Great food and great value. Our server Samantha was incredibly attentive with bringing things out and keeping our drinks topped up. Highly recommended
My kids love to eat on here. It's a good place to have some relaxing time and have your kids eating carbs.🤪
David was super accommodating and treated us super well! Really appreciate him and the chicken and gnocchi soup is good as always
Last night I went to have dinner with my family it was great the food is really good the atmosphere was great it was full put no wait my server was Monica she was very helpful and kind everybody on the table liked her service Thank you Monica looking up to having you as a server again 😁
This has to be the best experience I’ve had at a chain restaurant. We came to celebrate my husbands birthday. Andrew our server made the experience amazing, he was very attentive, helpful in assisting with our selections, and just a positive welcoming experience. The food had so much flavor and cooked to perfection. I’m happy we chose to come to this Olive Garden on this occasion. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Andrew! If you like sweet wine, try the Primo Amore Moscato, mmm!. Chicken/shrimp carbonara with marinara sauce was amazing. Dessert needs to include the strawberry cream cake. You won’t regret it!
Makayla was awesome my fiance and I don’t eat out often and we’ve only been in the area since March but each time we eat out we find that a lot of places lack in certain areas. BUT we stopped at Olive Garden on a Saturday and we were left very full and happy. We were seated fast and received very attentive and friendly service. Not once did Makayla make us feel forgotten or unimportant. She was so fast and even when we had to wait for drinks she still made a point to acknowledge us and make us feel seen. Overall 10/10, Makayla if you see this thank you for such a refreshing restaurant experience, we’ll definitely be back (:
This is one of my favorite restaurants. This specific location is the best. I always get great customer service and the food is always served pleasantly. I have to say I have a favorite server at the bar that I've been serviced by for a few years that I love because she remembers my order no matter how long I stay away...... But there's a new woman on the block whose name is Marquetia she's very pleasant and professional and hospitable. who makes me want to come only when she can be my server. Go dine and have a good time.
Our family go to place. We love the food and great service for reasonable price
We had an amazing experience at the restaurant, thanks to Veronica’s exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her recommendations were spot on, and her warm personality made us feel truly valued. Veronica made our night unforgettable, we’ll definitely be back because of her!
Great food. Friendly but slow service.
I always love going to Olive Gardens. Staff were super friendly. Our server was attentive. Food was great. I had the chicken and gnocchi soup. First time eating that. A lot of tender chicken pieces. The shrimp Alfredo pasta with broccoli. So much food I couldn't eat it all. Shared the spinach and artichoke dip. Loved it! Cheers to the chefs. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
This service is absolutely wonderful, the food is really good and fresh and the complete dining experience was awesome. There were a lot of people waiting in queue to get served however since this is a bigger restaurant delete I was very minimal and we went during the busy hour. Our waitress really what's a tentative to our table noticing if our drinks were low she brought refills or asked. The other staff for also friendly as well. I think I would definitely be back but with the amount of food they give you maybe I'll be back after a month-long food coma. Good place to dine in can't go wrong.
I ordered the make-your-own-pasta bowl with fettuccine and marinara sauce. The breadsticks were amazing and the pasta was pretty good. Our waitress was really nice and we got our soups in about 3 minutes. Even though they didn’t have fettuccine on their make-your-own-pasta bowl, she made sure I got it free of charge. The main course came about 5 minutes later. Overall it was a nice experience.
They’re usually busy on the weekends. Wait line is long but the food is really good especially their Carbonara and breadsticks. Great for family dinner.
Convenient location with a reasonable parking lot. The staff was quick and kind and the meal was exactly as ordered and we were given extra Andes mints for a little treat! It was nice that a to go order was exactly as it would have been in the resteraunt. They hooked it up with extra salad and breadsticks too! Highly recommend checking this location out in the bay!
