When I am at work and crave a Double Double, this is my local In-N-Out. Friendly staff and great food. I LOVE IN-N-OUT! But more so......see pic.

This lady was unnecessarily rude and the male employee, named Carlos was SO PROFESSIONAL and remained calm/kind. I was very impressed and a huge 5 stars for this location because of him!!

People can be a bit passionate about their favorite hamburger places. Personally I find it difficult to drive past the In-N-Out without wanting to stop. A cheeseburger with onions and extra crispy French fries please!

The food is great and the service is great! However, it is always extremely busy here. There is limited seating, inside and outside. The drive-thru will take a long time considering how long the line can get. But every once in a while, you'll come by, walk right in and place your order. Then within 10 minutes you hear them calling your number. "Guest number 106 please. 106!" Then you find a seat and eat. Those are good days.

Great food, and the staff their are all hard workers. They definitely know how to screen when they hire employees; unlike McDonald's and Jack's

A five, because the food is always great. A five, because they know how to weed out the lazy people while they interview them in the hiring process. Those people behind the counter hustle through their entire shift. They earn their money !! A five for the atmosphere, because it is always clean. As I look at the staff, they represent "all" of the cultures in this valley. When you give your order, the person taking the order is able to articulate the English language at the highest level which gives you the confidence that your order will be correct. This is because when they hire the staff that is going to represent them at the highest level, they bring in the quality of people that goes along with the quality of their business.Other fast food restaurants need to adopt their business model. Consistency and quality are what keeps people coming back to In-N-Out Burger. More locations are always welcome. Corporate owned is better than franchise owned in this circumstance. The food is top quality, and not dependent on quality trade-offs by franchise owners.

Best food to eat around hemet, taste really clean. The drive thru line is almost 35-45 min wait definitely worth it.

We took the drive through, so this is purely rating the food and service. The line went quick, despite the line of cars going out to the main road, and they had a server outside taking orders. Fast and efficient. I got a vanilla milkshake, which was amazing. Probably my second favorite milkshake in fast food down here in southern california. I also got a double patty hamburger with cheese, that was really good. My second favorite hamburger amongst fast food, but probably a safer choice for fast food, since they are far more consistent than my overall favorite place. While overall my second favorite fast food restaurant, what they are is consistent and you can always know no matter which in-n-out you go to its going to be just as good as any of the other locations they are at. So for that, they are usually the best place to go to for a quick bite to eat. And again, don't be afraid of the long line at any of the locations. They go really fast.

Food is always so good! Service is always great they have gotten down their reaposes and customer service. Leslie was so kind during our visit. Very sweet gal even with our complicated order. We went in with a large group (15) She deserves a raise! She was able to help us by going above and beyond in answering all of our questions and helping with our food decision. It's In-N-Out! What else can I say. They have perfected their trade. The only issue I have with the Hemet In-N-Out is their location. Egress from the main parking lot is dangerous. I wish that the management would get with the owners of the shopping center and reroute their drive-thru and make getting their delicious food safer.

A few days before Christmas 🎄 and all through the lot, cars were lined up & the clock went tick-tock. Rather than wait, we went inside. The lines were just as long, just not so wide. We gave our order, and she said this is for you and your guy. She handed our ticket and soon we'd be eating our animal-style fries. Don't forget my Double-Double with grilled onions and cheese; Hubby ordered a 4x4 protein-style to avoid diabetes disease. Within 20 minutes, we'd give thanks for our meal. We devoured all that delicious-ness, it was a done deal 👍🏼 Seeing the Bible verse underneath my cup, Isaiah 9:6, oh yup, yup, yup. "For unto us a child is born, unto us a SON is given and the government shall be upon HIS shoulder: and HIS name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, the Mighty GOD, the Everlasting FATHER, the Prince of Peace." This in and out was great they were on top of it. This was a Friday when I went they had a drive-thru line that was incredibly long The inside was packed and I still got my meal within 10 minutes. I'm not sure how many In-N-Outs are around here but this one's a great place to dine at.

I was only visiting, but this place is all the rave. I'm from Florida so its hard to find anything that checks all the boxes like In N Out does. Paying your employees livable wages and treating them with dignity seems to be the trick. Other fast food places have no more excuses to be scumlords. Thanks, In N Out for raising the bar!

Phenomenal customer service! I came in on New Year’s Day today on a large food run for my family. I was waiting on one of my items. All of the team members were super attentive, making sure I was helped by the atmosphere. Overall, everyone working was super kind, attentive, and very friendly. The food was excellent as well! I come to this location maybe twice a month, I usually get the same thing. A 3x3 and a Dr pepper, sometimes some fries too. They make it just fine, usually don't have any issues. Being it's the only one in town, the drive thru line can and does get long, but most of the time, they're still quick.

The only In-N- Out Burger in town for now…It’s a SoCal Classic favorite. The line for the drive thru can be long and somewhat dangerous because it’s on one of the busiest streets. It usually gets very busy on the weekends. I recommend to just walk in on those days. There’s more parking in the back.

