I don’t normally do reviews but, every time I’m looking for a new place to eat, I find myself back at buffs. This is my favorite place out of all of Harlingen. Drinks are great, food is great, management always has a smile & never fails to greet. Just love this place!

Even though it was super packed the bartender was very attentive. We never had to flag her down or wait for anything. The moment she saw our beers were about two thirds done she came to us and asked if we needed anything. Fried pickles are delicious.... We got bar food.... Which was pretty decent.

I mean CMON! This place must be under NEW management because theres new faces and lady up at the front always welcomes you and makes you feel so comfortable! I was very adamant about coming back but I’m glad I did! Great servers as well! Kind lady at bar area as well! Thank y’all for getting new crew!

To-Go was busy but she gave us directions. The first server we saw walking into the dining area said “Welcome!”. We sat at the bar. Everyone was welcoming. Bartender was great. She was super busy but she kept attentive to everyone at the bar. The kitchen added chili instead of guac to our nachos, but they fixed it very quickly. Food came out quick and was hot and tasted very good. Drinks were good too. Definitely recommend the black cherry margarita.

Great wings!! We came on a Tuesday for the 50% off wing special. It’s a deal that cannot be beat. The flavors are excellent and the wings are some of the best I have had. The service was fast and paid attention to our needs. The beer was cold and overall a great experience.

Awesome place. Always love the mango habanero wings plus the onion r just perfect. Service at this location is really slow not sure if the need more wait staff but didn't enjoy waiting 10 mins just to get a drink. Over all good was atleast enjoyable.

Such a wonderful experience, the atmosphere is great and the food is so yummy! I had a bacon cheese burger and mozzarella sticks, soo cheesy and delicious! The staff was hospitable and swift, I felt like I was tended as soon as possible. You can tell when food is made with care and with quality in mind. The small details like the lemon slices and mint leaves in the blueberry mint lemonade was impressive. Keep doing what you're doing, totally coming here again!

Came here for bottomless appetizers and got the most excellent service! The crew member Ruben did an amazing job of keeping the work area productive helping others with their Job, managing multiples table, serving, and bar tending all while catering to customers needs!

I love this buffalo wild wings! upon request my buffalo flag or and lemon pepper flavors where mixed sauces in my order and I love them. It is a really nice place to chill with amazing food!

You can’t find a seat in this place that doesn’t have a view a several TVs, and they are always really good about turning a tv to accommodate whichever game you want to see. The service has always been quick every time I’ve been here. The beer is cold and has never been skunky, which is a sign that they clean the lines regularly.

It was a busy Saturday night. Myself and one other person went for dinner. The waitress brought my food out first and said they were waiting on the wings and fries for the person that was with me. Now, I don't like to start eating while the other person sits there waiting. I think it's rude. Took about 15 min before they brought out the wings then she says, we're just waiting on the fries. 😒I think the kitchen should prepare food in order and together instead of wait staff bringing everything separate. I barely saw my waitress either.

Chairs are hard, but I brought a cushion this time. I am watching the KC Chiefs game. My burger was not done in the middle, but the manager is going to make one to go! Awesome place for sports watching! Always some great fans to make the game interesting to watch!

We were kinda bummed out that Buffalo's closed in Brownsville but were happy to know that the Harlingen one is going strong. We ordered: Snack Wet Bonless Wings Medium with Lemon Pepper added and Small Bone in Bbq. The Boneless and Bone in wings were warm, chunky and crispy. Will return and hoping food quality will stay the same but I know service and food is hard to keep consistent.

9-7-2024 visit, food and service was definitely a lot better. Hadn't been here in a while but the wife and I thought we'd give it a shot again. We definitely were not disappointed. There wasn't too big of a crowd today, so that sped things up a little. I tried their bacon Mac burger and the wife had the appetizer sampler as a meal. Burger was pretty darn good. Messy and hard to eat but good. I would order it again. Sampler was good as well. Pretty consistent and it hasn't changed in years.... hopefully it stays that way.....dropping a few photos of the burger with and without flash....sorry if it's overkill......,...............Hadn't been here in years. Finally stopped in for a beer and a bite to eat and they were not very accommodating. Bar server was fantastic. But management would not allow us to order off the menu. I'm a big fan of their sampler appetizer but I was told it was not being sold because they were out of onion rings. When asked if they could sub for something else, I was advised it was not allowed. Then I asked for the platter without the onion rings, I could come get them another day, I was told no as well. So I settled for some sloppy tots. It was a tray of tator tots covered in cheese with veggies and topped with some sort of pulled meat. Not sure if it was pork or beef. The meet was drenched in sauce and was not very tasty. Yeah I won't be back there for another long time. Oh, the place also stank like wet carpet

