This dunkin is great, they get the food out moderately quick. Just be sure to check the lobby before you go in if you are in a hurry. If you see a lot of people in there be sure to have extra time to get your food. They become slow when it's busy.

Yes, it’s a Dunkin but they are not all the same. The service here is always friendly and quick. They have “taps”, similar to beer taps which allows multiple people to prepare drinks at the same time.

My go to location for coffee since it right near my job. I'm not sure if they changed management or are just lacking employees who care, but in the last year or so the food is always either burnt or cold. No happy medium. My coffee is usually good, but the food used to be much better. I rely on getting breakfast here sometimes, and recently I'm just disappointed.

I picked up my on to go order today the sandwich I ordered was burnt I asked for sausage and received uncooked bacon. My coffee was great but I got a large not the xlarge like I ordered.

They don't use real butter on their bagels. They add margarine so it's easy to spread. You have to wait half an hour for a bag of tea in a cup when a server could make it in 30 seconds. Pricing ($3 for a small tea) I gave raised them to 2 stars after remembering that they use palm oil to fry their doughnuts. (As opposed to canola/soy/cottonseed)

This place looks great. They totally remodeled the interior, and it looks really cool! However, It took over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that there were customers waiting at the counter. It also took me 30 minutes or more from start to finish to get a dozen donuts, 25 munchkins, and a coffee. I was getting donuts for my son's soccer tournament, and I almost missed his entire game because of it. The parking situation, and getting in and out is treacherous, and customers were rude when trying to leave, by not wanting to let me pull out. I will try to avoid this location as much as possible moving forward. If Starbucks sold donuts, they would put Dunkin' out of business based on their business model, timeliness, and customer service alone. Sorry, Dunkin! You should train your employees better!

Ordered a toasted buttered bagel at the drive thru on my way to work. Sign correctly identified that canola oil infused butter spread (not real butter) was used. The thing is, what I didn’t know is that that meant that what I got would be an oily liquid mess that literally spilled out onto my work slacks, ruining them. DD’s penny or so a serving saved on real butter cost me $50 in clothes. Since I can’t afford new work clothes on a regular basis, I won’t be ordering again. Not sure if that’s a good business call or not…..

Was at this Dunkin in star plaza this morning (05/11/2019) 7:45 am for the coffee and breakfast. After eating almost half of the bagel i noticed there was a blue nail in my bagel. I don't know how it ended up there but was well into the bagel which means whoever baked it did it very unhygienic way. The girl at the register asked if i wanted another one but i couldn't eat anything anymore in this store. Just took the refund and walked away. Hopefully i don't end up with food positioning or something. I don't usually write reviews but this is something which i thought other people should know!!!

I stopped here this morning and ordered a medium caramel cappucino and one of those glazed croissant donuts. What a waste of money.I should have just threw my $6.00 out of the car window when I drove by the place. I took a sip of the coffee on my way to work, OMG it was awful! Tasted like sour milk. Then I looked at my receipt and I didn't even get a caramel one! Then I took a bite of the $2.49 glazed croissant donut that the girl handed me that was already in a small box. It was dry, and had no taste. Last week I went to Price Chopper and bought 8 glazed croissants for $1.99, they were twice the size of the one I got and they were awesome - airy, fresh, and very, very tasty. When I got to work I threw the coffee and donut out. I can see why everyone wanted a Starbucks nextdoor to them.

the people that work here are consistently so rude that they make me uncomfortable, and nearly every order is wrong or they must be reminded to make it. i understand that people have bad days and some people are bad at customer service oriented jobs, but it’s every single time.

Last week, while I was on my way home, I stopped by your store and bought a Chai latte. My home is a 2-minute drive away. After changing my clothes, I took a sip of the Chai latte and it was almost ice cold. I was too lazy to go back to the store, so I called and spoke with Carmelo. He apologized with a kind approach and said that I could get a free Chai latte if I stopped by the next morning. However, I fell sick the next day and only recovered yesterday. Today(02.01.2024), on my way back from work, I stopped by the store around 5:20 PM, and I explained the situation to Jacob, who seemed unhappy to be there. After finally learning his name, he looked at me blankly and asked if I had a receipt. I explained that I didn't keep the receipt since I had called in. Then, he looked at me blankly again and with a "where did you come from this evening" expression, he said he couldn't give me a Chai latte. I am a regular customer of yours, and this was the first time I saw this man named Jacob. Someone needs to teach him how to treat customers, how to speak, what customer satisfaction is, and how a dissatisfied customer will feel if no solution is offered. I felt embarrassed by his behavior, as if I was trying to get a free drink. I asked to speak with the manager, but he had already turned away and said the manager would be in early tomorrow. I had to practically pull the name Jacob out of him. My request is for you to refund the cost of my Chai latte due to the poor quality service and treatment I received. I will be at your store tomorrow morning, please have the refund for a medium-sized Chai latte ready. Thank you.

