GREAT BLIZZARD! BUT---- $8 EACH...!!!!??? Stopped in for a treat before heading home. we had 2 small blizzards. They were great as always. One of our favorite treats. Thank you Amanda for a great smile, happy attitude and quick service. =) However... $16+ for 2 small sized Blizzards????

Absolutely love the brownie blizzard but they have many flavors, as well as the treats we grew up on, dilly bars, dipped cones, peanut buster parfaits etc. Prices have definitely went up but for a treat, nothing better.

The food is always delicious. Blizzards are the best. However, back up of cars in drive thru forced me to go inside to order my blizzards. It was slightly busy inside. My complaint derived from the fact 2 people that ordered AFTER me received their order's BEFORE me. She told me that they would call my name when it was ready. I had to go up and search for my order. It was sitting in a metal bin..melting. I suggest they have a person dedicated to call out in store order's. IN ORDER. Thank you.

Ordered 2 blizzards which were fine, taken back slightly by the price as I didn't remember them being over $7 for one. Made appropriately but melted quite quickly and didn't get napkins when they were handed to me. Can only comment on dessert as I didn't try any of their fast food.

Staff was incredibly patient with me as I tried to figure out my order! Thank you so much! DQ ice cream is great, but their meals tend to be a little meh. Honestly, I just came for a blizzard, but walked out with a meal bc they're cheaper than other fast food options right now.

First time trying Dairy Queen. The place was really clean. I ordered the A1 single burger not too bad. I got cheese curds aka: mozzarella sticks they were good with the Mareina sauce and a caramel coffee shake👍🏻

Dairy Queen was a Disappointment! We swung by for an Oreo Blizzard and a medium sundae, but what we got was a joke. The sundae was barely filled, and the Blizzard? It was mostly crumbs—like they were saving the good stuff for themselves. When we asked them to remake it, they must've thought it was a comedy show because it was even worse! The staff was laughing when we got handed the new blizzard back. Then, when we asked for a refund, the guy who looked like a mix of Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory and a bad comedian tried to be funny instead of remaking the Oreo blizzard. Seriously, if I wanted a laugh, I’d watch a stand-up special, not visit Dairy Queen!

It says online that drive thru is open until 11pm, we showed up at 10:10pm and the drive thru automated service announced they were closed. If you don’t stay open later in the drive thru you might want to fix that online so people don’t waste their time going.

If I could give 0 stars I would I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get one blizzard and when the server finally gave me my blizzard all rude she turn it upside-down and ice cream fell on my shoe and she didn't even apologize I believe her name was Quiana

No restroom for customer she tried to say they dont have the keys. California code enforcement law , requires every resturant to have access to restrooms. They broke code enforcement. She also explained there's no manager on duties.

Food was disgusting the cook with the glasses that made my food around 7 oclock on Sat 2026 Feb 21 served me found a hair and the food taste was nasty 🤮

The last two visits to your facility has been painful . Your un-trained staff have difficulty in making simple orders. Two dipped cones were the worst effort I have ever seen. The cones dripped so bad, due to the ice cream being too soft, and the cone falling apart. This has happened twice now. Our friends also had the same issues with different orders. I would suggest you train your staff and get some machines fixed. I would not recommend any one too waste their time on this franchise and pay for ice cream that is second best.
