Really tasty food and excellent value for the price. The atmosphere is relaxed and warm. Most of the guests seem to be on a first-name basis with the staff, which really adds to the friendly, community feel. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend Cougar Burgers to anyone looking for a great meal at a fair price.

I work remotely so I would come here and work in the morning for a few hours. There is no power source to have your computer charged that I know of. - I would come with your computer fully charged. Other than that, it’s not noisy here, however after 2pm it can be from the high school kids when they’re out. Food is great and service is awesome.

Love going there. Our favorite is the steak and eggs and breakfast burrito. The best breakfast burrito I have eaten. The steak and eggs, they use ribeyes. Price is very reasonable and the people who works there are very nice and courteous.

Great customer service. I ordered a fish basket with fries. Not what I expected. It was frozen breaded fish from a box. Maybe should have gotten a burger instead. The soda was also off. I don't recommend this place for seafood.

The young man that worked behind the counter on 11/5/25 at 4:46pm , was extremely rude. Refused to serve me,I've been coming here for years, this attitude is extremely disrespectful. I sincerely hope you as owner can rectify this situation. Note: it wasn't the son of the owner, he's very respectful.

On my last visit, I was grossly overcharged: $18 for a cheeseburger and a hamburger. I didn’t notice until I was halfway home, so I turned around and went back to the store. The main guy there was genuinely apologetic and gave me a cash refund, which I appreciated. However, the employee who took my order and overcharged me just stood there silently, smirking a little — no apology, no explanation. I’ve always loved the food and had good experiences with most of the staff, but that moment ruined it for me. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
