I came to an Arby's for the first time ever and wow. I'm sad I've been missing out on their sandwiches my whole life. Definitely will be coming back and exploring the menu.

I ordered a meal with zucchini they told me the zucchini was cooking and after I finished my lunch I asked about it and she asked the Cook and he said he never started cooking it so they ended up giving me my money back and I left . I have to recind this post I got confused it was meant for farmer boys on Sanderson avenue hemet .

Got the loaded Italian, because it looked like for 9 dollars, the amount of meat on it was worth it. Upon getting it, it was held together like there was nothing in between. The lettuce was paper thin and looked nasty in the sauce. No cheese, two peppers. Absolutely not worth the price anymore. Stick to yellow basket if you wanna pay 10 bucks

I recently went to Arby’s to try their new hamburger, Reuben sandwich, and French fries, and honestly, it was a disaster. Let’s start with the fries—dry, flavorless, and obviously past their prime. They had no crispiness and felt like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. The burger was even worse. It was a dense, overcooked puck of meat that had the taste and texture of something closer to dog food than an actual burger. For a place that doesn’t specialize in burgers, I should’ve known better. As for the Reuben, I was lucky enough to get it for free thanks to a coupon, but even then, it wasn’t impressive. The corned beef was just okay, the bread was forgettable, and overall, it wasn’t better than something I could throw together at home. But the worst part? The burger meal alone cost me $19! That’s insane for fast food, especially when the quality is this bad. I usually like Arby’s for their roast beef sandwiches, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon. Definitely not worth the money!

Came in late afternoon. There was maybe 3 people in the restaurant 6 crew member, so it was very slow. I chose to dine in. Almost every table was dirty. I dine for maybe 30 minutes. Not a single member of the establishment came out to clean. I've done fast food before it takes 5 to 10 minutes to do a quick wipe. Especially during how slow it was at this restaurant during the visit. Plus i asked for curly fries and gave mostly crinkled cut at the bottom and covered it with curly fries.

I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for ONE FISH SANDWICH. There was only 1 car infront of me. I had to wait 5 minutes to place my order, then wait another 15 minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window I sat for a few minutes and had to bang on the drive thru window and asked if the window worker was alone and if she forgot about me. She said "No" and I had to wait another 5 minutes because they just dropped the fish. I asked why did I wait so long in line and she said the guy ahead of me was talking to her about his taxes. Once I got the sandwich , the fish was burned and tasted like old oil, the lettuce was brown and the bread wasn't soft. I contacted customer service and received no response nor follow up. I threw the sandwich away and will never eat there again.

I wanted to try this. Never been before. When I went. The girl working the counter didn't even acknowledge. If she was busy or so I walked out. Would i go again to this location no. I'll try it somewhere else. Just not hemet

The cashier screwed up 2 other orders while I waited 20 minutes for my food. Then she became rude and verbally aggressive. I will never go there again.

Waited over 45 minutes for an order, and there’s nobody in the lobby or drive-through. Service here is extremely unprofessional, not to mention employees are arguing in front of customers. Don’t trust it. All the front employee was telling me is that they’re sorry that the kitchen is so slow. Inexcusable

Ordered the Classic Cheesesteak Meal. What I got was a pepper sandwich with steak condiment on a soggy wet roll. I wasn't a fan, to begin with, and I tried to give it a chance. I've had 3x better for a third of the price. This was what was left after attempting to remove the peppers.