Seems our server wasn’t having a good day. We barely sat and she asked were we ready to order. Shortly later we ordered and my friend placed a to go order and asked for extra meat sauce with her lasagna order. The server brought the order to our table when my friend asked did she put the extra sauce in the bag, she told my friend she didn't say that. Long story short she was given some customer service advice and totally took it the wrong way even giving back her tip because she thought it was said she did not give good service. She eventually took the tip with a smirk on her face. A few words of advice ti our young adults there us a way to say or do anything and humility goes a long way. She simply could gave apologized, and took the advice instead showing that she was angry, or upset.
Quick, friendly service. Looks like it might have been a nightmare if you got there after 6pm. Lucky for us we got there right before and got seated nice and quick. Love olive garden
I was very surprised I didn't have to wait on a Sunday! We walked in and they sat down at a table of 4 immediately! ...the server was always ontop asking if everything was ok, he was very nice! I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara and it had alot of shrimp in it! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I also had the Moscato sangria and I loooved that it wasn't strong! Just perfect! 🙌🏽
Food was exquisite and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Our server Abraham went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this location!
Cheever was our waitress and she was a very good server. She brought my girls more chocolate milk without us asking first. Also I’m a very picky eater and I like the Alfredo sauce on almost everything I order at Olive Garden and depending on the location we go to some servers will not willingly change my orders by simply putting Alfredo sauce on the side which is why we don’t go to the Tracy Olive Garden anymore. Cecelia was more than willing to accommodate my special requests without turning rude like some servers do. I know what I like when I go to Olive Garden and it’s one of my favorite places to eat so I go in with high standards on my special requests and Cheever gets more than 5 stars for her awesome service thank you ceecee
Food Is Beyond this world hands down. especially! If you love some original Italian-Style pasta. I Remember as a kid my dad took me to this exact place for the first time. All i can remember was that car ride back home that night, thinking to myself "when are we coming back". The food was perfect then, as the food is perfect now. #ShrimpAlfredo #Salad #OliveGarden #Italian
Had an amazing experience here. Our server here Nataly was super sweet. She responded to every request promptly.
We had a large table with some of us coming late. Waitress was more than patient. Constantly checking our table to refill drinks, soup, salad, and bread sticks. Brought the containers for leftovers.
This place is almost always busy. People always seem ad though they are enjoying themselves. Friendly staff, wait time estimates are generally spot on or sooner than estimated. Good food, waitress was very nice and always asking if we needed anything else at the right times.
Every experience at Olive's Garden was really awesome. I tried to go there alone just to feel the place. The place itself is so classy, the ambiance, the lighting, the Italian touch at every corner, the music , the food, and especially the staff. This is the perfect place for a first date night, also a place for family to celebrate birthdays, celebrants have a taste of free desert and a chorus of staff singing happy birthday! The celebrant also got to experience the blowing of candles on the cake. This is a plus for this restaurant because the feeling of celebration ,togetherness, and family on a special day. The staff were really very friendly and I want to recognize that their staff are mostly bilingual. Fluent in both Spanish and English. That's a plus factor again. I want to commend the marketing staff to having this idea, they will not only cater to Engkish speaking guests but also. the Latino (who is a large percentage of population in California) who also wants to experience Italian Cuisine in Olive's Garden. Last time I was with a Columbian date, who barely speaks English butbI want him to eat what he reallyblike and have someone expalin the menu for him, and these skills of the server came in very handy. The food was perfect.I ordered the Spaghetti with meatballs. The pasta was cooked just right, " Al dente." The sauce was superb , the combination of the herb and spices created a sauce appealing to everyone who loves homecooked meals. The Meatballs complimented the sauce, making the meal your go-to meal. The price was affordable, and the portioning was generous. You can even share. The Raspberry Lemonade was refreshing. Overall, my experience was 👌 👏 👍 ......the Tuscany soup was delicious.
Love the ambience in olive garden. Its handicap friendly with ramps and parking. The bathrooms are very clean with he and she. Seating is ample but they do close out few seating sections and keep guests waiting. This also gives you time to head to their bar. Nice collection of wine and spirits. This is a true italian spirited resturant with American touch. They offer cheese ... a lotta cheese on everything. Their white wine collection is spot on!. Food is very ittalian and cooked to choice. Great place to celebrate anniversary or any other special occasions. Parking is never a problem. Its definitely a nice calm place to go eat.