When first walking into the restaurant it wasn't clearly stated anywhere that we could seat ourselves, so naturally, we waited a bit but no one directed us so we just went ahead. Our waitress was great! Very professional and courteous! The food came out quickly, was still hot & tasted amazing! My only other concern would be the restrooms. All in our group noticed how messy & unclean the stalls were. There was toilet paper all over the floor & missing in some.

Food was good however one of the waiters was very irritable and tried fighting one of my colleagues after he asked again for a drink. Picking up doordash orders shouldn’t take long when a young lady that was seeeping was telling cooks that doordash order needed to be ready. I’m gonna be vocal about it because they should pay attention to orders. I appreciate the young lady trying to get them to work on it. Well remind them.. music is good though. Just pay attention to orders for drivers y’all, appreciate that.

It was my first visit and treated for lunch. Wings were good, tenders were delicious, and the fries were fries. Chips and salsa appetizer, unfortunately, were bad. Service was good but the prices were a bit too much for me. $45! SMH! I cried for my poor sister who paid.

Takeout is the way to go. The inside is usually dirty. Floors sticky, bathrooms dirty, or tables not wiped down correctly. The fold can be better at times, the wings can be a little dry, but overall, it's usually good. Service can be slow so I prefer takeout. Other BWW's are usually better. 3 stars mang!

Nice enough but a little bit of an attitude as far as our server yesterday. Like “ box your own food to go “ but with just enough of an attitude to fly under the radar. Kind of embarrassing that I took a family member that I had not had a meal with in years. Lesson learned thanks Harlingen.

The wait staff was great and very attentive, but when I got my wings, one of them looked deformed and asked for it to be replaced, the rest were very dry. The wing that was replaced was the only one that was good,but I didn't want to complain about the wings again.. We also ordered a burger and it seemed very small for a $13.99 burger. I guess that's just the way things are going these days. Although the staff was very friendly, the quality and value of food will keep me from coming back.

The food is great as always Buffalo wild wings does not disappoint but the service and atmosphere is horrible. The waitresses/ waiters seem like they are annoyed to be at work and hate talking to people. If you get take it to go, make sure you double check your order. We drive from a neighboring city and we always double check our order. It also has a smell that has not gone away. We usually take to go now.

Food was great. Fast service. But foood took kinda long. But it was packed. But when we got the food it was great and hot not cold. Even they were serving 15 of us!!

Great place to watch a football game. Lots of screens. Sound system could be better. Atmosphere is very good. Service was acceptable. Wings were good but not exceptional. Very surprised they did not have any sweet tea and did not have just plain old sugar to sweeten the regular tea. All they had was sweet and low. Best part of the meal was the fries! 2025-10 Review: ordered boneless wings and water only. No crowd. 35 minute wait for the wings and they were boned wings! Reordered and got correct wings in less than 5 minutes! Water tases horrible with heavy chemical taste. Was still hungry so ordered small fries. Came lukewarm. Very disappointing dinner.

So my wife and I ordered 30 wings and needless to say, I know why I don't eat there. The wings were hard and dried and wayyyyy too much sauce on them. We had to throw them away they were so dry. I was offered a $10 credit ( really?) but declined it. Make sure you look at your order before you leave the place. Went to the website as you directed but no such link

