Dutch Bros. Coffee

Instead of going to get my usual coffee from the Starbizzle, I decided to take a recommendation from my tita about this coffee since there aren’t any near where I live or usually work. The drive-thru wait was not that long even though there was about 4-5 cars in each drive-thru lane. I took the time to download their rewards app while I waited. They take your order from your car, as well as payment. The server working the drive-thru was super chill. I decided on the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha blended drink because it was on the top of the Dutch Holiday Favorites list on their menu. At the pick-up window, they greet you immediately, and it’s just positive vibes all around. I had a brief, cheerful conversation with the server at the window. This place was amazing! I didn’t catch the girl’s name who was working the drive thru right now, but she was so sweet and nice! I live in LA and we don’t have Dutch Bros so I told her it was our first time and she gave it to us on the house which was super sweet since it was also my boyfriends birthday weekend! Sadly, I had an accident with my drink we went back and I decided to get something else. The girl at the drive thru recognized us and I told her my sob story lol about how my cup cracked and it got all over me and she was such a sweetheart cuz I was super bummed she gave me my drink on the house again! Everyone was on point with their customer service, the guy at the drive thru, the other young lady who ran out to give us our drink again! Thank you! Overall, great first experience and it lived up to hype!

Drive Through, the Team is very well put together. Friendly, and happy to make your refreshments. Always very approachable, professional and courteous to the Coustomer. I have been completely satisfied with the drinks they provide, and if I ever wanted something extra, the team would go out of their way and give you what you ask for. All in all I would highly suggest you try Dutch Bros on Hwy 111 Indio, it’s well. worth the stop. While you’re there, make a donation to The Hunter Foundation!

This new coffee spot is very popular. A double line of cars is seen most of the time. I like the Iced Coffee. Great location near Indio High School on 111.

Depending on time of day, this place can have a super long line. It usually moves fairly quickly, but expect to be there a bit still. I went when there was only 2 other cars in line so it was very quick. They come to your window to order. Staff is very knowledgeable about their drink menu and are very accommodating with suggestions on drink options/flavors/styles/customizations. You pay with the staff at your window with your card (not sure about cash) and you can also pay with the app and they'll scan your phone to do that. They can scan your app for rewards points as well. They have a double drive-thru and sometimes your drink is ready before you get to the window, and they'll walk it out to your car. Then you can leave the drive-thru without having to wait behind the other cars, which is nice. All the drinks ive tried have been great so far. Highly recommend.

Good vibes & yummy coffee!✨ My second time having Dutch Bros and it was just as delicious and the first time! 😋 My hubby and I got the Iced caramel-pumpkin brulee and Iced cinnamon swirl oat milk latte. They're both delicious! Definitely recommend both of them 👍🏼 Drove 2 hrs just to get some Dutch Bros 😆 need one closer to home. Lol.

All I can say is STARBUCKS WHO?! (Just kidding Starbucks. I still love ya 😅) Dutch Bros has to be my new go to place for coffee. Even though I drink decaf lol. Still the best tasting coffee I’ve ever enjoyed. The first sip was unforgettable. I decided to order for pick up since they were so busy. But I can see why! It’s so freakin good! Plus I give the staff at this location 5/5. Even though it was so busy , they held it together as a team and still was smiling throughout the busy hour. Kudos to the staff and to the barista that made my yummy delicious delightful ice coffee! Definitely coming back for more!

They have decaf! I went to three other coffee shops in Indio and no decaf. I was so happy to find this place. My iced decaf latte was delicious. Service was very friendly and quick considering how busy they are.

Excellent coffee had a hot coffee with cream and sugar no bitter aftertaste unlike Starbucks. The young Caucasian woman who took my order was efficient and friendly. It has a drive-thru that was quite busy and you can also walk up to a window in order there is no indoor seating I don't not know if there's a restroom I didn't ask. I notice after I ordered they do sell muffin tops, and granola bars which seems to be their only food options but their drink menu is extensive.

We ordered 4 drinks. 2 blended and 2 light iced. 1 of the iced drinks was not measured correctly and they gave it to us not full. And when asked she played it off as if that's how it should be. But it's never been like that before.

PLEASE stop hiring former starbucks employees. Coffee has gone downhill, and so has the fun atmosphere. The service is wack and we're over it. Either get these employees retrained by original dutch bros employees NOT from the valley and fix it. The managers are also giving starbucks energy which is not cute. I really love this place for the most part. But when they have bad coffee and they just give you a second coffee from the same machine and it's a bad coffee how do you support it? I always get the blended annihilator. This morning it tasted like rotten milk it's a second time it's happened in 3 months. Please do better if the first one is bad from that machine the second third fourth and 5th coffee is going to be bad from that machine. And please stop over using the word friend saying Hi friend one time is great but not Hi friend thank you friend no friend yes friend what friend I can't hear you friend every other word is friend please stop.

i caught one of the workers manually adjusting the tip after i put no tip ! they wanted to steal from me

I come here all the time and I love it. One problem no phone so I have to 1 star it for now. The Blended Annialator was bad today. It was horrific. I am so sick the taste was so bad. Either bad product or someone is not cleaning the machine it is the 2nd time this has happened at this one DB... To the Owner you keep changing out who works for you the Dutch Brothers gonna stop doing good at all. 10 minutes per car. I mean to surpass Starbucks you have a long way to go.
