Stopped by this Carl’s Jr. on my way to San Francisco and was very pleased. The restaurant was very clean inside and the restrooms as well. I ordered the Guacamole Angus burger combo and it was very delicious. The food came out very quickly and was fresh and the staff members were very friendly. I will definitely stop by this Carl’s Jr. whenever I pass by.

It was kind of expensive! The cheeseburger didn't have tomato. With the second large Carlburger for only $1, I still paid over $14 with large fries and no drinks! It's a good-sized restaurant with a single customer eating, and I during my visit.

Nick took my order. We were pretty buzzed and he was very patient with us and helped us with everything. Give this man a raise because he was so cool and helpful. Order was correct, food was good.

I eat here at least once a week. I am usually helped by Santiago. Hes very friendly and already remembers my order. Since I get the same thing all the time. Tonight he was also working with Genisa Who was also very friendly. The service here is always fast, and the restaurant always looks very clean. The restrooms are clean also. 👌 👍

Santiago was my cashier, and wow! He was funny, courteous and helpful. Sometimes people at fast food restaurants just don’t care and this kid cares! He will go far in life with his smile and attitude! Also he’s bilingual which will never be a bad thing in California!

Haven’t been here in years, the service is quick, and the staff are super friendly and efficient. Whether it’s breakfast or lunch, the menu offers plenty of delicious options even for vegetarians. Definitely my go-to for a satisfying meal every time.

Very clean dining area. Solid break in our family drive up I-5. Great service. We forgot to ask that my son’s cheeseburger be made without condiments, and they gave us a generous discount on our re-order. Surprised us with complimentary chocolate chip cookies for the kids.

This is one of few fast food restaurants still being run like they were decades ago- real people take your order, no need to wait in line for the bathroom’s secret code or for an employee to walk you back, and you are trusted with pouring your own soft drinks( which means you can decide how much ice you want melting in your drink). Finally they scoop out ice cream and pour real milk to make a milk shake. What more could one hope for?

Amazing service with the staff, there’s a young gentleman at nights I didn’t get his name but he’s always there at night. My work truck is too big to fit drive through and dine in is closed at 2am, This gentleman helped me out when I walked up to the window no questions asked very nicely he understood and took my order. Memorized three orders so he wouldn’t walk back and forth to the register and the food came out exactly like I ordered it all the way to the amount of ketchup and ranch I requested. Very sharp young man very kind and just amazing service. Next couple days came in to let the manager know about him, he was very nice as well highly recommended this place is nice and clean all the way around everything is neatly where It should be.

OMG. Delightful to walk into a fast food location and be greeted by a real person who took my order with a smile. Not an order kiosk in sight. Bathrooms not locked. Food delicious and freshly made. And goodness, the milk shakes made with real ice cream, real mik; hamburger with fresh lettuce and thick slices of juicy tomato and crisp rings of onion. Perfection! I hope they are able to resist the modem trends and stay as they are, which amounts to fine dining these days!

My wife and I visited this Carl's location on the way to socal. The service was awesome 💯. The food was hot and ready. We did a drive thru so it was hard to enjoy the diner atmosphere. Otherwise the crew here did a great job 👍.

Just stopped in for my morning Joe and was greeted with a “Good Morning” from Francisco. He served me a warm cup of coffee which was not his fault. Their equipment could use a little revamp. He offered to reheat it but I told him I was grateful. He asked if I wanted half and half and how many. He apologized for the warm coffee- explaining it sells quickly but the maker/machine stays HOT for only about an hour. Ahhh the good old days of Channel Island / Carl’s Jr. coffee vendor. Francisco proceeded to clean up the counters and took apart the fountain dispenser and I went to use the restroom. Super clean inside, (which was a surprise) restaurant being open inside from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm. I came back out to grab a refill and once again, Francisco offered to reheat my cup o’ coffee but I told him it was good. We chatted a bit about another location in Los Banos that he had worked at and that was it. I thanked him for the drink and split. Francisco is a caring Carl’s Jr. employee. If he is not already a manager, he should be paid as one. Francisco offered impeccable customer service and was friendly and polite. He demonstrated that although the product his employer is selling isn’t top notch, doesn’t mean he won’t do something about it. He obviously cares about his customers and when something isn’t a ten, he will strive to make it that. Also, Francisco demonstrated that he takes pride in his work environment, for the company’s sake and the comfort of its patrons. Carl’s Jr. Coffee was a 7…..Francisco’s quality of service gets a 10. Thanks Bro.

Good food--best fast food burgers around. Love the Santa Fe chicken sandwich. Kids meal was filling but not too much food. Fast, friendly service. Server went the extra mile and went back to the counter to get us ketchup after we were seated. Large seating area. Nice large parking area. Cons: a few annoying flies in the dining room and restroom. Sign at the road badly faded.

Francisco as me to leave a review. He’s ok but the other guy working the night shift for years was way better. That being said Francisco was friendly and prompt. I’ve notice serving sizes have decreased. I used to come 1-2 times a week but your prices are too high for what I get. Now I come about once every 2 months.

I recently visited the Carl’s Jr. in Santa Nella, CA, and ordered the California Classic combo. The burger was tasty, but it started to fall apart towards the end. The restaurant was clean, and the employees were courteous, which made for a pleasant dining experience. However, I found the prices significantly higher than what I’m used to in Arizona. My biggest issue was that I wasn’t asked what size combo I wanted, and instead, was given a medium by default, which added $1.50 to the total. As a customer, it would be helpful to have the option clearly offered upfront. For reference, my wife, a general manager at another fast food chain, mentioned they always ask for the combo size preference. Overall, it was a decent visit, but a bit of improvement in communication would make it even better.

Staff was great! Very friendly. The fryer oil desperately needs to be changed. All of the fried food, including the chicken and zucchini, had a horrible bitter taste that left the meal practically inedible. edit from an hour or so later: my stomach was very upset.

Ordered burgers, cashier decided without asking to give the largest size costing $65. When asked how just the 5 sandwiches can cost $65 today when the same order yesterday at a different location cost $30, she said “different franchises charge differently” When the manager addressed it, she was helpful, kind and took the $65 large order, gave us the correct sized order, refunded the original purchase and charged us the $30 for the new order. Sounds good right? The low review is for the $65 food that went into the trash. You threw out $65 worth of food, then made new order for $30 when you could have discounted the $65 order and no food went into the garbage .

The food is fast food! but if you eat here get ready cause 1 combo is almost $20 i spent $22 31 for mine. Fastest way to close a business price yourself out of business!

Coffee was tepid and had a chemical aftertaste. The bacon cheese and egg biscuit was cold and it seemed the biscuit was a day old. Just awful. If we werent already in the car I'd have demanded a refund . Tossed the entire meal. Avoid the Star!!