I have to say today I was so disappointed with our dine in visit. 1st I asked a waitress if she could clean a booth we could sit in and she rolled her eyes and just went to grab a rag to clean it. We were a family of 5 and the only thing they had open was the bar area so we couldn't sit on the high top tables because of the baby. 2nd we ordered the cheese and chips. Cheese was cold like it had been sitting there. Fries tasted like they were just redipped in the oil because they had that oil taste to them. 3rd......we went as a family expecting to all eat at the same time but we didn't. I got my order of 6 wings 1st ....13 mins later my husband got his burger and I had already finished my wings and sat there for another 10mins by the time the kids food came.... which we had to take to go because clearly we were upset . My husband was so upset he didn't even eat he just sent the burger back. No manager ever came to check what the issue was even when we addressed it with the gentleman that brought the burger.....he said sometimes everything comes out at different times and okay that's understandable BUT we all had wings, except for the burger and the tables to the side of us all got their food at the same time....and they all had wings as well. Anddddd we were there before they even opened up that area and sat down. The waitress just seemed to have attitude....u can tell by her whole demeanor from the start. It will be a while before we even go back there. Mind u it wasn't even busy....no reason why any of the food should have been cold.

I love to enjoy wings and drinks after work as much as the next joe, but Buffalo Wild wings takes the fun out of enjoying yourself with long wait times for seating, service, and making mistakes on food. My biggest issue when getting boneless wings is sometimes you'll be served clumps of sauced up breading with little to no chicken in it. Being served bite-sized "wings" after close to an hour wait is just not good enough for me. This place is often packed with sports lovers so don't get shocked to see the place full, they're not there for the food 😐 with that, parking is also almost always a pain..

Well the last few times food was no good wings were over fried and warm and fries were hot, so obviously they cooked different time , it always smells like throw up, im guessing because of the carpet, but service has really gone down a lot .

I have gone other times and excellent service.last nights was not so good..the person taking our table of 20.invites .was frequently stopping at a table next to us .squating down and talking to his friends..late in bringing us our sides..other than that food was great.

Went to see in the bar area and almost every table was still dirty. Decided to sit at an empty table by the wall and took quite some time for the barkeep to come up to us. She had very unpleasant attitude. No greeting. No welcoming vibe. As if she didn’t want to be there. Ordered a beer and she went back behind the bar and continued to mess with glass ware for 5 minutes before she decided to get the beer. At that point we just decided to leave. Why not get the beer and serve it before going back to messing with the glassware and making customers wait. It wasn’t busy at all and we tip well. This place has always been a hit and miss with the service thank god there’s buffalo rings and wings in Harlingen now

Worst one ive been to so far waitstaff was walking around asking if you meed anything but not bringing it by for awhile and got food randomly not all at once since the first plate to the last plate of food was 20 minutes and the last thing was a kids Mac and cheese with fries like its not that hard to make it and there was a family there that let there kids run around while they were making out at the table half the time. Also bathrooms smelled bad and where super dirty wouldn't recommend going to this one.

Decided to stop by Sat night with my family to enjoy a good meal, but to our surprise, this wasn't the case. We were excited to see the parking lot with a few vehicles, so we thought we were going to have a great meal and good service. Unfortunately, not the case this time. We noticed it was cold in the restaurant which we didn't mind. Went back to our vehicle for a sweater. We sat ourselves and chose the table section between the bar area and the booths. My husband wiped my chair because it was wet, and I didn't think anything of it. We sat down. Within a couple of minutes, before a waiter could attend to us, we were getting dripped on by water. So we just moved tables, no big deal. At the new table, we looked up, and that's when we saw all the gross black mold on the ac duct system. Ordered, received our food, and it was a bit cold but ate anyway. My guess is the ac is too low, which is why our food wasn't hot when it arrived at the table. Our waiter was lost most of the time and waived him down when we needed refills. Not the most attentive experience even though it was not busy. Someone should really look into getting that mold removed. We rarely call attention to any bad experience we have because in this case nothing could be done to fix any of the issues. The temperature wasn't going to be addressed which caused cold food, the roaming waiter wasn't going to be more attentive, the mold wasn't going to be addressed so we just paid and left.

Service was appalling. Order came was not what was asked for and looked like some of it came off someone else's plate. Sent it back but was not asked if they could get me something else. Took 20 min for a manager to come over. Told her this but all she said was sorry. Will not be returning. Place also smelled pick sewer. Very disappointed.