Delicious as always! The soup and breadsticks are great, and the shrimp dishes were fresh and flavorful. Busy spot, but worth it!
Was craving soup and salad with my husband and MIL and decided to stop in for a Sunday lunch. Despite the restaurant getting busier as we ate, our server, Patricia was amazing. She was attentive and super sweet, not to mention her makeup was on point! We couldn’t stop raving about her being the best server we have had while dining out in a really long time. Thanks Patricia!
I am fully aware that the food here is quite unhealthy, which is why I’d prefer to avoid it if possible. However, I won’t lie - it’s so good! It’s insanely filling as well! Good stuff all around! Surprisingly good as well for vegetarians like myself, and there were enough eggless options that I didn’t feel terrible about anything.
First of all, wow. Monique was amazing. She gave us attentive service and was very active with the manager to accommodate my friend's allergy. Second, the food was delicious. The desserts were yummy and the pastas were excellent. Ask for Monique when you come here!
My jacket was placed in an empty chair, done type of oil got on it and the server didn't take responsibility for their unclean eating station so I asked for the manager. She offered to reimburse my dry cleaning.
Our server, Abraham, was amazing. Atmosphere was great! Food was good, breadsticks were the best!! No wait time, and the breadsticks were really good.
As usual the soup and breadsticks were excellent. I had the Shrimp Scampi and Mom had the Shrimp and Scallops Alfredo. I had to have them prepare my Scampi without the asparagus tips, be ause it made the food taste bitter. But, other than that, everything was excellent and the location in Hayward, CA was packed during the dinner time.
We came on a Monday night, so there was no wait for a table, which was really nice. Our server, Carlos, was the best — very friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The food was delicious as always! This is our kids’ favorite place to celebrate their birthdays because the staff always make it special. They bring out a dessert and sing Happy Birthday to the birthday person, which our kids absolutely love. Plus, you get to choose a free dessert for your birthday — such a nice touch! Overall, we had another great experience here and will definitely keep coming back for more celebrations.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming and are willing to accommodate to your needs if necessary. My brother has special needs and is in a wheelchair, so i can say from experience since we have been going to Olive Garden for many years now. There are very few handicap spots (3) compared to the to-go parking spots (~6). Sometimes there’s wait time ranging from over 30 minutes to little to no wait time. Food is really good especially for a night/day out, just not daily or very often considering the number of calories in most meals and how big they are (you can take some home, they provide boxes and a bag(s) and some mint chocolates afterwards). Other than that, I recommend Olive garden. During the busy hours it can get a bit loud with all the people and groups in the restaurant, it can be a little overwhelming for some at times. Overall, food is great, staff is friendly and welcoming, and environment is generally welcoming and nice to be in.
When I arrived on a Saturday afternoon I was immediately greeted, I was on a solo date so I was seated immediately. Dani was my server; she was very attentive & she had a pleasant demeanor which I truly appreciate. I asked for water lemon & straws & she had no problem bringing them all. I told her I needed more time to decide & that I had questions; - I asked about switching the rum to whiskey in a particular drink & she made note to ask the bartender - I asked about adding shrimp to my Steak Alfredo dish & she said no problem (I forgot to mention I wanted it well done & she forgot to ask as well) - when my salad & break came upon opening my napkin there was hair in the cloth napkin, when I mentioned it to Dani she apologized & brought me new silverware right away unfortunately her shift ended in the middle of me being there… however there were at least 3 to 4 other people that came to check in on me including a manager & I appreciated them all.. however 1 young lady that came is who I asked to grate more cheese.. thankfully I moved my cocktail because she had cheese all over the table in a sloppy way There was a bald head guy waiting the table next to mine.. he stood behind our area watching like a hawk.. it reminded of Joe from You (iykyk lol) I get being attentive but play it off, find something to do, talk to your other co-workers! It made me feel uncomfortable because he literally just stared in our direction for minutes on end I did finish all my salad & was met w/another one.. I love the endless option, staying true to this perk has made me a fan of Olive Garden since I was a teen, I hope you all never change that The electronic device took forever to load & then started the game at Round 8/10 instead of Round 1; by the time it started my salad & breadsticks had arrived & I never got to Play. I guess it was as glitching, the waitress kindly removed it since I didn’t get to use it I definitely recommend this hidden gem & I’m thankful they are still in business 🫶🏾✨
I was thoroughly impressed by the standout Grilled Chicken Margaritas. This dish was a pleasant surprise and truly elevated the dining experience. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and seasoned just right, blending harmoniously with the zesty margarita flavor. If you’re looking for a memorable dish, the Chicken Margaritas at Olive Garden Hayward is definitely worth trying.
