First off ADA compliant. Hot fries with just the right amount of salt. I also had a frozen drink so cold it gave me the frozen brain headache. If that happens just put your tongue to the roof of the mouth it will go away quickly. Charging stations at a few of the tables ask if you dont see them. Fast and friendly. Also if you use the BK app free fries once a week with purchase. Drive thru as well as fairly decent parking.

Always have Great Coupons! So helps us eat out! Love the dollar bacon cheese burgers. We can eat 2 or 3 each. Love their crossant breakfast sausage sandwiches! Enjoy their potato hashbrowns & coffee!

The fiod is always hot. They have a great variety of choices at meager prices. They have the new drink dispenser that allows customers to prepare the drinks that they want. Plenty of seating with only one plug in and one plug in that doesn't work. The WiFi is 50/50 depending on your phone. The bathroom is a single person buzz in and very clean.

Half moon bay is good. San Jose, on Capital Ave and senter rd man there price's are outrageous 10.99 for the double wopper now. Other Burger kings are still at 7 to 8 dollars for the meal. Ouch San Jose's burger king. You are so not right.

For a Burger King this is very clean and convenient in Half Moon Bay. They have vegan veggie burgers. Not the best but good when you need a quick bite.

We always buy burgers in the morning and they tell you it's going to be a 10 minute wait, lol. I guess they try to discourage people from lunch items so early in the AM. Burgers are always good.

Friendly service. Ordered salad and chicken fingers for my young son. Only the chicken fingers weren't super crispy and became soggy after and hour. My son liked eating them regardless.

I asked for a plain cheeseburger with ketchup, and I got a cheeseburger with pickles, and mustard. Ew! Other than that, the restaurant is okay.

BK was out of coffe @ 5pm in a very cold afternoon.

I ordered in the app, drove 2 miles only to be told that they are out of the stuff.

They didn't have lettuce wrap burgers. Makes no sense really. Order a burger no bun, wrap in lettuce.

Friendly staff, but a bit chaotic in the drive through....they forgot part of my order....but, you know, it's fast food, and perfection is not expected.

This location was updated a while back, so is reasonably pleasant. Good location right at the end of PCH. Food and service ok, improvements are possible, but works if you are in the mood for BK.

Good. But as i pointed out to the cashier, the tacos are not to be stood up in the bag perpendicular to the ground as much of the ingredients ends up out of the taco shell. If that continues i will continue to bring the tacos back a demand new ones. A sign in english and spanish explaining how to properly package tacos and that would be parallel to the ground and for those in rio linda that means flat an easy fix for an awful mistake. If i wanted to eat with my fingers i'd eat out of a hog trough. Hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears and for those in rio linda that means u dont give 2 shits😵

Basic fast food fare. Burger king just introduced there version of a frap NOT the best but the price is right. The $1 tacos are about the same as Jack in the box using other than MEAT products the lettuce seems fresh & crisp.

I went inside and Ordered a whopper, no pickles no ketchup. Hanging fixtures are in a state of disrepair, some look as if the glass could fall from their mounting. Whopper was good, place seemed clean.

As I was speed walking into the BK, I noticed the signs posted on the door stating the restrooms are for customers only. I still proceeded. I beelined it to the restroom and it was locked. There was no one in line which was fortuitous. So I quickly ordered a hamburger and then asked to use the restroom. The cashier was polite but a woman of few words, she did not verbally respond to my request. I heard a loud buzzing noise and hightailed it to the restroom. She must have used a mechanism behind the counter to buzz and unlock the door. The restroom was clean but very outdated. The burger was served hot, and it was darn tasty. Classic flame broiled deliciousness. Slight charred patty with a smoky flavor. I ate it on the spot in the dining room. The dining room was super clean, and comfortable.

I am a local and go here like maybe once every 6-8 months. They screw up the order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Every time. And it is nothing complicated. Whopper with cheese no pickles. What do I get? Pickles EVERY TIME and if I get cheese is anybody's guess.........

Fast food is the same bad food as it has always been it's just not "fast" anymore. Now you Waite for fast food in restaurant time. Lazy slow employees who just don't care anymore. We need to cut the wait time lime before and the fast food restaurants should compete for quality and quickness. Waisting food means your manager is not skilled enough to be a manager and should be replaced. If a franchise cannot fill a location with the proper out of employees to get the job done right then the location should be eliminated.

Food - take out at lunch time (12:30 - 1:00 pm) when it should be fresh and hot --- was luke warm at best. The two sandwiches plus one order of fries ($8.50) - not the dollar special by any means -- were sad looking, seemed to have been around for a while, even though the Chicken sandwich was a special order. Dead lettuce accompanied the chicken. Fries were almost cold. Time from pick up to home is less than 4 minutes.