Service in this location has always been a problem. In peek days especially holidays like valentines I’ve noticed this location in particular will either silence the phones and all calls go unanswered the entire day. I’ve experienced this issues on one too many occasions for it to be a coincidence. BWW Headquarters seriously needs to look into who has been poorly managing this location. My suggestion to future unfortunate customers is to go to any other location but this one.

Please save yourself the trouble of trying this place out. Horrible reflection on BWW Food was bashed by an overwhelming amount of oil and had a bland taste overall. I got UberEats to avoid going to pick it up after a crappy and tired day, and they sent an incomplete order. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I’ve order for take out and have had to check my food and make sure all items are there and I’ve had to return to get sides or dressings EVERY.TIME. Just wish they payed more attention to their orders as it is not as packed for them to not pay attention to orders.

Ordered online around 11:17pm email told me my food would be ready by 11:40pm, went to the restaurant and they told me it was going to be another 20 min wait. When I asked why the girl stated “it’s because we got really busy” when I stated “so your priority is the customers walking than the orders placed online” all she did was giggle and said “oh no, but I’m so sorry about that”. Please get better management/staff.

Our drinks too forever and then food came out one at a time... So we were all eating separately... Had to get up and walk to counter to get the rest of our order ourselves! Got there at night, hours way before closing no staff came to take our order, when they finally came server wasn’t nice and rushed us into ordering, food took long and server didn’t even bring out the order correctly, didn’t bring any napkins at all but the table in front of us did get good service and she even checked on them but not on us, and then tried to charge us for what we originally order but didn’t get. Atleast wings were good, but not going back.

Owner needs to reconsider who they have as management of this BWW, has only one bartender working on drinks for the entire restaurant, which was packed for tonight’s cowboy game. Not once did management step in to help with drink orders, almost every table in the bar area was sitting with empty glasses. Wings came out cold, like they had been sitting for a while. Restrooms were horrible, and completely unacceptable. How can you be so unprepared to serve customers?

Was there to watch football yesterday. TV's were great. The service wasn't there. Ordered 6 different items and all came out at different times and food was warm at best. The fried chicken sand was good, the wings, queso and fries would have been great if served hot. The drinks even took a long time to get and then 2 were made wrong. After we finished I had to clear the table, all glasses, trays, silverwear and trash. Nothing picked up when finished. Unsatisfied and looking for a new destination.

Wings were hard and cold and it was 9:50pm when arrived, we got asked to move to another table because dine in floor was closing 🙄 but the ones at another table were able to stay, at 10:58 still at there, people were receiving food at the tables so then what happened to my wingssss? We bought 40+ cold n hard wings plus cold fries with ugly cheese for 5 people, thanks buffalo!

We were at the bar side at 12pm for lunch and it's 1245pm and we still haven't gotten our food. The bartender ignored us to take our order. This customerr service is by far the worst!

Truly awful experience. Placed a mid-sized order for 10:30pm pickup an hour in advance. Arrived at 10:30 and was told it would just be a few minutes, no problem. Did not receive our order until 11:15 after waiting 45 minutes. There were only a handful of tables filled so it wasn't overly busy. At least the order will be fresh and hot, right? Wrong. Everything from the fries to the tenders to the wings were cold to lukewarm at best, and the to-go boxes themselves were crusted in sauce. The 2 fountain sodas we ordered ended up being 20oz bottles of different sodas. Just an unmitigated disaster. Also, the front counter was a mess with trash strewn across it. If I could've given a 0-star review I absolutely would have.

It was not busy enough in this restaurant for the lack of service. It’s disappointing to sit somewhere for 20 minutes without being greeted but making eye contact with each employee in the area. This particular location has a poor reputation for ignoring you if you sit alone at a table. And both servers watched me get up and walk out. Definitely a wasted trip out of my way to go to a different location. Stick to Weslaco, they like their customers.

Updated 3-17-24: I have been back to this establishment twice since. The first time I was completely ignored so I left....you always at least acknowledge your tables and get them a menu and drink if you can. The most recent time I came in, the place was not busy, but it took a act of God for a server to come by. She left me with no drink mid meal even though she kept passing by. Then forced me to check myself out. The person behind me she cashed out though. Not sure what happened here. But, this is not a place to get good service for sure. This is one of the cleanest and well made dining rooms I have ever been in. Sweet tea was on point. Chicken was cooked very well and sauced perfectly. Will definitely be back. Very pleased with this experience.

