I ordered the nacho fries, and my fries were cold. The nacho fries were seasoned well, and the nacho cheese was good. I wouldn't recommend because it's not convenient. If you aren't near a microwave after getting your food here, you have to eat cold food. That's extremely inconsiderate, especially for those of us who want something to consume right away in the mix of our busy day.

Ordered the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito. Instead of the hot fritos ("fiesta strips") they crunched up a hard taco and put it in there. This is the blandest burrito ever.

Dude working drive thru doesn't pay attention to orders and rushes you. Crazy part about my order was he asked me what kind of drink I wanted! Proceed to the window gives my food. Never gives me my drink and other items i ordered then tells me to go back around in line.

I ordered two tacos it took 1 hour to receive it. I keep.asking is my ordered ready it was a horrible experience

Although the food here was very good, I had a bad experience here. I believe the workers here are racist. I was sitting down with my family eating, these 4 little black kids came in looks like they just got out of school with there backpacks. The oldest looked about 10 years old youngest look to be about 7 years old. Anyways they came in and asked if they can please have a cup of water. The workers told them no we don't give out water here and then was being very rude to them. One customer bought them some drinks and then after he got the cups gave them to the little kids. While the little kids were still there I got up and asked for some water for my girls and the workers gave me water with no problem.

Came here for MY LUNCH BREAK 2:00am Dec 16, 2025. She DIDN’T take my DRIVE-Thru ORDER because I had EBT which they DO ACCEPT. Make sure check order they'll charge you but don't give you what you pay for.

I visited the Taco Bell on West Jackson in Hayward, CA today and was appalled by the condition of the restroom. The bathroom stall had dirty toilet paper scattered all over the floor, and even worse, we saw used sanitary pads with blood on them along with bloody toilet paper. This is not only unsanitary but also a major health concern. I asked two different employees if the restroom could be cleaned and also requested to speak with the manager. I was told the manager was not available. Despite informing multiple staff members, nothing was addressed during my visit. The overall atmosphere felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the lack of urgency from staff made the situation even more disappointing. Management needs to take immediate action to ensure restrooms are cleaned frequently and that customer concerns are taken seriously.

They will get your order wrong EVERY TIME and try to charge you extra when you tell them to make it again. Make sure you always check your order! I just found out they gave me a zero sugar Baja Blast and I wanted regular. These people are dumb here! Terrible! I will not be coming back!

I tried to call to dispute a payment that went through and as I was talking the lady who works the 11pm shift hangs up on me, like what the hell you guys tryna get over on people and they money and don’t have no respect for callers!!!! I keep calling and she still don’t answer June 28th 11:37pm

18 minutes to make a $7 mobile order and get 2 of the items wrong. Asked for a remake. Received the same food in a new bag with a side of the missing ingredients. Some assembly required. Not what I paid for.

I never eat at Taco Bell but I decided to take a risk today- highly dissappointed! Ordered a chicken cantina bowl for $10. The bowl was a little bigger than my hand. Only 2% of my bowl had chicken. 2%! They literally put a small tablespoon of chicken in my meal. The rest of it was rice and lettuce. The meal was so disappointing. Not worth $10. Will never spend my hard earned money at any taco bell ever again.

I placed my order online at around 5:20 pm and showed up at the Jackson location around 5:35 since there was traffic. Upon showing up we asked for the order and they told us they were still working on it and it would be right up and they would call the order as soon as it was ready. We remained in the lobby for about 15-20 minutes and we ask for the order again. It turns out the order was just sitting there, getting cold and no one called the order. Meanwhile the employees were happily chatting away. “Screw the customers” is their motto. And the kick was the employees acted like we were disrespectful because we called them out on their lack of professionalism. I called the 800 customer service but they were closed, according to the recording. Awful experience all around. While Taco Bell isn’t our first choice when it comes to food as there is plenty of authentic Mexican food around here, we do get it once in a while. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this particular store.

Omg. Can you see the re re rewarmed shell, glob of meat, and 3 pieces of lettuce and cheese mix? This is the nastiest soft taco ever. This location does not make their food up to even low standards, let alone to bare the brand of Taco Bell. Get it together.
