This was my 1st time visiting, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, clean environment, and delicious desserts and Chai Tea Latte. I got the brownie which wasn't overly sweet and paired well with my drink. They were busy non stop but the atmosphere was chill and family friendly. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Absolutely scrumptious affogato and pastries! A huge selection of sweets (think tarts, tiramisu, cake, croissants, bread) and savory goods too. Plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating. Fast service. Great ambiance with the ocean/harbor views. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Half Moon Bay. The s’mores bar was a 10/10.

Really nice cafe offshoot of the main Mezza Luna restaurant down the street. They have great breakfast options and lots of treats. Staff are always friendly and eager to help. The inside is nicely decorated and feels like an old school cafe. It's a nice spot to start your day at, especially since it's easier to park here than the rest of HMB

Stopped by for coffee and snacks, however they didn't have any vegan options other than a salad. For some reason they sprinkled the foam top of our latte and cappuccino with chocolate/cacao powder, which we didn't ask for, neither we liked it. Fortunately they had cinnamon and nutmeg instead. Nice interior, warm and friendly overall. They had plant based beverages for coffee. Ordering was slow due to some customers holding up the line by being indecisive - despite standing in line for a few minutes prior to their turn.

Lovely cafe in one of the most beautiful beach town, Half Moon Bay. Mouth watering pastries, jelato icecream and delicious cappuccino. Sit down in lovely laid out tables colorful flooring and soothing sounds from around the beach. Enjoyed the visit will be back soon

Amazing pastries!! And super clean bathroom. Super kind workers. Got the lemon meringue tart and it was amazing on the beach!

The Tiramisu and Creme Brulee were delightful, and the latte was rich and perfectly brewed. However, the service was a bit slow, and the wait time to place an order was lengthy due to only one cashier being open. On a positive note, the cafe had a pleasant ambiance with a refreshing breeze from the open doors on both sides, and the display cases showcased a tempting array of desserts and gelatos.

Nice coffee and lots of pastry. They even had couple of gluten free selection. They also have a lots of nice flovrr ice cream.

I haven't tried the meal type food here, but this is my family's go to spot for dessert and coffee in the area. The selection of pastries is always wide enough to find several you want to try. Generally, they have been hit or miss with some being very good and some being only ok, but most on the tasty side. I tried the gelato this time which was delicious

I recommend you visit this place after indulging in some local Peruvian cuisine or a beer or two at the nearby brewery. This place has great coffee, ample seating indoor and outdoor, and fairly quick service. It can get a bit crowded and long lines sometimes. They have desserts, coffee, Alcoholic drinks, and other eating. They have restrooms that are available to customers as well. Recommended if you're in the area and looking for coffee or a treat. Although it's one of the only options in the immediate area, they're well run and the items are good.

Super nice and friendly people, Their latte and chai latte were super awesome, our mocha cake though was pretty nonfresh but still tasted good, it was justa bummer ! The place is very cosy and they also serve food and have gelato; though we were there for just coffee!

Very disappointed with the service today. I visited this café with my child and was shocked by how poorly maintained the place was — dirty floors, visible dust, and cobwebs in the corners. We ordered some food to eat in and a cookie to go. Unfortunately, the cookie fell out of its wrapping and landed on the filthy floor. I politely asked if they could replace it, but the staff refused, which was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. For a business that relies on customer income, I expected better cleanliness and more understanding service. I will not be returning. In response to the owner’s comment: I would like to clarify that my total order was over $30, not just the $5 granola bar you referenced. It’s disappointing that a business would deny a small goodwill gesture under these circumstances — especially considering the poor hygiene standards and the fact that the item fell due to faulty wrapping. I didn’t expect rigid policy enforcement over basic customer care and cleanliness.