Service sucks. Workers go out of their way to not make eye contact with anyone in the front. No time of when food is being done. Getting take out is like near impossible I gotta stand there for 20 min until someone decides show up to the front. Never coming here again.

The food was cold took 20 minutes to order, get our drinks, and to get our food. It was hot in there compared to how it normally is it just wasn't as good as it was before.

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite restaurants. I went one time to the Harlingen Texas location, and I will not go back to that Buffalo Wild Wings location again. It was the most run-down Buffalo Wild Wings on the inside that I've ever seen, just completely outdated. The management service was absolutely terrible. The FOH manager that worked the night that I was there definitely needs to be put into a service position if he's even capable of being decent to a customer in that position... Inspire Brands and more importantly Roark Capital will definitely be getting a letter for me about this restaurant. It's definitely a bad location to allow use of their brand name. SMH 🙄

HORRIBLE! They brought out 2 meals at a time. Two of my kids were watching the other two eat. They did not ask us AT ALL if we wanted refills. We were there for two hours. I did not receive my complete order. By the time I got my last two meals I just asked for boxes to go. Never ever again!!

I have had good experiences with this place previously. We sat for 10 minutes waitresses were walking around. Other customers came in and were served first. The guy we got take two other party orders. Our drink s were brought after other two parties, after pointing out there is an order they should keep. Not coming here again!!

I never leave a bad review, but this is an exception, sat down for almost 30 minutes without a single acknowledgement, just to get to told that where we sat was going to close. I know they saw us, could've said something as soon as we got there. We just chose to leave at that point.

Spoke with manager Letty and she said the charges would not go through. We left. Woke up this morning and the charges went through. Never got food. Going to have to fix this now. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever.

Update: Manager Yajaira told me that the charge would not go through on my card but today it did. Why do I have to pay for goods I did not receive? Charge $74.75 for NOTHING. CALLING RESTAURANT BACK FOR ACTUAL REFUND! Every table was completely filthy. Sat down and waited for server then decided to order from QR code on table because we thought maybe that’s what we were supposed to do then we’d get a server. Waited 30 minutes after ordering and paying and I went to the front and was told no one had ever ordered from the QR code before and asked who our server was. We never had a server! Was told a 20 minute longer wait and ended up having to get my tables drinks myself. After another 40 minutes only one meal came out. Waited another 20 minutes then we had to cancel the whole order. Not once did a server come greet us. The kitchen was full of plates waiting to go out to tables! This place is a freaking mess! Never returning to Buffalo Wild Wings again

I am torn writing this because the food was absolutely delicious—definitely 5-star quality—but the experience at this location was incredibly disappointing. I have to add to my review from 5 years ago the following: The Service: Upon entering, we saw several dirty tables filled with leftover dishes. We eventually found a "clean" table, but then sat for 30 minutes without anyone bringing menus or taking a drink order. I actually had to send my son to the bar just to grab menus so we could see our options. Throughout the meal, our waitress never checked on us once. It got to the point where my son had to get up with our empty cups and find someone else to ask for refills. The Facility: The cleanliness was unacceptable. The restrooms were in a terrible state: One stall was smeared with feces. Another was covered in urine. The odor was overpowering. We love the food, but the lack of management and basic sanitation at this specific location means we won’t be coming back. We’d rather drive the extra distance to another location than deal with this again.

Walked in and tables were filthy while workers were talking, worker promised to clean up, never came back. Gave me the toes of a chicken, my friend a bone covered in skin and counted it as a wing, and gave my other friend 9/10 wings. They offered deals that lasted only minutes and the waiter said we are paying full anyway. Finally Walked into the restroom and saw a urinal missing, ended up peeing myself.

I’ve been here multiple times with friends and family I always try to give it another try and it always taste the same. The wings are always dry and have no flavor. And the ranch is so gross I hate it so much.