Zero stars would be better, worst experience yet. What was suppose to be a enjoyable outing with my daughter for some Halloween themed donuts turned out to be a profanity laced tirade by the manager about frustrated customers and her not being able to keep up. After 10 minutes of listening to this rant (I should have left after a minute), we did finally complete our outing thanks to the great staff at the Dunkin Donuts at 1573 Western Ave. Won't be back to this location. They always get our orders wrong. They don’t listen as you order. Their sometimes rude and if you go back to have them fix your order they will get upset and complain. I don’t know if their rude to just me but I’m starting to think their are other concerns to way the Negative treatment. Im starting to thinking it might be personally done. Please clean this facility. This use to be such a good place. Rude beyond belief workers. The place had flies on the food, visible piles of old crumbs all in the donut case and all over counters and any surface a customer can clearly see. Gross.

The food is good, the service was unbelievably atrocious. I’m not one for leaving a lot of reviews but this location needs SERIOUS attention. It’s possibly it was just a staffing issue, but the store was not very busy when I got there. I sat at the speaker for like 5-6min before having my order taken. Then I waited another 5-6 min at the window after paying. The employee forgot my food or something because a different employee came to the window not knowing I already paid and was still waiting on food. I had to hand my receipt back and still waited another several minutes for the food. I only got 2 sandwiches, I was there in total for like 25 min. It’s not fast food at all.

Normally I have a good experience here but on Saturday 8/10/24 I ordered coffee prior to my road trip to be picked up in the drive through but the line was incredibly long so I decided to run in and grab it. I politely asked for my coffee at the front counter and apologized for having to come in to pick it up when the woman by the drive through proceeded to berate me and say drive through means drive through. I came in on Sunday to complain and the assistant manager was perfectly lovely but when dealing with the store manager this morning I can understand the culture there and why I was berated to begin with.

I though she would dump the donuts as she saw the fly but that didn't happen. Surprisingly, in the same visit we found a hair in my son's sandwich. The place needs cleaning...

This location is always busy, always. I live right behind it so I see them at all hours of the day. Doesn’t matter what time of day it is, it can get busy here. Yet somehow there’s often only one employee working, at the most two. It’s clearly impossible for them to keep up. My coffee is almost always bad unless a few key employees are there. It’s just not fair to the customers or your employees to be so understaffed. I can’t blame the workers for the subpar service when they have a line of cars, a line in the store, and they’ve probably been working there for like three weeks and yet they’re scheduled completely alone. Management team needs to get it together here. Hire more people and pay your staff a living wage. Tired of paying $5 for a coffee that’s just terrible, I’ll just make it at home instead. Not even 6 months ago this place was always great. What happened?

I get it, you've got kiosks so now no one wants to wait on customers. Seriously though, can't use a kiosk if I left my wallet at the job site and I only have cash. The service of the employees working the coffee counter, the regular counter and the drive through were great… however the (“manager”) has an extremely poor attitude. He was exceptionally rude to his staff, barking orders at them, raising his voice. This is not how someone in management should be treating his staff… he is not someone that I would want to work for and maybe someone should reconsider positions… I feel sorry for all the employees that had to deal with this.

I don't know what's going on at this location, but service has gone down. I was there today at 6:20 am one other customer. 35 minutes to get my food order while listening to the staff complaining, making my food drop my food, and having to remake it. The food is cold and missing two orders of snacking bacon. The breakfast tacos with bacon have one little crumble on both. Egg white and veggies stone cold and pale looking basically getting my bag tossed at me I just threw the food out not worth eating

Food was as expected from a Dunkin. Service was atrocious. It took 20 minutes to get a black coffee. No leadership behind the counter, orders getting lost and simple chaos. No manager to speak of. Avoid if you have plans within the hours. Update: tried again. Kid at the drive through was so busy texting on he phone he couldn’t be bothered with us.