Very good service. The waiters and the manager always asked if we needed anything. High quality food. For starters I recommend ordering the gnocchi soup and salad. The only thing I noticed was that in the Never Ending Pasta promotion the food was replaced in very little quantity. The desserts are not good, but the main dishes make up for it. But I'm satisfied with the restaurant. I would come back more often!
Wanted to thank Mina, our server, so much! She made me and our groups experience so much better dining in. Brought a friend with for the first time and they loved it! The food came out extremely quick but still had love put into them, yum! Dining area was so nice, we sat next to the window. Food was at a decent price for one person, but not completely cheap. Would 10/10 recommend going here with family or friends, great!
Placed a to go order and the website was easy to use. They also make it easy to customize your order. Pulled into the pickup spot about 25 min after ordering and had my food within about 10 minutes…
Always great portions, quick take out when i order to go, and great food. I usually order pasta or something else along with a dessert and drink. The breadsticks and salad are amazing.
Amazing restaurant with very tasty italian food. It is a great place to spend your birthday and any holiday. Good service and atmosphere:)
Our server Hannah was great. Zuppa Toscana soup is still good. Had to get a second bowl. Left with a fat tummy satisfied.

The food is tasty and well seasoned, the prices are good and I only don't give it 5 stars because the pasta isn't fresh (homemade).
Service and decor was good. We had the shrimp and chicken Alfredo it was good. The fried shrimp and dip appetizer was even better. A must try. I had the meatballs and spaghetti, the meatballs were plain. I like a well seasoned meatball.
The new dishes are great. Flavorful and filling.
Great place for me and my family. Good food and service.
the place looked great! a lovely african american lady helped us on the day oof my birthday it was felt very pleasant comforting, not sure if she still works their or not
Olive Garden in Hayward, CA is a great place to go for a casual and delicious Italian meal. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the service is friendly and efficient. I especially love their unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks! The restaurant is also very family-friendly, with a dedicated kids' menu and a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Olive Garden for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. You can visit them at Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, located at 24688 Hesperian Blvd, Hayward, CA 94545, USA. They are open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Thursday and Sunday, and from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. Would you like to know anything else about Olive Garden?
Food is usually pretty good quality. Only 4 stars because they dont have a happy hour... missed business opportunity there.
They were friendly and allowed us to sit at a booth. It was a little confusing when there were two servers because we didn't know who to ask for what and didn't want to be redundant or not get what we needed. Everyone was friendly. The food was good. I kind of wish the breadsticks had been served right away not with a salad later.
All the appetizers are really good. The shrimp as well. My wife had the spaghetti and meatballs and I had the seafood linguine. It was delicious
First time I go and I am satisfied with the food, the place and Viviana's attention. The good price in relation to the food, in addition to the salad, soup and bread that they give. I will return another time. I went at night and there were a lot of people, I had to wait 45 minutes. But it was worth it.