Told us to sit down in whatever table, but all were full and messy. Didn’t get a server assigned we had to call one. Took super long to even serve a drink. 20 min wait for the drinks and about 40 mins for cold wings.

I love b-dubs but wow this place had nowhere to sit, almost every table was dirty. We came in waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged, when we finally were we got to order our drinks a tall beer and 2 soft drinks... had to wait another 15 minutes for one tall beer but the soft drinks nor the waiter ever came back. Waited a total of 20 more minutes when we had enough and they still made us pay for our drinks? No sorry no nothing? Maybe say the drinks were on the house? 0/10 would not recommend dine in

Very disappointmented with my online pickup experience today. I placed an order online specifically to save time and arrived promptly at 6 PM for my scheduled pickup. I was surprised to find that people who had just walked in and placed their orders were given their food before me. I ended up waiting an extra 40 minutes for my order. This process is frustrating and makes online ordering pointless if it's not a more efficient option than simply walking in and ordering.

Our server was great, very attentive and respectful. No problems with service. The food however, d i s g u s t e d. I am a simple person with simple taste buds, and love boneless wings. However, your boneless wings were over fried, over breaded and overly salty. And that’s because I ordered plain with sauce on the side. I always go to Wing Barn, because there boneless are lightly breaded, well portioned and juicy. If a wing place boneless wings are terrible, I wouldn’t bother with anything else. I didn’t make a big deal at the restaurant because the server was great. Drank my water, paid, tipped and left.

Order on app bogo , never going back way to salty !! We try to eat it just to not waist the$$ I was craving wings I’ll have to find a good place for wings

Service is good, thank you ladies and Ruben. Soda area needs a deep cleaning. O2 sensor won’t stop beeping manager yahida is nowhere insight, hair battered into my the batter and yahida didn’t come out to address the situation. Saw you when walking out yahida and not one word from you. Buffalo wild wings do better and make MIKE the GM!!!

It took 1hr to get a lemonade and 2 beers and the beers was actually super warm... our food was very cold (it probably sat for a while before they brought it to our table) and we tried to talk to someone about the drinks and we were treated with bad attitude... I have had bad times there before but after last night I wont go back... very unfortunate

For sure hardly any sauce in my wings, they were kinda cold no refill on are drinks they took long to take are order or even to come and check on us if we needed something. Never again for being a pricy place not worth coming back. I’ll stick to a fast food restaurant, very disappointed ☹️

This place is beyond cold they need to have someone from management come and inspect this place please. And the plates they serve the food in are cold as well

Ik it may be a lot of pressure but also waitress need to learn to relax and practice awareness to create better services

The female at the counter was texting on her phone whn I came in to pick up my order. Her entire back was to me. Please hire professional staff. The mac n cheese in my order was old. You’ll find a photo attached. The double cheeseburger was good.

At 7:22 pm on 1/6/26 Had a very disappointing experience mostly because of our server Meddy. Started out the night by not greeting the table or telling my 2 friends and I her name, had an attitude when she would approach our table. Took a long time to get our order. Mind you, it was not busy, she had no more than 3 tables at the time we sat down, one of the, already closing their tab behind us. She made sure to greet the bar who already had their own bartender taking care of them and was more interested in taking shots with her guests than doing her job. My 2 friends and myself ordered our food all at the same time, and mine didn’t come out for another 10 minutes . When she saw how disturbed it made us, she transferred our table to someone else knowing we already were having a terrible experience. Never were we told we were transferred until getting the bill and finding someone else’s name as a server on our ticket. I had to go to the bar and find out what was her name due to no communication from the staff whatsoever. Thanks again for this horrible experience Meddy. Table:215

We have been going to BWW for years it has it's ups and downs but I just want to say the manager today 12/11/25 evening shift needs a different job we were charged a drink we definitely did not order and she refused to take it off our bill wow $3.99 we never got our cheese cake orders were taking forever our waiter was good but there's only so much they can do when not enough staff scheduled which falls on management! We will not be going back for a loooong time hopefully maybe things will change!

