Chicken was tiny, dry and flavorless. The price goes up and the food shrinks. Believe it or not the tostada salad has "double meat" can't believe these restaurant's get away with this.

On November 24 at 2:35pm, I went to get the original El Pollo Bowl meal. The customer service was horrible; no manners and they also didn’t give me a receipt , and the manager was unprofessional. As I was about to eat, I saw a bug in my food. My mom took me back. As I went inside , and I told the manager, showing him the bug. His response was, “Oh that black thing right there, don’t worry, I’ll remake it for you.” I refused and asked for a refund. He seemed irritated, gave me $5.44 out of $6.51, without an apology. When my mom called, he was unprofessional, claiming I didn’t tell him i got the combo. She clarified the payment, and he said i could return for a full refund.

Went thru the drive thru where they forgot to give me everything I ordered so I had to circle back around. Was not mad about that. What upset me was after taking my first bite of my BRC burrito and biting down on a piece of metal. They need to be evaluated because this is unacceptable!!

Ran out of forks, ran out of salsa, didn’t give us any napkins, didn’t properly scan our barcode for rewards, food is whatever, and they’re mixing Old stale chips with fresh ones. Kept biting into old chips that I had to spit out. Staff and management are a bunch of morons. Working at fast food, doesn’t mean that you’re stupid. Fast food can offer good career options if you stick with it, do your best and head into management and other corporate positions. So this is not to disrespect fast food jobs, but these people at this location make fast food workers look bad.

I was in the Drive Thru line for nearly a half an hour! I ordered a Habanero Double Chicken Tostada. It was tasty, but I didn't need the 3 bone fragments, and I think ordering a double chicken salad you should expect plenty of chicken. I got 4 chunks of chicken! Unacceptable El Pollo Loco!

Your service sucks the lack of communication no leader ship they need to learn how to multitask and do more than one thing at a time and I just have customer sit there and wait for the food for 20 minutes and have the food. Just sit there.

Hope you like your tortilla soup with pincher bugs. Was half way threw eating it, before I noticed. They refunded me , just hoping I don't get sick later today, my stomach already bubblin.

I just paid $11.08 for a classic chicken tostada and they gave me no chicken just like shredded leftovers! I never seen this before! I went to the gym & thought I stop there on my way home! I'm not going to drive 15min back! Plus they didn't even throw my receipt in my bag! Horrible don't recommend at all!

I want to used the restroom in hispanic lady this happen at 12:15pm the date is 10-23-23 is very under respectful the employee cashier ask me if I am going to buy somethint so I can able to used the restroom that not good at all I am reporting this matter!!!

Edit to owner: I have submitted a complaint online the same day as purchase. We placed 2 orders today together. The chicken burrito was spicy and delicious. The chicken tostada salad had avocado that was so hard it couldn't easily be picked up by a fork. My chicken salad is not worth full price because it is literally half empty and missing the cotija cheese crumble.

Just gave El Pollo Loco a 2nd chance & it did not go well. 1st they need to stop buying their chicken from Munchkin Land. also, it was so dry I almost choked on it. WTH Pollo Seco, I mean Pollo Loco do better.

I just had a very disappointing visit in the drive through..... First of all they didn’t give me a receipt for one I thought whatever no biggie I have my food I get home open my bowl to see first of all molded broccoli on top of my food so I think not another biggie don’t need to broccoli I can take it off Get to the inspecting the rest and the sour cream literally looks like lumpy cottage cheese and I’ve eaten sour cream and it doesn’t look this curd and ruined my appetite and I wasted 8.50 on spoiled food. ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT FROM ANYWHERE!!!!