My wife and I both ordered Whoppers. I ordered the steakhouse Whopper. Was so disappointed. I don't know if the salt shaker lid came off of it or what. it was so salty I could not eat it. Along with the fries being over salted, yeah I love salt but this was ridiculous. Unfortunately I got it to go and was driving home. If I wasn't running out of time I would have brought it back.Worst Burger I've ever had. And it was lukewarm along with a Fry's it must have been sitting there a while. What a disappointment

Having a really tough time with staff communication. Instead of saying "I don't know, let me get someone to help you", the ladies make up their own rules. Example: Drive In TMobile Tuesday offer for Free Whopper with another purchase. The lady tells repeatedly to me "No, that is only on Thursdays" I say "it's all week and here is expiration code". But they're all adament 🤷

Ordered 4 double cheeseburgers for 1.99 and only got one peace of cheese on each, isn't that like theft. Pretty sure places have been sued for less

Our last visit was truly our LAST. We used to go here once every month or two. That ends now. EVERY single time that we have gone here (we live in town) that I can remember, they have screwed up the order. This is NOT an exaggeration. This is likely the result of employing people who have at best a tenuous grasp of the English language as well as negligible work related skills or the drive to acquire them. Last time, our order included a Double Whopper with nothing but onions and cheese, small onion ring and no drinks. The cashier (young kid and obviously a trainee...in addition to barely speaking English), took the order. I spoke clearly and slowly so that he would understand. He nodded and smiled. Then he gave me the receipt which included a large drink and the Whopper did not have the proper information listed, nor did it include the onion ring. I explained that I had not ordered a drink. He smiled and nodded, and handed me a large drink cup! I handed it back and again explained in detail what the order should be (5 minutes for just this much to happen so far). The order arrived several minutes later-regular whopper, no onion ring. I explained again to him what the order should be. He couldn't understand so he got the 'manager' who was completely stressed out putting out all of the incompetence created fires in this place. He assured me that they would fix everything. Order up again...this time with a double whopper with everything. Again, they went to work, and finally got the whopper correct. Unfortunately, they still forgot the onion ring, which required them to make a complete new batch to cover my order. FINALLY (10-15 minutes after I finished giving my initial order) I got the onion rings and left. The poor guys behind me in line had been waiting all of this time with NOBODY even taking their order! Oh ya, one more thing...once I got home and gave my wife her bacon double cheeseburger, we discovered that they had screwed THAT burger up and it was a regular, single burger. All food luke warm at best (except onion rings which were barely cooked). I understand business and the idea of cutting overhead to maximize profit, but hiring people who can barely communicate with customers or even do a simple job at BK properly is not going to keep any business open for long. For God's sake, the freaking cashier boy took 5 minutes to take the order of the guy in front of me-and he spoke entirely in Spanish!!! Adios BK. My money gets spent elsewhere!!!

I was highly dis satisfied with the horrible costumer service I received today with what I believe was the manager of this location. We went through the drive throgh, asked for a Wopper Jr , A peppermint Oreo Milkshake, and a Bacon King. She didn't say what the total was, she didn't ask if the screen was correct, she just asked of that was all. Times comes, hands us the bag I look and a tiny burger, had no receipt and I told them I asked for a Bacon King and the cashier said oh that's it and i said no, so he brought out what looked like a manager, she says you orderd a Bacon Jr and the person with me said No, I ordered a Bacon King. We where very polite and we handed her my card back to charge for the difference & she was trying to charge me for both burgers & I told her I didn't want this burger & she goes okay well next time you need to look at the screen! And i told her next time you should listen. I defiantly will not be coming back here due to nasty costumer service, and she refused to refund me for both burgers being i no longer wanted them and handed me the new one.

Opens 6am according to Google and they didn't have any lunch menu ready when I arrived at 9:20am. Ordered a burger and was told to wait 10 to 15 minutes at this fast food restaurant. Burger King supposedly serves both menus, but not here.

I always order biscuit with egg and cheese, no meat, or croissant egg and cheese, no meat. Two days ago I got sausage. Today it was bacon. I cannot communicate with staff or manager to correct this. Never get a receipt, so can’t even contact corporate.

She made my daughter wait for 10 minutes before she was buzzed in. I hope this review gets to the management. Your burgers may be king but your customer service certainly is NOT!

Not the drive through or the front. Won't answer phone. Google says they're open. No signs or notices anywhere. Just the whole damn thing roped off. Whatever. Cashiers can't speak English there anyway, nor can they count.

The amount of salt this Burger King puts on their fries is completely excessive. The first time it happened, I thought maybe the salt shaker accidentally dropped, but after visiting three more times, the fries were still covered in an extreme amount of salt every single time. I’m confident this is not the correct portion because no other Burger King adds this much. The fries are almost inedible. Management seriously needs to address this issue.

I was very disappointed today. I was excited to go to Burger King to get a Whopper Wednesday deal, but the employee was very rude and kept telling me they don’t accept promotions or coupons, which was not true. Because of her poor attitude and lack of knowledge, I had to go to a different location to use my offer. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