Pretty nice place, food is delicious and we didn't have to wait long for a table (party of 2). I just give it a 4 stars rating for 2 reasons: -Nobody told us that playing the games on the device on the table is not for Free, there's a charge of 2.99$ per game and worst part is that didn't even load. - Second reason, the location of bathrooms is kind of inconvenient because is right next to the entrance and you have to go through all the people waiting to be seated to get to the restroom. But in general did really enjoy it.
some olive gardens have a very loud setting but it was nice here and had good music. My waiter was okay she took a while to check up on us. The food was good but the take out food i ordered was cold and had to be microwaved. I think its a new thing they are doing but it was very oily and not as good if they cooked it and put the food in a box.
The place is great and it looks nice and it's always clean. Service is great but sometimes it takes like 10-20 minutes to get food but everything else is great. My biggest complaint is some of the pasta in my chicken Alfredo was a bit cold but not cold like it was room temperature but the chicken and the bread sticks are all good. 9/10 would recommend to people and food was good, service was great, and everything looked great.
My recent dining experience at Olive Garden was nothing short of delightful. The restaurant's warm and inviting ambiance, paired with attentive staff, set the stage for an enjoyable meal. Starting with the complimentary breadsticks and salad, the freshness of the ingredients was evident. The unlimited salad option, coupled with the savory garlic breadsticks, was a perfect prelude to the main course. The menu offered a diverse selection of Italian-inspired dishes, from classic pasta options to flavorful seafood and chicken entrees. Each dish was prepared with care. We took my mother here for the first time and she just loved it! The only issue was they ran out of the soup, we had to wait for a long time to get it. It was not even ready by the time we finished our dinner.

I hadn't been to Olive Garden in about 20 years, so it was a nostalgic experience. The food was mid, but better than I expected. Fettuccine Alfredo was too dry but everything else was just about what you would expect. The Zuppa Toscana was my favorite. Still a decent choice for a group dinner, they were able to handle our table of 13 and no one left hungry.
I ordered take-out for a company lunch - a total of 7 entrees. It's pretty standard not to leave a tip when getting take out, right? The worker came outside (beautiful day out, by the way) and left the food in my car. She then handed me a receipt and said "this is gratuity for walk-out car delivery service". Excuse me? Am I really getting swindled for a tip because the worker brought the food to my car? I sheepishly left $5, but I really wanted to leave $0. Of course - there was no option to opt out of "car delivery." I was perfectly capable of walking inside to retrieve the order, but there was simply no choice to do this when placing the order. Food was fine otherwise
The staff is very nice and welcoming. The food was okay not as good as it used to be. Also it seems like there's less items on the menu and way too many pasta dishes. The ice cream without the cherry was purchased yesterday at the same restaurant. I went back again with my family today, only because my husband really wanted to go but for the second day in a row the food still wasn't that great.
I had a drink so I was eating. Really wish they had salt on the table because Damn! We added cheese to everything the dip the main course. We shared the tour of Italy 🇮🇹. Yes that extra cheese was on point. I added the spinach dip to that DAF chicken fire 🔥. The salad will never let you down. I told my gf this is the last time unless they have a good happy hour. Our servers were cool , and yep I tipped big. That one and only drink 🍸 thank you bar tender...
The service was pretty good. We were checked up on mid-way through our meal and we asked multiple times for the more bread or soup and were given the food quickly. The main course, however, took a pretty long time to come out. The food on the other hand was pretty mediocre. All the appetizers (bread, soup, and salad) were all way too salty! I had to rub the bread sticks on my napkins to get rid of extra salt. I got the build your own pasta and had chicken spaghetti with 3 meat sauce. It was okay - nothing special or out of the ordinary.
