five starts because overall I usually don’t have but... this time I had too many. Alright so this Monday Morning I went in hoping for a good sandwich but it would end up being a complete disaster. First of all it smelt like a pack of cigarettes when I walked in. I ordered my usual and when I got to the car I bit into my sandwich long blond hair that smelt kinda funny tbh.. Anyways i won’t be eating subway at this subway for a while.

Staff was very friendly , even when it was close to closing time . This place is very clean . The employees are very fast at preparing sandwiches . The sandwiches are always toasted very well. The wraps are also very good , they're jammed pack with flavor . He manager says hi to the customers sometimes . He makes the customer feel welcomed ! Awesome !

I've eaten at this Subway fairly often, and never really had a problem with this location. I know what I want usually, so I order quickly. The employees are usually quick enough to keep up with me, without the need for repeating. Everything was kept relatively clean, considering the proximity to the Hauppauge Industrial Park and the traffic it gets during lunch. The only complaint I have for this location is the average price of the food is higher than other Subways, on average 25 to 50 cents more. For example, the Steak & Cheese footlong costs $7.50, as opposed to $7.00 at some of the other Subways I've visited locally. If the price isn't a big issue for you, this isn't a bad location to stop for a quick bite.

I've decided to ditch the Subway app. I don't find this app to be of any great convenience and it's too time consuming to get them to work properly. I'm hoping I can get a gift card that I can use for points purposes. Besides the app, I think Jersey Mike's is stiff competition for Subway as far as portion size goes and the amount of meat/cheese on sandwiches. There are some Subways that will not accept coupons like the one in Central Islip on Carleton Ave. I walk out and won't patronize that location. Otherwise, the Subway experience is good.

This subway is run by a two high school kids who don't know what they're doing. I don't know what's going on but there should be someone who's reliable behind the counter. It took them more than 30 minutes to make a few sandwiches. Anyways, the service could be more expedient.Do better Subway.

IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD CERTAINLY DO IT But I went in today for my lunch and the gentleman making my sandwich instead of changing his gloves after dealing with the register he instead used those same disgusting gloves on not just mine but other customers sandwiches to me that’s totally unacceptable and it’s disgusting on top of that I watched him as he scrapped something off the top of the oven and falls on my sandwich what if I was allergic to bacon ? But instead of taking it off or asking if I wanted a new sandwich he left it there because he thought no one saw him then he goes outside with the same gloves on and comes back in and continues to go about his day like if that ain’t unsanitary and completely disgusting to me it seems like they don’t care one bit if their place is sanitary or not

Horrible service I had a subway coupon they told me every other store accepts it but this location due to the manager. I will recommend nobody to visit this store . I am disappointed in this traumatic experience.

1/21/2022 around 6:40PM. Two employees are preparing sandwiches. I notice one employees is walking around in the lobby, then he would hop on the line to make sandwiches, & he’s in PAJAMAS SAGGING AND HE HAS NO SHOES ON , how gross! Then the other guy while he is checking me out took $70 stuffed in a sandwich bag and then under the counter. Not sure if he was stealing but his demeanor appeared so. Maybe something to look into. Not a good experience Subway.

I only leave two kinds of reviews. 5 star and 1 star. 1 stars are reserved for exceptionally special occasions. Subways gonna be petty so I am too…. After spending 15 dollars on a sandwich and a couple cookies, i decided i would like some tap water from their drink fountain. I asked for a cup for the water. They told me we dont have any clear cups. As there are stacks of cups right behind them. I said just give me a small one of those. Nope. They wouldnt do it. I guess thats for people who spend 17 dollars. Shoulda walked out without paying and left the sandwich but whatever. Didnt deserve my sale.

After calling out the owner or manager (who was sitting on his phone btw) he tried to argue with us saying he doesn’t honor deals at the store. After bickering he relented and gave us the deal.

Food is good but Very poor service personnel. They deserve no Tip at all rude argumentative as if they are the one paying for it.

If I can mark negative 5 stars, I will give them. By the way, I never saw their stuff wash hands after using bathroom.

This rep persisted that “I have to have it toasted”. Then persisted to speak her own frustration under her breathe but loud enough for me to hear. Horrible example of service. The manager explained why it had to be toasted and I was ok with that. Once I said I didn’t want the meat toasted that’s when the rep began to share her views under her breathe. Normally I have a wonderful experience with this specific location. It could be an off day for that rep, but dealing with the public one should carry a smile at all times.
