they are $5 over. But in their eyes it’s ok. God forbid it was the other way around. First and last time I am ever placing an order there.