The food was fantastic, but the manager Cori was really rude. I came in and she was yelling at everyone- the guests waiting and the hosts. When I first came in to put my name down, the hostesses were super nice and smiling, but when I came in later, to be seated, Cori was there and they all looked scared. She was yelling out names and was not smiling at all. It was not inviting in any way. Everyone was waiting nicely and patiently in the front waiting area, I don’t see why it was necessary to establish this kind of harsh uninviting ambiance when everyone is there to have a nice dinner?? I was extremely unimpressed. I really hope they change things- my friend and I almost left because of the way she was running things. Our server was amazing and the food was really nice but I am hesitant to come back if management continues to abuse guests and employees. It is sad to see a manager being so rude to the waiters, not a very pleasant thing to observe while trying to have a nice dinner.
it was my niece's birthday, and we had a reservation, but they won't see you until every member of your party has arrived (we had a party of 6), 2 of our party were running a little late, so the hostess cancelled our reservation and wouldn't even take our name until all of the members of our party were present. Once we were all there, (the hostess "couldn't help us"even after explaining our special event & our situation), and then it was approx. another hour wait time to be seated at a table, (even though we saw many empty tables). Additionally, while we were waiting, we witnessed them stating to people that, they don't take reservations. Service is on a walk in basis only! (WHAT?!). Anyway, the service was good, once we were seated. But no one came to sing happy birthday to my 11 year old niece. Then, my niece got to choose a complimentary dessert for her birthday, which my sister-in-law badly burned her finger on when she tried to eat some of it! Thank goodness we stopped my little niece in time! The evening was disappointing, to say the least. And at those prices, its needless to say, we'll probably never go back there again.
4 of us had different dishes no one like their dish. Barely any dressing on salad couldn't hardly taste any no bread sticks with salad they said they're in the oven. Never going back. 4 of us was $100 what a waste of $. Do not recommend
Had all you can eat soup and salad. The soup was not what it was the salad was ok. We had to ask for plates silverware and over all service sucked the server was uncaring and could care less. In and Out is better.
Went in, joined the wait list and was sat pretty quickly. Our server was quick to take our first orders and our drinks and soup/breadsticks were served fairly quick. After that our server sat a 10+ party and did not check in for over half an hour. Our entrees did not come out for over half an hour and they tasted as if they had been sitting at the pass for some time. We ordered another round of drinks on the tablet and did not receive them for another half an hour as we were eating our entree. The pasta Alfredo had no flavor while the fried chicken ziti was very good. We noticed the tables around us had very attentive servers. It is understandable that our server had a big party but management should have a better way of helping their servers so all of their tables are being taken care of in a timely manner.

We came in for fathers day and just bad service from the time we sat down....they ran out of salad. Didn't even bring us our drinks or bread...didnt enter our order until we seen the server (after our main server had already asked for what we wanted)...he took off and never came back...and the cream cake which was suppost to have strawberries didn't have 🍓 since they ran out or what ever they just ran out...why wouldn't they just order enough or let us know when we sat down...so we didn't have to waste time eating here instead of many other places near by...i wouldn't return here ever again...soup and salad all u can eat is not they...they don't even ask if we wanted more or just brang more after the fact...this place has very minimal type of foods and couldnt up keep the slightest orders they have...i know places are short handed but please stop taking in people if ur short handed period..
Tonight I met a friend for a quick dinner. we ordered an appetizer - delicious! I only wished I could say the same for the main entrée. I was served salmon that was cooked as though one would fry a hamburger. It was hard, smelled fishy and on the inside had an off coloring. This entrée comes w/broccoli - that was cold & more than obvious, had been setting out for sometime. Also, I ordered a cup of tea (she never brought - until I asked the front greeter why) and sparkling water which arrived with a lime wedge, when I attempted to squeeze the juice of the lime into the water, my lime wedge had already been squeezed on something else (?) I compared a lemon wedge (from another water glass) to the lime. The lime pulp vesicles (membrane) were dry and frayed like in appearance whereas the lemon vesicles were moist and juicy. We sent back the order and waited, and waited and waited for our check. Finally, we put coats on and walked to the front greeter asking for our check. While waiting there I personally observed that the telephone/internet orders were lined up one after the other. Which I believe these orders were given priority over ppl dining inside. I would not have let my dog eat what I was served, seriously! Also, I traveled from Solano county (1hr 24 min) to meet my friend for this big disappointment. This was hands down the worst OG dinning experience I've ever had in the the many years I've dined at one of their restaurants. BTW, the bread sticks tasted like (I would guess) what a "fake bread prop" would taste like. The texture was of very poor quality, almost, like a necessary ingredient was omitted(?). PLEASE SEE THE PHOTO OF MY ORDER! D I S G U S T I N G !!!