Well most of the time I never have any problem there, but the last time I was there I thought they forgot about my order. I was like number 54 and they were already serving number 62 and I had to ask one of the employee what happened and she said cause my order was waiting for the animal fríes. But I saw another order that with the animal fríes. I was about to call the manager but that day I was with my son cause they were celebrating a show they did at school. So there was a lot of high school youngsters. So I did call the manager. But In and Out is a very nice place to eat. Great price. Just not alot of parking thought. This was one of the few times in many years of me going to In-N-Out Burger locations throughout California, the food wasn't right . The cheeseburger was cold. The fries were warm but not fried long enough. However, the service was fast and presented with smiles and great attitudes. Since it doesn't hardly ever happen, and because I was too far away when I realized it to turn back, I decided not to complain.

Still delicious but No longer truly reasonably priced. They ARE in line price wise with the competition but that doesn't make it okay. They used to be a truly worthwhile and worth-it place to buy a burger n fries because the product is/was good. Now? , ...it's over 9 dollars for a single combo. AND Good or not, that's TOO much IMHO for a small combo. Still better when compared to other fast-food places, but they no longer offer a truly great and fair priced fresher-n-better product. Service?: I chose to walk in due to the line. May as well stayed in the car as the wait was still THIRTY minutes.

I have never really understood the hype about In N Out, but simeone gave me a gift certificate so my husband and I visited today. Service was friendly and efficient. Cherry coke was really good, which was a pleasant surprise. French fries were also good. I just don't understand the hype over the burgers. I was bland. Asked for no tomatoes and there was tomato. Lettuce was all the bitter part and asked for easy onion and got none. I don't get it. Overall was not a horrible experience but wasn't great either. I will probably get dragged there again by someone who is convinced that they are the best

Never asked for yellow pepper or jalapenos also ask for the fries fried light but come some dried and hard. This place is a disappointment with their drive thru services and usually have long lines unfortunately... They need to replace the young workers who can't listen and follow special orders. They sometimes do not cook their fries all the way, I’m talking straight up raw fries and I recently just went and had clumps of some sort of paper (at least I hope) at the bottom of cup that stuck to the top of my mouth. Customer service can be horrible especially in the drive through.

Whenever I travel to a new area for an outside project, I always choose In-N-Out Burger for lunch. It's cheap, fast, and guaranteed delicious, saving me time. HEMET is a place I'm not familiar with, but I've been there twice in the past month. Both times coincided with lunchtime, and I went to In-N-Out Burger Hemet. The drive-thru always has a huge line. I park in the back mall parking lot and walk in. My first visit was satisfactory and the service was excellent, but on my second visit, the cashier, Tanaya, was the rudest In-N-Out employee I've ever encountered. I even kept her receipt to write this review. I'm surprised In-N-Out has such a staff member. She seems unprepared for the job at In-N-Out Burger.

Ordered a double-single and proceeded to look for a table and a HAND SANITIZER STATION. Found a table but no sanitizer. Bathrooms required a pass code. By the time I could aquire the code my number was called. Being by myself, what should I do with my burger while washing my gas pump, ATM, using hands? Honestly, I've had better food at this location but it's never been awe-inspiring. The drive-thru line is absolutely ridiculous all the time and the drive-thru management is worse. The establishment itself is pretty clean and it's always bustling, so that's a good thing! This is NOT a place you go to for a quiet time, I recommend going with friends . Note: I only visit In-N-Out on very special occasions or "blue moon situations" and this was one of those nights. I don't agree with their controversial behavior as an organization and am proud to say I hardly ever visit because of that.

It sure has changed over the years. Although the car line go out into the street the food has went downhill. If u do not eat the fries b4 getting home the get cold fast and taste Luke cardboard. The burger was dry. The fries were over cooked with a lot of fry shavings like potato chips. The meat was thin like wafers. This is definitely shrinkflation at its finest. Service is bad...the woman asking for the order are always taking to each other. They don't show the menu, they just approached every customer like they know what they want. One star because there is no lower category. First and last time at this location. The cashier was attentive. They had opened about 45 minutes prior to our arrival. Perhaps they were short staffed or not ready, as she jumped to support on the grill right after taking the order. My burger was worse than a dried whopper, dry, unmelted cheese, three little bacon crumbs, three small pickle slices (as extra pickles), and weird smashed bun. Unusual as all of my prior 5 Guys visits are superb. I ordered a strawberry malted shake. The attendant (Angel) added an unmeasured eyeballed amount of berry syrup to the shake mix off the machine. I asked if the malt powder was added. He looked at the order slip and said yes, that it was added. It was not. I asked for it to be added and he said he would make a new one. The new one consisted of malted powder lumped in the bottom, the shake mix and a few drops of berry syrup. The burger went in the trash, followed by two shakes. Quality control and supervision should be taken seriously.

At the end they just hand over everything on side. Guys please dont ruin people’s meal they are excited about it and then end up with dissatisfaction. The young man at the counter took the screw to show his manager.. he later came outside and offered me a gift card and asked me if I would like to speak to the manager. I don't think I should have to asked to speak with a manager I think they should automatically come out. Anyways a manager did finally come out and speak with me. He took my name and phone number so he could follow up. I'm so incredibly disappointed that I have yet to hear anything from anyone at in-n-out. But I guess they're just going to sweep it under the rug. Honestly makes me not want to go back to that location, if that screw had been in a regular hamburger someone could have broken a tooth. I sure hope they found what it came from at least!

We always come here. The past two times, especially this last time today, the fries are gross. Not even cooked all the way, full of grease, and the burgers are a mess. They were never like this. The fries were always amazing and food was always as good as it was years ago. We didn't even finish eating the food. What a waste of $20
