Had a great experience. The employees were all super kind & patient. Especially the guy taking orders outside who accommodated my crazy order. I typically don't frequent this establishment because of the lines but there was hardly one & my food came out amazing.

The food was good but the ketchup they PUT IN MY BAG ON TOP OF MY FOOD. Had dry old ketchup all over it. Ketchup packets stuck together from old dried packet that popped probably. Disgusting. How do u not notice the packets are covered in nasty dry old ketchup and u gonna put it on top of my fries. Absolutely disgusting

One of the few locations that doesn’t have a line up thats a mile long. Service was great. My order was fresh off the grill. The raw onions are a little too much. The one guy yelling orders has a voice for broadcast television or radio. It was entertaining to hear him yell orders

Whenever I travel to a new area for an outside project, I always choose In-N-Out Burger for lunch. It's cheap, fast, and guaranteed delicious, saving me time. HEMET is a place I'm not familiar with, but I've been there twice in the past month. Both times coincided with lunchtime, and I went to In-N-Out Burger Hemet. The drive-thru always has a huge line. I park in the back mall parking lot and walk in. My first visit was satisfactory and the service was excellent, but on my second visit, the cashier, Tanaya, was the rudest In-N-Out employee I've ever encountered. I even kept her receipt to write this review. I'm surprised In-N-Out has such a staff member. She seems unprepared for the job at In-N-Out Burger.

Ordered a double-single and proceeded to look for a table and a HAND SANITIZER STATION. Found a table but no sanitizer. Bathrooms required a pass code. By the time I could aquire the code my number was called. Being by myself, what should I do with my burger while washing my gas pump, ATM, using hands? There should be 3 or 4 sanitizer stations in any fast food establishment. Apparrently In n out learnwd nothing from the pandemic. Burger was OK.

Everytime I go here I get the one of the who Flying Dutchman or protein wrap ! I always end up wit. A burnt Flying Dutchman 9/10 times! Who ever the cook is needs to understand people don’t like they food messed up or burnt! Get it together please this the only one in town

Honestly, I've had better food at this location but it's never been awe-inspiring. The drive-thru line is absolutely ridiculous all the time and the drive-thru management is worse. The establishment itself is pretty clean and it's always bustling, so that's a good thing! This is NOT a place you go to for a quiet time, I recommend going with friends . Note: I only visit In-N-Out on very special occasions or "blue moon situations" and this was one of those nights. I don't agree with their controversial behavior as an organization and am proud to say I hardly ever visit because of that.

9-10-2023 Food: Burgers getting smaller some how Service: Great at the register even during training of new staff, Thanks Trinity Price: $18 for 2 cheeseburger meals Ambiance: The outside area is in desperate need of an hourly Water or lysol wipe down of the tables and ground as there are just SOO many flys it's really hard to eat. I even sprayed my table with hand sanitizer to try to clean my own tables but alas the FLY's won. MANAGER, please schedule hourly liquid based wipe down of the tables outside not just broom and pickup, or maybe some mist system or plant based (basil, rosemary, lemongrass) in order to lesson the flying insect problem 8-2023 Consistent, Portion sizes are same from a year prior, burgers a little small but a little more fries than before. Got my order wrong and it wasn't complicated 1 single burger with only cheese and ketchup and a neopolitan shake. Literally 25 mins later we are given a shake and plain burger no cheese only ketchup, to correct it took another 20 min

45 minutes to get cold burgers. Unnecessary wait time. It took 25 minutes to just order and another 20 for cold food pickup. The order taker could move closer to the payment window so at a minimum the food is hot. Laziness

I understand they are always busy but its been like 4 time consecutively, I dont eat meat at all and all I have is veggies to eat even that they dont add after asking explicitly. At the end they just hand over everything on side. Guys please dont ruin people’s meal they are excited about it and then end up with dissatisfaction. Never faced such issue at any other in and outs.

* so after finding a screw in my food on June 19th got a call from in and out i dont know how long after and got told I would hear from someone within a couple weeks. Ididnt hear from anyone and I finally called today and got the run around and basically brushed off. Oh but I can go in the location and ask them what the outcome was... Totally taints my view on in and out and haven't been to one since June 19th. If you ever asked anyone where my favorite place to eat was they would tell you in-n-out. However, I was there on June 19th with my family we were sitting outside enjoying our food when I bit into my protein style burger and felt something hard hit my tooth.. I reached in my mouth to find a small short screw. I spit my food out and went inside to let someone know. The young man at the counter took the screw to show his manager.. he later came outside and offered me a gift card and asked me if I would like to speak to the manager. I don't think I should have to asked to speak with a manager I think they should automatically come out. Anyways a manager did finally come out and speak with me. He took my name and phone number so he could follow up. I'm so incredibly disappointed that I have yet to hear anything from anyone at in-n-out. But I guess they're just going to sweep it under the rug. Honestly makes me not want to go back to that location, if that screw had been in a regular hamburger someone could have broken a tooth. I sure hope they found what it came from at least!

We always come here. The past two times, especially this last time today, the fries are gross. Not even cooked all the way, full of grease, and the burgers are a mess. They were never like this. The fries were always amazing and food was always as good as it was years ago. We didn't even finish eating the food. What a waste of $20