I’m not sure what happened this time, but obviously we were greeted with the group B staff. We ordered two simple things for take out. The chicken Alfredo with soup and one kids Alfredo with broccoli. The last time we got these items everything was perfect. This time the kids Alfredo had no sauce just butter. The broccoli had no garlic or butter. The breadsticks were hard and stale. The woman who brought it out to us was quick and rude. I know it sounds like I am being a “Karen”, but for $40 I would have expected the bare minimum. Disappointing.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant on June 26, 2025, around 9:30 PM. A friend arrived earlier with a group of 8 people and informed the staff that we would be arriving later with 6 more people, including 4 small children. They said they would hold a table next to theirs so we could all sit together for our gathering. However, when we arrived, they told us there was no space, even though the table next to them, which was supposed to be for us, was empty. I asked the server about it, and she said the table was given on a first-come, first-served basis, and she offered it to two men who had arrived a bit earlier, while telling us to sit on the couch and wait for another table far from our friends. We did not accept this and decided to leave. Later, we found out that the server went to our friends’ table and told them that we didn’t want the table and that she would give it to the other customers, which was not true, as we had asked to sit at that table that was supposedly being held for us. This was extremely uncomfortable and ruined what was supposed to be a family moment with friends. A restaurant should provide a welcoming environment, not treat customers this way. Unfortunately, I do not plan to return and do not recommend this place.
Service from everyone but the manger was good writing the bad review just based off the managers service it was that bad. will not be returning.
Regrettably, my recent experience at Olive Garden fell abysmally short of even the most lenient expectations. The service, if one could call it that, resembled a performance in slow motion, where staff members seemed to have mastered the art of disappearing acts, leaving customers stranded in a void of neglect. Upon finally receiving the long-awaited meal, the chicken parmigiana, which purportedly constitutes a highlight of their menu, proved to be an egregious offense to the very essence of Italian cuisine. A desiccated, rubbery slab of poultry adorned with a thin veneer of nondescript sauce, it more closely resembled a culinary tragedy than a dish to be savored. The taste, or lack thereof, was an insult to the palate, akin to chewing through a flavorless, overcooked tire. In summary, Olive Garden managed to not only shatter any semblance of service standards but also present a dish so far removed from its advertised glory that it redefined the boundaries of culinary disappointment. A fervent recommendation to seek sustenance elsewhere would be a grave understatement in light of this grievous gastronomic misadventure.
Me and my family waited incredibly long time to just even be served. Customer service here is a joke. Employees openly flitrting with each other while ignoring customers. They give you a time waiting period and go way past it. Take your money elsewhere.
I tried to do a pickup order here and I had to change almost half of the items as they didn't have them. I had to change my pasta sauce twice as they were out of either. They didn't even have the type of pasta I wanted. I had to reluctantly go with butter as the sauce and another pasta, since I didn't have anything else. I ordered chicken with it and paid something extra for the chicken. When I came home, I could see that all I got was some boiled pasta and some butter on it. The funny part is I paid 20$ for this. If I made this at home, I would have spent 2$. The staff was very nice though.

When you're craving a taste of Italy without the fuss right here in Hayward, Olive Garden often comes to mind. It's a spot many locals know, and for good reason. Hayward's Olive Garden: Comfort Classics and Friendly Faces
Everyone knows Olive Garden. It’s that familiar spot for Italian-American comfort food, and our Hayward location holds its own. While it might not be a hidden gem, it’s a reliable choice, especially when those cravings for endless breadsticks hit.Let's talk about the food first, because that's often the main draw. If you’ve got a kiddo who's particular, like one of our local reviewers, the Fettuccine Alfredo here is a consistent winner. It’s exactly what you expect: creamy, rich, and utterly