Save yourself the time and money and just go to the Chilli’s down the street. Service was honestly horrible; our waiter Cielo, bless her soul it may have been her first day, was extremely lost and took forever to get us our ranches and the highly praised blazer sauce. She also took ages to come to our table and bring us our menus, not to mention the fact that she was extremely chopped. By the way, the blazer sauce was honestly horrible, so horrible in fact that we are on the way to get ice cream to erase that horrible “flavor” from our mouths. There was also a dying baby behind us apparently.

This place has gone down hill since they the change was done where we sit ourselvea. It's seems the waitresses are lost or don't know what they are doing because it takes at least 20 min for someone to take your order. Then about an hour to get your food when it's busy. For us today was the last straw after coming here for years we will not be returning. The wings have become disgusting lately, they are hard and small. Fried pickles are also not good anymore today it was just so cold in the restaurant today are food got cold quick. Pic is of our very hard, cold, small wings 🤮

Waited 15 minutes for drinks to be served and an hour for food to be served on top of that wings and fries where super cold & wings where all dried with a little bit of sauce told the manager about the situation and said she can put it in the microwave for us to heat it up. Plus it was slow for them to be serving cold food and taking forever it’s ridiculous First and last time never again.

Waited 20 minutes to be greeted and the restaurant was pretty much empty, just about 90% of the tables were dirty and full of dishes. Server had a poor attitude and seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. Food was just gross and when I asked to talk to a manager it took her 20 minutes to come by. No apology no nothing. Bad service, bad food, dirty restaurant and the carpet is gross

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings today but I left after seeing multiple tables with dirty used dishes. The restaurant's a/c is not working because its not cool - it felt warm. The restaurant needs a major makeover; the carpet is worn out, the place looks like a cheap gritty bar . When I walked in, not a single employee greeted our group. We walked toward the bar, hoping it was cooler than the dining area but it was the same ( dirty tables , uncleaned floors, dishes had not been picked up ) DO NOT RECOMMEND. Sorry @BWW- just being honest

Very disappointed with our recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Harlingen, TX. We were told to sit in the bar area, even though the place wasn’t busy most of the tables were dirty and left uncleaned. After our order was taken and drinks were served, we waited over an hour with no food, no refills, and not a single check-in from any staff. Meanwhile, new customers were coming in and having to clean their own tables just to sit down. There were plenty of employees around, but few seemed to be doing their job. I even saw the manager in the back laughing and chatting with the kitchen staff. That might explain why the food was taking so long. After waiting over an hour, we decided to leave. I asked to speak to the manager , he didn’t come out until I asked again. When I explained the situation, his only response was: “Um, wow… you’ve been waiting an hour and no food? Where were you sitting?” No apology, no accountability, no effort to make things right. Completely unprofessional. This location has really gone downhill. I wouldn’t recommend it.

When I arrived it took someone 20min to come and acknowledge us and thats just because I got up and advised them I had been waiting for a server for 20min and all I was told that she would go look for someone once she was done with her tickets. Food was burned and hard, waiter was rude there was a fly in my drink. I requested for food to be changed and all i was given was a stare like nothing was wrong with my food.

Good day, folks. A few would read long reviews on an establishment, I will keep it short in hopes ALL would read my review in full. The review is not on their food, but the actions of this place. My wife and I are in south padre island visiting and relaxing. Love football, Sunday afternoon, wanted to see LA Chargers play Steelers. Decided on Buffalo Wild Wings (Harlingen, TX). Arrived early before the start of the game, with only a FEW customers. I asked the barkeep if possable to have the TV that we were facing be place on the Chargers and Steelers game, she said yes. Great much appreciated! My wife and I ordered drinks as we await the start of the game. Here's my issue. The game started, now they were unable to show the game. After talking the the barkeeper, she said "we are having issues connecting to Spectrum". Being patience we started to watch the game on my wife cell phone until they reticifed it. We ended up leaving at half time, with no luck watching and enjoying it there. The entire establishment with over 20+ television sets, that promotes football on it's commercials were unable to show the game. Here that funny part, as you look at my pictures they have Direct TV. My gut tells me I have been discriminated because of the sports team I am supporting. So out of towners, be aware of this Buffalo Wild Wings location in Harlingen, TX. Do not wear your team colors or else they my spit on your food before bring it to your table if your not one of them. Joke is on me this time, ever again.
